CPR absolutely nailed everything for our October wedding at the Woodlands in Morrison. I planned our wedding myself, so I directly handled all contact with CPR. They made the process easy by answering questions, sending additional photos, and even providing a second opinion when needed. When I made some last minute additions, they were quick to confirm and always professional and kind in response. I contacted Colorado Party Rentals in Colorado Springs and worked with Vicky. She is a true expert! I made an appointment and met with her at their local showroom. She asked questions about things I hadn't even thought of yet and was super helpful in getting us what we needed for the number of guests we were having. She was also helpful in suggesting items that would match the vibe we were after.
The terms of the contract were clearly explained, and it was easy to make modifications to my original order as needed. I ended up adding champagne flutes, adjusted numbers and sizes of plates, chairs and linens. The day before our wedding, delivery to our home went smoothly and the day after the wedding Colorado Party Rentals was there bright and early to pick everything up! I would definitely recommend Colorado Party Rentals!

Super smooth rental process! We did a pick up and drop off for our plate rentals and it was very easy. They are closed on Sundays so it made returning the day after our Saturday wedding a bit tricky since we left for our honeymoon Monday morning, but we were able to coordinate with a friend for the drop off. Communication was quick and clear.

Great and flexible party rental company for our wedding!
It was great to be able to visit the CPR warehouse with our planner to see our rentals in person before ordering! Our planner handled the process of renting which made it very easy and convenient for us. We changed several elements, right up to about 2 weeks before our wedding and CPR was able to accommodate our changes. The rentals looked great and I was glad to not have to source items for our wedding!

Great customer service and big selection
We worked with Morghan from CO Party Rentals for our wedding last month. She was so easy to work with and continually let us make adjustments up to two weeks out from our wedding, especially since we had never seen our venue before so we were constantly making updates to suit our wedding design. I worked with Kelly at Colorado Party Rentals and had an amazing experience! I was so impressed with how professional and accommodating the company was. They had the perfect selection for my wedding theme, which was recreating the Great Hall from Harry Potter. The long, dark tables, different colored linens, and golden plates and utensils really made the look come together. I was able to come into the warehouse multiple times to look at options, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with everything!

When planning a wedding, every bride/groom is looking for where to start and for a vendor that can help center the process. CO Party Rentals is that vendor! We came to Co Party Rentals for a consultation and their wonderful staff worked with us to build a beautiful tablescape. They were very patient as I changed my mind a million times and tried every combination of color and glassware possible. We came up with the perfect setting and then the contract and payment was a breeze. They allow the option for pickup which saves a ton of money since we were taking things up the mountain and were very flexible with pickup/dropoff date which did not carry any fees. Additionally, they worked with us on adjustment of guest count and addition of lighting up until the week/days beforehand. Everything was beautiful and we couldn't have picked an easier group to work with. Thank you CPR!

Affordable and great to work with
We hired CPR for our wedding at Washington Park Boathouse. The Boathouse has a couple equipment and delivery restrictions (everything needs plastic feet or wheels, nothing can be there before the start time on the permit) which they were able to accommodate no problem. We requested specific delivery and pickup times and the trucks showed up right on time in both instances, plus the guys were super quick setting everything up according to our layout. Our coordinator Stacey also had helpful suggestions for item quantities and was super easy to work with when we had to change a few things between initially reserving the equipment and the actual wedding day. Already recommended them to a friend!

Colorado Party Rentals was very helpful, professional...and most importantly RELIABLE. They were even ahead of schedule to setup, and worked with us on some last minute additions to the order (and I mean last minute as the truck was being loaded!). Was very pleased with the service. Know that everything is covered, even last minute
I have done large events for United airlines (5,000 + guests) and never a glitch, even last minute needs like heaters and canopies. They just take it in stride and provide. Very professional! The only ones I'll call.

Perfect Rustic Chic wedding

Making your event spectacular
The ease of navigating the website, the helpfulness of the staff in selecting the right furniture, the professionalism of everyone (including the delivery personal), and the gallery of photos from others events help make this my top and only choice when selecting a rental agency for my events!!! I love the rustic farm tables and large selection of chairs. And the shelf unit all helped us achieve a true casual elegance for some of the most powerful companies and people in the US. Took the stress out of our last minute planning
We planned 2 separate events -- a 20 person wedding for a Friday night, and a 100 person reception for a Sunday night -- in only 6 weeks and it was great working with Colorado Party Rentals. I loved that I could view and order everything online. The website was well organized and easy to use. I made LOTS of changes to my order and the folks at CPR we patient, prompt, and professional. When I had questions I communicated via email and they answered quickly with good advice. Additionally, I loved the quality of the items they provided and found that their selection was excellent. I would definitely use them again. It was the one area of the wedding planning that was really stress free.

Caveat, I’ve only used CO party rentals for small parties but my experiences have been wonderful. From the moment I connected with someone in their office until everything was picked up- people are friendly and genuinely want to do a great job. Colorado Party Rentals provided a large volume of rentals for my September wedding in Southern Colorado. Our venue was pretty rural and off-grid, so there were a lot of moving parts to make it all come together. They provided reception chairs, our dance floor, china, linens, flatware, goblets, and farm tables. Our contact was highly responsive, and worked with me on finalizing numbers and made great suggestions when needed. They have a beautiful selection of everything, and were highly professional in our interactions. 100% recommend!

Colorado Party Rentals was a one-stop rental shop for our wedding at Devil’s Thumb Ranch in August 2017! As the wedding was outside Denver, we wanted to find one place that could meet all our rental needs. That included a chuppah and a number of items for our art deco decor inspiration - including chairs and linens.
We visited their warehouse with my wedding planner and it was so much fun to try out different potential designs on their practice table. We ended up loving their flatware, glasses, and plates so much that we splurged and added those in to complete the look!
We were so pleased with our place settings, chairs, and chuppah. Thank you CPR!

I stopped in here one day and looked at the different red table cloths. The office staff were so friendly and helpful. I decided to rent them here. We used Colorado Party Rentals as they were associated with our venue, the Boettcher Mansion, in Golden, and I was very pleased with their services. Like the other review mentioned, I didn't work with them directly, but through our catering company but I was still impressed by the quality of their rental items and their cleanliness. Their quotes were very accurate so it was easy to expect total costs. I can see why our venue prefers to do business with them!

Was very happy with the level of support and quality of the items CPR had. They were also very helpful to meet our multiple location plan, and unique timeline on the day of the wedding.

Colorado Party Rentals was extremely attentive and kind has we decided upon our dishes, glassware, linens and more for our May wedding. What's more - Kelsey (our specialist) was completely accommodating when we changed our mind and helped find us find similar products in their inventory if they didn't have our first choice. Drop off times day of did not work for us, so we had to pay an additional fee to get our rentals on time for our venue opening, so just be aware of that during scheduling. Overall, we were incredibly happy with everything we rented! Thank you!

CPR was the only rental company that offered the tent and tables that I wanted! I was able to get the exact set up I dreamed of and set up and take down were so smooth. The only blemish was that we got bistro lights in the tent and there were some bulbs missing and some broken glass in the grass that clearly came from broken bulbs.

Easy to work with and very speedy with my questions. My planner handled most of the rentals logistics but their showroom and rentals were the best we saw around town. Pricing was very fair considering they appear to have the largest selection of different plates and glassware. The delivery team showed up on time to the venue and picked up afterhours on time so we didn't get additional charges. Overall they were really easy to work with and we didn't break the budget with new stuff that we had not seen at everyone else's wedding. Thank you!

My wife and I had nothing but good experiences with Colorado Party Rentals. We planned our Denver wedding while living in San Diego. Therefore, we needed a rental company that was very responsive via phone and email. Thankfully, Colorado Party Rentals always got back to us quickly, made a number of good suggestions (like what style of chair covers would look nice with our theme), and were flexible with their payment schedule.
On the day of our wedding, all of the delivery staff were friendly and helpful. They had already dropped everything off by the time we got to the venue, and they picked up the rental equipment exactly on time.

I got quotes from every rental company I could find for our DIY backyard wedding in Steamboat Springs. Colorado Party Rentals was the best value, even including travel all the way from Denver. We rented a gorgeous peaked tent from them, as well as all our chairs, tables, place settings, and lighting. They were easy to work with and the delivery and pick-up went smoothly. CP Rentals made it easy to put together a wedding from scratch, and I highly recommend booking with them!

Just what we needed

Good service and equipment each year
Colorado Party Rental provides chairs, tables and a stage for the Colorado Springs Down Syndrome Walk each year. Their staff has been great to work with and their products are like new and clean. I have found that they have the best equipment in town. Very happy with their service and willingness to help out a non-profit.

Great Customer Service!
I had a difficult time finding a good rental company for our dance floor for our wedding reception but I contacted Colorado Party Rentals and they were so helpful and took care of everything. Our wedding was on the Air Force Academy and direction to our reception site for the drivers was a little confusing since they had never been there before which was slightly stressful trying to explain over the phone back and forth. We also ended up tearing down the dance floor ourselves to save time for pickup since another event was happening in the space the day of pickup, this was by choice though so we could be helpful not because we were asked to. I would recommend this company for any and all rentals for any event. Great customer service.

Beautiful rentals
The clear tent is unreal if you do t have to worry about heat. We were in the mountains and were able to showcase the views! The customer service was excellent! Would highly recommend colorado party rentals for any wedding! Thank you!

Easy & Extremely Flexible
Our particular event requires much back and forth and often times frequent changes to equipment and quantities, due to the fact that we rent on behalf of an ever changing pool of exhibitors. CPR has always been extremely nice and flexible when it comes to these changes, which is invaluable for our type of event. We are producing free-to-attend craft markets and not weddings, FYI.

Nancy our rep was excellent and friendly. We did have some problems with the staff not putting the tent up correctly the first time. However they responded quickly to fix it.

Good vendor, but do some yourselves
We had a great experience with Colorado Party Rentals. Everyone we talked to and emailed with was helpful, kind and professional. However, it can get expensive very quickly. They were great for some stuff, but I would suggest that you try to provide as much stuff yourself as you can and minimize your use of this company if you are on a budget.

Overall great experience!
I rented a tent, tables, chairs and table cloths from them. They were a little expensive but overall was a great experience. They did a wonderful job at setting up the tent and had great communication! I would recommend!

Great Products (if they're available!)
Loved the products they had available and delivery/pickup was a breeze. We even were able to come into the show room for our flower mock-up to see how everything would look together.
Unfortunately, two weeks before our wedding we were told that several of our orders weren't available which was a scary surprise-wish we'd known sooner! Otherwise, everything was great.

Colorado party rentals made our rental need easy and streamlined. The only negative part was the limited selection. Our venue had a contract with CPR and we had to make choices based on the selection they had. Our wedding was beautiful so in the end it made no difference. The gal we worked with was very timely. I never waited for an updated invoice, it was in my inbox within minutes.

Our caterer took care of most of the rental details but the one time we did meet with Colorado Party Rentals to pick out our linens, dishware, silverware, glassware, etc. The lady that helped us was very nice and helpful. The linens looked nice but the silverware and glassware looked like it was obviously used. But I guess this can be expected from a rental company.

I used Colorado Party Rentals for an arch, 7 old wood soul tables and some linens. The office staff was always helpful. I worked with Tuesday and she was always very responsive to my emails and changes. My only complaint was that day of the delivery people were not very willing to help or go above and beyond. I paid $200 for delivery and an extra $50 for it to be there at a specified time. And when my coordinator asked the gentlemen to move the tables into place after unloading them from the truck, they told her they weren't paid to do that. First of all it was only 7 tables and second of all I was never told there was an extra charge to have the table set in place. I figured the $250 was more than enough to cover that. I would have tipped these gentlemen had they been a little more willing to go the extra mile. On top of that one of the table legs was falling off and my coordinator had to bust out power tools to fix it.

Great until it wasn’t…
I wish I could review this company 5 stars as everything went well until the day that my rentals were supposed to arrive. They overbooked and my rentals did not arrive until 9pm the night before my wedding. I was unable to enjoy my rehearsal dinner and had to stand in the dark to ensure my rentals were placed in the right places. The next day I noticed my farmhouse tables had large scratches in them and found out later that multiple glasses were broken during delivery. My wedding was on a private property and we were relying on the generator to power the dj and lights and it never worked. I am so lucky that my dj was there to save the day otherwise we would have been screwed. I do want to say that I was reimbursed for the generator, glasses, and also for my speciality chair that broke when my husband sat in it.
The positives:
The delivery crew were so friendly and so was Tomi through the entire process. All in all my wedding looked beautiful but I feel that it is necessary to speak about what happened to ensure others are aware. I know they offer great products but believe my experience was due to having way too many weddings booked and not being able to give their best for my wedding.
