Beautiful, Classy, WOW!

My fiancé and I must've viewed dozens of films from a variety of wedding videographers and we fell in love with Color Room Films! Steve who is the owner is so easy to work with and easily the most responsive vendor ever and got us our wedding video in 2.5 weeks! We had Dave and Pete capture our wedding day and the films bring tears to our eyes every time we watch it. All of our guest are blown away with how beautiful our film is. We're so grateful we found Steve and his team and are even more grateful we have these beautiful films to watch for years to come. For anyone looking for a videographer I promise you will fall in love with Color Room Films and their work!

Perfect video to relive the best day of my life

Steve and his brother filmed our wedding and were awesome! We watched our trailer today and it was perfect! It was such a cute video that highlighted all the important details from the day. One thing I think was awesome is we barely noticed they were filming us that day, which is exactly how it should be! Absolutely awesome, thank you Steve!

Hire immediately!

Color Room Films is an absolutely AMAZING company. Seriously, look no further!! The owner Steve was by far the most responsive vendor and SO EASY to work with!! I cannot rave about this team enough! We received our trailer & full film 10 DAYS after our wedding!!!! UNREAL! And we are obsesed with our films! Steve addressed all of our questions, provided thorough examples and brought our dreams to life! Throughout every step in the process, including postponing due to Covid Steve was SO easy to work with, and i'm not even kidding he responded to every email in MINUTES! On our wedding day we worked with Dave, who was professional, and we barely even knew he was there which is a good thing because he was silently capturing everything while working seamlessly with our photographer team! Cannot thank the Color Room Films team enough for being an absolute pleasure to work with !

Color Room Films Wedding Videos are MAGIC

Color Room Films exceeded our expectations BY FAR!!! Our wedding trailer and wedding video were the most beautiful thing we have ever seen in our lives! Tears of joys are brought to our eyes every time we watch it. Pete, Dave and Steve perfectly captured the beauty and blessedness of the most special day of our lives!! The videos are extremely high-quality and crafted with soft elegance. When you watch it, it feels like something out of a dream. It radiates with love and light! I am not sure how they managed to do it, but the video mirrors my husband and I's unique relationship and love. It is enchanting to watch and will be treasured for the rest of our lives. We are very grateful that Pete, Steve and Dave shared their talents and gifts with us and created this beautiful sentiment. It is very evident that they put their heart and soul into creating this. They take their jobs very seriously and you can tell how passionate they are about their work. Along with being extremely talented and hardworking, Steve, Pete and Dave are also extremely professional, super down-to-earth and cool guys! We really enjoyed their company on our wedding day. they made us feel comfortable and made the experience so enjoyable. Also, WE RECEIVED OUR WEDDING VIDEOS TWO WEEKS AFTER OUR WEDDING DAY!!! Steve promised us it would take two weeks, which we thought was incredible, and sure enough it was exactly two weeks! We were blown away! They were also flexible with us with offering us a package that was in our price range. We are very thankful for that. Color Room Films is truly the best in the business. They were definitely one of the significant parts of our wedding day and we are beyond grateful to have has them as our videographers!! Definitely a 10/10 for this company! Wonderful!

I am so happy I hired Color Room Films to capture our special day! The trailer and full length film are edited beautifully. All the little details of our day is included and I’m thankful I get to relive these special moments for years to come. Steve is Amazing!

Steve was absolutely amazing. My wife and I went back and forth about hiring a videographer for our wedding, but after seeing Color Room Films work at another wedding that we were in, we knew we had to hire them. Their videos are absolutely incredible, and they really do such a great job of capturing the beauty of the day. Steve is the best. He worked so well with our photographer, and honestly, half the time you didn't even notice that he was there getting the most perfect shots! Steve was super responsive and was also totally flexible with us when we had to postpone our initial wedding date due to COVID. If you are on the fence about hiring a photographer, jump off of it and hire Color Room Films! I promise you will be so happy that you did!

Amazing Team

Steve and his team are the best wedding video filmmakers out there! His film was exactly how we wanted it - romantic, but not too cheesy. Most importantly, he was amazing the day-of. As others have said, he was always there but never in the way. He captured every important moment and the true joy of the day. He also worked extremely well with our photographer (Jessa Schifilliti) and other vendors and was very friendly to the bridal party. To our great surprise we received our trailers and video only a few days after the wedding. He will make your dream wedding video.

Amazing and wonderful!

The best vendor we worked with! Steve made both my husband and I feel comfortable right away! He is such a sweet man and is willing to work with anyone! Incredible!

I cannot say enough about the team at Color Room Films! When planning my original wedding, I had to cut videography from the budget. As plans changed, I knew I needed them to be able to share my "little/big day" with the family and friends that could not physically be with me. Color Room Films came recommended to me by my photographer and they are amazing! Even though I contacted them last minute, they made it work and made my day. Dave & Anthony were professional, easy going, and hard working. They delivered my incredible video less than 4 days after my wedding! Seriously, do not hesitate - they are the best. Unbelieveable Service, Unbelievable Product, Unbelievable Person

Steve was one of the best vendors we hired for our wedding, he also was one of the last... My fiance and I spent our entire engagement trying to convince each other that a videographer wasn't needed for the wedding. It wasn't until 4 weeks before the wedding we decided to book a videographer.

I reached out to Steve to gather information regarding his video packages. He was quick to respond and when we chatted on the phone, it seemed like I knew him forever. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable of the wedding industry and had a relationship with our venue/other vendors. I felt confident moving forward with him and after I researched his previous videos, I was sold. The amount of care and level of detail he put into his work is unmatched.

We received our highlight video and full video LESS THAN A WEEK after the wedding, we were shocked that the turn around so quick. We were absolutely blown away by the way he captured the love, the laughs, and the memories of that day. He validated that a videographer was a necessity for our wedding and I am convinced we booked the most talented one in New Jersey.

I recommend Steve/Color Room Films to any couple that wants a videographer who is personable, respectful, professional, reliable, and who creates a product that rivals movies. If i could give Steve more than 5 stars, I would.

A Thousand Stars!

My husband and I chose Color Room Films to make a movie for our biggest day and boy did they go above and beyond anything we could've dreamed of!

Steve and his team produced a video that made us think we were in a Disney movie! From start to finish, Steve and his team were quick to answer any questions we had and so unbelievably professional that we barely even noticed they were filming everything! The way Steve manages to capture the dancing and reception are truly amazing, so much so that most of the guest didn't even know they were being filmed so they were giving real and true reactions! It was exactly what we wanted and we couldn't have picked a better team to take care of our biggest day!

The best!

Color Room Films was absolutely amazing. Steve was such a pleasure to work with and was there for any questions I had during planning! The day of our wedding, Jane & Pete shot our wedding. It honestly amazed me how much they blended in with everyone. We barely knew they were there! Our trailer and full film were done so quick. We had both about two weeks after our wedding. They were both so amazing. The trailer was absolutely incredible. We are still getting compliments, two months later, and we watch it all the time! The full film was just as great. Not many companies offer a full film like Color Room Films does. Steve captured every important detail that we would want on film. The best decision we made!!!

I knew from the moment we started wedding planning that I wanted to hire a videographer, but the problem is there are so many out there! It’s a very big decision and you want to be sure that you hire the right person, who captures the most important parts of the day, who is hidden in the background but somehow gets the best shots and doesn’t miss a second. I was lucky enough to hire a photographer who recommended Color Room Films. After watching just a few of their trailers I knew we had found the one. My fiancé wasn’t too thrilled about it but agreed it would be nice to have the day on film. My first conversation with Steve was perfect, he was so easy going and clearly an expert in his field. Although he had never shot at my venue, his wife had, so he made sure to review her film and familiarize himself with it. It was obvious from day 1 that he was committed to exceeding our expectations - and that’s EXACTLY what he did! He checked in the week before our wedding and walked through each detail with me. I felt extremely confident that he would capture everything that was important to us. The day of the wedding, he was first to arrive! He had already captured our drone footage since our wedding day was extremely windy and he knew the drone footage was important to me. He captured all our details, every special moment between my husband and I, great shots of the bridal party and the cutest videos of our pup arriving to our venue!! Our ceremony video was absolutely perfect, edited when needed and the sound on the mics he provided were perfect! I can’t say enough about how perfectly he recorded the whole entire day!!! Then the best part - he delivered our trailer, full film and video clips for Instagram within 3 days!!!! This was not the expectation but the BEST surprise!! We were able to watch all of our films en route to our honeymoon and honestly cannot stop watching them. My husband immediately admitted this is 100% the best investment we made throughout our wedding planning and I couldn’t agree more! If you are looking for someone to highlight and capture the best day of your life - look no further!!! Color Room Films is the best out there, you will never ever regret the decision to have them there on your big day!!! You don’t even know they are there the day of your wedding but when you watch the film you realize they were right there the entire time. Not to mention, the sound went out during our reception and Steve was the one who helped reassure me that everything would be ok! He helped the DJ get our sound back and the party restarted, he’s truly an all in 1 package!! The best vendor you could ask for that genuinely cares about his couples, and it shows in every video!!!

One of the best decisions we made!

Color Room Films was an absolute dream! After viewing some of their videos online, my husband and I knew we had to meet with them. Immediately upon meeting, I knew we would hire Steve and his team to work with us on our wedding day! He was personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about his work. In addition, Steve made the entire process seamless from start to finish. On the day of the wedding, he arrived early, was so easy to work with, and even though it was his first time working with our photographer, the two of them worked phenomenally together! During portrait shots, Steve was able to capture each emotion and detail perfectly. During the reception he was virtually untraceable as he moved through the crowded dance floor, easily capturing so many special moments (without any obstructive flashes I might add). I knew I would love both our highlight film and full film but I was completely blown away with the finished product! The music selection, shots, cohesiveness, and emotion captured were more than I could have ever imagined! The finished products are something my husband and I will cherish forever! Every single time we watch the videos, we see something that we hadn’t noticed before! It is an unbelievable gift to be able to relive our wedding day all over again! I cannot recommend Color Room Films enough!

Highly Recommend!

It took a lot of convincing to get my husband to agree to hiring a videographer. Now that we have our films he is so happy we did. Once we saw some of Steve's work we knew that he would be a good fit, but we did not expect to be so blown away by our experience. Steve was professional, punctual, and barely noticeable all day. Amazing experience!

Steve and Jane from Color Room Films were outstanding in recording our Wedding Day. They captured the amazing moments and left us wanting nothing more. While getting ready, they were unobtrusive and asked for anything important we wanted to have included throughout the day... and they delivered. They blended in during the ceremony and the reception and were still able to record everything we could have asked for.

They also worked incredibly quickly as we had our beautiful trailer completed within a week and it was accompanied by the full video. We were undecided at first as to whether or not to have a videographer service, but we are incredibly happy we did. We would absolutely recommend having one and ESPECIALLY Color Room Films.

Hands down the best decision we made for our wedding!!!

There are truly not enough words to describe the skillful elegance of Color Room Films. Steve and his wife, Jane, were angels sent down from above on our wedding day. Steve did not miss a beat in the smoldering temps as Jane was by his side filming and carrying my dress through woody, wet, terrains. To say that our wedding day was captured with perfection is an understatement. Our day was seamlessly put together in a way only people with extraordinary talent could achieve. From every detail, to the song choice, Steve absolutely CRUSHED it. My husband and I were blown away how quickly our video was finished. On our honeymoon in the middle of Saint Lucia, we found a corner with the best WiFi we could and laughed, cried, and rewatched our trailer until the WiFi gave out. Of every vendor and penny we put toward our wedding, hiring Color Room Films was hands down the absolute BEST choice we made. Seamless Work from Start to Finish!

Steve and his team were absolutely incredible from the beginning of the wedding planning process through to the final edits of our film. Steve was so down to earth and made us feel comfortable with his laid-back personality, yet was so detail-oriented and knew how to capture every moment of the day so perfectly. One of my biggest fears was that vendors would be distracting during the ceremony or reception, but we barely noticed them during the entire event. They don't use any bright lights on their cameras, and they seemed to effortlessly travel around the dance floor. The quality of our trailer and our full length film is more than we could ask for, and we are so grateful to have these special moments captured by such a talented team. Something I will never forget!

From the very beginning Steve made it very easy for me, from our first phone meeting, the emails in between, and the final phone call were we went over all the details for my wedding I knew I had nothing to worry about. Steve is such a nice guy to work with and he made me feel so comfortable during the whole thing! He did his job so well and blended in with the other guests you didn't even know he was there. The fact that my wedding video was done a week after my wedding is amazing and it came out so beautifully that I cannot wait to watch it over and over again! Thank you again Steve!!

Fairytale Cinematic Captures

Steve and Jane are absolutely remarkable. They made the entire experience extremely comfortable and seamless. It's everything I dreamed it would be. I chose them to be the area that we splurged on. And it was totally worth it. Their capture is make the day look like a cinematic love story, which is basically how I felt that day anyway. They worked great with my photographer as well which way the entire experience even more enjoyable and relaxing. These guys are top notch. They're both also very personable and great to speak with on the day of. Super down-to-earth and helpful. Such a magical amazing job!

Steve and Jane were AMAZING!! So easy to work with, they were so respectful of the importance of the day and your space. They maintained a quiet presence, while capturing every moment perfectly! Truly down to earth people with the greatest eye for beauty and film. A wedding day can be CRAZY! Filled with chaos, calm, a million people and things to do and you don't always remember every second. Thanks to Steve we feel we can relive the day over and over for the rest of our lives. The video is more than anything we could have imagined, and they got it to us just ONE WEEK after the wedding! We spent an entire night of our honeymoon watching and reminiscing the best day of our lives, it was really magical. Steve was an absolute breeze to work with from the very moment we connected. Let's face it, wedding planning sucks and he made what was supposed to be an insanely stressful time, so easy. He is incredibly genuine and so friendly. He is so passionate about what he does and that was shown through his work. Our teaser and full video was made a week after the wedding, we couldn't believe it! Our whole day seemed like a blur and rewatching the video that Steve created for us was so special. Amazing nye wedding!

Steve was an absolute DREAM to work with! All conversations leading up to the big day were easy and we just felt like he got the vibe we were going for! Don't think twice - book color room now!

From the moment we got off of our first phone call with Steve, we knew we had to book with Color Room Films. The style of his work paired with his professional but laid back demeanor made for a perfect fit for our big day. Steve was on top of everything leading up to the wedding, and he was always available and super quick to respond to any questions along the way. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing, and the beautiful trailer and full-length videos he created for our wedding are proof! Steve and his brother were AMAZING the day of our wedding. We never even realized they were filming us... they are actual real life video ninjas! They never got in the way of our photographer and always got exactly what they needed without having to ask or re-pose us. They captured the sound of our ceremony perfectly, and every song the band sang during our reception is clear as day. We loved that there were no bright, blinding lights to worry about -- talk about getting some true candid dance floor moves! Steve and his brother were awesome! I really felt like Steve was listening when we spoke to him and he made sure to remember all the important details that we had asked for. Everyone agreed that he blended into our wedding so perfectly - he wasn't invasive, didn't use bright blinding lights on the dance floor, and yet still captured everything so perfectly. He traveled almost two hours for us, showed up early, stayed late, and got our trailer and video back to us so quick. They're creative, so nice, and the quality of their work was great. They always responded to our emails and questions right away and they made sure we were 100% happy. I would highly recommend Color Room Films to any bride!

Amazing! Worth every single penny!

Color Room Films was the absolute first thing that I booked for our wedding because I knew they were the best -- I am beyond happy that I did! The wedding video is so unique because it really captures a different essence of your wedding day that your pictures just can't, their videos are perfect for transporting you back to the day! Steve was so easy going and fun to work with. His brother was so nice and attentive... the dream for any bride and groom to work with! He went with the flow of the day and made sure to capture every detail that he knew I wanted! We were SO excited to see the results and we were absolutely blown away! We shared the trailer with our friends and family, and every single one of them were moved to tears and so many people were asking for his contact info. to pass along! They showed up on time, they worked along with the photographer and kept checking in with me to see if I needed anything. Hands down I would recommend Color Room Films to any bride getting married! We can’t say enough about Color Room Films! We booked them after they shot our cousins wedding and were blown away by not only the amazing finished product, but also with how personable and easy Steve was to work with. Both Steve and his brother did an excellent job capturing our wedding. During our initial phone calls, Steve was able to figure out the style we were going for, and the type of background music we wanted for our trailer without even having to say it. The best out there!

My husband and I looked at so many videographers, we lost count. We were finding the same thing over and over and over again and then I stumbled upon one of Steve and Jane's videos. It was exactly what we were looking for, not over edited, not super staged, it was the type of video that somehow captures the wedding day even though you're not there. The kind that makes you cry even though you don't know the people. We wanted our wedding video to embody us, the love we have for each other and the celebration of our wedding on New Years Eve and Steve and Jane did all of that. From the moment I reached out to Steve he was timely, professional, easy going and easy to talk to, kind and organized. Their talent was worth every penny we paid. I never had to worry once about anything when working with them both. And in the end they delivered the video of our dreams. I really can't say enough good things about them both. They're great people and they run their business that way. I never felt like they were just in it for our money, they cared about my husband and I and what was important to us on our wedding day. There are not enough words to describe our amazing experience with Steve. He is nothing short of professional. We were originally on the fence about recording our big day and we could not be happier we did.
Steve’s video felt like we were watching a movie on Netflix. Which is unbelievable considering we barely noticed him throughout the day. He is noninvasive but was somehow there to capture even the little details. His attention the detail was immaculate and he captured everything perfectly.
Above all else, he is FAST. We received our trailer and full video within a week. I could not believe it because how good it looked.

Initially my husband and I weren't going to use a videographer, but I'm so happy we did! Steve was so responsive, professional, and knowledgeable in filming and he was so easy to work with. Both he and his wife, Jane, were filming on our wedding day and they definitely captured all of the important elements and details that we asked for. Jane was so sweet and helpful for me personally! At different points throughout the day, she would ask me if I needed a glass of water, and helped me sit down with my wedding gown. I was a river of tears before our first look, and Jane definitely helped calm me down. She was super attentive, and I absolutely appreciate everything her and Steve did! My husband and I love our trailer video and full length video. Steve definitely captured some moments that we are now going to remember forever. Color Room Films was recommended by my makeup artist, and when we saw Steve's work on their website, we knew this is what we were looking for! I did a lot of research and fought my fiance tooth and nail in regards to videography. I came across Color Room Films and instantly feel in love. I quickly contacted Steve (and when I mean quickly I mean 2 years prior to our wedding date) to secured Steve for our special day because I didn't want him to be booked. During that time Steve was extremely responsive, we were able to video chat since we were a bit aways from his office, he helped calm all my nerves and captured every little detail I requested. When we finally met in person a few months prior to our wedding it was like we knew him forever. He made us feel so comfortable, and excited for our big day. I was worried I would be self conscious having the cameras around me the whole night like I normally do at other weddings, but not once did I notice them. Steve and his crew blended right in with the party. The turn around time for our trailer and full length video was extremely quick, as my husband and I got to watch them on our honeymoon in an unforgettable way. Prior to the wedding, my husband and I never actually met Steve from Color Room Films in person but we had multiple over the phone talks and constant emails. Steve was extreamly responsive to any emails or calls that I would make. The Color Room Films crew knew exactly what we were looking for when we discussed via phone and email. On the day of the wedding they were with us from the time we began getting ready at the hotel until after we cut the cake at the reception. The crew always made sure my husband and myself, our family and our bridal party felt comfortable with filming. About 2 weeks after the wedding we received our full film that included a 4 minute cinematic beging that showed everyone getting ready, opening gifts and some family shots. Even after recieving the film, I remembered a clip that was shot and asked steve to add it in. With out hesitation he was more then happy to do it. I recieved the revised film right away. It was so special and amazing the way he was able to shoot so many different clips and was able to put them together perfectly. This film was everything I imagined it to be and more. There aren’t enough words to describe how insanely happy I am with Steve/Color Room Films’ work. He and Ryan did such a great job on our wedding day and half the time I didn’t even realize they were there! Since our first phone call, I felt confident that I made the right choice in choosing CRF to capture our special day. Plus, it’s only a week after my wedding and I’m able to relive the whole day again with both my teaser and full film - it’s almost unheard of!!!! You will not be disappointed with the attention to detail and vision that Steve puts into your film and I can’t wait to watch it over and over again. Literally the best!!!!

Steve and his crew were AMAZING!! Right from the start when I first contacted him, he was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I don't know much about film, but he thoroughly explained all the equipment and quality factors to help me make the best choice for our package that provided everything we needed and fit within our budget. We went with the epic package, which included the use of a drone for outdoor coverage, a short trailer video and the full length film. Leading up to our event, he made sure to get an idea of our style and any specific requests for the video.

On our wedding day, Steve was incredible. They captured so many perfect moments and were completely unobtrusive--I didn't even notice that they were filming most of the time! But what I was most impressed with is that Steve delivered our completed films in just 3 days! We got married on a Sunday, and by Wednesday night we were watching all of our friends and family celebrating with us on film. I was so impatient to see everything, and was very excited that it was ready so quick. There were so many detail and surprises throughout that I cried as I watched it all...I didn't realize how much I had missed in the busyness of the actual wedding and reception!

The films and service Color Room Films provided was definitely worth the investment; we will treasure these memories forever!!

A 5-star rating seems way too low for such an amazing crew! Steve has such a cool laid-back personality but is incredible at what he does. His response time is impeccable! He was never "too busy" for anything and made you feel like you were his main focus.
Speaking with him was effortless. We went over what details were important for him to capture such as my dad walking me down the aisle to a simple detail on a table. Nothing was too big or small for him to capture. "No, I can't", was never an option.
Steve works at a rapid speed but executes beautiful work. Our trailer and video was literally finished the next week! Who works that fast?! It was amazing. Everything was breath taking. I can't express enough how amazing my videos are. So many perfect moments were captured but even the small details like a gentle tap on the shoulder. It really makes you relive the day all over again.
You can truly tell he is passionate about what he does and ensures his clients are happy.
I highly recommend Color Room Films!

Steve was AMAZING! I saw his work and thought his videos were beautiful. As soon as I got engaged that was my first call after we had our venue picked out! I knew I was making the right choice after we spoke for the first time on the phone! He would respond to my emails right away if i had any questions or ideas. Every detail I wanted captured he got..and made it BETTER than i could have imagined. The attention to detail he has is incredible. Him and Ryan both did a great job making it seem like they weren't even there the day of the wedding. I forgot at times they were even filming! There was snow on the ground and there was no issue with me getting the shots I wanted in the park. We got our trailer and full film the next week. I couldn't believe how beautiful they both came out. My husband and I just can't stop watching and showing almost EVERYONE we know. It was nice to watch some of the moments during the day that I forgot about. The whole day just flew by and I am so glad he captured everything so I can relive the whole day over and over. The shots from the park were breathtaking - looks like an absolute FAIRYTALE.The looks my husband and I were giving each other were so beautiful and makes me cry every time we watch. If you are considering using a videographer USE COLOR ROOM FILMS. You will not be disappointed :) :)

From the first time Steve and I spoke on the phone in October 2016, I knew that we were in such wonderful creative hands! Throughout the entire planning process, Steve was so great to work with. He was extremely responsive and thorough in all of his answers. On the actual day, him and his second shooter Ryan were so incredible to work with. Most of the time I didn’t even realize they were there shooting which made it so much easier for them to capture authentic emotion from these two camera-shy people. They were there from beginning to end. They even handled the snow showers like champs! We were still on our honeymoon, only five days after the wedding, when Steve emailed us our trailer and full-length video. We were absolutely stunned! The type of scenes he was able to capture were jaw-dropping; the looks we shared, the smiles on our family and friends’ faces, and the sheer amount of memories he captured was astounding. My husband and I laughed, cried, and said, “I didn’t even know that happened,” multiple times. We are so incredibly thankful for Steve’s talent, gentle presence, and non-stop effort not just on the wedding day but for the fourteen months from sign-on to post-production. Anyone who is hesitant about hiring a videographer, please trust Steve for your most important day!

Steve DiMaggio and his wife filmed my wedding on November 5, 2017. Steve did an INCREDIBLE job. From my first conversation with Steve, I immediately recognized Steve's passion for videography. You can tell that he's doing what he loves and he's not simply doing it for the money. He's personally invested in each project and is really willing to go the extra mile to get the best shoot possible. He uses some of THE BEST equipment out there. He shot my wedding using 2 "RED" Cinematic 8K cameras (which run about $50,000 each). These are top of the line cameras used to shoot major motion-picture films. NO ONE shooting wedding videos in New Jersey is using cameras anywhere close to these. It really gave the wedding video a professional and cinematic appearance! We also had aerial drone footage which looked amazing. Steve got great footage throughout the day and night without being intrusive and his turnaround time to get us the finished, edited trailer and movie was INSANELY FAST!! He delivered the final product just nine days after our wedding when other videographers I interviewed said it would take them 2-3 months to finish editing. Steve is a true professional and easily one of the best wedding videographers around. I would recommend his services to anyone and he was worth every penny.

We got married 11/10/17 and hired Color Room Films for our videographer. From the first inquiry with Steve, he responded so quickly and was super friendly. He provided us with all the information we needed up front and truly was a kind person throughout. He had chosen one of the videographers to film based on his experience at our venue since it was new, and I appreciated that insight. Both of the videographers were never in any ones way, even during getting ready. A lot of our guests did not even notice they were being filmed! He got us our video trailer and edited full film within 1.5 weeks...truly incredible! Brought tears to my eyes.. and the quality was amazing. Steve and his staff are true professionals and I would hire them again in a heart beat.

While planning my wedding, I was unsure of whether or not to hire a videographer. After researching tons of vendors in the NY/NJ area, I came across Color Room Films and immediately fell in love with their videos. I sent a few links to my fiance and parents and they agreed that Color Room Films was hands down the best option. I reached out to Steve to set up a preliminary phone call and immediately knew I made the right decision. Steve was so transparent in explaining the process to me and providing me with details and options. I never once felt like he was forcing me to hire him which I greatly appreciated since so many other wedding vendors can be overbearing. Leading up to the wedding, Steve would check in with me to make sure that everything was perfect for the big day. The icing on the cake was that Steve’s last name is “DiMaggio”… a huge added bonus to a family of diehard Yankee fans!

As soon as our band finished the last song, I turned to my husband and said, “I CAN’T WAIT TO SEE THE VIDEO!!” It’s amazing how fast your own wedding goes and I knew in that moment that hiring Steve was the best decision we made. Just over a week after the wedding, Steve had the trailer and full film ready! My entire family was so impressed with the fast turnaround and even more by the quality of the video. It was everything I could have imagined and more!! I’ve actually played it SOOO many times that I now watch it on silent because my husband is tired of hearing the trailer song!

I’m so excited that I now have a trailer/full film to remind me of the best day of my life. It’s hard to believe that I ever doubted the decision to hire a videographer because I cannot even imagine how I would feel without it. I can’t thank Steve and his team enough for their work and I highly recommend using Color Room Films for your wedding or any other special occasion!

To be completely honest, I, at first did not want a videographer for our wedding. I thought it wasn’t something that I really needed. After asking our DJ and getting the recommendation to speak to Steve from Color Room Films, my mind was instantly changed. My husband and I instantly connected with Steve and felt like he “got” the theme/video we were looking for. He was very responsive and made sure the video footage went exactly as my husband and I wanted. We got our trailer and video, and I can tell you we got teary eyed watching it. Besides the beautiful editing, the footage was shot in such a way that we felt like we were there all over again. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. What a pleasure it was to work with Steve and his wife on our wedding day! Both of them were so warm and helpful throughout the wedding day. Steve kept showing little snippets of the wedding as the day was going on to us and that made us enjoy it even more and get excited for the final version. This was one of the best decisions we made for my sister's wedding. We were originally apprehensive about having a videographer, as our various other family member's always had one that was intrusive during the wedding, even if they didn't mean to be. We were pleasantly surprised to find that this videographer was not only not a nuisance, but virtually a ghost throughout the entire ceremony and reception. The shots that were used in the trailer and even the full video content were so beautiful and well thought out. We couldn't believe how beautiful the finished product was. From the songs, to the candidness, we really felt like we were reliving the event by watching the video.

I live in Los Angeles, and many people actually thought I flew out a filmmaker from Hollywood to create this film. I don't honestly think anyone could have done a more thoughtful, beautiful job than Steve and his team did. It was worth every single penny to have the video made. I would 150,000% hire Color Room Films again.

Absolutely, positively book Color Room Films for your wedding!!!! I admit I was the against a videographer. My experience is that they are intrusive with bright lights and in everyone's way. No one knew we had a videographer. He was a ghost. No bright lights, no obnoxious equipment in people's way. He was sly. He was not intrusive. He was professional. His finished product is worthy of an Oscar. I have never been so pleased with a finished product as I have been with this video. This treasure of a film hit every important mark of the day's events. It is priceless. If you want your day to be documented without being a long, boring film, I say book Color Room Films! You won't regret it!!!!!!!!!! Worth every last penny!

I can't say GOOD enough things about Color Room Films. Steve and Jane are two of the most amazing people. They make a great team and we couldn't have asked for a better team to capture our wedding. We received the trailer just a few days after our wedding and we watched it on repeat, along with all of our guests. Our wedding trailer and full wedding video came out absolutely amazing. I also reached out to Steve to ask if there was any way he could help me make a video tribute to my mom, stepdad, and grandparents for the wedding and without hesitation, he said yes. There was not a dry eye in the house when the video came on at the wedding. The guests absolutely loved it. They made the whole process leading up to the wedding super easy and were always there to answer any questions we had. They were so great the day of the wedding as well. Jane even helped carry my dress while we were outside for wedding pictures/filming because of the snow! Everyone who has watched my wedding video, wedding trailer, and tribute video, has been absolutely blown away and are even using Color Room Films for their own wedding now. I honestly would look no further than Color Room because Steve and Jane are the best of the best and I promise you will be so happy with all they do and their work. There are most definitely not enough stars on here because we would rate them 1 million if we could! :) Thank you Color Room!

Steve was amazing to work with from start to finish! He was the most responsive person to work with and SO helpful with the entire process. I had a vision & really wanted our video to feel emotional & Steve and his wife achieved that above & beyond. They are true artists & extremely professional. As mother of the bride I let my daughter look into and book a videographer. Steve and his wife were the right choice and the best. My daughter wanted 2 videographers so that one would be at the grooms and one at the brides house, Steve and his wife were a dynamite duo. There picturesque planing of backgrounds and ideas were magnificent. They videotaped the before, the ceremony, the venue and the playback is beautiful, a terrific memory we will all have for a lifetime brought to life each time we watch. No bride should be without a video of there day and Color Room Films who include drone footage is the company to choose, warm, friendly, and extremely professional!, loved them Jennifer's Mom

Color Room Films is hands down the most accommodating, professional, prompt, and experienced duo that we cannot thank enough! My husband and I were hooked up with Color Room Films through Mike Hernandez at Sounds to Go DJ and it was one of the best matches! Steve and his wife split their time between myself and my husband and got incredible footage! Steve was even up for some 'crazy bride' last minute ideas, and we ended up with drone footage of St. Catharine's, our beautiful church, and an outstanding photo shoot on the roof top of The Berkeley! Thank you Color Room Films-we have a video that we can watch forever and relive our wedding day everyday! Oh and not to mention how quick they were with delivering a trailer video that all of our friends and family are still talking about a month later!!! It was tons of fun watching our video over the holidays and cracking up with our friends and family!! A keepsake that everyone MUST HAVE!
