They made our day worry free
Sheri at coastal charm was so helpful and made our day worry free. We hired her as a month-of coordinator and she set up a timeline and coordinated arrival times with all of our vendors. On the day of the wedding, she directed the vendors on setting up, she and her team set out our decorations and made sure everyone stayed on schedule. I didn’t have to worry about anything and she made our day so amazing! She was very responsive and gave great recommendations. I highly recommend coastal charm weddings for your wedding planning! -

Saved the DAY!
Reliable, responsive, consistent, clear communication, reasonable. I could go on! When I reach out you to Shari at Coastal Charm Weddings I was honest in that I didn’t know if I needed a Coordinator, Therapist or Intervention. Shari immediately showed me that she could turn my mess into magic. Shari walks the walk with her passion for love, hard work, and what truly matters. She kept me focused on what was most important, the people there to support our crazy and good food of course, lol. We unexpectedly lost our food vendor. Sheri immediately provided us with. Few solid saves. We could not have been happier! She also taught me so much along the way. It was amazing getting to the wedding and being able to SOAK IT UP! So many people told me the day would fly by. I was sure not going to let it. I was able to cherish every moment I waited so long for. Sheri was everything I needed. She is consistent, punctual, very organized, communicates efficiently with all genders and gwta results. She will help you envision the big picture while keeping everyone on track with the little details. She worked with my budget, where I was at in the planning process and took over and turned it around. My attempt at a budget friendly and family focused day to remember was an absolutely success thanks to her. As someone who was clueless about weddings and the little special things it was breath taking to actually experience something so life changing. Thank you Shari for giving us the best first day to our new lives! ♥️ -

My husband and I booked Coastal Charm Weddings for the day of coordination package. Shari made our dream wedding happen! We weren’t originally planning to have a coordinator, but I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her! From the moment we booked her we got the client toolbox, which had everything we could have needed from tipping suggestions, amount of recommended alcohol for your party size, and so much more! We had weekly phone calls leading up to the big day to discuss every detail, Shari handled all of our vendor confirmations and made everything flow smoothly, her day of timeline was amazing and she kept everyone and everything on schedule too! The day of the wedding she was right there for anything we needed! Even our bridal party loved her and couldn’t stop talking about how how great she was!
My only regret is not booking her sooner for the full wedding planning package! -

Hiring Shari with Coastal Charm Weddings was the best decision I made! She was such a help creating a timeline, which was one of my biggest stressors. She had weekly chats with me the month leading up to the wedding to make sure everything was in place and that I had nothing to worry about. On the day of our wedding, she and her assistant did phenomenally and making sure everything went smoothly. If there was a problem I had no idea or it was brought to me in a manner that did not stress me out. I would highly suggest Coastal Charm Weddings. -

Professional Wedding Coordinator
I first met Shari at the Wedding Expo at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. She had the most beautiful setup and was so friendly! I decided to hire her as my wedding coordinator, and I am absolutely thrilled that I made that choice. Shari is personable, attentive, and eager to tackle every request, concern, and change for the wedding planning process. She has multiple options to choose from to help each Bride and Groom make their Wedding Day stress-free and extra special. Her weekly phone calls prior to the big day were crucial to painting the perfect picture with the specifics I had in mind with all the details for my Wedding day. What I love most about Shari is that she gives 100%; her whole heart, and works extremely hard for you. When our Wedding Day came, Shari and her team excelled in every step from the ceremony rehearsal to the reception set-up. There is not enough praise I can give to her to show her how thankful we are for her persistence. She goes above and beyond, and we are so thankful to her for everything. I highly recommend Shari to any bride curious about having a wedding coordinator to help plan your perfect day. I will never be able to thank Shari for everything that she did for my husband and I. Her job may have been Day of Coordinator but she was so much more than that. More like second mom, fixer of all things, therapist, motivator, number one supporter, miracle worker, the list goes on. I am a very type A person (which is not always easy when it comes to wedding planning on a budget) but Shari was always there to answer my endless amount of questions, give helpful suggestions, and constant reassurance during such an uncertain time to plan a wedding. Shari was there day or night to make sure that we had everything we needed and was extremely professional and very thorough. She made sure we were on the same page every step of the way. On the wedding day Shari and her team worked their magic and made sure that the wedding went perfectly. I can’t recall a single moment I spent stressed about anything on our wedding day, I was in my own fairy tale bubble with my new husband while Shari and her team coordinated everything. I wish I could relive that day over and over again and I will be forever grateful for Shari and all of the hard work and love she poured over us throughout the entire planning process! -

I hired Shari with a few weeks to go before the wedding. I had already had most of the vendors in place so she really came in to organize them, make sure they all had their timeline for arrival, and make sure I had all of the small wedding details covered (hadn't thought of so many things!).
On wedding day, my husband(!) and I were able to truly enjoy the day with our families because Shari was there. We weren't stressed AT ALL - Shari calmly directed the vendors, let me know if I was ever needed to make a decision, let me know if I needed to tip or not...
She helped set the tables up, brought her own "last minute bride kit" with things like a portable steamer and twine, and was an amazing wedding coordinator for the day!!! Would highly recommend! -

The best experience can imagine. The ideas she had was totally amazing. My wife and I got married at Train Depot the set up and flow of space and flow of our wedding was truly amazing. I even through something special I wanted to do for my wife at the ceremony and went there that day and she worked it in. She and her daughter was the absolute best. I can't put all in words how much I appreciated all her work for our special day!! Choosing them was to do our wedding just made our day more special -

Shari Manning was the #1 reason our wedding ran so perfectly. Hiring Coastal Charm Weddings was the absolute best decision I made when preparing for my wedding. She worked perfectly with every request my husband and I had. She was always willing to answer any questions I had. On our big day I had absolutely zero stress or worries. I was truly able to just relax and enjoy the day. Shari saw our wedding through from start to finish and made our dreams come to life. She will be with you every step of the way.
