  CMG Events wedding planning

  CMG Events planed our daughter's wedding weekend with professionalism, timeliness, and thoughtfulness. From the Welcome Party at our house to the wedding day and evening at Filoli, all went according to plan. Everything was beautiful and we had no hiccups, at least that any of the wedding party nor guests were aware of. Christine is a gem and her team executed everything with know how, and her long standing relationships with many of the top vendors also created a seamless event from start to finish. I would recommend Christine and CMG Events without any hesitation.

  I whole heartedly and highly recommend CMG Events!! Christine and her team planned our wedding this August and everything was incredible. The entire weekend exceeded our expectations. Christine was incredibly knowledgable about our venue, helped us select the most amazing vendors, and was instrumental in the design process and helping bring our vision to life. Our vendors, who all work with CMG regularly, were so accommodating and made us feel so comfortable. The whole weekend ran smoothly and we trusted the team to handle everything so that we could just enjoy ourselves. Christine is so talented and super organized. The best decision we made was hiring CMG Events!

  The Best Wedding Planners!

  We hired the CMG team for our wedding at the Stanly Ranch in Napa Valley, CA and it was the best experience from start to finish. We worked closely with Christine and Réanna for a little over a year. We live in New York City so having detail orientated wedding planners was important to us, and they made this entire process very seamless. They helped us secure reliable and some of the most amazing vendors in the area based on their established relationships/partnerships. Christine and Réanna mentioned early on that they had an open-door policy for any questions and concerns throughout the planning and they really committed to that. Whenever I needed them, they showed up and helped resolve any issues that came up. On the day of our welcome cocktails the weather took a dip, and it was projected to be much cooler than expected. The CMG team sprang into action and helped us secure heaters within a few hours before our event to make our guests feel comfortable. On our wedding day, they created an event I will never forget. I was so amazed with how the full day played out and everything was so beautiful. Not only did our guest have the best time ever, but they also mentioned it was the best wedding they have ever attended. Some of the staff at Stanly Ranch also mentioned that it was the best energy at a wedding they have witnessed all year and that was a testament to CMG's hard work bringing our vision to life. I truly do not know what we would have done without this team and all the time/details they put in to make this day our favorite memory so far. I highly recommend the CMG team for any wedding/ event planning needs. They are truly the best in the game!

  Gold standard for wedding planning!

  Christine and her team were absolutely outstanding. There is a lot that it takes to put on a wedding, and they made it seamless; every detail was perfect and her input and vendor recommendations based on the themes I wanted were impeccable. Working with the CMG team throughout the process of finalizing rentals and bringing our vision to light was fun for my daughter and me given Christine’s creativity, responsiveness, and commitment to getting everything exactly right. No detail is too small for the CMG team! Towards the end of the planning process, I worked with Christine directly on a few surprise touches for day-of, and it is that extra level of support and passion that makes the difference. I was truly stunned when I saw the wedding venue the day of. Bringing together an event for over 150+ people, many of whom traveled from the east coast, is no small feat. Not only did Christine and her team make it possible, but they made everything flawless, executed the event perfectly (down to every single detail), and I had so much carefree fun as a result. Christine – thank you to you and your team (especially Jennifer and Reanna) for pulling together the perfect wedding weekend. Thank you for making planning a wedding from across the country easy, fun, and filled with excuses to travel out west for tasting and design meetings. There isn’t a single thing we should change about the wedding, and we couldn't have done it without you and the CMG team.

  If you would like to have a flawless and stress-free wedding, I cannot recommend Christine and her team enough to be your wedding planner!! As soon as we spoke to Christine for the first time, we knew that it would be the obvious choice to use her and her team. She and the entire team are so thoughtful, detail oriented, and have great experience that really will carry any couple through any questions they have. We really had no idea going into wedding planning what the process would entail, and Christine answered all of our questions quickly, with detail, and helped put our mind at ease. Not only that, but many details from our wedding that we absolutely loved were last minute things that we had just posited to Christine 'What if we did this?', and her response was always 'no problem! we can get it done!' The day of as well, we had our typical snags (EG: I forgot to bring a guest's menu!!), and Christine and her team went above and beyond to resolve all of those issues for us. The entire day went flawlessly and I couldn't thank her and the team enough for such an amazing event. For days afterwards our guests were telling us how amazingly the whole wedding went and how much they loved it. Again, cannot recommend the whole team enough!!!!

When I first started my search for a wedding planner, I encountered several teams who were either unwilling to address my concerns or would simply drop communication after answering a few questions. Christine, however, was a breath of fresh air—she patiently answered all my queries and was always available for a call to ensure I was fully informed and comfortable with the different packages. She meticulously walked me through each option and even graciously offered vendor recommendations and budget estimates, despite these not being included in the 60-day coordination package I had chosen. Her unwavering support from the very beginning gave me complete confidence in selecting CMG.
  
  As the wedding day approached and Maggie took over as my lead planner, her dedication and expertise became even more evident.   Everything executed seamlessly

  We got the 60 day coordination package from CMG as our venue required 60 day coordination and it was the best decision we made. From the start we talked to Christine and being from the east coast, we asked for her recommendation on multiple vendors. She sent us a list that day and we took her suggestions. Everyone we worked with from this list was incredible, so professional, and just fun to be around on such a special day. When Emily took over communications at the 60 day mark, it felt like a weight lifted off our shoulders. She interacted with all our vendors and made sure everything was in place day of. Because of Emily our day was so relaxed and fun. The guests all took notice of how everything went off without a hitch. We could not be more grateful for Emily and the CMG team for making our wedding day so special.

  Amazing experience!

  Our experience with CMG Events was amazing! We worked with Christine in the beginning for our welcome call and getting onboarded and she was always extremely professional and responsive, answering all our questions and making us feel comfortable with the wedding planning process. We elected for the 60 days out package and we were assigned Maggie as our wedding planner and she was just amazing! As soon as we had our first call with Maggie, we could immediately tell we were in very capable, experienced hands and this allowed us to relax and rest assured that Maggie would keep us on track for all important details and deadlines before our wedding. Maggie is super organized, efficient and responsive and everything went so smoothly on our day of! I remember thinking, I'm not stressed because I know Maggie is on top of everything!! We cannot recommend this team enough!

  Best Day of Our Lives

  We had the greatest wedding and made the best memories!! Christine helped with design and Réanna was our coordinator. Réanna made sure we were happy as can be on wedding day and has the sweetest personality. The attention to detail was INCREDIBLE. We are forever grateful!! Thank you CMG!

  You need CMG Events!!

  I had the pleasure of meeting Christine (Owner of CMG) at my best friend's wedding in 2019 and witnessed first-hand how great she was at wedding planning, design and execution. When it came time to plan my own wedding, Christine was the first person I called! She worked with me on a custom plan to work within my budget that had her help me determine my overall wedding budget, which vendors fit within that, design and we landed on 60-day coordination + 2 assistants for day of.
  
  Christine and my coordinator, Maggie, were super attentive, responsive and overall accommodating throughout my wedding planning process. I never questioned whether my wedding was a priority and they always had great advice when I needed it.
  
  My wedding was flawless, I never knew what time it was which just means that the CMG Team (Maggie, Reanna & Anna) had everything handled and I got to just be present and enjoy my wedding day. They are worth their weight in gold!

  Most supportive and fun planning team!

  We used CMG for our wedding in Sonoma this year and it was one of the best decisions we made. They were incredible to work with - very attentive, thorough, creative and so fun. We initially selected them because they made us feel so comfortable during the intake call and that did not change.   60-day coordinator | the greatest form of anxiety relief leading up to the wedding

  I am such a fan of Brianna, our wedding coordinator. She was extremely responsive to our requests, a great communicator, mediator, and coordinator. Given the amount of items we squeezed into the day, she managed everything with grace and allowed for some wedding stress to be relieved. She was helpful from start to finish and would highly recommend CMG Events.

  Best Decision Ever!

  CMG Events is truly exceptional! We went with the 60-day package, and Christine was so informative, helpful, and attentive during our first consultation and throughout our wedding planning process until we reached the 60-day mark. We really appreciate how she helped break down our budget and recommended a top-tier list of vendors. We ended up going with some of her recommendations and some of our own, and Christine and Maggie worked seamlessly with everyone. It is truly apparent how professional, collaborative, and coordinated they are with the great working relationships they had and formed. When Maggie took over the planning at the 60-day mark, it felt like 90% of our wedding stress had been lifted off our shoulders. The transition was so seamless and Maggie immediately picked things up where we left them. She was exceptionally responsive to any questions we had and communicative to our vendors to ensure that every little detail had been thought out. Maggie was so kind and really made us feel so comfortable and confident in executing our dream day. We completely trusted her and her day-of team to take care of the reception decor set-up, and were truly in awe walking into each space throughout the evening. Our imagination couldn't have prepared us for how beautiful everything turned out. Most importantly, we did not feel stressed, which honestly caught me by surprise, and we were able to enjoy our day together thanks to CMG. We really couldn't have imagined our wedding turning out as amazing as it was. Thank you Christine and Maggie!

We went with the 60-day package, and Christine was so informative, helpful, and attentive during our first consultation and throughout our wedding planning process until we reached the 60-day mark. We really appreciate how she helped break down our budget and recommended a top-tier list of vendors. We ended up going with some of her recommendations and some of our own, and Christine and Maggie worked seamlessly with everyone. It is truly apparent how professional, collaborative, and coordinated they are with the great working relationships they had and formed. When Maggie took over the planning at the 60-day mark, it felt like 90% of our wedding stress had been lifted off our shoulders. The transition was so seamless and Maggie immediately picked things up where we left them. She was exceptionally responsive to any questions we had and communicative to our vendors to ensure that every little detail had been thought out. Maggie was so kind and really made us feel so comfortable and confident in executing our dream day. We completely trusted her and her day-of team to take care of the reception decor set-up, and were truly in awe walking into each space throughout the evening. Our imagination couldn't have prepared us for how beautiful everything turned out. Most importantly, we did not feel stressed, which honestly caught me by surprise, and we were able to enjoy our day together thanks to CMG.   Best in Class Wedding Planner!!

  Christine and the CMG team are amazing to work with! For me and my husband, our top priority for this wedding was to create a day that was authentic to us as a couple as well as a beatiful event that didn't cost us a fortune. The CMG team took this to heart with not only respecting the budget throughout the entire process, but also in selecting vendors that were a great fit for us personality and style wise. Similiarly, CMG event has great relationships with the vendors in the industry and it really showed with the quality of service we got from everybody. From the photographer to the make-up team, everybody was really excited that CMG events were our planner. They all had nothing but amazing things to say about them from previous weddings.
  
  The team was always available to answer any and all questions we had throughout the entire process. This ranged from taking extra time and effort to making me comfortable around certain design decisions I wasn't totally convinced on (i.e. candles as part of our table setting) to working with our venue directly on whatever curveballs that arose (i.e. managing a tent & the logistics for our reception). Overall, the Christine, Maggie and the entire CMG events really advocate for you as the wedding couple and you can trust them and their expertise.

  Best Wedding Planner EVER!

  Christine Garrison and her team of professionals made planning a wedding for our daughter in our backyard so effortless! Christine handled all the details, was an awesome communicator, was great at creating a welcoming and warm space concurrent with our daughter's taste and desires, handled all vendor issues with ease, has a great eye for design, always available just an email or phone call away. On the day of wedding Christine's planning was meticulous, professional, beautiful and most important she handled every detail with professional courtesy. She doesn't rattle easy. Her calm and professional approach provided us with a wonderful and joyous day for our daughter to remember forever! We never felt so at ease as this was not our experience with our first wedding coordinator for my other daughter. What a difference a wonderful, well organized and professional planner makes! Worth every dollar spent. If I have another wedding I will definitely be hiring Christine again! She was cool and calm through it all - a true professional at work!

  We were in dire straights when we found Christine. We had previously contracted with a different planner who we were spinning our wheels with for months... We were getting very scared by lack of communication, lack of visibility into vendor booking, lack of coordination on budget, and some serious delays in getting invites out... Christine and CMG essentially helped us re-plan a 215 person wedding in less than 2 months. She gave us incredible confidence that we could pull it off. She was also super knowledgeable and incredibly easy to work with. The wedding day itself had a lot of moving parts, and it went off without a single hitch. From our very first interaction with Christine and her team, we felt their warmth, how flexible they would be to work with, how supportive they are, and that generally we would be in great hands. Christine worked to create a vision board that encompassed everything that we were looking for – and then helped work with our Production team to make the vision come to life. On the day of our wedding, they ensured everything went seamlessly. There was last minute rain on our wedding day and we had planned for an outdoor wedding.   Great team from start to finish!

  My husband and I are based in Orange County and got married in San Juan Capistrano. We reached out to Christine about a year and a half before our wedding day and everything from start to finish was seamless! My favorite vendor recommendations were our signage, photographers, and violinist. They did such an AMAZING job! Christine and Reanna were very attentive to our needs and quickly answered any questions we had. I love how they personalized our signage to our proposal story. That was such a cute idea. On my wedding day, I felt great and I knew we were in good hands. A HUGE thank you to everyone at the CMG team!! Our wedding was even more beautiful than I thought it was going to be! So many of our guests complimented how beautiful the wedding was. We also had a lot of people tell us it was the best wedding they've ever been to! 10/10 high recommend!!

  We had our wedding at Montalvo in Saratoga, CMG knew the venue and the staff so well and made our event so absolutely seamless. I did the design and coordination package--worth every penny!! Worked with Christine to create the most beautiful decor I could ever imagine all within my budget. I love how flexible CMG is, I couldn't find that with a lot of other planners. Our lead planner for the day was Bri, and she absolutely killed it. I had people coming up to me complimenting me how wonderful she is. This meant a lot to me but she went out of her way to make my parents as comfortable as possible, which meant the world to me. Don't hesitate to book CMG, you'll be glad you did!

They were absolutely amazing to work with- they were very familiar with our venue (Villa Montalvo in Saratoga CA) and our vendors which made the experience very seamless.
