    Top notch in every way! Took all the stress out of wedding planning!

    Can’t say enough great things about Cole Drake events and Stephanie! I watched my sister transform from anxious and stressed about planning her wedding to completely calm “Bride-chilla” once Cole Drake came into the picture. Stephanie’s professionalism, work ethic and communication skills made it so easy to just relax and enjoy the process and most importantly, the wedding day! She orchestrated the most beautiful and flawless day that went off without a hitch. She worked hand in hand with vendors to make sure every detail was in place, and gave recommendations where needed.
    As a wedding photographer myself, I’ve been to many, many weddings and wish they could all run as smoothly and stress free as this one. As the matron of honor, I’ll be forever grateful that my baby sister got to have the wedding of her dreams and actually enjoy every part of it, because she knew Stephanie had it handled.     The absolute best - highly recommend

    Stephanie Cole from ColeDrake events was our wedding planner for our May 2019 wedding in Napa, CA and we recommend her with the highest regard. Stephanie is a true subject matter expert in wine country wedding planning. Working with her for over one year, Stephanie exhibited the following qualities that truly make her the best:

    Personable - Stephanie’s gregarious personality is contagious. She loves what she does and that made working with her all the more enjoyable. You will spend a lot of time with your wedding planner. Whether it’s corresponding over hundreds of emails or discussing details over hour long calls. With Stephanie’s can-do energetic attitude I don’t know how you can’t not love her.

    Meticulous - As to be expected, Stephanie pays attention to every detail. On your big day, her goal is for you to be stress free and that was truly the case with Stephanie. As my own mother said to me (who is extremely hard to please), “your wedding planner is incredible, she is always where she needs to be exactly when she needs to be there.” In addition, With her deep experience comes an intimate knowledge of every possible outcome and how to plan for it. Stephanie’s attention to detail and ability to plan for any mishap (i.e. rain) was incredible. Two thirds of our wedding was planned to be outdoors. When our wedding week rolled around, heavy rain was in the forecast for our big day. Within 5 days Stephanie put together an entire plan B that was executed without mishap. Our guests were none the wiser that the entire flow and the location of our wedding had changed 5 days before they arrived.

    Connected - Napa is a luxury destination wedding location filled with vendors that are difficult to navigate. As someone that lives and plans weddings in the Napa region, Stephanie is connected to the best of the best of wedding vendors. From florists to photographers Stephanie will ensure that you have an ample selection of the most talented people to bring your big day to life (within your budget).

    Honesty - We think one of the best qualities of Stephanie is her honesty. She will give you her true opinion and tell you what you need to hear, even when you don’t want to hear it. From telling you that those farm tables you want won’t add much and are not in budget, to delivering the tough news that we need to plan for rain, Stephanie ensures that her honesty is delivered with your best interest in mind. She really cares about her couples and this honesty is sometimes the thing you need the most.

    If you are planning a wedding or event in Wine Country (Napa/Sonoma), then we could not recommend more that you use Stephnie or ColeDrake events for your special day.

    Where to begin! From the initial meeting, to well timed follow-up calls/emails, coordination with vendors, and of the course the "you're about to get married, are you ready?" phone call during the week-of; Stephanie and her team at Cole Drake are unparalleled when it comes to professionalism and success with wedding planning.

    My wife and I initially interviewed 5-6 wedding planners, and Stephanie was a clear-cut favorite from the beginning, she was well prepared and very polished during our first phone call. At every turn, she was direct, but professional and cordial, all the while being fun to work with.

    Her connections and recommendations with vendors of all type were well-thought and perfectly paired. She was mindful of our budget, personality, preferred style, and wishes.

    Throughout the entire year of planning, Stephanie exceeded our expectations with each meeting and interaction. However, the day-of is where she and Emily really shined! They were constantly on the move in discreet manner at our wedding, ushering guests around, timing actions with the vendors, insuring events moved smoothly, directing, and just silently running the show in the background.     Working with Cole Drake Events over the past year was absolutely incredible. They are a one-of-a-kind dream team. I started working with Stephanie a year in advance of our wedding. The first few weeks she helped us determine what we wanted out of our wedding day. She then helped us pick our venue and vendors. Cole Drake Events has incredible relationships with all of their vendors, so it was comforting to know we wouldn't go wrong with any of our decisions. Once all of that was determined we hit the ground running for the next year.

    Stephanie was incredibly patient since day one with not just me, but my family too. She understood there was a budget at hand and stayed within that amount, while still working towards my dream wedding day goals.

    Our wedding was absolutely perfect in my eyes and I owe all of that to Stephanie. She kept me calm, cool and collected. I was able to enjoy my entire wedding day and not worry about a thing.

    Stephanie truly made this process so fun. The hardest part was honestly saying goodbye to her and her team. If you are ever in need of an excellent event planner, without a single doubt, this is who you should choose!

    Stephanie Cole, of Cole Drake Events, is the Beyonce of wedding planners.

    I don't know how I could possibly sum up in so few words what she means to me, after this long wedding journey together. Stephanie is a planning machine, a force of nature. From the biggest decisions to the smallest details, she is a master of execution. Our day-of timeline was nearly 20 pages long. So many little, and not so little, things went wrong over the months we were working with Stephanie, but you would never have known it, because she handled each challenge with grace and poise. She kept us holding our heads high through so many tears - a few bad (like when our wedding band unceremoniously disbanded several months post-contract), but so, so many more of them happy. Our wedding day was perfect, exactly as we dreamed, and it was because of her. Stephanie will surpass your every expectation, every time.

    I had never met Stephanie before hiring her as our planner, but I now proudly consider her my friend. Besides saying yes when my now-husband got down on one knee, hiring Stephanie is the single best decision I made with respect to my wedding. I urge you to make the same fantastic choice.

    Planning a Yountville, CA wedding from Chicago, IL was a breeze! Alexis was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and accessible throughout the entire process. As a bride that really did not want to be involved in the planning process, Alexis planned an amazing "surprise wedding" for us, and it was everything we had hoped it to be and beyond.     We could not love Cole Drake Events more! Our team at Cole Drake, led by Stephanie Cole, exceeded all of our expectations. For 11 months we worked with Stephanie to create our 3 day Napa Valley wedding experience. We live in Philadelphia so, other than 3 planning trips, we had to rely on the expertise of our "team on the ground" in Napa...we were never let down. The Cole Drake team was so easy to work with! They were always friendly, enthusiastic, professional, fun and always a joy to work with! They kept very detailed documents and spreadsheets on DropBox to keep us on track, they would respond to e-mails within hours, they had the most amazing ideas and suggestions. More importantly, we gave them a vision "Mad Men In Napa" of a 1960's wine weekend in Napa, and they RAN WITH IT! They came up with clever ideas from food, music, settings, clothing, invitations, etc... that turned our vision into a reality. They didn't give us a "turn-key" wedding, but designed a one of a kind event that blew the minds of our 180 guests! They created 7 unique events over our 3 day wedding (Family Lunch, Wine Blending Competition, Cooking School, Mixology Class, Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding and Champagne Brunch) that were all unique but linked together thematically. I would not change one thing about our wedding, truly, it was perfect! I would happily talk to anyone who is considering Cole Drake to share photos, videos, documents/spreadsheets, and anecdotes about our experience! COLE DRAKE MAKES DREAMS COME TRUE!

    Our daughter recently got married at Chalk Hill Estates Winery in Healdsburg. With Stephanie Cole as the wedding planner, everything went perfectly!! It was a large wedding (300 guests) and a venue which required a lot of set up and logistical planning. But Stephanie is very experienced and well connected with all the local vendors! She was able to negotiate great deals for us and often "worked her magic" on our behalf. All her recommendations were first class, and she gave us excellent choices to choose from, so that we had options, but not too many to be overwhelming.

    Stephanie's easy-going and fun loving personality makes her so easy to work with. Yet at the same time, she has excellent attention to detail and left no stone unturned. Her great experience helped us to stay on track throughout the planning, while never feeling stressed, because things were taken care of and addressed before the deadline. Pretty much all details were covered by the week before the wedding, so that the bride, groom and parents were all able to enjoy the pre-, during, and post-wedding festivities without a worry, as Stephanie directed the set-up, day of events and clean-up aspects of everything and everyone. Even with a last minute threat of rain necessitating a "Plan B," everything went smoothly and without a worry.

    From Stephanie's recommended list, we used Park Avenue Caterers, Meredith Law Design florals, Wine Country Entertainment for a string trio and DJ, and Elegant Cheesecakes for the best wedding cake ever! All the guests raved about the delicious food, beautiful florals and signs, and fun entertainment. And of course, the amazing cake!

    We cannot recommend Stephanie Cole enough. She helped to make a wonderful celebration for the bride, groom and all family and friends. It was an occasion we will all cherish for years and years.

    My daughter met Sarah (one of the owners) on one of her trips to Napa Valley. When Monique came back from her trip she said "I want Sarah". She would not look at anyone else. My daughter said she hit it off with her, she was great, like her personality and that was it. She ask me to hire her. I did a lot of research on my own. I started 2 years prior but with Sarah's help everything was much better. My daughter and I had meetings with Sarah over the phone many times. We flew to Napa to meet her as well. Then I realized what my daughter meant when she said "I want Sarah". She was very pleasant easy going, great personality etc. She has lots of experience especially since the Wedding was going to be at Calistoga Ranch. She's done many weddings there. Beautiful place but expensive. A wedding to remember for sure as everything with the help of Sarah run very smoothly. She made sure everything was placed where it was suppose to, all the rentals where there, the look and vision of my daughter was capture to a T. Everything was perfect. I can't say enough of her ability to make things happen and to make dreams come true. It is very important that the person you hire knows what you like, that they know your dream your vision and I believe that Sarah did that for us. We have seen pictures that our family and guests took and everything is just spectacular. Even the day of the wedding there was a chance of rain and she had already worked out plan B but as it turned out the day was one of the most beautiful days ever. No rain and lots of sun, just perfect. Thank you Sarah for making my daughter's wedding a fairy tale! You capture her vision and it showed that day. Everyone raved about the entire wedding, the venue, the flowers, the food, the décor, etc. We could not have done his beautiful wedding without your help. Thank you again for all your hard work. We will miss you!!!!!

    When you look up in the dictionary the term "event coordinator"…Chaz Crosier's name and picture will pop up. He was the very best part of the planning and execution of my daughter's very recent wedding in a Sonoma winery. He suggested the venue, coordinated vendors, created timelines, and created magic in what my daughter stated in her speech "created her fairytale wedding"…His endless supply of smiles…and hugs…made the day more than perfect. Thank you Chaz from the bottom of our heart and so happy we have made a new life-long friend. If you are lucky, Chaz will be available for your "fairytale wedding".

    We hired Chaz Crosier for our October 26th wedding. He was by far the biggest asset to our wedding. He helped make our day absilutely perfect. With his extreme professionalism he was able to get all the other vendors in order, make sure myself and husband were taken care of. Chaz really made planning a wedding from 3000 miles away (we live in NYC) seamless and easy. I would HIGHLY recommend Chaz to furture couples getting married in the Napa Valley. Thank you Chaz!!!!

    Chaz is a wonderful planner. He goes above and beyond in all that he does. We live in NYC and were planning a destination wedding and he was very flexible and always available at anytime of the day and night. Chaz has amazing attention to detail and a great eye for design.     Stephanie with Cole Drake Events an amazing wedding planner! She made our Napa Valley wedding absolutely perfect! She made the planning process so much fun for both my husband and myself. There was not one stressful moment and according to all of our friends that are already married, the planning process can be quite stressful.

    We planned our destination/Napa Valley wedding mostly through emails and phone calls. We had an initial meeting with Stephanie and also some of the vendors. Stephanie planned all of this before we made our trip to Napa which made it really convenient and productive!

    Stephanie pays attention to detail which I absolutely love! There is not one thing that either of us would change about our wedding. Our rehearsal/ welcome dinner was themed around my husbands interests (a little more manly/rugged) and the wedding was a little more glam and feminine. Both turned out absolutely perfect and a perfect balance for the both of us. I would tell Stephanie what I was thinking and she would come up with these wonderful ideas. I would usually just tell her to go with it and do what she thought would be best. If I did have an idea she would always somehow make it work and not only make it work but make it amazing. I have no regrets- everything was perfect, absolutely magical!

    Also, Stephanie is amazing at dealing with those "crazy" family members or wedding guests. We all have them, right? We had a small incident and Stephanie took charge and kept them from disturbing any of the wedding festivities. In fact, I had no idea anything had happened until my mom mentioned it to me after our honey moon.

    I would recommend Stephanie to everyone! She is simply amazing. I cannot say enough great things about her! She takes care of everything from start to finish and she makes it fun for both the bride and groom!

    I cant say enough about Cole Drake Events. Stephanie attended to every matter and I simply had to request and never thought twice about something being done. Really, most things were taken care of before i even thought to ask. It was a dream come true and i can't thank these folks enough!

    I planned a destination wedding from Chicago, IL. Stephanie Cole was my wedding planner and she was amazing! First of all, Stephanie was one of the few vendors who was not intimidated by my timeline (4 months) and my budget. She conveyed professionalism and confidence from our very first phone conversation and made feel like I was in good hands. Secondly, Stephanie has a fantastic network of vendors that are incredibly talented and who are very nice to work with. She has a great working relationship with all of them and they think very highly of her. As a result, our wedding ceremony and reception were executed without a flaw. Everything was perfect! Since I lived in Chicago and had only 4 months, Stephanie also narrowed down the list of vendors to choose from and introduced me to only those who fit within my budget and were available on our wedding date. This was a huge time save! Throughout the planning process, Stephanie provided a ton of advice and always responded to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. She was present during the big day and made sure that everyone was comfortable and happy. Stephanie has a real gift for planning weddings and events.

    Working with Stephanie Cole of Cole Drake a Events was a completely wonderful experience. At first, I thought the fee was a bit pricey, but she earned every penny. She took into account all of my daughter's wishes and desires for a destination winery wedding, and made the dream a reality. There was incredible attention to every detail, and she always kept in mind the bride's ideas and vision. She even stayed under budget!! Stephanie was a complete joy to work with, and I highly recommend her company, Cole a Drake Events. You will not be disappointed!!

    We absolutely loved working with Chaz during the process of planning our wedding! We had somewhat of a short engagement and he made the entire process stress-free and smooth from beginning to end. He puts so much effort into his job and his passion really shows during meetings and all forms of communication. Every time I sent Chaz an email (which I did ALOT), he would get back to me within an hour and most of the time it was more like 5 minutes. He had great vendors recommendations which all worked out perfectly for us. He has an eye for excellent things and had great advice in all aspects of the wedding- everything from napkins, to gifts, to flower arrangements. He was amazing to work with and I would highly recommend his services!! Thank you for everything you did to make our day PERFECT!

    As a Boston-based couple planning a wedding in St. Helena, we worked with Chaz Crosier who was confident, fun, and wonderful to work with, always keeping our budget conscious style in mind yet delivering a wedding that was so beautiful and much more elegant than anything we could ever dream of. My husband is a businessman with very high expectations, always demanding a high level of service. He was very impressed with Chaz from the start. Chaz easily gained our confidence by making us feel like we were his most important clients, taking the time to understand what we were trying to accomplish, asking us questions about things we would have never thought of but needed to consider, and running meetings confidently by providing us with ideas and helping us make key decisions. When we asked for advice, he always impressed us with his expertise such as helping us craft a menu that was better than what the venue offered us or coming up with the idea of a vineyard tasting as an event for our guests during the "Catholic gap." He prepared us well and as a result, our wedding day was perfect and stress free. Working with Chaz was a wonderful experience. That feeling of having a trustworthy friend who will make you laugh, keep you calm and relaxed, run back and forth between the bride's and groom's rooms, keep the vendors on the timeline, all while sporting a warm genuine smile was invaluable. Chaz was instrumental in making the best day of our lives everything we could have hoped for. You are in good hands with Chaz. We highly recommend him.

    I highly recommend Chaz Crosier for wedding planning services. Chaz is a talented expert in wedding and event planning, as well as a genuinely kind person who is absolutely wonderful to work with. His professional involvement in planning our wedding gave us peace of mind throughout the entire process and we agree with all of the positive testimonials found in his many online reviews. We live in Honolulu and our friends and family are scattered throughout the country, so this was a destination wedding in Geyserville for all of us. We selected the partial planning package and venue selection after considering we only wanted to make one trip to California prior to the wedding.

    In total, we had about 5 months to complete the planning. During that time, Chaz kept us on track with regular emails and a detailed schedule that made it easy for us to manage the various tasks. He is clearly a hard worker who has perfected the art of time management and efficiency as he always made us feel like our wedding was his priority. Considering the amount of other events he was simultaneously planning, especially during peak wedding season, we were amazed by the level of attentiveness he dedicated to planning our wedding and the fact he was always available to respond to our emails within a day. The event itself was visually stunning and I was able to relax knowing that Chaz was taking care of the details. He even stepped in last minute to help us with the MC duties. Without exaggeration, we owe our perfect wedding day to Chaz who completely took care of us, our family and our friends.

    I got married to my husband this past summer at The Carneros Inn. Stephanie from Cole Drake Events, along with Jules from TCI, were our wedding planners. Stephanie stepped in to help the TCI team when their lead wedding staff person went on maternity leave a few months after we signed on to the venue. My mother-in-law, with whom I was planning the wedding, and I were understandably a little nervous about having someone we hadn't met coordinate the day, but she quickly quelled our anxieties with her prompt communication and graceful confidence. She oversaw all aspects of our day, was super collaborative and prompt, and saw no detail as too small. Her strong organizational skills and just how likeable she was again came through when we met with her for tasting. We had a great time with her talking over the day as it was finally coming together, and she balanced helping us make decisions quickly while keeping us relaxed and enjoying ourselves. Not a small task for a type A bride and mother-in-law pair just a couple of months before the big day! Her talent shone through the most on my big day. The real magic of her work is that she makes the day run without ever intruding with her own presence. I felt like there was a genie who was with me all day, appearing just when I needed something or to make a gentle reminder and disappearing just as quickly and gracefully as she came. Her calm and firm energy again helped us stay grounded. More than anything, I knew I didn't have to worry about anything else other than being present with my family and friends and enjoying the day - the rest was in her very competent hands. With her work, Stephanie helped me be with my day in a way that was was as deep and meaningful as I could ever have hoped, and I'm grateful to have worked with such a wonderful and caring professional!

    WOW!! I absolutely cannot believe how amazing my wedding turned out and it is all because of our wedding planner, Stephanie Cole and Cole Drake Events. Without Stephanie there is absolutely no way all of my wedding wishes for my wine country wedding could have come true. She had everything done in a more than timely fashion and thought of all of the little details that I wouldn't have remembered so that my Napa wedding could be even more special. She was so kind, helpful and flexible. We live several states away and were only able to make it out to Napa twice to plan but because of her everything worked out perfectly. She created a timeline for us as well so that the week of and day of went over smoothly. Could not be more grateful!! Too bad that day had to end!

    We hired Stephanie Cole for my daughter's wedding in Oakville California. She was absolutely AMAZING! Stephanie spent hours consulting with my daughter BEFORE we even hired her. From the first day of planning, to meetings with us and appointments with vendors, the scheduling, the set up, and overseeing the entire day of events….everything was totally perfect! Everyone raved over our beautiful wedding. We could not have done this without Stephanie's personalized service. I highly recommend Cole Drake Events for any event! This was definitely, without a doubt, the best money I've ever spent!!
