Top Notch Wedding Planning!! My daughter and I had the pleasure of working with Katy to help us plan her destination wedding. We could not have had the beautiful – in budget wedding we had without Coastal Coordinating’s help. I live in Michigan and my daughter lives on the other side of Florida, so we relied on Katy for recommendations on EVERYTHING!

I first met with Katy and gave her the budget we were planning to spend on the wedding, and she helped set the budget for all items needed / wanted for the wedding. We met with multiple venues that were all different types – minimal decorations needed or all decorations needed. Katy provided suggestions on vendors for rentals, floral, photography, hair / makeup, and decorations. We could not have pulled the wedding off without her. My daughter had gone on her own and found the DJ. A few months before the wedding we heard thru Coastal Coordinating’s connections. The DJ my daughter found stopped showing up to his contracted events and was not planning to show for our wedding after taking our deposit. Coastal Coordinating had quickly helped us in find another DJ for the wedding – still within budget without leaving us without a DJ for our wedding and reception. We met with Katy multiple times while planning the wedding, to make sure we had all details covered, she followed up with vendors, helped coordinate payments, worked with the resort on any questions that arose, and even helped with a few disagreements my daughter and I had. Day of wedding coordination was all done by the Coastal Coordinating team, even though the wedding venue / resort provided coordination staff. Coastal Coordinating outdid themselves with making every detail we had planned successfully implemented. We did not have any hiccups (that I know of, if there were, I never knew any different) but I know if we did, they would’ve had it all taken care of quickly. The money we spent to have a wedding coordinator was well worth EVERY penny and MORE. I would highly recommend Coastal Coordinating to help plan your wedding or any other special event. You will be so happy you had someone to help along the way!!

From our first phone call/first meeting to the final goodbye after midnight at the venue it was an absolute pleasure to work with Alli. Her thoughtfulness, suggestions, patience and organization helped my daughter, and I plan the perfect wedding. All of the details and timing were handled with care. If there were any issues on the day, we certainly did not know it. She executed my daughter's dreams and wishes. It was a wedding we and our guests will never forget and we have Alli to thank! Any future bride would be crazy not to work with Coastal Coordinating and Alli. Thank you for a seamless 10 months of preparations. (and my many late night texts :)).

Had the pleasure of working with Rae as our lead coordinator, as well as Mel and Cayla for day of and absolutely adored the whole team! Rae was so helpful at keeping us on track leading up to the big day, answer all of our questions, and did everything needed to allow us to enjoy our day and not worry about a thing! Would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking to work with a great crew :)

Cayla was phenomenal - we had a really rough time with the hurricanes here in St. Pete Beach and that greatly affected so many facets of our wedding. Cayla went above and beyond and helped us a TON with switching gears last minute and I cannot be more grateful.

She was there for every step of the wedding process and I could not have asked for a better day of coordinator. She was so organized and professional, I would 1000000/10 recommend her and Coastal Coordinating for your big day!

I cannot express enough gratitude!! Alli was my coordinator and she owned the day. Every detail was perfect, and when I started stressing she was the most calming presence. If I could go back and do it again, I would choose Alli every time.

P.S. if you think you can do this without at the very least a day of coordinator… no you cannot. I promise you cannot, and this company will take the very best care of your special day.

My husband and I had a destination wedding near Jacksonville. We hired Coastal Coordinating and Alli was assigned to our wedding. Alli is a great listener, detail oriented and responsive to email/text. The day of the wedding, she was prompt, had all the details organized, and executed the day without any flaws. Once the day started... she took over so we could truly enjoy our day!
All the little details from seating charts, favors, signage, marriage license, timelines, were all take care by Alli. We literally had no stress! Highly recommend!

Katy and Cayla did an amazing job in assisting us with our wedding at Isla del Sol. They both did everything possible to make sure the day went smoothly. Katy and Cayla were absolutely AWESOME when it came to the days leading up to our wedding and on the day of.
