WOW. I don’t even know how to sum up how amazing it was working with Christine and Reanna. From day one, everything just felt easy with them. Every call, text, spreadsheet, and random late-night idea felt fun instead of overwhelming. They turned wedding planning into something we looked forward to and now we genuinely miss having them in our everyday lives.
Reanna and Christine went above and beyond for us constantly. No detail was too small, no idea too weird, and they somehow handled our nonstop texts with endless patience. Reanna and Christine have this calming, steady energy that made us feel supported through every single step.
Not to mention, the wedding day itself was flawless. Everything ran so smoothly that we got to be present the whole time without worrying about a thing. They handled every behind-the-scenes moment so quietly and perfectly that all we had to do was enjoy the day.
Something we didn’t expect to love as much as we did was CMG’s vendor network. Every single person they connected us with was incredible - talented, kind, and a perfect fit for us. It honestly felt like we had the “dream team” of vendors, and that’s entirely thanks to them.
And, the team has the best design eye ever. They took our vision, understood every tiny nuance, and delivered something even better than what we imagined. Not to mention, they made our wedding look 10x more luxurious than it was.
We are endlessly grateful for Christine and Reanna. They poured so much care, creativity, and joy into this process, and we’ll miss working with them so much. If you get the chance to have CMG plan your wedding, seriously take it. You’ll be in the best hands imaginable. -

We truly cannot say enough good things about Christine. We booked a wedding across the country site unseen and had complete faith in Christine to bring our vision to life. What she did was so far beyond our wildest dreams. It was a lavish three day affair with different themes and directions every night. Right from the outset, Christine was able to take our jumbled statements about what we wanted and transform them into a spectacular wedding weekend. Her design was impeccable. She provided us with mood boards straight away that allowed us to get a real sense of what we were going to see on wedding weekend. Slowly but surely, the pie in the sky visions became a reality. We were WOWED by the final result, and all of our guests cannot stop talking about how absolutely gorgeous each and every event was.
Aside from her design, Christine was an incredible resource for us. As I said, we lived across the country which meant we could not meet with our vendors with regularity and had a 3 hour time difference. I do not know when Christine sleeps because she answered our texts at EVERY hour of the day straight away. She was a knowledgeable and comforting force. Even though I told Christine I was not a “Pinterest” bride, I had a LOT of opinions and ideas and she took them all in stride. I was genuinely sad when the wedding was over and we did not talk every day like we had been. She is an absolute joy to work with in every sense of the word.
Know that if Christine is planning your wedding, you are in the greatest hands. I am so glad we trusted her to make our dreams come true. We will never forget the weekend and the people who made it happen. Thank you, Christine, from the bottom of hearts!!! -

Best Decision Made!!
Deciding to work with CMG was the best decision we made for our wedding. We worked with Christine on design and Jen was our Lead Planner. Truly the best at what they do. Yes they have great designs and well respected in the industry ( every vendor and our venue sang their praises) , but they are actually really good humans and it made the sometimes stressful process way more enjoyable and we really appreciated that. We jumped on a call with CMG Wedding and Events. After the first call, I knew CMG was the right choice. Christine and Jen, from the start made us feel heard, but they were honest. Italy would have its challenges, but they were committed every step of the way. I had no idea what all was going to be involved in my daughters dream wedding or even how much it would all cost. I love hosting a party, but I was way out of my depth. From venue to design, and even travel, CMG guided us through the wedding process and buffered us from all the leg work, and in some cases even decisions. To say I was blessed to have CMG have my back was an understatement.
Italy
I was blown away by the beauty of Italy and our castle venue, but also the design, style, and layouts of the venue. CMG took the panic out of my daughters Italian wedding and crafted the most beautiful spaces. I cried each and every time I entered a new space that was created. My beautiful girl had her beautiful wedding In Italy at a castle thanks to CMG.

Their vendor recommendations were top-notch and every detail of the design was beautiful. We got married on September 13, 2025 and our wedding was nothing short of amazing. From the decor, food, live music, florals, etc. CMG events understood our vision and delivered!
I remember looking at this company’s reviews while looking for a wedding planner almost 2 years ago. CMG events had such high ratings across many platforms. That was one of the many reasons I reached out. Now here I am writing about how happy my husband and I are with choosing to hire CMG events for our wedding.
Christine and her team were so great to work with! Reanna was our project manager and she was so great at helping us select our vendors. She is so kind, throughout, and was frequently in communication with us.
Jennifer was our lead planner and day of coordinator. Jennifer is just so sweet and she makes the process feel like she is a friend and not just our wedding planner. She really held everything down the day of the wedding. I don’t remember worrying about much with her there! Her assistants were also great the day of.
Both ladies made our process very easy and pretty stress free. This company also has a great eye for design. I remember sending over my moodboard and they exceeded my expectations.
Our friends and family are still talking about how gorgeous our wedding was and how much they enjoyed it! We have heard many times that our wedding venue had never looked better.
Last but not least, I also want to mention that the diversity and inclusivity of this company’s clientele is so refreshing to see. My husband and I loved seeing the amazing weddings from people of all walks of life on CMG events Instagram page before we reached out.

Wow! We could not recommend CMG more to plan your next event. We just got married on 9.13.25 and we are so happy we made the decision to work with Michelle from CMG.
We had actually started wedding planning about 2 years in advance with a different planner. We had a terrible experience with our first planner from lack of communication, to missing key deadlines, and going way over budget on numerous vendors. We were only about 4 months out from our wedding when we ultimately made the decision to part ways with our initial planner and find a new one. We had nothing done at that point except having picker a venue and one or two vendors.
From the moment CMG took us on, to the end of our wedding day, we felt like we were in great hands and had a huge weight lifted off our chests. Michelle was so kind, patient, creative, and helpful from day one. She helped us build our design deck and was extremely supportive through how picky I was with every small decision haha. Michelle made sure every last detail was what I wanted. She really did her best to understand what our vision was for the day and that each and every vendor choice resonated with that vision. She was so detail oriented and you could feel how much she genuinely cares. She also helped us with budget tracking, payment reminders, communication with vendors, and so much more. We felt so supported by her throughout this process. I always felt like she had my back and I could call or text her with anything. She even emotionally supported me through my maid of honor dropping out a few weeks before the wedding!
When it came around to the big day, Michelle and her team took care of EVERYTHING. The day (at least from our perspective) went by flawlessly. It was such a relief to feel that we were in good hands. We were able to fully relax and enjoy the day as the honored guests. Everything turned out even more beautiful than expected and the CMG team completely blew us away!

We worked with CMG Events to plan our multi-day Indian wedding in Napa. Our wedding weekend was an absolute dream, and it truly would not have been possible without Christine and Réanna. Throughout planning, they were organized, attentive, and calming, which kept us from feeling overwhelmed.
From our very first call, Christine took the time to really listen to what we valued, what we envisioned, and the atmosphere we wanted to create for our wedding. She immediately understood our vision and scheduled our first venue tour, which was so perfect that we didn't even need to see others!
Throughout planning, Christine and Réanna were incredibly responsive, so we never had to worry about chasing down answers or being left in the dark. They also built a budget around our priorities, and helped us stay within it!
One of the most valuable aspects of working with CMG was their guidance in both vendor selection and design decisions, which kept us from feeling fatigued by all the choices we needed to make. Vendor selection was effortless thanks to their network of the most exceptional, talented vendors. They shared 3-4 curated proposals for vendors they recommended based on our vision and budget, scheduled calls with the ones we wanted to meet, and guided us in making final decisions. Within just a few months, we had the absolute DREAM TEAM booked for our wedding weekend.
When it came to design, Christine didn't just capture an aesthetic--she brought to life the feeling we wanted for our wedding. I had a very clear vision for our wedding day: light, dreamy, and modern, while honoring my Indian traditions and heritage. Christine guided us in making thoughtful decisions for every detail so everything felt cohesive, personal, and reflected our vision.
One of the most memorable moments of our wedding day was during cocktail hour when Christine led us to a private reveal of our reception. Walking into the space and seeing it all come together was surreal. We did our first dance and it felt so dreamy and gave us a chance to take it all in, just the two of us. These are the details that Christine and her team think of that are so meaningful and special.
From our welcome party to our wedding day, Christine and Réanna ensured everything flowed seamlessly. We felt so relaxed and fully present because of them. Working with Christine and Réanna was, without a doubt, the BEST decision we made for our wedding. -

In order to do this as well as they do, they really take the time to get to know every one of the couples they work with, allowing them to tailor their planning approach for each couple.
From the very beginning, they were organized, thoughtful, and completely dedicated to bringing our vision to life. Every detail was handled with such professionalism, creativity, and care. They made the entire planning process feel seamless and even fun!
They are well loved throughout the entire wedding industry which helped a lot when it came to working with vendors to bring our vision to life while staying within our budget. The day of our wedding was nothing short of magical thanks to all the work they put in. Thanks to CMG (and our incredible planner Michelle), everything ran perfectly on schedule, the décor was breathtaking, there were lots of small details unique to my husband and I, and we were able to be fully present knowing that we were in such capable hands. Their team worked tirelessly behind the scenes, making sure every element came together flawlessly. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful and well-orchestrated the day was, and also about how kind and lovely our planner was.

Christine and her team exceeded our expectations and delivered our daughter & son-in-law a wedding of their dreams! CMG coordinated all vendors with the highest level of professionalism and respect for our family property. Christine listened and presented options to select. CMG was my wedding lifeline and I fully credit them to being able to relax and be present for every moment of our wedding weekend. Without Christine & Réanna, my type A attitude would’ve gotten the best of me and I wouldn’t have appreciated all the people and events.
I’m not sure where to even begin with this review because Christine and her team of hustlers weren’t just there to keep us sane on our wedding weekend, but through our entire 18-month engagement. Christine was the only wedding planner we interviewed that my now-husband, Travis, had a strong opinion on and said we needed to hire her. I had pretty far fetched ideas for our wedding and we both gravitated towards Christine’s ability to quickly grasp the concept and communicate efficiently. I’d never planned a wedding before and don’t plan to again, so I wanted a planner who I could lean on for guidance and a network of kickass partners—and we got that 100x over!
Every vendor we met with who came from CMG’s partner network were charismatic and loving and just so excited to work on another wedding that Christine was planning. It made us feel so special and taken care of so when our wedding day finally arrived, it felt like we were surrounded by friends.
The only reason I would not recommend CMG is if you’re a bride who’s hoping to lose a couple pounds from wedding planning stress, find someone else. If you are fortunate enough to work with Christine & her team, you’ll have the best engagement period of your life and your wedding will go off without a hitch. And isn’t that what every bride dreams of? -

If you had to ask us the most impactful decision we made during the wedding planning experience, it would be hiring CMG. From the beginning we were entirely taken care of and catered to at each stage of the process, which is no easy feat!
We were upfront about the fact that we both work intense hours (consulting and banking), and the team was incredibly accommodating and understanding about our less-than ideal schedules. Christine ran highly efficient meetings with us, comprehending and executing on our vision with minimal back-and-forth. She truly made our vison come to life. The CMG team's knowledge and expertise in vendor selection, design ideation, and overall project management was truly invaluable to us in this process.
Many of our friends and family remarked on how relaxed we both were during the wedding and it is all thanks to CMG. It is not an understatement to say this wedding would not have been possible without them. -

We worked with Jennifer and Christine at CMG for our Sept 2024 wedding at the Montage Healdsburg. We cannot recommend CMG highly enough! From start to finish, they made the entire wedding planning process an absolute dream. But actually - there is no need to search any further! Just book Christine and her team and I promise you that it will be the best decision you make for your wedding. My now husband and I booked CMG Events for Full Planning and Design for our wedding at The Meritage in Napa in July 2024. Christine instantly understood our vision. She and Jennifer guided us through the wedding planning process and did not allow us to stress over much. They were always very quick to respond to my 2am brain dump e-mails.
In the beginning, CMG introduced us to a couple vendors in each category. Each and every vendor was professional, personable and well established. During the design process, Christine was so patient with me and provided me with multiple drawing/plans/pictures so that I could actually see it all coming together. (I do not have a single artistic bone in my body.) Leading up to the wedding, we had weekly check ins to make sure we were staying on track.
My husband and I knew CMG Events was top-notch after working so closely with them for ~ 1 year but they really went above and beyond on our actual wedding day. Christine and her team seemed to be everywhere taking care of all the minor issues but also not too overwhelming. My sister who works in event planning commented at how high caliber they were. At one point, the groomsmen even commented on how on top of it Sierra was. She was spotted running across a parking lot in 100 degree heat!
Christine's creative mind (think ice cream shop and after party in a wine cave) and her team's experience single handedly help make our wedding weekend as memorable as it is! -

We hired the CMG team for our wedding at the Stanly Ranch in Napa Valley, CA and it was the best experience from start to finish. We worked closely with Christine and Réanna for a little over a year. We live in New York City so having detail orientated wedding planners was important to us, and they made this entire process very seamless. They helped us secure reliable and some of the most amazing vendors in the area based on their established relationships/partnerships. Christine and Réanna mentioned early on that they had an open-door policy for any questions and concerns throughout the planning and they really committed to that. Whenever I needed them, they showed up and helped resolve any issues that came up. On the day of our welcome cocktails the weather took a dip, and it was projected to be much cooler than expected. The CMG team sprang into action and helped us secure heaters within a few hours before our event to make our guests feel comfortable. On our wedding day, they created an event I will never forget. I was so amazed with how the full day played out and everything was so beautiful. Not only did our guest have the best time ever, but they also mentioned it was the best wedding they have ever attended. Some of the staff at Stanly Ranch also mentioned that it was the best energy at a wedding they have witnessed all year and that was a testament to CMG's hard work bringing our vision to life. I truly do not know what we would have done without this team and all the time/details they put in to make this day our favorite memory so far. I highly recommend the CMG team for any wedding/ event planning needs. They are truly the best in the game!

If you would like to have a flawless and stress-free wedding, I cannot recommend Christine and her team enough to be your wedding planner!! As soon as we spoke to Christine for the first time, we knew that it would be the obvious choice to use her and her team. She and the entire team are so thoughtful, detail oriented, and have great experience that really will carry any couple through any questions they have. We really had no idea going into wedding planning what the process would entail, and Christine answered all of our questions quickly, with detail, and helped put our mind at ease. Not only that, but many details from our wedding that we absolutely loved were last minute things that we had just posited to Christine 'What if we did this?', and her response was always 'no problem! we can get it done!' The day of as well, we had our typical snags (EG: I forgot to bring a guest's menu!!), and Christine and her team went above and beyond to resolve all of those issues for us. Christine and the CMG team are amazing to work with! For me and my husband, our top priority for this wedding was to create a day that was authentic to us as a couple as well as a beatiful event that didn't cost us a fortune. The CMG team took this to heart with not only respecting the budget throughout the entire process, but also in selecting vendors that were a great fit for us personality and style wise. Similiarly, CMG event has great relationships with the vendors in the industry and it really showed with the quality of service we got from everybody. From the photographer to the make-up team, everybody was really excited that CMG events were our planner. They all had nothing but amazing things to say about them from previous weddings.
The team was always available to answer any and all questions we had throughout the entire process. This ranged from taking extra time and effort to making me comfortable around certain design decisions I wasn't totally convinced on (i.e. candles as part of our table setting) to working with our venue directly on whatever curveballs that arose (i.e. managing a tent & the logistics for our reception). Overall, the Christine, Maggie and the entire CMG events really advocate for you as the wedding couple and you can trust them and their expertise.
On the day off, Maggie and the team took everything off our hands and expertly managed all the families to run a flawless wedding! My husband and I were commenting how there were various moments throughout the day where we actually were able to enjoy our own wedding. Something that is rare for wedding couples to have.
Overall, if you want an amazing, beautiful, stress-free, and fun wedding you will want to work with CMG events!! Their design style and attention to detail is best in class. All my guests at our wedding were commenting it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever been to and they could really feel the love that my husband and I have for each other. Best Wedding Planner EVER!
Christine Garrison and her team of professionals made planning a wedding for our daughter in our backyard so effortless! Christine handled all the details, was an awesome communicator, was great at creating a welcoming and warm space concurrent with our daughter's taste and desires, handled all vendor issues with ease, has a great eye for design, always available just an email or phone call away. On the day of wedding Christine's planning was meticulous, professional, beautiful and most important she handled every detail with professional courtesy. She doesn't rattle easy. Her calm and professional approach provided us with a wonderful and joyous day for our daughter to remember forever! We never felt so at ease as this was not our experience with our first wedding coordinator for my other daughter. What a difference a wonderful, well organized and professional planner makes! Saved Our Wedding
We were in dire straights when we found Christine. We had previously contracted with a different planner who we were spinning our wheels with for months... We were getting very scared by lack of communication, lack of visibility into vendor booking, lack of coordination on budget, and some serious delays in getting invites out... Christine was a night and day change. We were absolutely blown away that we would have a planning call, then Christine and team would take the to-do list and GET IT DONE. Christine and CMG essentially helped us re-plan a 215 person wedding in less than 2 months. She gave us incredible confidence that we could pull it off. She was also super knowledgeable and incredibly easy to work with. The wedding day itself had a lot of moving parts, and it went off without a single hitch. As the happy couple, we could simply be a happy couple without a worry in the world. It was amazing and magical, and we cannot thank CMG enough. They were absolutely amazing to work with- they were very familiar with our venue (Villa Montalvo in Saratoga CA) and our vendors which made the experience very seamless. Many people said it was the smoothest wedding they'd been to, which was a testament to their experience and professionalism. Maggie (our planner!) was absolutely amazing, super responsive, organized, and quickly picked up at the 60 day mark coordinating all the little details with our vendors and venue. We had several last minute additions which she all took in a stride. The day-of went seamlessly, I didn't think about any logistics at all and before I knew it, between my bridesmaids and Maggie, everything (clothes, cards, decor, alcohol, leftover food, etc) had been packed and put in my parents car. Wow! We had the BEST experience with Maggie and CMG Events. We booked the 2-month package and it was perfect for us. We locked everything in and leveraged CMG’s recommended vendors (that we requested) and Aisle Planner (which was a lifesaver to keep us organized on task) and took a deep breath when Maggie took over.
We loved Maggie immediately from first Zoom call. She is calm, professional, reassuring, super organized, and communicative. We cannot even imagine taking on all of the work she did to make sure everything was perfect between all of the vendors and schedules and two venues (one of which is notoriously complex) and are eternally grateful to her because everything was PERFECT.
Our day was magical and we didn’t even have to think or worry about a thing. From our point of view everything was seamless without drama or hiccup and we were able to enjoy the entire process from start to finish because we had Maggie.

Let me start off by saying that CMG Events is the fairy godmother that everyone needs. If you are even questioning about getting a wedding planner or just a day of coordinator, I am here to tell you that you honestly cannot go wrong with these lovely people! I had my consult with Christine and we picked the 60 day coordination package, mainly since I already had all my vendors booked and am slightly a control freak. She paired me with Jenn and it definitely was a match made in heaven. She reached out to me to start getting everything put together right at the 2 month mark. I love Jenn. I don't know how else to say it. She was absolutely amazing, prompt in her communication and just so professional. Jenn made everything so smooth and easy. And the morning of when one of my hairstylists cancelled on me, I called her and she did her best to calm me down and find a replacement. She made my wedding day the absolute best and I cannot recommend her enough. Even my wedding party was impressed with her and asked for her number for their future weddings. Do you want to have your dream wedding? If so, then it should be no brainer to book Christine and CMG Events as your planner!! Christine and her team are truly incredible - I had to plan our wedding in California across the country in New York and during medical school so finding a good planner was utmost priority. I cannot emphasize not only how much Christine helped in terms of making sure everything went smoothly, but she helped tremendously in terms of reducing bride stress. Everything was taken care of so well, I asked her and a couple of friends if I should be more stressed and why it felt like I had so little to do. After speaking with friends, I definitely did not have a normal experience - friends talked about last-minute fiascos, having to take time off of work to make sure stationery was ready, etc. and Christine just confidently told me, “don’t worry, we’re taking care of that”. On the day of the wedding, I felt like I could keep hugging Christine because everything looked breathtakingly beautiful. I received SO many compliments from guests - “that was the most beautiful wedding I’ve attended”, “everything was so tasteful”, “the bar for weddings now is set too high”. Christine is an extraordinary wedding planner, and we are SO grateful to her for orchestrating and executing the best weekend of our lives! But what really blew us away was her professionalism and grace in every situation - she listened and worked with us every step of the way, gently guiding us away from not-so-great ideas (of which my husband and I had many) and towards the details and touches that would be most meaningful. To say our experience with Christine was top notch would truly be an understatement. From the moment we first connected, I knew we would be in great hands, but she and her team went above and beyond every step of the way. From helping us secure a new venue when it became clear our first choice wouldn’t work (which ended up being such a blessing in disguise), to engaging with all of our vendors & bringing everyone together for the most magical wedding weekend, or even things such as sourcing a tie for a groomsman (day of!) when his arrived in the wrong color and offering to swap out shoes with our officiant when her heel broke right before the ceremony – there is nothing that she and her team can’t handle! Above all of that, what made working with her so fantastic was the fact she made the whole process fun and enjoyable, and most importantly, stress-free. I was anxious to enter the wedding planning phase of our engagement because of the notion that it is supposed to be stressful and chaotic, but I can honestly say it was some of the most enjoyable few months of my life, capped off with a weekend that exceeded my wildest expectations. My friends and family were all shocked at how calm I was not only leading up to the event, but during the entire weekend and I owe that all to Christine and her team (shoutout to Jennifer and Reanna!). They allowed me to be present and soak in each moment and I am eternally grateful for that. Before diving into planning, Christine asked what my preference would be in terms of how to select vendors and go about whole process which made working together a dream. She is full of so much knowledge, creativity, and passion and is constantly working with you to make sure your vision becomes a reality. Planning calls and site visits with her were such fun, collaborative sessions (that I miss already!) and if I ever was unsure about something (as I often was), she was right there to answer any questions. Despite my type A personality, I wanted to be a bit more hands-off during the planning and only felt comfortable doing so with Christine leading the way. She and my mom even included a few surprises for me day-of with the most BEAUTIFUL entry to our welcome tent & a custom backdrop behind the band. As my mom put it, she “sets the gold standard when it comes to wedding planning”. When I think back, there is not a single thing I would have changed about our wedding or the events and planning leading up to it. I can’t wait for the next big event in our life if it means another chance to work with Christine and the powerhouse that is CMG events! They really are the dream team :) -

I can't express enough how lucky we were for finding CMG Events. From the beginning, Christine and her team were very responsive, caring, thoughtful, creative and overall great to work with. We chose the 60 day-out package with the addition of the Design consulting, which was perfect for me and my husband. Wedding planning can definitely be stressful, however, CMG Events, Christine and Brianna made this process seamless, and it was amazing to partner with such trusted advisors. I recommend anyone planning an event to work with them! I'm actually sad the process is over! Our wedding day was the best day of our lives, and a huge component of making that happen was CMG Events :) -

As soon as I spoke with Christine I knew she would be incredible and easy to work with. We had no idea where to start with design, vendors or really anything, and Christine was able to pull the vision together so effortlessly. She helped us choose the absolute best vendors, design and plan that made for our perfect wedding -- all with our budget in mind!!
Jenn was our coordinator and just an absolute rock star. Just like Christine, working with Jenn was so easy and delightful from the very start. She tied all of the pieces together leading up to our big day, and was there with an incredible crew making sure everything was absolutely perfect when the time came. She is just the sweetest, and we had such confidence in her it was so easy to stay calm throughout it all.
On top of our incredible wedding day, the CMG team went above and beyond to support us in a tough and uncertain time. It's hard to put into words how thankful we are, and how wonderful this team is.

Our wedding day was beyond perfect because of the CMG team- Christine & Jennifer. Both Lance & I were pretty clueless about planning a wedding ! We had no idea where to even begin- so we are thankful we had Christine to help guide us! Unlike most brides, I did not know what I wanted lol. Thanks to the great amount of experience the team had they were able to work with my cluelessness and indecisiveness and plan the most beautiful event! From the first meeting I had with Christine, I felt very comfortable as both her and Jennifer were very easy to talk to!! I first came across CMG on instagram and was always so amazed at all the beautiful, big, & extravagant events that they do! I was surprised & so happy that they agreed to plan my micro-wedding! So yes they do plan different types of weddings! CMG was able to recommend the best vendors & made it so easy to work with them.I absolutely loved all the vendors we chose! Most importantly, Christine helped find our dream venue! La Playa hotel is truly a hidden gem in Camel! & we are truly so thankful to have gotten married in such a beautiful place! CMGs design aspect is definitely a highlight of what they do! With such little detail input I provided, Christine created the most beautiful design board! This made me so excited as this was just a glimpse of what our special day would be like! We did a tasting at the venue with Jennifer and it was very helpful & fun in finalizing things & she was the one who communicated with the venue! The day of the wedding I felt calm and stress free because I had Jennifer there with me the entire day! She checked in with me multiple times throughout the day to make sure I was okay-she was very attentive!! While I was getting ready Jennifer set up and coordinated with all the vendors. I did not have anything to worry about and because of that I was able to take in every moment of my special day and simply enjoy it. Everything ran smoothly because of Jennifer! I still can't get over how pretty our dinner table looked- every piece on that table was perfect! The color palette was exactly what I wanted! I just kept staring at the table because it was literally the prettiest table I have ever sat at lol. We also loved how Jennifer displayed the disposable cameras for our guests to use with a cute sign which later turned into our gift display with custom beer can glasses, cold brew, cookies & flowers! Our guests could not stop talking about what an amazing job the CMG team did! Everyone had the best time at our wedding even if it was just 30 people! It was very intimate and we really were able to enjoy time with each of our guests!I still cannot get over how beautiful & perfect our wedding was and I will always remember this special day thanks to Jennifer and Christine! It was exactly the wedding we wanted! -

We worked with Tricia and Christine for our wedding, and our experience was phenomenal! Christine was so helpful in working with us to come up with the perfect package tailored to our needs and assist with rentals and any questions. We worked with Tricia on the day of our event- and she was an absolute ROCKSTAR! Her team had our large wedding go off without a hitch and she was such a pleasure to work with. The decision to hire CMG was perhaps one of the best that we made during the wedding planning process. Set aside the fact that Christine and her team are all *wonderful* people — hiring a wedding planner granted us a peace of mind from day 1 that we never thought possible. A few highlights to call out for others that are considering working with CMG:
1. They helped us to find our dream venue. A venue that met very specific criteria, fell within our budget, and was available within just a year of beginning the planning process. This was no small feat after so many weddings had been postponed due to Covid.
2. They made us aware of things that we never otherwise would have thought of. Small, but important details like which rental companies to work with, the order of operations for what to book/think about and when, and how to best stretch our budget with a shifting set of priorities.
3. They were extremely responsive to a million different general and etiquette questions that we had along the way. There's no shortage of info online if you're looking for answers to wedding questions, but CMG was wonderful about offering realistic, practical guidance that matched our personality.
4. Day of support. Tricia was our on-site lead during the wedding weekend and was absolutely incredible. Seriously, we cannot sing her praises enough! Not only did she handle everything with vendors, the resort, and all logistics, but she was also really great with one-off needs from our wedding party and guests. The work that Tricia and Jennifer (also from CMG) did during the wedding weekend allowed us to be fully present for everything. We could not have asked for more.
Everyone always talks about how stressful planning a wedding can be. Hire CMG and you won't feel it at all :) -

The perfect wedding team
Our wedding day was perfect in every way and it would not have been possible without Christine and the CMG team! We truly cannot thank Christine, Tricia and the CMG team enough for all of their hard work to make our dream wedding vision come to life. For our wedding, we ended up doing a complete ground up production - bringing in everything from bathrooms, pop-up kitchens, generators to constructing cabanas, bars and more up on a hilltop vineyard estate. Somehow Christine’s team made it feel seamless. Her expertise shined through every step of the way from scouting vendors to keeping us on budget to organizing both event and guest logistics. Time was not on our side yet Christine was not intimidated by anything thrown her way and kept cool, confident and collected the entire seven months we worked together. An overall dream to work with, Christine and Tricia both strike the perfect balance of professional yet down-to-earth, vocal with their expertise yet considerate of your unique vision, and ultimately the partners you need by your side when taking on such an important event. Their communication is 14/10 - always on top of things, keeping you in the loop and never missing deadlines. I’d confidently say it’s unmatched. You can have full trust that every detail of your wedding day will be handled, even those you didn’t even know needed to be!
I’ve recommended CMG to my closest friends for their weddings as I have complete faith in their team and I would gladly use CMG for any future event I may host. We cannot recommend Christine, Tricia and the CMG team enough - for any event, no matter how big or small - and we feel so lucky and are forever thankful to have shared such a special moment with their team! -

I was in awe with Christine and her team's level of professionalism and attention to detail for one of my best friend's wedding. Every detail (even those that could have easily gone unnoticed) was planned from top to bottom with extreme thought and care. This was the smoothest and most enjoyable weddings I have been a part of. Our wedding was a dream and it would not have been as amazing without the help of the CMG team, especially Maggie our lead planner. We did the 60-day coordination package because I’d worked in event planning previously. No amount of my own experience could have prepared me for all the intricacies of wedding planning and Maggie picked up right where I left off. She knew what questions to ask, when to ask them, and what details needed attention. The deep knowledge and experience of the CMG team in the wedding industry was evident. Our venue also had a lot of regulations to navigate and Maggie made it a breeze.
The day of the event went smoother than I ever could have ever imagined. I had a particular vision and Maggie made it a reality. On the day of, I didn’t have to think about a single thing. When I needed my jacket or paper for a speech, it would magically appear. Not only was I thrilled with CMG, my mom was also over the moon with their work (and she can be a tough customer). I am extremely grateful for all the work done by Maggie and the CMG team, and I highly recommend you hire them for your wedding!! -

Beyond our dreams - you need CMG
I don't think I could quite articulate how much Christine and the CMG team means to my husband, family (seriously!), and me. This past year has been magic end to end and such a flawless, efficient, and fun (!!) experience for all of us. From day 1 Christine jumped in, understood my schedule and busy seasons at work as well as the market and climate (i.e. pandemic, impacted vendor bookings) we were working within. She mapped out a strategy and from then on, it was seamless. Every time I reached out I got a prompt response that put me at ease and Christine always made quick time for me to chat live. I quickly learned that with my decision to book CMG I legitimately had nothing to worry about. I honestly would look forward to our zoom calls because I knew it meant looking at the dreamy vision Christine put together, netting some decisions, and leaving knowing everything would be executed. My friends were honestly shocked at how carefree and happy I was leading up to and on my wedding day. This was because of Christine. I get chills thinking about walking around the venue seeing everything we'd talked about even better than I could have imagined and hearing all the excitement and awe and enjoyment from all of our guests. It was just beyond. This was made possible because Christine and the CMG team are thoughtful, intuitive, artistic, organized, genuine, fun, and just so good at what they do. I truly could not recommend CMG more. You really really do need this team. -

Cmg is the best!
Christine and the CMG team were incredible to work with. From our first planning meeting through the post-wedding hugs, everything was done in a first class manner. Christine was everything you could want in a planner. She's meticulous and organized, kept us on top of things, and most importantly has the experience to be able to give us GREAT recommendations on important decisions. She brings a sense of calm and positivity, which is much needed when managing an event with 200 of your closest friends and family.
With regards to the wedding itself, Christine and her team were phenomenal. She has worked with Villa Montalvo for a number of years and was able to help us customize our day to fit a tea ceremony which was critical to the success of the day. Her knowledge of the venue made the experience and flow something that our guests were sending us notes about for weeks after the event.
I could go on and on with my recommendation but I'll let some of the notes our guests shared give you a sense of what you can expect when you work with Christine and the CMG team.

Highly recommended
We engaged CMG for a 60 day coordination and honestly this service should be made mandatory if you want to remain sane on your wedding day! While you have to put in some initial work yourself, being absolved of all responsibility on the day of was the greatest gift I could ever ask for. And so was Maggie, our wedding planner. What a legend! From the moment she stepped in, I was confident that our wedding will be awesome. Her timeliness, responsiveness and effortless execution were exactly what this Virgo needed. Maggie is also such a sweetheart that I felt I had a friend through the whole process. CMG also provided plenty of vendor suggestions which was great given ours was a destination wedding. All of these ingredients put together and voilà our wedding was just perfect! We had so much fun and didn’t have to worry about a thing! Most people say that their wedding day just flew by and we felt like we lived every minute of it, due in no small part to Maggie. Thank you ❤️
