Exemplary service!
I decided last minute to throw a family holiday dinner and needed a large table, linens and chairs. One call to Columbia Tent and within 45 minutes a truck arrived and set everything up for me. Needless to say, thanks to Columbia Tent my dinner was a huge success!

Columbia Tent Rentals made our planning process seamless. They worked closely with our vendors to make decisions on all rentals that would bring our vision to life, without our needing to be overly involved. We made a couple of changes toward the end and they were very accommodating and responsive. The inventory is clearly laid out on their website so you can choose the look. you're going for. Everything was beautiful and their prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend!

We got all our rentals for our wedding in the Catskills through Columbia Tent. Everything was beautiful and they were so easy to work with. As plans and numbers frequently changed, Amy was always willing to jump on calls with me and talk through any changes. I felt they were so honest and helpful in figuring out what we needed for our event vs. what we could skip or not need. Getting to go to the showroom and see what items we were choosing in person was so great and really helped us with picking out the details for our day! Delivery, set up, and pick up were quick and easy and everyone was so professional. We definitely recommend!

We hired Columbia for our 80 person wedding in upstate New York. We needed a whole smattering of things from heaters to tents to specialty catering equipment. Columbia Tent was a pleasure to work with for my wedding. They helped me work through the difficult decision of whether or not to install tent with an uncertain weather forecast. Lo and behold it started raining just as the ceremony began, so their tent saved the day!
They also went above and beyond in supplying chairs, cutlery, and place settings for our reception -- we got tons of compliments from our guests on this. Overall I would highly recommend working with Columbia Tent!

We used Columbia Tent for our wedding and were very pleased. Amy was incredibly quick to respond to our many questions, and they were willing to work with us as we revised our order as our event changed in response to changing COVID regulations. They ordered specialty glasses for granitas we were serving, and were also able to add on last minute coolers so we could ensure all of our ice didn't melt! Would highly recommend. I would also recommend reaching out directly if there's anything specific you have in mind, as their inventory on their website doesn't include everything they have!

I was planning all the details of my wedding weekend with my husband and working with Columbia Tent was a great decision for us. Through covid rescheduling, head count adjustments, new contracts, location changes they were accommodating and helpful the whole way. Thank you to the whole team & a special thanks to Amy and our delivery crews! They did so much work for us that we ended up getting them BBQ catering for lunch as an extra thank you.

Easy to work with people and amazing rental items!
I worked with Amy from Columbia Tent on the full rentals for my recent wedding, including linens, chairs, tables, flatware, glassware, dinnerware, and our magical tent. Amy has the patience of a saint - we must have emailed back and forth for months and she was always cheery, quick to respond, super organized, and helpful. If there were ever any potential issues she wanted to chat about, she'd give me a call and was always incredibly professional and resourceful when it came to problem solving. I was extremely happy with the quality of all of the items I ordered, and the final end result was everything I had imagined and then some! Truly, it may sound silly but all of the little details and small finishes really do make a difference so I am really grateful to Columbia Tent's inventory and options I was given. The delivery was smooth, and Amy ended up coming to pick up the order so I got to finally meet her in person after all those emails. I can attest that she is just as lovely in person!

Columbia Tent
Columbia tent provided a large sail tent for our 160 person wedding. We also rented beautiful farm tables, chairs, benches, high top tables, a dance floor, linens, an event generator and probably other items I’m forgetting.
Through every step of the process they were amazing. I can not say enough good things about their company and the owners, Bryce and Amy. We had to reschedule our wedding due to covid and they were completely accommodating and helped make decision making easy.
They were kind, honest, and quick to respond to each text/email we sent. Without them our wedding would not have been the perfect day it turned out to be. We highly recommend them and their services.

Amy and Bryce are so unbelievably nice but that is not my reason for my high recommendation. They offer more products than any other rental companies in the area (and I have excel spreadsheets to prove it). If there is a product they don’t carry they will connect with another vendor and take care of it for you so you don’t have to stress about it. My favorite part about working with them was their flexibility and understanding. We had a last min location change because of COVID and they made it so simple to change our order. They even did last min add ons (the week of) such as garbage cans when we realized we weren’t going to have enough.

We had our daughters Wedding Reception in our backyard and rented everything from Columbia Tent. Tables and chairs for 80 guests, buffet, DJ, and sweetheart tables, a bar, all linens, all glasses, all silverware, and perimeter lighting! They delivered on a Thursday and picked up on the following Monday so we had plenty of time for decorations and clean up. From the first inquiry email I sent Amy was outstanding!! I will definitely rent from them again and recommend to anyone looking to rent from them.

Made planning our day so much less stressful!
Columbia Tent has pretty much everything you will need to hold an event, so you don't need to shop around and coordinate rentals from a bunch of different places. Plus, all of their equipment is in clean and in great shape, so you don't have to worry about what you are going to get. Their response time was so fast whenever we had a question about our rentals in the planning stages. My husband and I relied so much on Bryce and Amy's professional expertise on what we needed for our wedding and they didn't steer us wrong. They have great staff that work hard and show pride in their work by taking the time to show you how things work and making adjustments to make things perfect.

SURPRISE birthday party saved!
For a year I have been planning my husband’s 60 th SURPRISE birthday party by the pool here at our home. As the year progressed we were faced with the great pandemic of COVID-19 forcing me to keep the festivities to immediate family only with an absolute decision to remain outside to keep the social distancing protocol, then comes along the remnants of hurricane Laura on Saturday August 29, 2020 the day of our party. Crushed.... I leaned into my faith rather than panic and placed a last minute call to Columbia Tent Rentals on Friday 8-28-20 and spoke with Bryce and Amy. I explained my situation to them and asked if there was anyway I could get a tent for the NEXT DAY... YIKES!
MY ANSWER FROM THEM WAS ABSOLUTELY YES! WOW!
Not only did they save the day with a tent but they were extremely accommodating with me to wait for my husband to leave the house with his step son (Planned on my part) at noon before they arrived with the tent to help me not ruin his SURPRISE BIRTHDAY PARTY!
Bryce showed up with Amy and up went the tent on Saturday 8-29-20 at noon as a last minute deal! And threw me a deal on a pool deck canopy!
Not only was I restored in my faith in humanity, hope, and human compassion, I was also empowered by the hard teamwork by Bryce and Amy!
I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ALL YOUR GATHERING NEEDS. THEY ARE SPOT ON!

One stop shopping
I needed a tent and everything else that goes with it for a surprise 60th birthday party. While there were only 30 guests to allow enough room for social distancing(Oy) I ordered a tent more than twice the size needed. The staff person who handled my account (Amy) could not have been more knowledgeable, professional, responsive and pleasant. The party was a huge success in no small part to Columbia Tent and I would hesitate a minute to use them again!

Columbia tent rental really came through for us. We needed tables and chairs for a last minute event. They were quick to get us what I needed. I thought I was all set since I already had a tent but the storm ruined it the day of the event. I was beyond stressed. Everything was beautifully set and put together in a very timely manner. The night before we realized we needed white chairs to go with our white benches and first thing the next morning they had them set up and ready to go. My daughters fairytale wedding
My daughter had an outdoor wedding on top of a hill with a view of the catskill mountains. We worked with Columbia Tent Rentals for our August 2018 wedding and couldn't have been happier with the process. Kelly was incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions - down to explaining the minute-differences between different shades of grey. Bryce and his crew made set-up the day before look like a breeze. One set of tables was left on the truck by accident, but it was very easy to get in touch with them and they were able to drop it off well before day-of set up began. We used Coulumbia Tents for a gathering of 90 people. Kelly Reinckens, Event Coordinator was beyond helpful. She made suggestions which made our event exceptional. I changed items ordered and added items and when my order arrived everything was perfect. The tent was delivered early and was assembled exactly the way we had previously discussed. Delivery staff was very friendly, professional and very responsive. Tent was in great condition, linens were perfect and chairs and tables were clean. Highly recommend them and will be using them for future events. Columbia from the first time I spoke with them was definitely a higher level of professionalism and service as compared to the numerous other companies I called. Very competitive pricing also. They worked with me and my fiancé over the year we spent planning our wedding, and besides being incredibly kind, responsive, flexible and smart, they were also a treasure trove of information. How big of a tent do we need? How many glasses of each type? Who should I call for restroom trailer rental? Where on earth do I get 1,000 pounds of ice???? Kelly had the answers!
We had a wonderful experience with Columbia Tent and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family, or to use them again if we're ever throwing another big event. Kelly and the Columbia team, couldn't have been better. They spent countless emails and phone calls accommodating our constantly changing wedding plan and head count.
I didn't have a wedding planner, and Kelly was incredibly helpful with advising the correct tent size and dimension as well as helping me figure out how to install a lighting design idea that I had in my mind.
On the day of my wedding, the delivery of goods was on time, as well as the pick up the following day.
I called at least 10 vendors in the Hudson valley and Berkshire area that either wanted an arm and a leg, or were super gruff and told me what I wanted to do was not possible.

Tent came early, looks absolutely fabulous. They are beyond accommodating to last minute changes and helpful through the whole process of planning! Everything from the tables to the linens and dance floor are perfect! And the guys they sent down to set up the tent were some of the hardest workers I've seen!

Well, what can we say? Quite honestly, we are speechless! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Your never ending effort, flexibility, attention to detail, and kindness can truly be unmatched. You were so helpful throughout the entire process. Not only does Columbia Tent help with the rentals of tents, chairs, tables, linens, and all other rental equipment; They are the sweetest and most humble people that are truly there to make your event what you want, any way they can. We got married at The Hill, Labor Day 2015 and I would tell anyone and everyone that choosing Columbia Tent is the best favor they could do for themselves. Our gratitude is boundless!

We decided not to hire a wedding planner, but went back and forth on the idea. What finally sealed the deal was meeting Kelly and Dave. They are such pros and gave us such confidence that they would help us execute a beautiful wedding without needing a third party, and we were absolutely right. Kelly was enormously helpful in giving me advice on everything from how to best lay out the room for our headcount to thinking through linen colors. It was also helpful that they have worked with just about every vendor in the area - nothing fazes them! We couldn't have done it without them and are so grateful to Columbia Tent for helping to make our wedding day so beautiful.

I can not imagine working with a group that was more professional, accommodating or caring. Columbia Tent worked with us to plan our entire wedding weekend. They provided rentals for three venues that we used that weekend. From the moment we contacted Kelly until we left the area she was always there for us! She helped plan the event - took care of huge cliches along the way and made sure that everything was just perfect!!!! THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!

In the business of wedding planning, we realized relatively last minute that we needed chairs for our ceremony (200 of them) as well as 6 large round tables for extra seating for our guests. I was a bit panicked that we wouldn't be able to find any place that could rent these so last minute. A few days before our wedding I reached out to them and thankfully Kelly (the event coordinator) got back to us asap saying she could help us, no problem! Her team dropped up and picked up the chairs and tables in a very efficient manner. They really saved the day!

Everything we got from Columbia Tent looked lovely. We got literally everything- outdoor tent, ceremony chairs, dining chairs, tables, linens, plates, forks, glasses, etc. and I have no complaints with any of it. They showed up on time and- according to my family members who were present when it was set up- they did it quickly and efficiently. They brought everything that had been ordered and they were flexible with changing from round tables to long tables with less than 2wks notice which was great. They worked primarily through my wedding planner in the final few weeks so I can't speak to every detail of the coordination, but the interactions I had with them were all positive and the final product of what they delivered was just exactly as ordered and I was not disappointed by any of the quality even though I wasn't able to see it in person before my wedding.

Working with Columbia was great - good prices, great and prompt services, everything was exactly what we asked for and in good condition. We also had to make various changes throughout the planning process and they were very receptive to our needs. I definitely recommend Columbia Tent Rentals!

We used Columbia tent for our daughter's wedding and they were wonderful. It was an outdoor wedding at our property for 160 people. Kelly and Dave were great at changing what we needed as the weather forecast changed right up till and including the day of delivery. they made sure that we had everything we needed from generators to wine glasses. They did a great job at clean up and once they had taken down the tent and picked everything up our property looked as good as new.

Great Experience with Columbia Tent
Columbia supplied all the necessary rentals needed for a small wedding. They were terrific. Very helpful with suggestions, service was excellent and quality of all items was great. I highly recommend them.

Pleasant experience
We used this service for our daughters wedding. The staff was helpful and very responsive. They were easy and very nice to deal with . The tent was perfect for our space. It was Installed on time, It was clean and added a bit of safety from the possible elements.

Flexible and helpful in every way!
Kelly at Columbia Tent was very helpful in planning our wedding! She made sure we had everything we needed and helped us with all our last minute changes. The delivery crew worked quickly to get everything set up for us. Great experience all around!

Perfect outdoor wedding
From beginning to end everyone was informative and very helpful. They were able to provide everything we needed. The tent, tables linens. Everything was beautiful . Kelly also helped with finding an excellent caterer (Aim to Please) . We couldn't have been more pleased with the quality and service received. Using Columbia Tent made my daughters wedding as stress free as possible.

These guys are amazing! Due to an issue with our original wedding coordinator, we hired Columbia at the last minute, and they were flawless. They came to the estate where we had our wedding, and despite the relentless rain which resulted in abundant mud, they delivered the tent, tables, chairs, linens, flatware, glasses, and food service items without destroying the lawn. They set everything up and installed the dance floor in record time. They were efficient, professional, and very pleasant. All of their rentals were impeccably clean and well maintained. It was a joy to do business with Columbia!
