This ring is breath taking. I opened the box and was so blown away. It’s so so beautiful and my fiancé loves it! He can’t wait tell our wedding day to be able to wear it! I HIGHLY recommend. The pictures don’t do it justice. -

This store is AMAZING! We got the ring and it was flawless like the photos with a beautiful engraving inside. Sadly, we discovered it was a half-size too small. When I contacted the seller they said we could not only keep the old ring but also only pay a heavily discounted price for a new ring a half size up. I would absolutely recommend this seller! -

My husband lost a ring very similar to this but this was the closest to the original I could find. He didn't think he would like it because it " seemed thinner". Anyway it got here and he loves it!! It fits better than his original plus since it isn't super thick like his previous ring he can do more stuff around the house without it rubbing his knuckle. He wears it constantly. Plus the engraving is exactly what we asked for. Super fast shipping!! Amazing experience!! -

I am so grateful to Vic for all his help, guidance, and expertise throughout this process! He was able to help me put together the perfect ring and explained the process to me every step of the way. I live in Chicago and I was a little hesitant about going with an out of town jeweler, however, my worries were for not. The communication was outstanding, emails, phone calls, pictures. Vic was always there to answer any questions that I may have and would keep me updated every step of the way. The end result blew me away! My name is Steve. I bought our rings from clean casting about 7 months a go and they still look the same. I spoke to one of their reps and they promised that ring will never change its change. I understand there is small wear and tears but shape of ring was very important. After 7 months ring still looks the same, color did not change and most important part shape did not change at all. I was hesitate to order online but figured I could return if needed ..i was extremely happy when I received step by step Facebook messages from the company about status of rings and any questions. I had been looking for tungsten wedding bands and came across Clean Casting Jewelry on Etsy and Google last year in December. I read the reviews and decided to give them a try. Vic was wonderful. I spoke to him a couple of times on the phone and exchanged a few emails. He specially made a blue tungsten diamond solitaire ring for me. They did not have the design but specially made it for me. I live on the East coast. Vic the owner is exceptional. When selecting a wedding band, what stood out first was their personal attention and depth of knowledge, but what resonated the most was their willingness to share knowledge, explaining the "why" behind each recommendation. Nothing is more valuable to me from company.
Some months later, I would lose my wedding band at the beach. Immediately, their customer service jumped to the front, as they remembered details about my original purchase that even I had forgotten, and a replacement was on its way in record time.

AMAZING! My fiance and I are getting married March 5th 2017 and was searching for my wedding band. We went to a few jewelers in the neighborhood and even went downtown. I This was my first experience buying customized jewelry from Clean Casting and his staff here at Los Angeles but I have purchased smaller pieces from them in the past. I could not have asked for a simpler and smoother process than the one I experienced.
I gave them some details and an idea of what I was looking for in a necklace for my wife and he took it and ran with it. The piece came out beautifully designed and you could see every detail that was put into it. He was patient with things that I wanted to add and he did a great job of guiding me through the process.

My husband had my engagement ring custom-made thirteen years ago and I still see Vic to have my setting checked and cleaned. If you are looking for a reliable and honest source to by your jewelries and especially diamond, I really recommend Clean Casting Jewelry! everyone is so patient and friendly! When I stepped in the market to buy my proposal ring, I contacted more than 20 jewelry stores, but out of the 20, It was only Clean Casting that I could trust! Thanks so much for being so patient with me as well as giving me a reasonable price that I never could get anywhere else! These guys are amazing and they really put smile on my face. I can't recommend them enough because I'm so happy with their price and customer service! -

I wish Yelp had a 6th star review because that's what I would have given this place. Vic is such a sweetheart. As everyone knows, planning a wedding is stressful enough, and working with the right vendors is extremely crucial. Deciding our wedding bands was a hard decision for us because we wanted something unique which can last us forever. Vic provided the best white gold covered with diamond wedding band for me, and another rose gold bands for my husband and I, which she engraved them. he also provided a warranty for our rings. Besides wedding jewelry he has the cutest and trendiest accessory for both men and women. Will definitely go back here for future accessories and will recommend everyone. -

I have bought everything for the past 4 years from this family. Sweet and knowledgeable...they really take customer service to the next level. I was walked (or rather hand held) through the engagement ring process. Super happy with the result and given lots of love throughout. talk about quality work!! My wife and I were having hard time finding us perfect wedding bands then we ran into cleancastingjewelry.com saw their selection and I was about to pass out. I called Vic left him voicemail and after one minute he called us back. I asked for custom wedding bands with diamonds he had no problem servicing my needs. I shopped around and some of the other jewelers in the downtown LA jewelry district are obviously out to make the fastest buck they can and didn't seem trustworthy. Icing on the Ring is a family run business that wants repeat customers. They want you to have a great experience with them. I have to say, the family that runs this place is top notch. They are all super nice, sweet people that genuinely care about providing excellent service as well as the highest quality of products. They made accommodations to make sure I was very happy with the finished product. They are definitely my trusted source for diamonds in Los Angeles and I have recommended a few friends that have been happy as well. -

I was looking for a Men's Band in "Gunmetal", all the sites I found advertised as Gunmetal were actually just "Black" in color, until I found Clean Casting Jewelry. Their prices are very reasonable & what you see in the pictures is exactly what it looks like when you get it. The gunmetal color is beautiful & exactly what we were searching for. We found a ring almost identical to it @ Kay's but they wanted almost $800 for the same color & same material (Tungsten). Unfortunately I did order the Ring too small, but Clean Casting has been very helpful in assisting me in reordering the correct size & have an easy exchange/return policy. No hassle! Gagik & Vic are a father and son team of jewelry experts. They specialize in custom wedding bands. After countless hours of searching online for something unique and quality, I came across their etsy.com page and fell in love with their collection. Since they we're conveniently located in downtown Los Angeles, I contacted their store and scheduled for a wedding band consultation. I ended up purchasing matching custom wedding titanium bands with 24K gold inserts for my wife and I, my name laser etched on the inside of her ring, and her name etched into mine. Its been over a year now that I've had the product and thwre is no sign of wear or loss of luster/ quality. Keep up the good work! -

I'm really surprised at the few bad reviews on here and that's pretty sad for Vic because my impression of him and the company in general is completely the opposite. I had such a good experience with Vic and the quality of workmanship I received with my piece and have nothing but positive things to say.
Vic worked with me every step of the way to get the piece that I purchased, which was a gift, exactly the way I wanted it to be. He was very kind, helpful and definitely patient with me and did not make me feel dumb at all when I didn't understand certain aspects. On top of that, he definitely worked with my budget on the piece and didn't scoff at the amount I had to spend, which was what I was really nervous about. Some of the other places I went to tried to up-sell me on things that would go over my budget and I really don't think that's how one should be treated, especially with a custom piece.
Anyway, I absolutely LOVE the design Vic and I (finally!) decided on and so did the recipient. I actually cant' wait to go back soon and get something done for myself now!

We got great quality blue wedding bands and I was extremely pleased with the quality. Staff at Clean Casting Jewelry are very friendly and they are always easy going. I had little size issue all I did send them email one minute later they got back to me with instructions. If you need wedding bands this is the place to go and they have many styles! -

We bought my husband's wedding ring from this shop via Etsy, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the result.
When we initially set out on our search for my husband's ring looking through all the major jewelers we could, we came up empty on things he felt anything more than "meh" on, not to mention the prices are never fun to look at. We then, finally, took to Etsy, and I am so glad we did. My ring is rose gold and we wanted something with an accent of rose gold for hubby's, but he didn't want anything too solid, and really liked the more unorthodox look of black in a ring, and disliked the hammered texture... he is very picky. We stumbled over Clean Casting Jewelry, and there was not one, but two rings that my husband loved off the bat.
I ended up selecting for him a black ceramic ring with a rose gold dragon pattern through the center of it. His ring size is pretty big, so we were so happy that this shop offered a large selection on the sizes. We received the ring and it fit him perfectly and looks amazing, as well as being reportedly very comfortable. We also had it engraved for free, which turned out beautifully. Looking at it, it's so personalized and suiting to him; it's all we wanted and more.
I also want to mention that we bought this very early on, and he's worn it consistently every day since about June 2014 (so six months as of now). It is holding up enormously well. There's no evidence that it is anything but new.
All of this, for such an insanely low cost. I would recommend this vendor a thousand times over. -

Sent me the wrong ring, refused to replace it, I shipped it back and they never refunded my money
We ordered a 10.25 tungsten ring from this vendor. They sent us a 9.5 which we had to go to Walmart to see what size it was. We let them know and asked them to replace it. They told us their records showed they sent a 10.25. I continued to let them know if it was then we wouldn't be asking for them to replace it with the exact same size we originally ordered. They continued to take a day or two to respond and ask the same question from a previous email so we were getting no where. I begged them to send me the correct size and we would sent them the ring but they refused. The finally sent me a return label and I sent it. I followed up once it showed tracking and they said they would be opening packages later that week. I followed back up and they said they would be opening packages later that week. I continue to follow up and they have not refunded my money. I had to find another ring. So I basically paid them to send me the wrong ring, return it and they kept the money. I asked for their phone number or to call me and they refused. The product was fine, but it was the wrong size and they had no intention of making it right. I'm still without a refund and mailed it 3 weeks ago. -

Unprofessional
I wrote an original review that was 100% truthful AND accurate. They responded saying I was fake and not real basically. WHY would I explain my experience if it didn't happen. Now they are angry at me and are sending me daily emails. I have called, email. And text back to please stop contacting me and they continue. Worst on line store ever!
I bought two engraved rings for my wedding from this store and when they came one of them (mine) was very small, I contacted them and they were telling me was the right size and if i made a mistake taking my measure they cant do anything about it because the ring was engraved... after a few emails back and forth i went to a jewelry store to finally find out they made a mistake with the size, so I emailed them with a pic of the ring and they size they sent and finally they were agree to send me a new one with the right size... what is my surprise when i get the new one?? its the right size but its not engraved... so i contacted them again to ask them if i can send it back to get it engraved and their response was they shipped the ring engraved and if i want a new order i have to place and pay a new ring!!! So now im almost in my wedding day and i have no ring! and they are blaming me for their mistakes!!! -

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed my order for my ring on Tuesday & paid for 2 day shipping. Thursday came around and I still have no shipping information on my ring so I emailed twice took a day to get a response and they said it takes 3 days to process orders & it’s in the disclaimer. The disclaimer is AFTER you purchase the ring if the disclaimer was before I needed to submit the payment I would have never purchased from them. They did give me a refund for my shipping but I still haven’t heard anything about when my ring would be coming I let them know my wedding was on Saturday & there seems to be no sense of urgency for their customers. A week later I still have no shipping information no one is responding to my calls and emails. This is terrible customer service and would not recommend this place to anyone. -

If I could give a 0, I would. BUYER BEWARE. We ordered a tungsten ring in size 10.5 and they sent it in size 11. I had it measured at 3 jewelry stores 3 times to confirm that they sent the wrong size. I contacted CCJ about the error. The conversation was terrible - I even sent pictures to prove the size was wrong but I kept being asked repeatedly "but did you have it measured again". Finally CCJ agreed to refund me the cost of the ring and the cost of shipping. I was impressed with the offer for shipping as this was NOT my error but the SELLER'S ERROR. CCJ told me that the refund for shipping would be sent to my PayPal account. The money was still not deposited 11 days later. I sent them 3 different messages to confirm money was sent and each time, the seller just replied "Yes, it was sent". He did not investigate at all. Only after this review was posted did he finally look into it and finally send the money. This entire ordeal was because THEY sent the wrong ring size. He never once apologized for screwing up the order, nor did he apologize for giving me the run around on attempting to return the ring and for getting my money back for shipping.
Conversations with Vic have been nothing but traumatic. He is rude, unprofessional and insists on blaming me for this entire debacle. He claims to have excellent customer service, but not once has he shown the slightest bit of customer service in this entire situation.
As my review has been previously deleted citing that "it appears I did not have direct customer relations with this business", I will happily upload proof of purchase and even the transcription of our entire conversation from Etsy to prove that I am a REAL customer that has had a REALLY terrible experience with this company.
Again, I do NOT recommend purchasing from this vendor and I am extremely disappointed that someone like Vic is representing a service like Etsy. -
