Stunning and delicious wedding cake!
We had the pleasure of hiring Tiffany for our wedding cake and it did not disappoint. Not only was our cake absolutely stunning but it was also delicious! We had an excellent experience with Tiffany! We are out of state and she was able to work with our schedule to pick up our tasting box on the one day we were in town. The tasting box was a great way to see which flavor combinations we wanted for the cake and it was beautifully and thoughtfully packaged. On the day of, our cake tasted and looked amazing. We got so many compliments on it! 10/10 would recommend! -

Works of art!
We were so grateful to be able to work with Tiffany! Not only is she incredibly talented, but she is also a very kind and warm person. We highly recommend meeting her in person for your tasting as it was so helpful to talk through all of her options, get her advice, and brainstorm ideas all while eating her delicious cake!
My husband and I were looking for something classic, but with an artistic touch, and she absolutely nailed the vision. As soon as Tiffany told us about her art background we knew it was meant to be. She gave us 4 beautiful hand drawn sketches to choose from, and we could not be happier with the final result -

Wedding cake perfection
From day one, Tiffany made the process so easy and joyful! We had a very specific request for the design, a croquembouche-style cake (a French holiday treat consisting of a profiterole tower. We asked for that look with typical tiers and sponge). Tiffany cheerfully said she was up to the challenge, and she hit a home run!
The tasting was so much fun! We were blown away by the sheer deliciousness of the sponge and butter cream. I cannot adequately describe the beauty of the cake on our wedding day. Everyone, and I mean everyone **raved** about how delicious it was. The only quandary: it was too gorgeous to want to cut it, too delicious to want to save any bit at all. We cannot wait for our first anniversary to be able to eat more wedding cake...truth!
I highly recommend Commonwealth Cake Company for your wedding or other special event. The pricing is extremely reasonable for the highest quality product and service we received. -

Best wedding cake and vendor!!
Tiffany at Commonwealth Cake Company was one of our absolute favorite vendors and we were over the moon happy with our wedding cake! She was so helpful, professional and accommodating throughout the entire process. We didn’t really know what we wanted for a wedding cake design and through talking with us, she helped come up with the perfect one. The cake was not only beautiful but delicious - and taste was important to us! Not too sweet - and not too heavy either. Perfect for a wedding! We cannot recommend Tiffany and Commonwealth Cake Company enough - she’s a true treasure of a find! -

If you want a Beautiful and Delicious Groom’s or Wedding Cake, look no further than Commonwealth Cake Company. We had an idea of what we wanted for our son’s Groom’s Cake and Tiffany, the owner of Commonwealth, brought our ideas to reality. She took our ideas and made the most spectacular Groom’s cake! It was delicious, beautiful and was a great centerpiece at the Welcome Party for all of our wedding guests. From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience working with Commonwealth Cake. We live in a different state and every email was replied to promptly and they were wonderful to work with on this project. We were extremely pleased with their creativity, service and value! We highly recommend Commonwealth Cake for your wedding needs! -

Tiffany was an absolute gem to work with! She met with us to understand our likes/dislikes and helped us design our dream wedding cake. She took our vision and exceeded all expectations, even incorporating flowers from our florist to make the cake POP. Her cakes are BEYOND delicious, layers upon layers of cake, filling and icing. Thank you so much for making our wedding cake dreams come true!!
I highly recommend working with Tiffany (and ordering more cake than you think you need, having extra wedding cake to eat the day after our wedding was SO fun)! -

Delicious and Stunning Cake!
Working with Commonwealth Cake Company was nothing short of a dream. My husband and I got engaged in 2020 and wanted to get a head-start on our vendors with all of the postponed COVID weddings. We found Tiffany by watching a wedding video from another couple who booked with Commonwealth Cake Co and we stalked them like crazy to find out who made their absolutely STUNNING and unique cake. We met up with Tiffany a few months later to pick up our to-go style tasting box with was packed with the best cake and icing I have ever tasted in my entire life - I am not exaggerating in the slightest. Full disclosure - we had tasting boxes from two local cake companies for options and Tiffany's cake blew the other competitor out of the water. Don't even waste your time tasting other cake - Tiffany's cake is the REAL DEAL.
We ended up going with two flavors - vanilla cake with raspberry buttercream and lemon curd and chocolate cake with coconut pecan filling. Both were fan favorites and we received so many compliments! We did not have time to enjoy it at the wedding ourselves sadly, but I asked our caterer to package some up for us to take with us at the end of the night which was a 10/10 idea. When we got back to our hotel we sat in bed and ate the cake with our hands...it may sounds weird but I don't know why more couples don't do this!! It was such an amazing end to a magical night. We can't wait to enjoy our freshly baked anniversary cake next May! Tiffany - we truly cannot thank you enough!!! -

Tiffany was wonderful and so easy to work with! She is incredibly kind and accommodating. For example, it was easiest for us to do an at-home cake tasting, so she provided us with a wonderful take-home tasting box. She was even able to make us extra cake because we wanted more of our family members to do the tasting with us! She makes a great selection of cake and filling flavors; There are endless yummy combinations. Her cakes are so delicious! She has a true baking & decorating talent! We absolutely loved our wedding cake and cannot wait to have it again for our 1 year anniversary! She also bakes you a fresh cake for your one year anniversary which is wonderful and prevents us from having to freeze and thaw our original cake. I would absolutely recommend Tiffany and Commonwealth Cake Company!! -

Delicious cake that looked amazing!
We absolutely loved our cake by Tiffany with Commonwealth Cake Co. Tiffany helped us take our design ideas and came up with something even better than we imagined. Not only did the cake look stunning but the flavors were amazing too. Rich and moist cake with great fillings. I usually don't like buttercreams but Tiffany's was absolutely delicious. We can't wait for our year anniversary cake! Tiffany was also flexible with us when our guest number drastically decreased about a month before the wedding. She reduced the size of the cake where she could and provided us with to go boxes for any leftovers. All around a great vendor to work with! -

Tiffany is a rare gem! My husband was most excited for her overnight taste tasting kit. We spent well over an hour creating the most delicious pairings to create our 3 tiered masterpiece. It was not the same as an in person tasting; however, Tiffany made sure we had an experience like no other! Prompt arrival and the guests raved about how amazing it was. Above and beyond!
Tiffany absolutely went above and beyond to help create the perfect cakes for our wedding. My cake was absolutely gorgeous and the creativity, attention to detail, and artistry displayed in the grooms cake was immaculate. My husband was delighted when he saw his camping themed cake made just for him!! They were also delicious! I am so thankful we decided to have Tiffany create our cakes for us. I would recommend her to anyone who wants their expectations to be exceeded in every way. -

Tiffany is hands down one of our favorite vendors from our wedding day! Although we only had the privilege to meet her in person once, she absolutely enriched the day to the highest degree. We came to her with a unique cake idea and were a bit unsure if anyone could correctly capture the vision of the cake we wanted. Tiffany dispelled all doubt in that department and absolutely knocked our cake out of the PARK. Our wedding cake was beige with the most beautiful design of dried orange slices. The details in the frosting made the cake stand out EXTRA and made it one-of—kind. When we first saw our wedding cake upon entering our reception, I almost cried!! It was so beautiful and so amazing to see the vision that I only had seen from Tiffany’s sketches. We absolutely recommend Commonwealth Cake Company, but more than that, we recommend Tiffany Rosales. Her talent, heart, and kindness shines through her work and exudes LOVE! -

Amazing taste and elegance
Tiffany did an amazing job with the design we provided! Our cake had 2 tiers that were covered in fondant gardenia petals. Our guests didn't realize that the petals were edible, but when they did, they were amazed just as I was. The top 2 tiers were vanilla cake with a salted caramel buttercream. The bottom tier (my favorite) was a citrus cake with triple berry buttercream and fresh raspberries. I've never been a fan of citrus cake, but once I tasted it, I had to have it at our wedding. I highly recommend Commonwealth Cake company for your wedding! -

I'm so happy I found Tiffany from Commonwealth Cake Co! From the very beginning of the process, she was so professional and responsive!
Our cake tasting appointment was probably one of my most favorite parts of the wedding planning process- I mean, how could it not be!! It was wonderful to sit down and get to know her as a person. You can tell she puts her heart and soul into her cakes and towards making her clients happy. She was extremely accommodating when we had to make changes on the size of the cake due to our final guest count, and it put my mind at such ease.
She offers a WIDE variety of flavors and can do almost any combination imaginable! It was SO hard to choose!!
When we finally decided on our flavors, she came up with 4 different yet all beautiful cakes designs. We were so happy with our cake and our guests were coming up to us all night telling us how delicious it was!!
I would absolutely recommend Tiffany for your wedding cake!!! -

As a serious dessert lover, picking my wedding cake was one of the “biggies” for me as I was planning my wedding. Not only did I want a cake that was delicious (obviously!), but also visually stunning and unique. I am beyond happy I chose CCC, not only because they nailed both of my wants, but also because Tiffany was the sweetest (pun definitely intended!!) and a breeze to work with. She was very responsive and super flexible, even as Covid threw a wrench in my planning and guest count. She took my vision of incorporating my floral colors as painted swatches on the cake, and brought it to life, completely exceeding my expectations. The icing on the cake (sorry, pun definitely intended again!!) was seeing the final result. My jaw was on the floor. I cannot recommend CCC and Tiffany enough!! -

Wedding Client - Groom
Talk about yum! We initially didn't even want a cake but met with a couple vendors to do our due diligence. Pun-intended, Tiffany was the sweetest, and we were so happy we got to meet her. Her cakes tasted amazing and she was willing to find the right flavors that suited us and our special day.

Tiffany was incredible right from the start. I was blown away by her responsiveness and quite honestly, the cake itself. Every wedding I had been to I was never impressed by the wedding cake, so coming to the tasting I didn’t have a high bar set. Tiffany’s cake is INCREDIBLE and her frosting is out of this world. She helped us put together a different, but delicious cake for our wedding. And the cake itself was BEAUTIFUL, you almost didn’t want to eat it. So many people raved about how great the cake was at our wedding, and if that doesn’t tell you enough, our top tier (that you’re supposed to have on your one year anniversary) lasted one week. But thankfully Tiffany will bake you a fresh cake for your anniversary! We will be getting her cake for many, many years to come.

We had the best experience with Tiffany - from the first email communication, to tasting, to the mock-up sketch, to our wedding day where we got to see our beautiful cake come to life - it was wonderful. Tiffany is so kind and personable, incredibly flexible, and truly custom designed the wedding cake of our dreams! Our cake was the talk of our reception - not to mention, it was absolutely delicious! We're counting down the days until our 1 year-anniversary so we can enjoy our anniversary cake! Only 327 more to go...
