I met Miranda and Patrick back in probably 2014 at my first job in the wedding industry, managing a venue in Pittsburgh. They were always so fun and easy to work with, I knew for years I wanted them to be a part of my wedding one day. 10 years later, they made all of my floral dreams come true! On the day of my wedding, I cried a lot of happy tears. The first ones came when I decided to take a quick break from hair & makeup and head down to the reception space to check it out. I knew the florals would be incredible, but I was taken aback at just how beautiful they were. I couldn’t believe how well Miranda pulled my vision together. Every single stem was just perfect. She was SO organized and took all my (slightly crazy) inspo images (and by “images” I mean full-on slide deck, I was in the wedding industry after all haha) and pulled them into the absolute dreamiest arrangements. And then I saw my bouquet - as if I hadn’t cried enough already before noon that day! It was such an absolutely stunning, perfectly arranged bouquet, I am still not over it a year later. It had every flower I asked for and then some. The color scheme was so wonderful and brought my fall inspo to life. The florals really pulled everything together and made the day feel so real when I saw them that morning. I cannot praise Community Flower Shop enough. Miranda is so wonderful to work with and she will make your day absolutely perfect - I would hire them again and again! -

Miranda and team truly delivered on my wedding day florals! I had a few specific flower, color, and arrangement requests, but besides that, I let the team decide on how to complete my wedding look and they did not disappoint! The team was able to put my vision together (a vision I was unable to describe ahead of time I will add) and delivered on the colorful, textured, and romantic styles I was hoping for. The florals were definitely a highlight of my wedding day and were a big part in creating my fairytale wedding. -

Choosing Miranda and Community Flower Shop was one of the best decisions we made while wedding planning! Every single floral detail, from the centerpieces to the tiny ring bearer boutonnieres, turned out perfectly. It's been six months since my wedding and I continue to receive compliments on my floral decor and bouquet. Miranda was so easy to work with throughout the entire process. I greatly appreciated how she was able to work within my budget and find ways to bring my vision to life. She was responsive, patient and understanding - all around such a joy to work with! Hire Miranda and her immensely talented team - you will not regret it. -

Miranda and her team at Community Flowers are absolute rock stars! They did an incredible job, and our wedding day would not have been complete without them. Our requests were anything but simple or ordinary, and not only did they deliver on our vision, but they put their own twist on things that brought our wedding flowers to the next level. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, and will continue to use them for all my flower needs, big and small. Thanks Miranda! We love you guys. -

Miranda and her entire team are fabulous. She was wonderful with communication from start to finish. Like many couples, we had to reschedule our wedding and Miranda was more than accommodating (while she was going through multiple reschedules of her own wedding!). She listen to our input and used her artistic skills to bring our vision to life! The bouquets/centerpieces/corsages were breathtakingly beautiful, they were vibrant and all of the flowers were flawless. I couldn’t thank her enough for her amazing work and the overall great experience of working with Community Flower Shop. Do yourself a favor and book with them asap! -

Miranda at Community Flower Shop is so great to work with! I feel like I gave her very little direction on what I wanted and sent a few inspiration photos and she completely knocked it out of the park and exceeded all expectations I had! Everything from the bouquet to the centerpieces to the minor details pieces for the signs and arch and cake were just so much better than I could have ever imagined! Highly highly recommend! -

Absolutely perfect!
I had never really put a lot of thought into flowers until it came time to pick a wedding florist - I knew I needed them, but didn't really know what I wanted. Thanks to Miranda's patience with my indecisiveness and her amazing vision, the flowers were unquestionably one of my favorite parts of my wedding. The bouquets were beautiful, the large piece hanging from the ceiling of our venue was beautiful, and the arrangements on the table were beautiful. Miranda and the Community Flower Shop team went absolutely above and beyond for us and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for gorgeous, high quality flowers and a great team. -

We ordered my bridal bouquet, 2 Bridesmaids & a corsage. I gave her a picture of my vision and they all turned out amazing! Exactly what I had in mind.
We are now 12 days after the wedding and the bouquet still looks great! -

After reaching out to a few pretty expensive florists in town, my now husband and I were almost completely 100% decided on making our own artificial flower arrangements for our wedding centerpieces and bouquets — that is, until we met with Miranda and Patrick. They seemed to get our vibe completely right off the bat, and were certainly wonderful communicators throughout the entire process. I am so happy to have worked with them. Instead of traditional bridesmaid bouquets, we wanted floral lanterns for the girls, and they made us absolutely beautiful pieces for them to hold. For our venue, we wanted a floral hanging piece for our venue to hang above us for our ceremony (and repurpose above the sweetheart table for dinner) and Community Flower Shop FREAKING DELIVERED... I cried happy tears when we got to our ceremony venue that morning and saw their work. Another note, on our 90+ degree wedding day, Miranda went ABOVE AND BEYOND by rushing to the venue before our ceremony to give my groom a brand new boutonnière, since his was completely wilted from doing 3+ hours of outdoor photos before the ceremony. Miranda was absolutely one of my favorite vendors to work with, and if I could do it all over again, I would work with her again in a heartbeat. I cannot thank them enough for their work! -

Nicole Sent on 05/03/2018Picking Miranda and Patrick at Community Flower Shop to do my wedding florals was one of the best decisions that my husband and I made during the entire planning process! We met with them to explain our vision (dark, enchanting, whimsical, romantic, organic without being bohemian in a purple/gray palette), and they came back with concepts and ideas that were exactly what we had in mind. Throughout the planning process, I contacted Community Flower Shop to add and remove things several times, and Miranda was very quick to respond and accommodated my changes without any fuss. We were able to see a mock up of a centerpiece a few months in advance to get a feel for what the florals would look like, which I appreciated. The day of the wedding, they arrived on time, set everything up perfectly, and, overall, absolutely knocked our wedding florals out of the park! They executed our vision exactly, and then some. Everything from the ceremony decor (birch arch/aisle decor) to my bouquet to the cake flowers was absolutely stunning. The guests kept raving that they had never seen such beautiful/unique florals at any other wedding before ours. If you want wedding florals that make an impact, definitely go with Community Flower shop. I can't recommend them enough and wish that I had more events that require floral design that I could hire them for! -

Felicia Sent on 11/14/2017I met with Patrick for maybe 10 minutes with a few things to go on. Our wedding was in november at an art gallery space but we didn’t want a “fall” look. My parameters were jewel tones and no gerbera daisies or calla lilies. I didn’t want a bouquet and asked for a flower cuff instead. What Patrick and Miranda created was insanely gorgeous. The colors and textures were art in themselves. Their communication was professional and quick. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Community Flower Shop again.

They took my ideas, understood what I wanted, and then created flower chandeliers, centerpieces, an escort table, and a chuppah that were more beautiful than anything I had imagined. We are so happy with their work!

I had to decide between 2 stellar florists for my wedding, but in my gut I felt that Miranda could really delivery my vision, and I am so glad I chose her! She is humble and soft spoken, but don't let that fool you - her talent is incredible - just check out the flowers she did for her wedding are out of this world on community flower's instagram. I had a $2,000 budget as I didn't need any installations or ceremony flowers and my bridal party was smaller, but she did not skimp on the quality of the flowers I did order. She got me the brown tulips and garden roses of my dreams! I had an elegant, romantic, English garden-esque vision and she delivered my pinterest board dreams to perfection. She was also easy to work with around picking up the flowers as I did pick up instead of delivery due to the budget - I picked up the reception flowers on Friday and then got the bouquets and boutonnieres on Saturday morning. I wish I could wake up to those flowers every morning! I think I'll let the pictures do the rest of the talking... -
