Exceeded All Expectations

Both our photographer and DJ were excellent. The company was easy to work with and schedule any appointments and exceeded all of our wants and needs. The booking process was simple and both vendors and Complete contacts were very responsive and friendly. Our photographer Heather was amazing, she genuinely loved her job and made the whole day incredibly easy on us. The DJ Stephen catered to our requests and was great with flow and getting the crowd involved. I would highly recommend both for any future weddings. Heather was absolutely incredible

You are never too old to dance the night away!

I have been a meetings, events and catering manager for over 20 years, so to say that I had high expectations of my second wedding is an understatement. The thing is, I didn’t want to stress about it. I wanted it to be fun, relaxed, beautiful, run smoothly and allow me to be present without running around and doing everything. I didn’t want to be a Bridezilla.
Coming from the industry, I knew that the only way to make something run smoothly is to work with vendors who can be your partners, and you can trust to take your vision and execute it without micromanagement.
I can’t say enough great things about CompleteMN. I dragged Matthew out of his Sales chair and back to the DJ table. He put up with me changing my ceremony and first dance songs, daily if not more. I gave him a challenge “repeat this 1-minute part of the song. Remove the vocals, and time it so when I get to the end of the aisle the crescendo that happens at 1 minute and 4 seconds happens.” I stood as the ceremony started, and I smiled as I watched and heard exactly what I had played out in my head. It was perfect! Matt and the other DJ got people on the dance floor. They assisted with announcements and letting the guests know what was up next. Hope Glen can be a tricky location for a DJ if you are using them for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. They need to have a minimum of 3 set up locations and they are trying to move around without abruptly stopping in one place or leaving another location dead silent. The night was seamless, and my legs were shaking at the end because I never sat out a song.
We also hired our videographer through CompleteMN. This always helps with communication between vendors. Lane was great and the video still makes us cry. It was exactly what we needed to catch the essence of the day.

Amazing photos

My photos are absolutely gorgeous. I only have a sneak peak as of right now but god are they gorgeous. Deea is an amazing photographer I highly recommend her. Her editing style is way above what I’ve seen from other people.

Dj and doc

We used the DJ and Day of Coordinator services for our wedding day. The day of coordinator was needed. Karen made sure the day ran smoothly and took care of all the vendors. She even helped us with set up. Karen was great! Marielle was our DJ and she was perfect for our crowed. She kept the party going and kept us on schedule. She was also great!

Amazing service

We hired Complete Weddings & Events for photography, videography, and DJ services for Iast July. I loved the convenience and ease of having one vendor provide all 3 services. Our photographer Ashley was fantastic. Videographer Sam was absolutely the best and made such a fantastic highlight video. and DJ Alex kept the dance floor going and we received SO MANY compliments on how professional and great the DJ was. The manager was also so great and answered any and all questions and made sure we were beyond satisfied with our final products. I would absolutely recommend and use their services again in the future!

Great DJ vendor!

We booked Complete Wedding & Events for DJ services for our wedding. My now wife and I are extremely pleased with the services we received and would recommend that anyone book with them too.

The complete team was easy to book with and setup services. Their online portal had a thorough DJ Planning form for us to populate with all of our desires. A few weeks before the wedding we met with DJ Dorothy to prepare for the event. It was clear Dorothy had read through the material in advance and by the end of the meeting we felt prepared and confident in our plan.

Dorothy and her assistant and her assistant Marielle did a great job on the day of the wedding. They were timely, efficient, and the music worked great. With all that they were also positive and upbeat throughout the day.

We would highly recommend Complete Weddings & Events to anyone looking to make their wedding event a success!

Absolutely wonderful!

My wife and I got married on June 18, 2022 and hired Complete Weddings + Events for our DJ and Videographer. The price was very competitive with other options (if not a bit cheaper) and they far exceeded my expectations (and I had high expectations). Both the videographer and DJ were very communicative and made sure to go over all the necessary details with me. They were extremely kind and made sure to note all of my requests.

Sam, our DJ, made sure she had backup equipment incase stuff broke or didn't work. She also worked with all the specific playlists and songs I wanted. She was very accommodating and blew away my expectations. She is fantastic at reading the room and knowing how to adjust. I would strongly recommend requesting Sam to be your DJ if you have the option.

Same, our videographer, was wonderful to work with too. I love videography and have very specific taste, so he noted all of my preferences and delivered exceptional videos that tailored directly to my preferences. Once again, he far exceeded my expectations (which were high) and nailed the videography, editing, and audio. During the ceremony and reception, we didn't even notice he was there (which is always great). For anyone on the fence about paying the extra money for a videographer, I would strongly recommend it. There are other great companies out there, but I don't think you can beat the price and quality that Complete has to offer.

My experience with Complete Weddings + Events was absolutely 5-star. I would strongly recommend them to anyone getting married. Thank you to both DJ Sam and Videographer Sam for your exceptional professionalism and quality. It was a pleasure to work with you both! :)

Fantastic DJ - Kept the party going!

Complete Wedding + Events were very helpful as we navigated planning and re-planning our wedding during the pandemic. Our DJ was Jamie T, and he was fantastic! Such A wonderful experience

My Wife & myself were the couples who had scheduled to get married before the pandemic hit. It took us almost 2 years and 3 different date to finally have our special day. Amazing DJ Service

Complete Weddings, provided DJ service for my wedding on September 24th. There was a last minute change from the DJ that we talked to earlier in the week. I was pleasantly surprised that all of our thoughts mentioned with first DJ was given to replacement. This was a very good thing when one of our guests tried to add a father daughter dance to the playlist - we didn't have plans to do that. DJ Matt was fantastic, he was energetic, outgoing involved our guests. My husband and I didn't really have a list of music to play, just a couple of songs. His solution to that was to take requests from guests written down on a slip of paper early in the evening that he played throughout the night. Any way everyone had a good time and I would recommend.

Amazing Photographers and Photo Booth

Everything was AMAZING!!! Leah and Alex went above and beyond all day! She even came back to take another couple pictures as she was walking out!! Leah was very professional, yet FUN!!! She took control to make sure we had the pictures we wanted.
Alex, who ran our photo booth was awesome! He really made it fun for everyone! We have received nothing but great compliments on all of them from our family and friends. Thank you for helping make our day the best day ever!

Amazing team to work with

Our videographer Jacob and our photographer Bryce were amazing and worked together very well during the time they were both there. Bryce was everywhere and got involved with the festivities making himself fit in amongst the group and allowed him to get great up close opportunities of not only us but our guests. Samantha our DJ was on top of her stuff and made sure things ran smooth. She was also super flexible with everything that was going on and had a great selection of music a available and playing. Hannah was our photo booth star. She made the photo book look great and made sure each guest got a picture of their own if they wanted one. Also who can beat this photo booths time and unlimited prints cause unlimited prints made a huge difference and the price is great. The whole group included a picture and a wonderful message in our photo book which was awesome! Ari was our main go to for all the planning and the finer details leading up to our wedding. She was amazing to work with and made sure we understood anything and everything we had questions on, even the ones we asked her 3 or 4 times over. The entire Complete team in St. Paul was amazing. Also got to give a shout out to the Manhattan, Kansas area Complete team for giving me the contact information I needed. This company is not only amazing in the single branch we worked with most of the time but all the branches are willing to work with you and help you get to where you need to be. Responsive; flexible; video was amazing

Planning during a global pandemic is no fun.... if you know, you know. We originally had a different videographer lined up but since we had to postpone due to COVID-19 we were told to check out Complete. From the get-go, Ari was so responsive, professional, and HELPFUL with all things wedding (not just videography). Throughout the wedding planning process they pivoted with our plans and help guide us. Sam, our videographer, was extremely amazing as well. He was so flexible when our bus broke down on our wedding day. He drove out to where we were (instead of where we were supposed to be) to get footage of the between ceremony and reception time. On top of it all, we LOVED our video. I would highly recommend Complete for any videography (and other services that they offer).

LOVED the photo booth

I originally booked with a different photo booth that cancelled super close to the wedding. I couldn’t find anything similar in price but I reached out to Ari at COMPLETE and told her what happened and what our budget was. She made it work. We had so much fun with the photo booth. I know people are saying that they are starting to “go out of style” but I didn’t care. We loved having it. Everyone is so silly and different in a photo booth versus with just a cell phone photo. COMPLETE takes care of everything and Cheyenne, our attendant, was really sweet. You get a book with the photos that people can sign next to, a flash drive with the photos, and a copy of all the photo strips. Even if you think they’re out of your budget, reach out to them and just ask. They are willing to work with you and did such a great job. Also, communication leading up to the wedding was A+, I was not worried about that at all.

Amazing DJ!

Danielle was an amazing dj! She had people on the dance floor at all times and played what everyone wanted to hear! She was great about taking requests and even went around during dinner to make a list of what people wanted to hear! We even got a surprise bonus at the end of the party where she played our first dance song again and everyone that was still there danced around us! It was truly and amazing night!

Definitely Recommend!

We used complete for our photography and DJ and it was an amazing experience. We got everything booked pretty early on, and you save so much money by booking multiple services together! We ended up having Angie as our photographer and she was AMAZING! She was ON the whole time, and got some really amazing pictures for us. She also acted as a sort of backup to all those helping, and made sure I got all the shots I wanted.
We had Liz as out DJ and she was awesome! The dance floor was going all night, and she helped us also stay on top of our schedule.
I can't thank Angie, Liz or complete enough for all they did to make my big day wonderful!

We were so happy with Complete! We used the DJ and Photo Booth services. Bernie was without a doubt the best choice for DJ for us. He was fun, outgoing and respected our wishes with what we did or didn’t want to hear. We were able to have a FaceTime meeting with him prior to our wedding day and that was nice, convenient and fun. Bernie was exceptionally helpful and professional. On the day of our wedding we changed our minds about how we wanted the grand entrance to go, Bernie was very accommodating and easy going about it. To sum it up, Bernie enhanced our special day and we wouldn’t go back and change a thing. Vern was our photo booth operator. He was extremely fun, professional and helpful. Everyone was raving about how much fun they had with the photo both and Vern! The fact that we got a photo guest book, unlimited prints and digital was so wonderful. We will treasure them forever. I highly recommend Complete.

We had Ari R. as our photographer. I can’t begin to describe how amazing she was. She truly helped our wedding day go smoothly. When it came to our family photos (we have a larger family) she was able to efficiently get every photo we wanted and make it painless for our families. When it came to our first look and photos of us, Ari was creative and found many different ways to give us photos that we will cherish for a lifetime. We also used Complete for our DJ which was Amanda, who also had a trainee, Samantha. Amanda and Samantha were fantastic!!! They made sure the party was going and that people enjoyed themselves on the dance floor. I was so impressed by not only Amanda, but also by Samantha. She will be an AMAZING DJ just as Amanda is! The best thing about booking with Complete is that if you book a DJ and a photographer, or DJ and videographer, or all three. They all work together as a team. They don’t step on each other toes. They don’t create unnecessary drama. They allow you to enjoy your day while they work as a team to provide you the best wedding. Long story short- choose Complete. You will truly enjoy them.

We worked with complete for our wedding on May 6th 2017. We used Nick for the DJ and Cara for the photographer. They worked so well together, and were focused on meeting our every need and request. They worked with the guest to make them feel like they were involved in everything also. The music was spot on and people were dancing until the very end. The sneak peek of photos we have received so far are absolutely amazing. I can not wait to see them all. I would recommend complete in a heart beat to people.

My husband and I were married on 5/28/16 and we used Complete for videography and we had James! James was absolutely amazing! He did a great job of capturing all the moments we never wanted to forget from that day and he was even willing to rewind some throughout the night so we could see what it was all looking like! We used Complete for both our DJ and Videography Services.
DJ - We were lucky enough to be assigned the Operations Supervisor (Tony) for our wedding and it certainly showed during the event. (Members of my wedding party even asked if he was the location coordinator of our reception venue, due to how comfortable he was and how well he helped managed the flow of the entertainment during the evening!) Prior to the event Tony took the time to meet with us and answer our questions as well as provided ideas on how to fill time and offered song suggestions (finding those at no additional cost that we wanted but weren't already on the company's list). He asked how we preferred to be in contact, maintained those channels and was very responsive.
Videography - We had Christi as our Videographer and loved her! She worked well with our photographer (from another company) and got all the shots on our big day that we wanted. She reached out beforehand and made herself available via text, phone and email, knowing how much needs to be done before a wedding she wanted to ensure I could reach her in a way that was easiest for us. She edited our video appropriately and the final product was well shot and clear. The parts of the day that we thought back on and thought, "oh, I hope they cut that out..." were cut out! :) The video we ended up with was about 10 minutes in length which we felt was a good amount of time for what we paid.
Overall, we were so pleased and thrilled with the service provided and would go with Complete again without question.

We had an incredible experience with Complete Weddings + Events. We used them for their DJ service and we were more than thrilled with what we got. The music was clean and professional and our dance floor was full all night. We had lots of compliments throughout the night and I had people asking me all night for the name of our DJ and company.

The dj was good, but if you want specific music you really need to almost make a playlist.

We had Larry for a DJ and he was awesome. Great song choices and super easy to work with. You could tell he had a lot of experience.

I used Complete for a photo booth at my reception. I chose them because they were a lot less expensive than all the other companies and I am so glad that I went with them! Jamie was the operator for the night and she was great. My guests had so much fun taking the pictures, especially the kids and their parents! I thought it was a great way to get pictures of all of our guests since the professional photographer left so much earlier than most of them. Jamie out all of the pictures in to the guest book for us and had people sign it. At the end of the night she tracked me down and made sure that I got in it to take pictures with my husband and bridal party. I was so grateful for that, had she not done that I would have forgotten all about it! The best part is that you get to take home the pictures at the end of the night instead of waiting for weeks like with the professional pictures.

We first heard about Complete at the wedding expo and immediately knew we wanted to book them, they were extremely laid back and fun. We were in charge of just about everything and their planner program was so easy to use. They matched us with the perfect DJ for our personalities who was even more laid back and open to anything. We were assured, however, that if we didn't want someone as laid back as Aaron that we could choose a different DJ; they have DJs to fit any couple!

Okay - so, I was SO SO SO nervous to have Complete as my photo booth. 2 months before my wedding, my friend got married in Cross lake, MN and had the same company BUT he was out of Baxter and it was HORRIBLE. The booth didn't work the whole time and I felt so bad for her. I called the St.Paul office and said how nervous I was. The manager I spoke with said it was two different franchises and assured me they are up to date and all their equipment is working - but things may go wrong. He said if something goes wrong, he can guarantee me a FULL refund. So I decided to stick with it.
I was assigned a Paul about 2 weeks before the wedding. He called me to work out all the details and checked in again the day before the wedding and again at the wedding making sure the photo strip was how we wanted it. Paul did AMAZING, absolutely FANTASTIC. Everyone LOVED the booth, it was used all night - he was nice and professional with all the guest, he created an AWESOME book and then when he was done, he even came and made sure he was okay to go or if I needed anything else. Like I said - AMAZING!!!!!!! I would so do this all over again and use Complete Photo Booth. Paul was just awesome and we were SO happy with the turn out!!!!!!

Complete Music was great......we had Andrew Howell-Brown as our DJ, he was the best ever! He kept the party going all night long, he was so helpful with everything at the ceremony and reception.....he saw that there were a few things the guests hadn't done yet for example: "Heart" Guest Book needing signing, cupcakes were left, Andrew stepped right up and got the guests to sign the hearts, eat the cupcakes and have a great time!!!! Can't say enough about Andrew ........ I have already referred him to another bride to be!!!! Awesome DJ! Thank you Andrew!

Ethan did a great job! He called the week before to go over the preferences we had stated in our online site sheet. Day of he was dressed and ready to go all set up before hand. He announced us in and had the equipment for our toasts and speeches. He played appropriate music early on for all crowds and then kept the party going all night with fun music.

I had the best experience with this company and our DJ. We did their meet and greet and got to pick our DJ. We picked AJ Stone, and he delivered the greatest night of our lives. My husband and I would hire him again in a heart beat. He was able to read the crowd, and catered to all of us. He listened and gave us EXACTLY what we wanted!

My guests thought the dinner music was great for the older crowd and even stated that it got them excited to 'party'. We enjoyed it so much and wish we could do it all over again.

Had so many compliments on the DJ. Brendon did a great job keeping the crowd going even when half of them left due to heat. This company does a great job personalizing the wedding to the couples preferences.

I was pretty skeptical on the whole having a DJ idea. Both my husband and I don't really like the 'Top 40' dance music but we didn't want to risk the iPod-only reception. I am very glad we chose Complete as our DJ! Our DJ (I believe his name was Jameson?) was wonderful and kept the crowd dancing until the end of the night. Even as a stoic non-dancer, I made it out on the floor quite a few times. I would recommend their DJ services to anyone in the Minnesota area!

We went with Complete Music on a recommendation. We had DJ Sammy and he was incredible! The night was so fun I did not leave the dance floor and the dance floor was packed all night. He followed my requests and went above and beyond. He really made the night fun. If you want a fun reasonably priced DJ, go with DJ Sammy!

Andrew is the best! He followed our song list, and did just as we asked... get people up and moving and out dancing. He kept the flow going through dinner, offering just enough "activities" to keep people interested and engaged. Awesome!

Our DJ was Cullen-very charismatic and helpful! He handled everything for us just as we had envisioned! The great part about Complete Music is that they have meet the DJ nights. I would highly recommend going to this because not all DJs will match the personality you're looking for at your event. Their prices were also awesome!

Complete Music did an absolutely wonderful job at our reception.

Our DJ had people dancing from the first dance to the very last and everyone had a wonderful time! He also made sure that we (bride and groom) had everything we needed during the evening (even filling our water glasses during dinner!) He was open to every idea we gave him and even catered to some of the family's wacky traditions. We do not think the night could have gone any better and it was only his second wedding!

Our DJ Cullen did a great job of keeping our guests entertained. We had a little problem with the sound, but they were able to work around it. Had great energy and kept our guests laughing all night. We had the time of our lives!!!

Kept the Dance Floor Full!

We decided, with only a month left before our wedding, that we wanted a DJ after all. Our venue recommended Complete Weddings and Events, and we had a great experience with the coordination staff and our DJ Chelsey. I liked how we entered our details and described our music preferences and then Complete paired us with our perfect match! Chelsey was a similar age to us and picked up on our vibe through a pre-wedding zoom call. Our wedding was small, but Chelsey kept the party going and the dance floor full until the last song.

Complete wedding and events made our day so easy! Being able to get more than one service from one vendor is the way to go! They were very responsive, helpful and they really made our day special! They really want your day to be special and they make it happen! They are very easy to work with! I highly recommend Complete Wedding and events! A Complete Experience

We booked DJ, photography, and videography through complete, and had a blast with everyone. Our DJ Jamie understood our vibe, kept people dancing all night long or until their feet gave out!
Our photographer Adam and videographer Sam were so sweet and kind, and captured our day with pride. The time to get our photos back was a little longer than we anticipated, but worth it. We just got our pictures back and can’t wait to pick which ones are going to be hanging up in our house! Our video is not done yet, but we know it will be amazing from seeing Sams previous work! Our communication with Ari was so comfortable, honest and personable, would recommend this group!

I used Complete for my wedding DJ services. I was very impressed with my DJ, Amanda! She was incredible-- professional, flexible, and kept the party going all night. People commented to me that they hadn't had so much fun dancing in years!

One thing to note is that this company has several DJs to choose from, so make sure you go to their vendor happy hour so you can meet and choose one that fits your personalities. I've heard there are mixed reviews about some DJs, but if you do your research you will be fine!

Complete Weddings and Events went above and beyond. I got my engagement pictures done with this company and the photographer was such a sweetheart and made the whole experience enjoyable (even after it was hard to hold a smile because your cheeks freeze up from smiling so much) she was still able to get us to laugh and have a blast. I had a few other events listed with this company, but unfortunately after my engagement ended, they were still kindhearted and were able to work with me and made a terrible experience into something not stressful. I had the pleasure with working with Matthew and Sue, and both were very patient and attentive even when I was having an attitude because of the situation I was in. I would recommend this company to my friends (which I have) and hope this company the best.

We used Complete for our photography, videography, photo booth, and DJ. We booked with them at a wedding fair because their prices were low and we were impressed with the pictures we saw. Ally was our photographer and she is AMAZING. She also did our engagement pictures. We just got our wedding photos back this week and they were everything I could have asked for. Leighton was our videographer and he and Ally worked very well together. Our DJ was great. He played great music and took requests from our quests. Tammy ran our photobooth and that was the hit of the night. We had it there from 7pm-11pm and it was never empty. At the end of the night she gave us a photo album with all the pictures that had been taken as well as a CD of all the pictures. I would definitely recommend Complete.

Our DJ was Jesse Ray (amazing!). He did a fantastic job MCing the evening, getting the crowd involved and taking requests. My only negative was the sound quality of the mics --- which could either be their system, the venue hall ceilings, or a combination of both.

DJ Nathan was great!

Nathan was our DJ and did a great job with our music timing during the ceremony and reception. He took requests like a champ and guests really loved that! He stuck to our "do not play" list and was flexible about changing songs up until the day of the wedding. A couple games were thrown in during the reception that surprised us and we would have asked that those be skipped, but it wasn't a huge deal. Nathan was lots of fun and definitely looked like he was enjoying his time which was great for everyone! He made sure to check in before the ceremony and once more during dinner which was helpful. Lastly, we were appreciative of how flexible he was with schedule changes and going with the flow of the night.

For our wedding, we booked Complete Music of St. Paul, Minnesota. We learned about them at a wedding fair in 2014 and booked them when they had a special going. They assigned Andrew, a consummate professional who's been in the DJ business for 10 years and has the credentials to back it up. He not only provided music for our reception at the Varsity Theater. He also provided music for our ceremony at the Loring Pasta Bar.

Andrew didn't play all of our requested songs. But the list we provided was more than enough to keep people out on the dance floor from start to finish. He included songs other DJ companies wouldn't include (most notably two Deftones songs that are not on Complete's playlist for the grand entrance and last song). And he did a wonderful job interacting with our guests during dinner and during the dance.

The only complaint we have is the two brief moments of static during our ceremony due to a technical glitch. However, we didn't let it ruin our moment nor the rest of the day. And we feel great recommending Complete not only for the price, but the services they provide. If you book them, request Andrew.

I used COMPLETE weddings + events for my DJ and I was very pleased with my experience. I told them exactly what I was looking for in a DJ and they sent me a list of three recommendations. I chose my DJ, Aaron, based off his profile and was absolutely thrilled with him. He called me the Sunday before my wedding and we spoke on the phone for 30 minutes working out all the details of the day. My husband is French and we wanted to make sure that Aaron could play French songs for our wedding dance and he was happy to work with us and make sure that it was possible. He was very energetic and was great with our guests. My husband and I were a little worried about uniting our two cultures, but Aaron did a fabulous job bringing everyone together through humor, music, and dance. Aaron was also very attentive to me and all my needs on my wedding day. I knew that I could always count on him to make sure that things went smoothly. I can't say enough wonderful things about Aaron and his DJ services. I would highly recommend COMPLETE to anyone.

Our venue required us to use Complete Music as our DJ, so we didn't really do any shopping around for other options to compare. That said, we were definitely happy with the experience. We had a number of DJ's to choose from, and the one we ultimately went with (Larry) was great. He was flexible, arranged to meet with us to discuss what we wanted, and played a great selection of music. We had people on the dance floor all night, so it was definitely a success.

Professional and timely. Responded quickly to any requests we had the night of the event. Was able to 'think on his feet' if something unexpected came up (a toast, a weird request, etc.). For clinking of glasses, we required the guests to tell a joke and the DJ helped keep that moving. The volume level was perfect: soft music in the background during dinner, and appropriate levels throughout the dance.

DJ - Nico Moore
Nico was so great to work with. He played exactly what we wanted all night and was a lovely person to work with. A lot of our guest list had folks that hadn’t seen each other in 6+ years, so even when the dance floor was empty, people were dancing wherever they were talking to friends.
I would absolutely recommend Complete and Nico for a DJ!

We added on the photo booth to our DJ as they had a package deal going and we are SO glad we did! Not only did our entire party have fun taking their pictures, Michael was also putting a copy of each set into a scrapbook and having our guests write us a quick little note. I got it at the end of the night and had no idea it was coming! It doubles as kind of a second guest book and was such a great surprise! We’ll also be receiving a digital copy of all the pictures taken! Totally worth adding!

The one downside of Complete was that I had no idea who we would be working with until 3 weeks out, even though I’d booked them as a vendor a year prior to the wedding. So keep in mind that you’ll need to be ready to go in the last month!

Would highly recommend!

We chose Complete because it was the preferred DJ service for our venue. They have an online planner which is helpful for organizing your thoughts and making sure you have an outline for the day. (We used them for ceremony and reception.) We met with Complete to discuss our vision for the night and some ideas for keeping the energy up.

We didn't hear from the DJ until we reached out a few days before the event (he had become ill) and there were some sound issues during the ceremony, but these were compensated for at the reception.

Our DJ Matt kept the energy up the entire night and the dance floor packed. He walked around to the different tables seeking requests and both played these and used these to get a feel for what the crowd liked. A DJ can make or break a reception and we were so pleased with how the night played out with Matt at the booth.

The DJ was friendly and he tried to get everyone involved but he misjudged our guests, I think. He tried to do some type of game for each kiss people wanted us to do during dinner but no one would clink glasses because they didn't want to get up and kiss/sing a love song. So we had one kiss throughout the entire night. The music he played was not popular with most of my guests and he waited until many people were gone before playing anything that had been requested. All in all, we weren't impressed.

We do not have our video yet, but our videographer (Travis) the day of the wedding was GREAT! He was there, but I hardly noticed him at all! I can't wait to see what they come up with for our videos based on what he video taped!

I'm a bit frustrated with the company for a few reasons.

1. I was looking to use a few different songs for our video, but when I inquired further, they gave me a list of like 10 songs to choose from and said I had to use one of those. The funny thing is....there is a sample video on their site, that does NOT use one of those songs, so I've inquired as to why I can't have any of the ones I selected, and have yet to hear back from them on this.

2. We provided all our event details online, and were told we'd be contacted 2 weeks prior to our event to go over things. No one contacted us. We called about a week out from our date, was told the name of our videographer (Jake), and that he'd be reaching out to us within 24 hours. 48 hours went by, still no contact, so I called again. Talked to someone who said they would have someone call us in 24 hours and if they didn't, to call and talk to "mike jr". Well, 24 hours went by, still no call, so I called and talked to mike jr. He walked us through everything, confirmed "jake" as our videographer and then we hung up.

The next day (Thursday before our wedding), Mike jr. called us to tell us they could not get in touch with "jake" and that travis would be our videographer instead. Travis called us no 20 minutes later, went over every detail possible with us and make us feel VERY at ease, considering all the run around we'd been getting.

The day of, Travis was more than helpful and professional! We were very pleased with him.

Now....just to hear back on our song choices....

We used this company for our DJ and Photographer. They have multiple people to choose from by viewing their profiles but we just had a consultation and then let them pick for us.

Liam was our photographer and he did a great job, we did not end up meeting him until the day of the wedding, but that was by my choice, we just ran out of time. He was a great fit for us, very professional, and was very efficient in keeping things moving along. My only regret is that I did not end up giving him the shot list he asked for ahead of time so of course I missed getting pics of a few people that he was unaware of. He did get a lot of candid shots, which I love rather than all of the posed ones. I also love that everything he shot is included in the price. We received them on their website and a flash drive with full resolution. They did not push us to order packages at all and ordering from their website was quick and easy. I can also have them printed any place I want because I own all of the photos with no watermark.

Jamie was our DJ and he was also exactly what we were looking for. We did meet up with him about a week before the wedding and we clicked immediately about our music tastes and I could tell right away that he would be a good fit. He did an awesome job of keeping the party going. The dance floor was packed the whole night! He did an absolutely fantastic job!!

Aaron did an amazing job for us and our guests on our wedding day. He was prepared, worked well with our officiant and brought a great amount of enthusiasm to our day. Aaron was very attentive to our needs throughout the whole day and exceeded our expectations. We appreciated his efforts to meet the needs of our guests throughout the night as well as his commitment to keeping the music appropriate for all. Aaron is very authentic and we knew that he was genuinely happy to be a part of our day. Thank you Aaron.

Used them for ceremony sound/music, DJ, and photo booth. Justin did a great job with the music. I was a bit nervous about the ceremony sound and music with slight last minute scrambles about them not having a wireless headset mic and enough extension cords to get to the ceremony site but it all worked out just fine. They did send us a newbie to run the photo booth and while he was polite, clearly did not know how to handle the situation when he found there was no colored toner and most of the photo booth pictures were an epic fail - poor focus and color. The company send a $200 refund but that was only a fraction of what we had paid for the rental of the booth. Biggest disappointment of the entire event was our photo booth.

Our DJ was very flexible and let me make changes all the way up to a couple hours before the ceremony. The DJ was a little bit difficult to get in communication with which added to the stress but everything ended up working well!

We had a few minor issues with the DJ, but in general the service was very good. And the company called a few times after I sent them my review and apologized and assured me they would be speaking with the DJ and providing additional training that week to quite a few DJs regarding our comments. The issues were all pretty minor and we had to be involved more than we like, but the music and general experience were great and the deal was fabulous. The minor issues were: having to track the DJ down to plan details prior to the wedding, having to provide a few songs (company said this should have been provided), and a contract glitch based on number of hours- but was handled professionally and quicky.

Great price! Great people!

They are so nice and really take the time to work with you so that your wedding day turns out perfectly.

I would give them a 5, but the lights weren't that impressive and the DJ stepped on a cord during the bridal party dance so the music stopped and when she turned it back on she restarted the song from the beginning. Also, DJ didn't help herd people as much as I had hoped.

Our experience with our DJ, Amanda, was amazing! We were so happy with Amanda from the moment we met her. We met Amanda in a Caribou and assumed we would review our online planner and be done. Amanda was very relaxed and very prepared for our meeting, she ran us through the entire timeline for the day as well as how she was going to be keeping everything flowing throughout the day. There was one song (while we were going through our plan) that was not on the Complete listing and Amanda downloaded it while we continued the meeting, she was extremely helpful and flexible!! The day of our wedding she was fantastic!! She kept everything (from the moment the wedding started to the last song of the night) on track. She would come and find us and let us know we had "30 minutes until the first dance" or "15 minutes until mother/son dance"...we had no perception of time but she did a phenomenal job keeping us on track for the day! She also did a great job of keeping people on the dance floor having a great time! She had many different ways of keeping the party going and we still have no idea when she took breaks! She is that good!!

We had a few issues with the company:
1) We had a meeting to possibly use them as our photography company as well and the guy we met with spend 2 hours selling us on the DJ packages (but we had already booked them as our DJ service) - it was very odd and we chose not us use them for photography
2) My fiance contacted them 4 weeks before our wedding so we could meet with the DJ well in advance, they said we could not meet with our DJ until 1-2 weeks before the event. We indicated that made us very uncomfortable to wait so close to the date (with all of the other things we had going on), but they did not respond and only 1.5 weeks before the wedding told us that the DJ would be in contact with us with a few days.
I find these situations completely unprofessional. Which is too bad since our actual DJ was so amazing!

Very responsive and flexible

The responsiveness of Ari and both our photographer and videograoher was great! We live far away, but they coordinated phone meetings prior to wedding to confirm details.

We would have liked more direction on location and poses for shots. We also had made a list of people we wanted shots with, but unfortunately some of those were missed 😥

One employee lacked professionalism, was found playing games during the reception and had to be redirected by the groom. Overall, we received a multitude of candid photos and video content that we are very happy with.

Brides: get everything IN WRITING. We enjoyed the services we had through complete, but had a bit of a hang up when we tried to switch our package. We originally booked complete to do our photo/dj/photobooth, but we found another photographer 9 months from the wedding date that we loved. We contacted complete and they said they'd let us out of our photo contract. Unfortunately, and I take some of the blame for this, I never recieved an updated contract in writing from them stating this fact and one month from the wedding, the photographer was still on the package. We got it figured out, but the package pricing that I was promised wouldn't go up, did go up significantly. Lesson learned: get everything in writing immediately.

I am slightly disappointed with Complete Music. When I initially set up the DJ in 2013, I requested DJ Sammy - which I thought was a confirmed and done deal that he would be at our wedding. I was thrown a curve ball when Matt called me a couple of days before the wedding. It's not his fault, but I was not ecstatic as I was expecting DJ Sammy. A phone call or email as to why DJ Sammy would not DJ the wedding would have been nice.

Although that happened, Matt was a great DJ. My guests loved the variety of music except I wish we had more country music as this was a rustic/country wedding (whole wedding party was in cowboy boots...)! I didn't really dance much of the night besides the first dance, so as long as the guest were happy - no complaints. :)

We used them for the ceremony and the reception. The DJ didn't have all the songs we needed so we had to bring a copy. I think if I'm paying $700+ they should have been able to download 2 songs for us. Other than that he did a good job and kept the party going.

Overall, I would say it was alright. Moderately inexpensive compared to the other options. We had a nice guy, but didn't totally love it overall. For us, the music wasn't super important so it was fine. They were on time, reliable, etc.

Terrible Experience with DJ

The DJ (Greg Larson) made several of our guest uncomfortable through the evening of our wedding. One of our guests spoke to us with concern as it appeared to her that he was making advances towards her and making her uncomfortable. The DJ wandered around the venue and entered into the grooms dressing room before the ceremony as he was getting ready with his groomsmen. He used a "game" in the beginning of the reception which involved pointing to the person at the table with "the most amount of money." Then passing around a dollar bill. This made me and my bride extremely uncomfortable as this was not mentioned or discussed beforehand During the dance, he made all of our guests (even those sitting down) circle around me and my groom and repeat after him how much they loved us. As I am quite introverted, this made me extremely unconformable and awkward. Overall, we were both extremely disappointed in the professionalism and behavior of the DJ. I'm not sure how the company would make this right as memories of my wedding have been tainted due to how he acted.

We booked complete weddings and events with our hotel that we had our wedding at because it was a preferred vendor. I met with Matthew Sherry at the main office to have help going over what I need to do on my end to fill out for their wedding planner. I filled this out from top to bottom making sure everything was perfect. I didn’t receive a call from my DJ until 3 days before the wedding, calling to clarify things about the wedding. The DJ I had screwed up the songs for the ceremony and played the song for the parents to walk down to for the wedding party, and played the song for the wedding party for me to walk down to, I was furious!!! Then the recessional song was the one I was supposed to walk down to. He was very hard to hear speaking over the microphone, was on his phone a lot, and didn’t ask my guests what they wanted to hear, when I put on the form that I wanted him to take requests, he didn’t. There was no music playing during dinner and I didnt see him at his booth during dinner. I was very displeased with the service

I have to start by saying I am the mother of the bride. My daughter is too nice and won't write a review. She was thrilled with the DJ and videographer. They were phenomenal! The photographer, Angie on the other hand ruined their experience quite badly and tarnished their experience with Complete Wedding. First of all, the photographer showed up 45 minutes later than she said she would as she said she wanted to take pictures of the girls getting ready. Well she showed up disheveled and unorganized and treated the bridal party like they were not her first priority as she spent nearly 5 minutes catching up with the videographer. It was a very rainy, cold day last October so after the ceremony I suggested that we do pictures inside rather than going to Harriet Island as originally planned. Angie refused and said no, the bride and groom want outside photos so that's what we're doing. I asked the bride and groom later and they had actually asked to have more pictures taken inside. Angie didn't take the bride or the groom's wishes into consideration when taking the pictures. When outside in the rain and cold getting our pictures taken I noticed the backdrop was buildings across the river. I suggested to Angie if she had the wedding party turn just a quarter turn to the right there was a beautiful paddle boat in the background that would make an excellent backdrop. She actually rolled her eyes at me and walked away from me, but she did have the wedding party turn to have the paddle boat as a back drop. The rest of the evening went off okay though the bride did say they had to hunt Angie down quite a few times for shots. The final straw that prompted this bad review is we waited and waited for the photos from the wedding only to receive the flash drive from the photographer 3 months after the wedding with the photos untouched! No removal of acne, blemishes, nothing! My daughter is having a friend fix them to make them printable. That is inexcusable!

We booked Complete for our ceremony and reception, our aisle song skipped as well as the song for our sand ceremony. Once we got to our reception Anthony (our dj) came to ask us how to pronounce our last name (we already went over this on the phone) and when he announced us as Mr and Mrs he didn't even pronounce our last name correctly! The father-daughter dance skipped as well as a handful of dancing songs. We were disappointed in all of this.

I can't understate how amazing our photographer was the day of the wedding. I would recommend her personally any day of the week.
I received two emails that were in rapid succession less than 5 days after the wedding: 7-8 low resolution photos and an email showing how to recommend their service. I was pleased with the photographer, So I gave a good review. I wish I could take that one back. That was the last I've heard from the manager.

4 weeks later, I have yet to get a response from him regarding when I will be able to see the rest of my photographers hard work. It's not like I sent one note: I sent 3 emails, sent a message to the national office, and one on the local office's Facebook page. The national office said they would have him contact me right away. The Photographer herself emailed me and said it was typical that it could take 2 months for the photos to get retouched and sorted as they only have 1 photo tech. However, I received absolutely nothing from Matt Sherry, the person who has physical custody off all the pictures.

It's not like I asked that they be finished immediately, I just wanted to know the timeline.

Today marks now 7 weeks without any response to my attempts to communicate with the Minneapolis office. I've almost given up hope on even getting any pictures in time for Christmas from a mid September wedding purely because Complete won't answer me. Or worse, that they will be done poorly to get even with my frustration because I must have annoyed him by looking for answers.
My husband was deployed literally the day our honeymoon ended, and having those pictures would mean the world to me, but that seems to make no difference to Mr Sherry. It would seem that he doesn't care since he got his initial good review to drum up business. I would not recommend working with this company at all, but the photographer herself was amazing. Should have hired her independently.

We met Complete at the wedding fair in Minneapolis. Great deal at the time, but you get what you pay for in the end. The photo-booth person did not contact us until 9pm the night before our wedding. We did try to follow up 3 days before. The photo-booth pictures seemed to be very high. So if you were short you could get the top of your head maybe. All said and done I wish we would have spent a little more money and gone somewhere else.

Wrong song played as Bride walked down the isle, wrong mother/son first dance song. Unprofessional! DJ was outside smoking instead of moving equipment into the reception. We actually had to have family members help move the equipment so it wouldn't delay our dinner!
