Best rainy day beach wedding, ever!
This company was absolutely amazing! Setting everything up with Rebekkah was so easy and she was so nice and helpful. We had rain almost the entire four days we were there. It was going to clear up on Sunday, but many of our guests were leaving Sunday morning. They kept in constant contact, looking for a window that it wasn't pouring down rain to get the ceremony in, and they did it! Officiant was great, photographer was perfect! I would definitely recommend this company. Our pictures don't look like it was a rainy gloomy day at all.

So easy to work with!
From the time I sent the first "I'm interested in your services" email until the sunset pictures after our "I do's," Coastal Beach Weddings was so easy to work with! They took the stress out of wedding planning and made our evening perfect. They let us customize our vows, leave out parts of their traditional ceremony, set up just like we wanted, and sent us all the photos. The afternoon of our wedding brought rain, but they stayed in touch via text and had a back up plan in case it didn't let up. But it did, and it was BEAUTIFUL!

Dream Wedding Perfection
My husband and I dreamed of a perfect beach elopement and Coastal Beach Weddings was a huge part of that! We wanted a ceremony that was private and allowed my husband's daughter to be a part of it. We didn't expect that our ceremony would focus on us and that she's be a key part of our sand ceremony - which we all loved. She was also a part of our shell blessing. We didn't want the traditional venue and we LOVE the beach, especially PCB, but coastal beach weddings made the experience so easy and offered references to after wedding experiences like a beach bonfire and we had the BEST time! We decided to go with a beach wedding and the search began to find a beach wedding venue to host our wedding. I looked at several places and decided on Coastal Beach Weddings. Best decision I ever made! Rebekkah is phenomenal to work with, very professional and made our wedding a dream!! Her staff is professional and very helpful. The cost is very affordable compared especially for what all you get in the packages. Our photos turned out to be amazing and we couldn’t be happier! We literally had the perfect wedding!

Beyond our Dreams
My husband asked me to Marry him in March, we decided July during family vacation was perfect. Storms hit and Rebekah was always in contact with me to make sure we had a plan. CBW is the best!
Working with Coastal Beach Weddings was a dream! Rebekkah is so kind and professional. We “planned” our wedding in Panama City, Florida all the way from Chicago (I put the quotation marks because really CBW did the bulk of the work!) and it was perfect. They offer lots of options and allow for you to personalize in lots of ways. For example, they offer different floral accents but we opted to order our own, which they then set up for us the day of. Their photographer is also amazing! The photographer is included in the price of the package which is so great since that tends to be such a huge cost in weddings. CBW helped make our wedding day such an amazing and low-stress experience! I highly recommend for anyone wanting a an intimate beach wedding.

Rebekkah and her crew were absolutely amazing! When you're planning a wedding via email and phone calls, it is such a relief to have someone who answers all your questions in a timely manner! I have never thrown a wedding before, and she helped me with every step of the process. From start to finish on my wedding day (and in the days before) I knew exactly where everyone needed to be at exactly what time. The photographer was also amazing! He had such a great sense of humor, and our pictures turned out beautiful. Every part of my wedding from the photographer, location, cake, DJ, etc. was recommended by Rebekkah, and I was not disappointed in any of my decisions!

I highly recommend Rebekkah and Coastal Beach Weddings. They are easy to work with and they took their time to understand exactly what we wanted. They were responsive to any questions and took care of everything for our destination wedding. We live in Maryland and wanted to get married on the beach. So in searching for a place I came across Coastal Beach Weddings. They offered everything we were looking for. They even altered the package to give us exactly what we wanted. I can't say enough about how wonderful the whole experience was. Rebekkah was a doll! The entire crew with CBW was so great! Our wedding was so worry free, and it was beautiful! CBW really know what they are doing when it comes to accommodating and paying attention to all details, including remembering the names of the entire wedding party. I felt like I had been knowing Rebekkah, not just met her that day. We planned our wedding with CBW from about 300 miles away and it turned out just as planned! She's so sweet and professional!

honestly don't know what I would've done with out CBW. She returned ALL my calls, text, and emails in a timely matter. She paid attention to all the small details. She seemed like my best friend better yet my mother planning my wedding because EVERYTHING had to be perfect. I wouldn't change one part of my process with CBW. My husband and I both said we'd go back to her 25 years latter. She makes you feel at ease during a time when your emotions are going crazy. I love all the attention she gave to us, honestly I don't know how she does it. Everything was as we planned miles apart. I have nothing but positive comments about CBW.

A very easy and professional group to organize & plan a service with. I was very much "throwing darts blind folded" in trying to find a business that last minute would help organize and conduct a surprise vow renewal ceremony while my family was on vacation for a week in Florida. After exchanging several emails with her, my first phone conversation with Rebekkah left me with a very positive confident feeling that everything was going to go just great and I had made the right choice. She was great in offering suggestions for everything, even small details.

We had such a great experience with Rebekkah since day 1. She made sure everything down to the T was correct and the way we wanted it. We unfortunately didn't get to meet, but from the emails, calls, and texts, I absolutely love her!!
The only thing I would suggest was that even though we had the elopement package and about 20 of our close family there.. I felt like the direction for the family was not fully explained which lead to people too close or in the way of the bride and grooms pictures during the ceremony. (The coordinator that was there was very nice and sweet though!!)
As far as the pictures go, Lucy did a great job! Our pictures turned out amazing! The only thing I would recommend was to maybe take more than 1 picture. Several didn't turn out too good because of eyes being closed, or someone in the way (example: someone's back end was in the way and messed up a picture of the bride and groom).
Other than those 2 things.. I am SO pleased we went with Rebekkah and everyone at Coastal Beach Weddings!! It has always been my dream to have a beach wedding and I am so blessed to have found you guys and make my dream come true!
Seriously consider them to anyone reading this!!

It was so nice to get ready and watch the set up from our rooms. All we had to do is walk down to the beach and get married. She even sent up the photographer to grab some getting ready photos. As we approach our one month anniversary I was looking at the pictures from our beautiful ceremony on August 29th in Panama City Beach and just thinking about all the amazing memories that were made. I couldn't have been happier with the professionalism and friendliness of Rebekkah. The decorations were beautiful and my bouquet was amazing! Planning a Florida wedding from Iowa was a little scary but Rebekkah made it so much less stressful...everything was PERFECT! Pastor Ed was great and I cant say enough great things about the moments that were captured by Adria. Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping make the wedding of my dreams come true! (My only advice would be to spend the little extra $ to have a rehearsal if possible, we didn't and I think it would have been nice to at least have gotten a chance to meet everyone beforehand.)

Rebekkah and the team at Coastal Beach Weddings were absolutely fabulous to work with. My fiancee and I decided that seven years was a long enough engagement, and we should take advantage of having our "five most important people" with us on a trip to the beach. Frantic, with only two weeks to plan and prep, I emailed Rebekkah late one evening. She replied within the hour, and the rest, as they say, is history! She made everything so easy, and guided me gently when I wanted to complicate things.
We couldn't have been happier with the ceremony, the officiant, the photographer, and the wonderful, lasting memories. If you want excellence, go with Coastal Beach Weddings. You'll be so happy that you did!

I would reccomend Coastal Beach Weddings to everyone! They worked very hard to make our day extra special! When I called I wasn't sure if they would be able to fit us in in the time frame we had because we wanted all of our children to be there. Rebekah decided it would be best to have a sunrise wedding and it was absolutely perfect! Thanks again!!

We would like to thank you for our 18yr wedding vow renewal. You guys where great. Everything was perfect and thank you for our last hour decesion on adding our flower girl to the wedding. Everything was perfect and also a big thank you to Lucy who took all the pictures. Hands down best group.

We had the perfect destination wedding. I was a bit nervous with having to do planning from out of state. But, Rebekah was awesome and had everything under control. Coastal Beach Weddings is the way to go!!!

This was the absolute best decision we had ever made! I cannot say enough good things about Coastal Beach Weddings! The wedding was absolutely beautiful and it seemed like we had know the staff our entire lives. They are friendly, professional, and actually listen to the suggestions you have. I literally recommend them to everyone I know who was recently engaged.

My husband and I couldn't have done it without Rebekkah. She helped us pull everything together within 9 months. Being a person that prefers to be in control, it was pretty easy to let my guard down and let Rebekkah do her thing. The entire team was very professional and they made our day perfect.

Rebekkah at Coastal Beach Weddings was truly wonderful. She heard my vision for an entire year and executed it perfectly! It was a beautiful day! She was always there to answer questions and help with anything I needed. I highly recommend Coastal Beach weddings! She is a amazing person! And the value of her services is amazing. Great price and a one stop shop!!! Thanks Rebekkah!! Only thing I would change is my photographer...but it was great!

Rebekkah and her team deserve 10 stars. My wedding was picture perfect. I would not change one thing. She made everything so easy for me, even from KY! I am so grateful I found CBW! I recommend this team to any bride planning a destination wedding. My pictures were top quality, my cake was magnificent and delicious, and everything went so smooth. All for an affordable price!

I could not be happier with the way my wedding was planned and photographed! It was completely stress free once I chose Coastal Beach Weddings to take care of it - we just got dressed and showed up! Rebekkah, Reverend Ed, and Kristen were all amazing and so genuine. I felt like I had known them for years! It was truly everything I dreamed of, all wrapped up in a reasonably priced package! We could not be more satisfied Customers. The entire Coastal Beach Weddings Crew, Rebekkah, Lucy and Reverend Ed were awesome and professional in every detail. The proof of our happiness on that day are in the pictures taken by Lucy and her son. I get choked up with Happy Tears Looking at them today. I will be contacting them when we renew our vows. Working with Rebekkah was amazing. Her and Coastal Beach Wedding gave us an amazing wedding. We could have not asked for a better wedding. We love the fact that everything wad included in the package so we didn't need to go through 10 different vendors especially when we lived out of state and everything was set up either by phone or email. Rebekkah had great recommendations that we ended up going with which I am so glad we did. Over all if we had to.do it over again I would not change a thing.

My husband and I knew we wanted to renew our vows for our 10 year anniversary and wanted to do it at the beach!! Rebekkah was absolutely amazing and patient with all my questions. Rebekkah was so great to work with from day one, she was always very quick to get back to me and answer any questions that I had. I was worried that living all the way in Ohio and planning a Florida beach wedding would be extremely stressful but she made sure it wasn't. We were married on July 24 and just had a small intimate ceremony it was absolutely perfect, Ed our minister was great and the photograher, Kristen, was amazing to work with. She had some great ideas and made sure that when she was finished that there werent any other pics that we wanted to take. They never made me feel like what they were doing was just a job they completely made me feel like they cared about my day. Anyone that is having a beach wedding can't go wrong letting Coastal Beach Weddings plan it!!

MY HUSBAND AND I WANTED A SMALL BEACH WEDDING AND REBEKKAH HEATON AND THE PHOTOGRAPHER (FORGOT HER NAME) DID AN AMAZING JOB. IT WAS SMALL AND SWEET BUT EVERYTHING I WANTED. My husband & I got married on 7/9/13 in Panama City Beach. This was a second marriage. Rebekkah was absolutely fantastic! She gave me the choice of colors & matched the bows on the decorations we chose (starfish on the tiki torches) and the flowers were gorgeous!! We got the option of picking out our music for during the ceremony & for the first dance on the beach, and then Rebekkah chose the perfect songs to play while we were taking pictures!!! The cake was also fabulous!!! Everyone said how good it was!! Our photographer was Lucy & she was AMAZING!!! I could not have asked for the pictures to have turned out any better! We just got our CD in the mail & we were ecstatic!!! I can not say enough nice things about Rebekkah, Lucy, & the young man who helped set up & decorate. Eveyrthing was so easy & Rebekkah gave us the option of flowers/cake/music to choose from, and she set it up. Our wedding was absolutely perfect & everyone is still talking about it today! I would definitely recommend this wedding site to anyone!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Everything about our experience with Coastal Beach Weddings was fantastic. We were planning our wedding from out of state. We didn't have the ability to see anything like flowers or the site but from pictures. We put our trust in them and the wedding turned our better that beautiful! They all were so kind and loving. They enjoy what they do and they are great at it. The experience was beyond what I ever imagined. :)

Coastal Beach Weddings was amazing to work with. I can't thank them enough for helping with all the questions and making the day so special. We live in Texas and had a beach wedding in Florida so the planning can be a little harder with just doing everything by phone and emailing, but everything was prefect. They made me feel at ease even with a tropical storm trying to hang around. Could not have been any more prefect than it was.

Our wedding was beautiful, our guest couldn't stop talking about how wonderful it all was. My coordinator couldn't been more amazing. I was planning all of this from a different state which could of been scary seeing it all for the first time but when I got there it was better than I could of dreamed.
