Highly, highly recommend Colleyville Center for your next event (and specifically weddings!) Kristi and Becky were absolutely wonderful to work with. Super responsive, incredibly friendly and easy to work with. The flexibility and space provided by the venue was perfect for our 200 person wedding, all at an affordable price. It is very much a DIY venue, so you have the flexibility to make it your own!

A Dream Wedding!
Our Mexican-Indian fusion wedding was an absolute dream, and the venue played a huge part in making it unforgettable! The three large windows were a showstopper. We received endless compliments on how beautiful and unique the setting was, perfectly complementing the vibrancy and traditions of our celebration.
The ambiance created by the venue brought our vision to life, making the ceremony and reception feel open, airy, and magical. The romantic evening glow, the space felt like something out of a fairytale. We couldn’t have imagined a better backdrop for our special day!Colleyville Center's reply:

Outstanding Venue and Staff
My daughter's wedding reception was at Colleyville Center. Planning the reception with them was one of our favorite parts of wedding planning. They listened well and helped choose the right time frame for setting up and our reception, worked with us in getting the right setup, and were extremely responsive. I appreciate that everything we discussed was straightforward and fairly priced. They set up the center as we planned together and our event was a great success!
The venue is beautiful! It is clean, nicely landscaped, and had all the amenities we desired. The arched windows and courtyard make beautiful backdrops and a grand feeling to the space. Our guests were able to move around, get drinks and dinner, take pictures, be inside or out, play cornhole in the courtyard, dance, and enjoy time celebrating with us. Our vendors had the space and access needed to do their jobs as well.
We were seeking a venue where we could provide our own drinks, catering, and decorations. We got that and more here! I highly recommend the venue and their staff. They were my favorite people to work with!Colleyville Center's reply:

We couldn't have been more pleased with our decision to have our wedding reception at the Colleyville Center! First of all, the venue is gorgeous and provided the perfect setting. We wanted simple, but beautiful and that's exactly what we got. We chose to get married outside in the courtyard, where they set up chairs for our guests and had a space for a guitarist and vocalist on the sides. It was so comfortable walking down the aisle and being able to see my future husband smiling me. The ambiance of the string lighting and music added the perfect touch to a perfect day.
After we said our vows, we were able to seamlessly move into the auditorium to have our reception. We hired Emerald City's Party City Band and it worked out so well to have them up on the stage with a generous dance floor area, surrounded by plenty of tables and chairs. There were many different areas to decorate and we loved how everything looked. The venue was both beautiful and comfortable for the guests.
We could not have pulled it off without the amazing help of Kristi and Becky there at the center. They provided so much direction and helpful tips, including great vendors to consider. Their communication was great and they were always willing to answer questions and offer advice. They were very clear about the rules and expectations, which was extremely helpful.
If you are looking for a gorgeous venue that is reasonably priced in a sought-after location, this is it! This place has it all!! Best decision we made. :)Colleyville Center's reply:

This team that works here communicates very well! We booked this venue around a year before the wedding and it was great! They allowed me to come to the venue to do a mock table spread, and answered all of my questions to their best ability! Being able to have outside vendors was super helpful because I did not want to do $50 per plate for food! We catered Costa Vida for dinner and had Fuzzys chips & Queso for cocktail hour! I was able to go in on Friday and set up the venue with the BOGO deal they had. Allowed me to create my vision instead of relying on someone else!
Be aware there are some fees you do have, but it isn't necessarily told to you right away! This fees may catch you by surprise but still not bad. You have to pay for the venue, a catering fee ($2 per person), you have to pay for the security guard (per hour), and the deposit does not count towards the fee. It's a very do it yourself venue, everything went smoothly for us, and it was so fun to be able to put my ideas into action for my wedding!Colleyville Center's reply:
Congratulations! Your whole family was a joy and it was an honor hosting your wedding reception. All of the fees are outlined in the rental agreement and discussed before signing. We try to provide reminders along the way since couples are inundated with alot from all vendors as the day approaches. And, the deposit is refunded rather than applied, so hopefully that provides a welcome relief after the event. Great Venue for weddings
We had our wedding at the Colleyville Center in November. It couldn't have been any better. The venue was beautiful and met every expectation we had. The location was perfect for our family and friends to get to. We had to plan our wedding long distance and the staff was very helpful through all the planning.Colleyville Center's reply:

Such a great experience having our wedding reception with the Colleyville Center. The staff were a huge help and very accommodating, and the price for rental cannot be beat.
Many beautiful spots for photos outside and in, and their brand-new patio was great for a cocktail hour, especially since we love being outside and were able to incorporate that into our day! Would highly recommend.Colleyville Center's reply:

Wonderful venue in a great location. Very spacious and flexibility on how to set up for a wedding. The staff, Leslie, Becky, and Kristi were a joy to work with. Prices right with plenty of options for catered, as well as DJ or live band.

Beautiful December Wedding
We would highly recommend the Colleyville Center for a wedding reception. The venue was beautiful on a cold and rainy December night. The staff was easy to work with and made the planning easy. There were no surprises and my full deposit was returned. My son and daughter-in-law thought they had the perfect wedding reception. The blue up-lights, the Christmas trees and floor plan worked and made for an elegant evening. There was plenty of room for our caterer to work, serve appetizers and a separate room to flow the buffet. We would definitely choose this place again.Colleyville Center's reply:

We had our Mehndi night (pre-wedding henna event) at the Colleyville Center and couldn’t have asked for a better place! The venue is absolutely gorgeous. They have a beautiful outdoor area with a patio and string lights that our guests really loved. The inside hall was also very spacious and the Colleyville Center provided a huge stage for our event. Kristi was a pleasure to work with and she accommodated all of our vendors’ requests. I’d highly recommend the Colleyville center for any special events. We’ll be sure to use them again in the future! -

We had our reception at Colleyville center. As you can see, the large windows provided beautiful lighting for our photographer, and a stunning background for our pictures. We were able to fit almost every person on the dance floor, which was perfect for our families to just go crazy and have so much fun together. The staff here were very helpful and so sweet, which made planning much less stressful. I highly recommend using Colleyville center for your venue. Thank you!!Colleyville Center's reply:

This venue was great! I had my wedding here and it could not have gone more smoothly in the midst of the Covid pandemic! Kristi and Leslie were both more than helpful and were always quick to answer when I had questions or concerns... the grounds are beautiful! Very well kept and they have added a patio area (where we had the ceremony) and landscaping all along the outside with arches and pergolas and lit up trees... it was gorgeous! And the inside was just as beautiful with giant windows that look out onto the patio! And the pricing was MORE than reasonable for a stand alone location! We chose the venue because of the low price and the fact that it’s a diy venue where you can bring your own vendors. We were concerned about the time we had to set up for the reception and purchased 2 extra hours. Our vendor was able to set up linens, chair covers and table decor , sign in table and photo booth with some help. The staff was very communicative and accommodating and did last minute changes the day before the event. They made sure our event went as smooth as possible and even let us drop off appetizers, alcohol and decor the day before. I would highly recommend this venue, the inside is spacious and beautiful and the outside was a great escape for our guests.Colleyville Center's reply:

Perfect location with beautiful outdoor scenery. The staff are so very accommodating! They want to cater to your needs and make sure it is exactly as you an envisioned! It has the latest technology. We had a wedding ceremony and a party in the evening. Turned over the venue smoothly and quickly! Would definitely use again and most definitely recommend!! -

Between the time spent planning and the set up of all the people running this know how to do it efficiently and orderly without skipping a beat. Time lines and set plans were always available as was the staff. Extra timing planned and noted help with the finishing touches. The outdoor space proves to be perfect! We had a phenomenal experience celebrating our wedding reception at the Colleyville Center!! From my very first phone call with Kristi and every step along the way, the staff was always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and help as much as possible. The recently updated reception hall with stunning full-length windows and outdoor spaces provided the perfect backdrops for the night! The Colleyville Center is a stunning yet affordable venue--we've received countless compliments from our weddings guests about how lovely the space was and we couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out! 10/10 would recommend using the Colleyville Center to host your next event!Colleyville Center's reply:

Leslie and Ronni were who I mostly worked with and they were so professional and helpful with helping me with planning my event. Everyone that works there were so easy to work with and gave me other vendors names and cards to help me put it all together. It definitely takes a little more planning on your part but you also get to choose who you want to provide linens & dishes, cater, DJ, provide florals and can bring in your own alcohol which helps a lot! We utilized the large screens to do a video of my daughter and her new husband and the beautiful windows in the back look great in pictures! With the new uplighting the CV Center now has and having a decorating company bring in Chiavari chairs it was absolutely beautiful and a perfect size ballroom to have a great dance floor! We had a great reception and the guests were having so much fun they wanted the party to continue even longer!

They are sticklers on everything but they are owned by the City of Colleyville plus they want their complex to be the best and that is one way to keep it the best. We love and appreciate everything they did for us!!! -
