Top Notch Wedding Planning!! My daughter and I had the pleasure of working with Katy to help us plan her destination wedding. We could not have had the beautiful – in budget wedding we had without Coastal Coordinating’s help. I live in Michigan and my daughter lives on the other side of Florida, so we relied on Katy for recommendations on EVERYTHING!
I first met with Katy and gave her the budget we were planning to spend on the wedding, and she helped set the budget for all items needed / wanted for the wedding. We met with multiple venues that were all different types – minimal decorations needed or all decorations needed. Katy provided suggestions on vendors for rentals, floral, photography, hair / makeup, and decorations. We could not have pulled the wedding off without her. My daughter had gone on her own and found the DJ. A few months before the wedding we heard thru Coastal Coordinating’s connections. The DJ my daughter found stopped showing up to his contracted events and was not planning to show for our wedding after taking our deposit. Coastal Coordinating had quickly helped us in find another DJ for the wedding – still within budget without leaving us without a DJ for our wedding and reception. We met with Katy multiple times while planning the wedding, to make sure we had all details covered, she followed up with vendors, helped coordinate payments, worked with the resort on any questions that arose, and even helped with a few disagreements my daughter and I had. Day of wedding coordination was all done by the Coastal Coordinating team, even though the wedding venue / resort provided coordination staff. Coastal Coordinating outdid themselves with making every detail we had planned successfully implemented. We did not have any hiccups (that I know of, if there were, I never knew any different) but I know if we did, they would’ve had it all taken care of quickly. The money we spent to have a wedding coordinator was well worth EVERY penny and MORE. I would highly recommend Coastal Coordinating to help plan your wedding or any other special event. You will be so happy you had someone to help along the way!!

A huge thank you and shout out to Coastal Coordinating; in particular Alli! From our first phone call/first meeting to the final goodbye after midnight at the venue it was an absolute pleasure to work with Alli. Her thoughtfulness, suggestions, patience and organization helped my daughter, and I plan the perfect wedding. All of the details and timing were handled with care. If there were any issues on the day, we certainly did not know it. She executed my daughter's dreams and wishes. It was a wedding we and our guests will never forget and we have Alli to thank! Any future bride would be crazy not to work with Coastal Coordinating and Alli. Thank you for a seamless 10 months of preparations. (and my many late night texts :)). -

I cannot express enough gratitude!! Alli was my coordinator and she owned the day. Every detail was perfect, and when I started stressing she was the most calming presence. If I could go back and do it again, I would choose Alli every time.
P.S. if you think you can do this without at the very least a day of coordinator… no you cannot. I promise you cannot, and this company will take the very best care of your special day. -

My husband and I had a destination wedding near Jacksonville. We hired Coastal Coordinating and Alli was assigned to our wedding. Alli is a great listener, detail oriented and responsive to email/text. The day of the wedding, she was prompt, had all the details organized, and executed the day without any flaws. Once the day started... she took over so we could truly enjoy our day!
All the little details from seating charts, favors, signage, marriage license, timelines, were all take care by Alli. We literally had no stress! Highly recommend! -

I don’t think I can thank Katy & Coastal Coordinating enough!!!! They made my dream wedding weekend a reality and stress free too! Literally I learned later my marriage license was lost in the mail, we didn’t order enough scratch tickets for table…and Katy was a superhero saving the day! Fixing everything. She even got me out of an elevator that got stuck. Can’t make it up! She’s so kind, so patient, so caring. SOOO detailed oriented!!!! Cayla was our day of coordinator and she helped us pull off our dream wedding. With our package, she got involved around 60 days before our wedding and made sure all our vendors were in line, had meetings with all of our vendors and us, answered all of questions, had some extra props/supplies for us to borrow, and created our timeline so that everything ran smoothly day of. She was so much fun to work with and everything came out exactly how we wanted. We are so grateful for all her hard work and would definitely recommend Coastal Coordinating (and Cayla!) for any wedding planning. -

With choosing the reception venue that we did, my husband and I were required to have at least a "day of coordinator". Prior to knowing that, I was 100% set on trying to plan the whole thing all by myself. Boy am I glad it was a requirement because I would've lost my mind day of. I'm as grateful to Alli as much as our photographer, and that's saying A LOT! It's hard to manage an event as big as a wedding, and there's no way I would've been able to do it myself and enjoy the moment. Alli made sure my husband and I had nothing to worry about! The day after, despite having family visiting our home, I was prepared to take back some rental pieces to the bakery, but I didn't see any of the pieces. My first thought, "talk to Alli." I sent her a quick text asking if she knew what happened, and she responded that she had already returned the pieces! For any bride or groom determined to plan the wedding themselves, AT LEAST get a day of coordinator! Allow yourself to truly enjoy and soak in the time of celebration! To guarantee the enjoyment, I 100% recommend Coastal Coordinating! -

Highly recommend Coastal Coordinating. Since day 1 they were helpful with answering questions and providing recommendations. We booked through Coastal for a “day of planner” and Cayla was perfect ensuring that we had a stress-free experience. Cayla started helping us weeks before the actual wedding making sure she understood our vision, that our timeline was perfect and vendors all knew when to show up. I was worried I had forgotten about something – but having Cayla there to check everything to ensure a flawless day was so helpful!
The day off Cayla and the rest of Coastal team helped make our vision come to life– everything from coordinating the vendors to décor on the tables. In addition to handling the vendors, Cayla also helped with décor and ensuring the extra details that we brought were set up and torn down. Every detail was thought of and taken care of and we can’t thank Cayla and the rest of the Coastal team for making that happen! Our friends and family commented on how well the event stayed on schedule, everyone knew where to be and how everything went perfect – we couldn’t have done it without Cayla! -

Most Incredible Experience
If you are thinking about hiring Coastal Coordinating for your next event/wedding, DO NOT HESITATE!! Book them now!!! Katy is truly incredible as well as the lovely team. From the minute we had our first phone call to our final goodbyes on the wedding day, I could not be more impressed. She was professional, creative, and easy-going. We had a somewhat complicated wedding with a Hindu Ceremony, followed by a lunch, and a Jewish ceremony with reception, all in one day!! Before hiring a wedding planner, I always considered myself a pragmatic and organized person. I felt that I could handle planning a wedding on my own, but after months of creative roadblocks, and spending every waking moment combing through reviews of vendors only to be disappointed or ghosted, I felt it was time to call in the professionals. Katy held my hand throughout the process and made the impossible seem achievable. She paid attention to both mine and my partner’s wishes, our budget, our customs and traditions, while making the process fun! She has an extensive list of vendors that know and work with her on a weekly basis. She makes time for you and sets up check-ins to calm even the most anxious of brides. Her catalog and inventory is expansive and I would definitely opt for the full-service package if you are having a wedding over 150 people or a slightly more complicated wedding. I truly cannot express my gratitude for Katy and the Coastal coordinating team, they made our wedding the best weekend of our lives and it would not have happened without them. Seriously. We were fortunate enough to be able to work with Cayla for our day-of wedding needs at Isla Del Sol Yacht & Country Club. Cayla went ABOVE AND BEYOND in all of our planning and preparation. She started working with us the month before our big day and kept us organized throughout the entire process. She coordinated with all of our vendors and at all times I felt completely confident and prepared for the wedding. We did a lot of DIY decor, centerpieces, etc. and Cayla assisted us in every part of set up and breakdown. We couldn't have done it without her and her assistants help!! I didn't have to lift a finger and was able to truly enjoy the whole day. I would highly recommend Coastal Coordinating for day-of and even full event planning if you want to have a perfectly smooth wedding day. -

We hired Coastal Coordinating for a day of planner and we were assigned Emily Ludke and her assistance Mallory. They were AMAZING!! We couldn’t have pulled it off without them. Emily was so helpful leading up to the wedding giving me advice and helped problem solve when my makeup artist cancelled the day before the wedding due to COVID. They were busy setting the venue up, but still managed to make sure my needs and my husbands needs were taken care of. The entire day went smoothly and everything turned out perfect. I have no words to describe how amazing Katy has been. We hired her in December 2020 for my February 2022 wedding, and she has been a DREAM to work with. Anything I ever needed, she was right there. ANYTHING. If you think you don't need a wedding planner, you are wrong! I had a wedding under 85 people, and I wouldn't have been able to get through the day without her. Every guest told me how calm I was day of, and even leading up to the wedding I was so relaxed. She thinks of everything and reaches out to all the vendors for you, and communicates with them, too. As someone who was transitioning jobs/roles and partaking in grad school, I needed Katy! Even though I'm Type A, I don't plan a wedding every day, which is why I went with Coastal Coordinating. On the day of the wedding, we had two planners, Katy, and her assistant, Kelsey. Kelsey was also such a huge help. She helped my husband with his hair, took care of a bridesmaid dilemma, and so much more. Katy and Kelsey were so attentive and made us feel like kings and queens throughout the entire day! I can't thank them enough for all they did to make my day a dream come true! Katy has truly become a friend, and I love her so dearly! -

I hired Coastal Coordinating for my 1/23/22 wedding as a day of planner and I can't imagine if I didn't. From 3 months out they gave me checklist to keep me on track, they did my day of timeline and even touch base with me and my wedding party the morning of the wedding while we were getting hair and makeup done. They also collected all the decor and gifts and brought it to our air bnb. They are awesome and I honestly don't think my day would have gone as smooth as it did if I didn't work with them. -

Exceptional Wedding Coordinator El.
My daughters wedding was stress free & beautiful. El (Eleanor) did everything we wanted from decorating the Xmas tree with ornaments and ending with our signature favor drinks which looked great. I had an amazing experience working with Christina B. at CC. My wedding would not have been the same without her. I had checked off a few of the big list items myself (dress, venue), but then soon realized I was going to need some help. That's when I hired CC and they stepped in and saved the day! From day one Christina was there to calm my nerves and keep me on track. She helped me immensely with my remaining vendor selections and with quickly taking charge of any issues that arose. If we’re being honest, at the beginning of wedding planning I was against a coordinator because I thought I could do it all myself. I had heard mixed reviews from friends about how their coordinators weren’t as involved as they needed and I was hesitant to spend the money. But after our venue requested that we have a day of coordinator, I did some research and stumbled on Coastal Coordinating. And let me tell you… best money we ever spent!! Not only was the day of coordinating package budget friendly, but we got so much more than we thought. I truly thought “day of” coordinator meant that we wouldn’t actually see our coordinator till the day of and I was so so wrong. Alli was the coordinator at Coastal that worked with us and she swooped in about 2 months out. Literally…. right when I needed her the most, right when it was starting to get stressful. She was such a blessing. The cool thing about the day of coordinating package is that I still felt in control of the planning. I did the work choosing our vendor team, signing contracts, and creating our vision for the day. But Alli was the icing on the cake. She pieced together all the missing parts, made recommendations, created a plan, and was the middle man between my entire vendor team. It took the burden of arranging the entire day off my shoulders. She made sure vendors showed up on time and everything ran according to plan. I seriously could not have done it without her and I owe much of how flawless our day was to Alli. For real though, can I be her best friend? She held everything together for me. When it was supposed to rain on our wedding day and we needed a tent, who called me to tell me it would all be ok because she knew I was stressing? Alli. My husband and I had an off-site first look miles away at the beach. Guess who drove all the way out there in the rain to make sure it went off without a hitch? Alli. When it was raining and I was piecing my hair back together, who was my girl with the bobby pins? Alli. When we were in the midst of pictures, who made sure we got a snack during our cocktail hour? Alli. When we catered gourmet pizza, who was the one who made sure we got our favorite pizza flavors delivered right to our table so we didn’t have to get up? Alli. When it was the end of the day and we needed all hands on deck to clean, who was right there in the mix of it carrying out trash (still will never forget that moment!)? Alli. She went above and beyond every step of the way. Day of coordinator? Yeah right. Life saver. Blessing. Best money we ever spent. We will never forget her or Coastal Coordinating. Please hire them! I tell all my bridal friends. You will not be disappointed! -

Coastal Coordinating was a recommended planner by our wedding venue and other event industry plans and I am so glad that I reached out! From the start Brittany, Alli, Katy, and Laurel were all super and amazing to work with whether it came to answering any questions, working with our budget, making contract edits, providing recommendations on inventory and decor, as well as being the powerhouse behind making all of our wonderful vendors come together perfectly on our wedding day! Katy (the Owner) was our main planner for day of services that we contracted and I am so happy I made the choice to have Katy and Laurel make sure our wedding day was awesome and came together as we had discussed on different meetings, calls, and walk throughs. I personally did not want to do any DIY and was super happy that Katy had so many great rental pieces to help make those little touches perfect. Katy worked her magic and even was there to help me take a break, have some water, and brush sand off of my heels from when we went outside to take pictures. You will not be disappointed if you hire Katy and team for your wedding! The entire Coastal Coordinating team is beyond amazing. From the very first e-mail, Katy was so helpful and friendly. Then, when I was assigned Brooke as my day-of coordinator, the experience got even better. And that's saying a lot considering this was during COVID times. The postponement process was flawless. Brooke is not just a wedding planner, she is a therapist, angel, bad ass, literally everything you would want in a planner. Just the perfect combination of mafia boss (not literally, I don't think) and supportive, kind, warm companion. And e-mail response rate? MINUTES. Single digit minutes. I would encourage her to take her time, because my questions were undoubtedly not that important and only the result of my own insanity, but she would take that as a challenge and respond before my page could refresh. But she never made me feel like a hot mess, rather she was validating and detailed in her responses. The wedding day was perfection. You know how people always prep you and say things like, "things will go wrong, but try not to sweat it..." or some variation of the sort? Well, nothing went wrong on my wedding day. Or if something did go wrong, Brooke must have handled it and kept it moving, because I didn't know anything!! I was blissfully dancing the night away. My wedding was the wedding of my dreams and I doubt it would have been so incredible had Brooke not been helping. -

My wife and I cannot say enough about Katy and what she has done for us the past few years. We were supposed to have our wedding last year, but due to COVID, we moved our reception celebration to this year. Katy helped to make our intimate ceremony last October so special and the reception this year better than we could have ever expected. She guided us through every twist, turn, bump, and decision that arose and did it with ease and professionalism. My wife and I felt no stress on our wedding day because Katy (and Elle and the CC team) helped to make everything run seamlessly.

Alli and her team were an absolute joy to work with! My husband had our wedding at the Lightner Museum in Saint Augustine, planning the majority of our wedding out of state. Planning remotely while in graduate school, I knew I needed a wedding coordinator I could trust. From our initial phone calls to our final walk through to completely rescheduling our wedding due to COVID-19, Alli was honest, professional and reliable. Katy and her team were absolutely outstanding. From the moment we hired her Katy hit the ground running quickly getting our initial vendors booked. She met with us at least once a month initially, slowly working through all the planning. My husband and I both have more demanding jobs so we really appreciated all the checklists. Katy also did all of the coordinating with vendors saving our limited time for meetings with out top vendors. We were never stressed or overwhelmed during the planning process. If I ever had a question Katy was very responsive, typically in less then a few hours.
On the day of the wedding, Katy and her team took care of everything! From the decorating to coordinating the schedule and timing with all the vendors everything went smoothly and perfectly. I was able to truly enjoy getting ready and celebrating the day without any concerns.
I will be recommending the coastal coordinating team to all of my family and friends. It was truly the best decision we made for our big day!

We could not have done this without Coastal Coordinating. Katy, Lauren, and the rest of the crew made sure everything went without a hitch. We got married at the Sandpearl Resort in Clearwater Florida. Communication was always easy leading up to the wedding and they were always available for the planning sessions and meetups at the venue. They managed all the different vendors, from linens, flowers, DJ, photographers, cake company, and even the venue staff themselves. Katy and the staff at the Sandpearl Resort worked extremely well together and were in constant communication to ensure the event was running smoothly. She kept all the stress off of the bride and groom and only came to the groom when she needed some input, or a change needed to be made (her ideas were the best ones anyway). You could definitely tell they had done this before! We did not have to worry about either set up or break down…which was HUGE. The logistics of the evening were completely and professionally handled by her and the crew. The next day when we came to pick up decorations, everything was neatly packaged up and ready for us to load…which was a huge relief! All in all, I cannot recommend Coastal Coordinating enough. They made our wedding a fun, stress free event that will be fondly remembered. -

Our daughter's wedding was held at Bowing Oaks Plantation and Rachel provided the lead as our wedding coordinator. CC was a great value and offered much more than just "wedding planning". We cannot say enough about Katy and her team at Coastal Coordinating. We hired Katy as our day of wedding planner and she sure did deliver. Not only is she sweet and kind but She helped thru the whole process and was so timely in her responses when we had questions. Once we chose the vendors she set up a timeline and we never had to check back in. I had the sheet sitting in our kitchen at the resort and as soon as it hit 10:15 Megan was there for makeup. All of our guests said how smooth everything went as well. I highly recommend Katy and her team so much we want to plan some more parties ! LOL -

We had our wedding May 7th 2021 at Hammock Beach Resort & were required to hire on a "Day of Coordinator". This was the first time I've ever planned a wedding so I was pretty clueless on what a "day of coordinator" was, but boy are we glad that we hired them! We had Katy as our main coordinator & Alli also helped us on day of and I have to say they were the most important vendor we could have hired! Even if you aren't "required" to hire a day of coordinator I highly suggest doing so and making that a priority in your budget. From the beginning of wedding planning, I followed all of their checklists & vendor preferences & our wedding turned out to be the most perfect day. They also have a lot of tips and tricks to saving money so that also helps with your budget!
I’m sure this applies to many brides, but I can personally say as a new bride, I felt like I was thrown many options & decisions & it's easy to get overwhelmed because this is such a new world to me and of course I wanted it to be perfect. I asked Katy a lot of questions and suggestions and she always answered promptly & made me feel comfortable & reassured me in my decisions. She really is a genuinely kind person who makes sure her clients are having the wedding that they want. Upon meeting her, I immediately felt comfortable with her which is so important on your wedding day! She encouraged us to do what we wanted even if it wasn’t the “traditional” or “typical” way of doing things, and it turned out better than we could have imagined. We still have guests coming to us a month later saying how incredible our wedding was, and Coastal Coordinating had a lot to do with it.
Katy & Alli helped us create the perfect wedding timeline and were the point of contact for all vendors leading up to the wedding. On wedding day, they constantly checked in with Mike & I and made sure everything was laid out how we planned and it was PERFECT. They guided us & our guests through the day and it was the perfect transition from ceremony, cocktail hour to reception. They were very flexible with last minute changes & never made us feel uncomfortable with any last minute decisions we made. Again, they really wanted us to have the wedding that we wanted. They kept all the vendors on time so we got the perfect amount of pictures/videos but also were able to eat, dance, drink and have a great time. Katy and her team do an amazing job and I would recommend anyone planning a wedding to hire them! My sister in law will be getting married this November and also has the Coastal Coordinating team as her Day of Coordinator & I know it will be perfect! We cannot wait! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Our experience with Coastal Coordinating was amazing!
We used Katy with Coastal Coordinating almost 6 years ago for my first daughter's wedding and she went above and beyond the call of duty! She did not let us down for my second daughter's wedding this past weekend! Katy and her team are the best! It was an out of town wedding and Katy handled every little detail promptly and professionally. As the mother of the bride I did not feel any stress at all knowing that Katy was in charge. If you want an amazing, gorgeous, magical wedding and don't want to worry about a single thing on your wedding day, hire Katy and Coastal Coordinating! From my first conversation with Katy, she really listened and understood who we were and what we wanted. We opted for the partial planning package since our less traditional venue, the St. Pete Shuffleboard Club, was going to require some extra work. It felt pretty close to full planning to me because Katy was on the ball recommending, contacting, and negotiating with the vendors we still needed.
While Katy was great leading up to the wedding, it is hard to find the words to express just how fantastic she and her team (Lauren and Brittany) were the day of the wedding. They made both our ceremony and reception venues look gorgeous, answered a million questions from us and our guests, made last minute location changes with our photographer (at our request), solved several minor emergencies (most of which I never knew about, and none of which I actually had to deal with!), and took care of every detail and request (Katy does not forget anything!). As far as I know, all of my other vendors were wonderful as well, but I doubt I would even know if anything had gone wrong because Katy would have fixed it before we ever knew!
Several family members and friends told me how awesome Katy was, and my grandmother (who was also our officiant) said, "whatever you paid Katy, she was worth every penny!" Trust me, you'll get spoiled and wish you had a Katy to make everyday life run as smooth as your wedding will! We are so grateful to Katy, Lauren, and Brittany for giving us a perfect day and allowing us to enjoy every moment of it. -

Best Decision Ever!!!!
My husband and I just got married last weekend! We chose Coastal Coordinating to help us with our wedding details. We secured their service almost a year ago, but the package we chose didn’t have them getting involved until a couple months out from the big day. I have to say this is where I started being totally impressed with their service and that continued through the very end! Right away a year ago, Katy told us even if we had questions over the next year we could always reach out to her at any point and ask. This made us feel so good! Then, two months before the big day we met Alli! Alli was going to be our official coordinator, and let me tell you.... I quickly realized this was the BEST decision we could have ever made!! Alli was so sweet, organized, confident, and attentive. She answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure our day was exactly how we wanted. I am so happy we had her be a part of our big day and I would recommend it over and over again for any future brides!!! In addition, her other staff members who helped the day of were incredible! Words can’t express how thankful I am for Katy and her team. Katy was the person who helped me get through my destination wedding being canceled on me 3 days before the date, and then not only one reschedule, but two. She then delivered whole heartedly and helped produce what was one of the best days of my life! She is an amazing coordinator and person as well. With all the "DIY Wedding" trends surfacing the internet, the thing that no one ever tells you about planning a wedding is how much you CANNOT do on your own. Katy Turchich along with all the beautiful women at Coastal Coordinating made every moment of my husband and my wedding a dream come true without the hassle and stress of last minute hiccups that are bound to happen on the big day! Planning a wedding during COVID could have been a nightmare, but thanks to Katy, it was the most magical day of my life! Katy was extremely responsive, emailed within 24 hours and answered phone call to discuss any and every detail that I had questions about for the big day. When I decided I needed a last minute change on the schedule, Katy was a "Yes Person" and immediately updated all my vendors about any final touches we wanted to add. When a guest showed with a random plus one (without RSVP'ing for it) Katy and her team seamlessly reorganized the table seating. I highly recommend working with anyone at Coastal Coordinating to make all your wedding dreams and wishes a reality without having to lift a finger on the day of your big "I Do's." All of my wedding dreams came true
I don't know where to begin. I got married on 1/31/2021 and it has taken me over a month to float back down to earth. Katy and the Coastal Coordinating team made all of my wedding dreams come true. Planning our wedding during a pandemic was challenging and emotionally draining. On each of our planning calls, Katy took the time to really check in with me and this is what I appreciated most about working with her. I feel that she kept me grounded, validated my concerns, and enabled me to make the best decisions for my wedding. Her ability to remember the smallest personal details is so impressive. She attended several vendor meetings with us and asked the questions I never would have remembered to ask on the spot. On the day before my rehearsal, I was feeling so uncertain about last minute guest cancellations and questioning how months of distance planning would come together. She called me and took the time to really put my mind at ease when no one else could. Every event was organized, on time, and so special, thanks to Katy. Our guests even commented on how organized everything was! When we walked through the doors for our private reception entry, I actually cried. 11 months of planning and agonizing over little details transformed into something more enchanting than I ever could have imagined. As I got closer and closer to my wedding day, I realized I was going to need some more help with my wedding planning and coordinating. Coastal Coordinating was the perfect fit- I loved that they offered a package to help with the day of, as well as the two month period leading up to my wedding date.
Rachel and Katy were so helpful. They kept me in check with any small thing that needed to be decided on as we got closer and closer to wedding day. When it came to the day of, they helped set everything up beautifully and coordinated the flow of events seamlessly. I spent the most time with Rachel, and I felt like I was hanging out with a friend whenever she was around!

Katy is one of a kind. Without her and her team, I'm pretty sure our wedding day would have been a mess. She took care of every little detail, including things I never even thought of. Given, I didn't know much to begin with. We went with the partial package, and with that we had monthly calls where she ensured we were on schedule with booking vendors and getting required meetings in with vendors. She had a checklist of "typical wedding things" that she would go over to make sure I had ever little detail planned. Even being able to recommend urgent care places for our officiant that had a slight emergency and being willing to step in to officate our wedding if needed be. Everyone in attendace commented on how well she was running the show. She truly loves her job and it shows. It wasn't till a month out from our big day that I learned she had been driving back and fourth from her home in Tampa to Jacksonville to make meetings and appointments for our planning process. I got to work with Katy planning my wedding and she was amazing! After essentially planning a whole wedding, we had to move it due to COVID. Katy helped contact all the vendors for me and made sure we stayed on track for the new wedding. She was also there whenever I had mental breakdowns regarding some sort of COVID related wedding fiasco. The day of the wedding they ran like a well oiled machine. Where do I even begin? Katy and her team at Coastal Coordinating are, hands down, the best! Our venue required a day-of coordinator and she was recommended by one of our other vendors. After the initial phone call, I knew I had found the right woman to help me with our big day! Katy is so kind and works her tail off to make sure your big day is as close to perfect as possible, and does it all with the sweetest smile on her face! And not only is she amazing, her team is incredible too! Alli and Laurel both assisted with different aspects of our big day and they are just as kind and sweet!
We had quite a big problem with one of our major vendors and Katy did everything in her power to help the situation and keep me calm (which is a huge task in and of itself - I'm very picky and definitely a Type-A personality to the max). Even after the wedding day she checked on me to make sure I was doing okay following the issue that occurred.
I cannot say enough positive things about Katy and her team! Worth every penny, look no further for the best coordinators in Jax! -

We hired Katy with for "day of" coordinating and assistance planning our destination wedding - cannot recommend her more! We had our wedding at the River House and they require you to hire a "day of" coordinator, but I always knew I wanted to hire someone to help with more coordinating / planning / assistance as we approached the big day. Katy is absolutely incredible - she is a sweetheart, always available for questions / guidance, has fantastic ideas, knows all of the vendors, and is able to provide helpful recommendations. As most brides, I had never planned a wedding before, why not hire someone with loads of experience to make sure you pull in all the right vendors and make the right choices? They helped immensely with deciding on table decor, insuring everything was set up just as we imagined on the day of, coordinating the vendors, getting all the pics we wanted, bringing us appies before the reception and even cleaning up a broken glass (broken by my dear groom), that I didn't even realize it even happened until I saw Katy in the pics cleaning it up! The day went off without a hitch and was a beautiful, amazing day - even with COVID - Katy and her team helped guide us on hosting a safe event. Hire Katy and her dream team!! -

Planning a wedding during COVID has been hard enough. I did not have one thing to worry about on the day of my wedding. If I needed something all I had to do was ask and I had it within minutes.
Katy was fully available any time I needed her in the planning process. I hired her for the day of planning and she was helpful for way more than just that. Her professionalism is amazing. You could really tell she knew what she was talking about.
During the wedding she checked in with me frequently throughout the entire day and night and made sure I was doing ok. Her eye for the little details is phenomenal. She handled all of my decorations and made my venue look just how imagined. She is beyond organized and handled the behind the scenes details without me even knowing. Best wedding choice!! Katy and her team were UNBELIEVABLE!! We hired Coastal Coordinating for a fullll service planner- from booking every single vendor to every little day-of detail/coordinating.
