Our family photos

Penny did family portraits with us out by the lake. They came out amazing. She went to several different locations on the lake and her choice for background was perfect. We also had our two Labs with us and she was amazing with them. We will treasure these photos forever. Penny was on time and very professional, but at the same time she was a lot of fun and made it a great experience. I would recommend coordinate photography to anybody who is looking for amazing portraits.

She did amazing photos and service.

After getting engaged, we searched for a long time for a photographer until we found Coeur d Alene Photography. We were impressed by Pennie’s ability to capture authentic and expressive photos, not just staged ones. She did a wonderful job with our engagement photos and we can’t wait to have her for our wedding photos. Family photography along with Engagement photography

We decided to do a family shoot with our close family members along with engagement photos at the same time . Pennie with Coeur d’Alene photography was patient and she knew exactly what she was doing with a big group of people.
We even brought our dogs along for the sitting . We believe Pets are family too, so we were pleased that we were given the opportunity to have them in our photographs.

Photos for my wife and I with our puppy

We wanted to have our puppy photographed in our family photos and Pennie was amazing with getting the perfect photo. We wanted to do this for Christmas for our family photo to send out as presents. She was prompt and she knew exactly what she was doing to get our puppy to look at the camera. We went to a beautiful lake to take the photos and get the perfect shot. .

Professional Campaign Photographs

When I was running for Sheriff of Kootenai County Idaho, I needed professional photos for my campaign material. I met Pennie at CDA Photography and was swept away by her energy and creativeness. She got "THE SHOT" !!!!!! It's all about that perfect photo and she captured it.

I can't say enough about how wonderful a photographer she was. She got the perfect shot, it is framed on my wall, I will be looking at for the next 50 years and I absolutely LOVE it. She was easy to work with and made sure the families got ever photo they wanted before wrapping up. She took her time and did not rush the process. I appreciated that. I was so thankful for a photographer that knew what she was doing!

Pennie was phenomenal to work with! We planned a very last minute wedding, with not a lot of time to prepare. We didn’t have many wedding props to work with but you would never know based on her photography skills. She knew exactly what she was doing, and made each person look their best with every photo. Pennie is personable, patient, and has a great sense of humor which helped everyone loosen up. The photos she took were truly worth a thousand worked. She told the story of our wedding better than I could have expected and helped create memories for us that we can look back on forever. Penny is the BEST

Ive known penny for a long time so it was no question who was going to do my wedding pictures. First of all i wamt to start by saying that not only was she professional but she also turned into my wedding planner. My wedding was last minute and she filled me in on a bunch of detailed things i could do to make my photos come to life. We hadnt hired a wedding planner and she made sure to direct the wedding in an order that would make for the best pictures ever. She was amazing and fun to be around and everyone loved her personality and just all around fun to be around during my special day!

What a great experience we had with coeur d'alene photography!! Pennie listened to exactly what we were looking for in capturing the best day of our lives. We had about 75 guest and wanted a nice group picture of everyone we love together, she got some amazing shots in a quickly manner (which was crucial to me). Pennie was absolutely amazing to work with. She went out of her way to be flexible and meet us on our terms. we had a very tight schedule and did not give her a lot of time to prepare for us. We are not from this area so Pennie picked a spot that was suitable for our photo shoot, in fact it was an amazing back ground. She made us feel comfortable during our pictures and made us both look amazing. She knew just how and when to pose us and when to take natural shots. Thanks to her creativity she made our pictures look amazing. I have never been comfortable in front of the camera, needless to say I am not photogenic. Pennie made me look and feel like a rock star. Pennie worked with me to get my special day captured forever. She was professional and thorough. She can get really creative or work within your boundaries. She is my photographer for family pictures as well. I wouldn’t think of having another photographer take my pictures.

My hubby and I had already gotten married earlier in the day and we were searching for someone to just take some quick simple photos so we could remember our special day!
Keep in mind we were only in CDA for a day. We literally were passing through on our way to Washington just so we could get married.
As a last resort we started calling local photographers in CDA. Pennie with Coeur D Alene photography answered right away. Not only was she professional, compassionate and genuinely excited for us, that she squeezed us in at that very minute, met us at a local area and had us follow her to her shooting location.
She took many photos and various poses and had a lot of fun stories to tell us along the way. We truly felt like she cared and we felt like we had known her for years.
It is very rare that our family can spend money on luxury items such as professional photos and such. I never thought that I would have maternity or wedding photos taken!
Pennie spent more time making sure we had the perfect photos, and even incorporating our special wedding day into the maternity photos as well.
We were extremely fortunate to have found Pennie. She turned out to be a longtime friend.
She charged us one sitting fee and had great deals on the photo packages!
The photos were ready for us to view online next day and we had ample time to make decisions on our favorites. There was no pressure.
We kept in touch through Facebook so that she could ensure we received our photos and that everything was up to our standards.
You will not be disappointed with Pennie! We would be honored to have her take photos of us at any of life's events, no matter how big or small.
Pennie's photography and editing skills are beyond compare and we couldn't be more grateful for her and her friendship. You will not be disappointed. It was an experience we will never forget. THANK YOU PENNIE!!!

Got our wedding photos done with Pennie. She's very professional, and was there early on our special day. She continuously checked in with my wife and I to make sure we had everything covered, and the quality of our photos are stunning, just like my beautiful wife. We couldn't be happier!

Pennie was a delight to work with! She made the process so easy and fun. Very reasonably priced and prompt with our photos. Showed up on time, had fun ideas for photo poses and was just a nice pleasure. Would use her again for any photo shoot!

Pennie was on time and professional. She captured the essence of the day in a variety of creative poses that we will cherish for a lifetime. The value compared to the quality product she produces is outstanding. Such a fair price. I would recommend her any day over other photographers because she really took the time to listen to what we wanted and expected before the event. She delivered beyond expectations.

Pennie did our Wedding photos last summer and we absolute loved them. She was very helpful with all our needs. The kid's in the wedding party loved her. We highly recommend her .

Last minute thought

At the last minute while eloping to Coeur d' Alene we decided we should have some professional pictures ! We were so blessed to find Pennie! She connected with us after my call within a couple of hours. She has a gift not only in her photography skills but also her PEOPLE SKILLS !! Cda photography

Pennie is a phenomenal photographer that takes class and perfection in anything and everything she does she is highly professional. We were amazed at the quality of the photos and the mounted photos and the book was amazing it was a beautiful capturing of our special day. Loved the pictures

We found CDA Photography very accommodating, professional and very fun to work with. Our previous photographer cancelled at the last minute, Penny relieved so much stress with taking on our wedding at the last minute. We love all the pictures and would recommend her to anyone.

Captured our story

Penny was fun, flexible and responsive to our needs. We all had fun working with her during the wedding ceremony. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and even traveled to another location for pictures. Penny made everyone feel comfortable and we enjoyed her company. The photos are beautiful and captured our story!

My wife and I decided to elope on short notice, so finding a photographer and venue was a little stressful but Penny made our day so great. She shot during our service as well as took us down to the lake for a photo shoot. Very reasonably priced, as well as very fun to work with. Our shoot took between an hour and a half and two hours and she got many great shots.
