Amazing Ceremony!

Our experience with Claudia was simply flawless.
Even though we organised everything remotely from Australia - and only met her in person on the day of the ceremony - from the very first exchange she conveyed a rare sense of calm and reassurance. Her serene personality and elegant presence laid the foundation for a celebration that turned out to be deeply moving not only for us, but also for all our guests, including our very religious parents who were initially sceptical about a non-religious ceremony.

Claudia was always available, quick to respond, and incredibly patient with us - especially considering our not-so-swift replies and the various last-minute changes along the way. She handled the complexity of a bilingual ceremony for an audience half Italian and half Australian with great professionalism, ensuring every moment was clear, seamless and perfectly coordinated.

The result was a perfect ceremony, without a single hitch: an authentic, emotional and even playful telling of our story. It was exactly what we hoped for - a true reflection of us, of our love, and of everything we had shared with her.

The perfect celebrant to our fairytale wedding

Claudias' personal service captured us as a couple and highlighted the parts we love of one another. Claudia was very professional. She was very helpful with everything around the ceremony in giving advice but still letting it be us. She even had helpfull tips on how to write our vows. Claudia is simply the best!

We started planning our wedding in Sardinia by researching photographers and Claudia's name and face kept popping up. We were immediately attracted to her, her calmness shone through even in the photos!
Our intuition was right: her communication is truly professional and she was incredibly patient and reliable throughout the process.

Being a Hungarian couple, but we had our ceremony in italian and Claudia was wonderful, supportive, understanding and patient with us from the beginning. She also made sure that our special request was met.
The ceremony was incredibly touching and personal, despite the crazy weather conditions she held the ceremony with a big friendly smile which really helped us stay in good spirits. It reminded us that we can't control everything in life (especially not the rain :D) and that surrounded by the right people nothing can go wrong. Sometimes we take life too seriously but a little laughter makes life lighter and more pleasant.

Claudia has such a kind and comforting presence that we immediately felt at ease with her. We are so grateful that she made the long journey across the island to be our celebrant during this intimate elopement. We will always cherish that day and Claudia played a huge role in making it so special. We can't wait to see you again soon, perhaps with a pizza and a Unicum!

We had the privilege of having Claudia as our celebrant for our wedding at Lago di Bolsena this August, and she was by far the most pleasant person we worked with during the entire wedding planning process.

Unexpected wedding (at least for me)

Pedro and I decided not to have a typical wedding. We got married in Portugal, just the two of us, and ran off to the beautiful beaches of Sardinia for the most coveted holiday - our honeymoon.
Pedro planned the most beautiful ceremony ever. I was completely blind until the moment of the ceremony.
Claudia prepared a speech that made me completely emotional and I cried, realising once again how happy I am with the man I have chosen for life (yes, we got married twice in 5 days).
It was the happiest moment of my life. Claudia gave an overview of our history from the time we met until now and the importance of weeding from now on. I still cry when I think about it and I get very emotional when I read our history from Claudia. She was amazing in helping me to relax as I recovered from the shock of being there to celebrate our wedding. She laughed with us and we could feel her joy at seeing us so happy.
I could never have imagined such a perfect ceremony.

A wonderful woman with attention to details

We booked Claudia from looking on Google for celebrants in Sardinia. From the get go - she was so kind, understanding and a warm person to be around. We were lucky to meet her a year in advance of our wedding over a coffee and talked through what our needs were. She gave us so many ideas on how to conduct the ceremony. A few months before the wedding she sent us a bunch of questions about each other that was incorporated into the service. When she finalised the script we got to make any changes where needed. Claudia conducted the ceremony in English and Italian for our Italian family members.

Perfection

Planning a wedding abroad can be quite challenging, especially when you have to rely on reviews from others. However, I am writing this review to express how impressed I am with the exceptional service provided to us by Claudia. Her reviews were genuine and delightful, which is one of the reasons we chose her as our officiant. Claudia's passion for what she does was apparent to us from the very beginning. She was always courteous and prompt in her communication, despite the 9-hour time difference between us. Our virtual meeting over Zoom left us feeling at ease with her telling our love story.

Although we met with several officiants, none of them seemed as great as Claudia. She had a unique process for creating a ceremony that involved asking us thoughtful questions, which we appreciated answering. She encouraged us to write our vows, but she didn't pressure us when we chose not to.

Claudia took the time to write the ceremony script, and the first draft was simply flawless. I had no notes. It was poetic and well-written. At that moment, it was evident to me that we had made the right choice.
The ceremony itself was perfect. She went through it all in a very professional manner. We were comfortable the entire time. She directed us through it all and it went without a hitch. We definitely recommend Claudia to anyone planning a wedding ceremony. It was all that we imagined and more. Thank you Claudia.

Amazing experience!

September 2023 Sardinia Wedding

Claudia is the most amazing celebrant. She communicated so clearly with us before our wedding. She was able to recommend different ways to celebrate our marriage. We had a sand ceremony, wine box ceremony, readings and personal vows along with ring exchange. She made our wedding so unique and personal to me and my husband. Excellent service & wonderful experience!

We couldn’t recommend Claudia more! We got married in Sardinia in September 2023. Since the day we got in touch with her, Claudia was extremely friendly, approachable, and made us feel at ease. She took the time to get to know us, and was able to accommodate our requests to customize the ceremony. She thoughtfully captured our love story in a beautiful speech that made our special day truly unforgettable.
Claudia was also our translator for the legal ceremony and carefully supported my wife and I throughout the process. We live in Texas, and Claudia was extremely flexible and accommodating of timezone differences for our prep videocalls. Everything was absolutely perfect - look no further! The PERFECT choice!!

Claudia was the absolute PERFECT choice as a celebrant for our wedding. She is articulate, passionate, open-minded and full of love. My husband and I felt connected to her in our very first conversation. She gave us great tips for writing our vows, wrote a beautiful speech, and was just a joy to be around.

She can make your wedding whatever you want it to be. We incorporated Humanist, Christian, Jewish, and Buddhist traditions into our ceremony! Amazing days filled with such LOVE!

La scelta perfetta

Claudia really was the PERFECT choice. We are a bilingual couple so we desperately needed someone to be able to perform our ceremony that spoke both English and Italian and thankfully Claudia came to our rescue. She was very knowledgeable and really helped us understand what kind of ceremony we wanted, she took all our worries away and ensured we were happy and confident about our ceremony. Weddings are stressful but Claudia made everything easy. She is also a lovely human and it was so easy to get on with her. Would use her again but I won't cause I already got married haha

Wonderful Expereince

Claudia was fabulous!! She took the time to videocall us and get to know the both of us, answer all our questions, run thru the ceremony to ensure it captured everything we were hoping for. A perfect ceremony in Tuscany

We are so happy that we found Claudia to officiate our wedding ceremony in Tuscany. She was wonderful throughout the whole process from beginning to end. We had only met Claudia only through Zoom/emails, and so it was incredible when we finally met her in person. She got to know us as a couple and crafted the most beautiful, heartfelt, eloquent script that reflected our love for one another. Claudia was someone I contacted a year before the Pandemic to book our wedding vows in Sardinia. Claudia was an excellent communicator providing me and my husband all the information about her services and professional paperwork. She was so understanding and flexible during the process, having accommodated us several times due to COVID travel restrictions and flight cancellations earlier this year. We finally had our ceremony and Claudia made it so easy. She was so friendly and sweet to our family and we are so grateful for meeting her and choosing her for the occasion!

Just brilliant!

Claudia was a very thorough, friendly and professional celebrant and helped it's through the planning process for the ceremony from day 1. She really took the time to understand us as individuals and as a couple and her story of how we meet and put relationship developed made the ceremony really personal to us. She helped accommodate some last minute changes and suggested ways to include or daughter inn the ceremony which helped her to feel a part of it. Although we didn't meet until the wedding day itself we felt the ceremony was in a very competent pair of hands!

An amazing Wedding celebrant

We were recommended Claudia and heard positive feedback so we chose her for our wedding in Cala Sinzias Sardinia. Claudia delivered our ceremony in both English and Italian, before this we spoke whenever we needed, she gave us all of the information necessary and helped us decide on all of the details no matter how big or small. Claudia is very, very knowledgeable and professional, we answered some questions before the wedsing and she delivered the most heart warming piece for our personalised ceremony. We even added a sand ritual to our ceremony and thank Claudia for this idea because it made it extra special - we have this at home to forever remember. The Perfect Officiant!

Claudia was wonderful! Right from the start we could tell that she was warm and friendly and perfect for our wedding officiant. We are Americans who got married in a private ceremony with just the two of us in Florence. Claudia was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions while planning a wedding from afar. She offered suggestions to make our ceremony more meaningful and include our families even though they could not be there in person. She made us feel completely at ease and the wedding day was magical. She even coordinated her outfit with our wedding dress and suit, completely by coincidence! Her light and warmth were exactly what we wanted for our special day and we will be forever grateful that we chose Claudia to marry us!

A magical, memorable experience made just for us

Wonderfully calm and lovely celebrant

Claudia was our celebrant/translator for our legal ceremony at Castiadas Town Hall and then again for our Symbolic ceremony on the beach. Claudia was in touch with us early prior to the wedding to introduce herself, explains plans for both the ceremonies and inviting us to send photos, and consider personal touches (vows, readings etc) I found Claudia to have a wonderful, warming and magnetic temperament that makes you feel completely at ease once you are in her presence. A dream came true

The ceremony has been spontaneous, romantic, and unic. All the guests remained silent throughout the ceremony, during which they also laughed and were moved. Touching, emotional and beautiful ceremony

Claudia was the perfect celebrant for our wedding! She listened to our story carefully and translated on the day in such a beautiful, respectful and emotional manner that she got the whole congregation in tears (happy tears). She spoke very clearly and her presence felt very calming and reassuring which is exactly what we needed as we were 2 nervous wrecks standing at the alter, about to get married! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect ceremony and all our friends and family all said the same! This was quite an emotional day for both my partner and I as we have lost our parents and I lost my dad 3 months before my wedding, so i felt very nervous that this would be too much for me. But Claudia said exactly the right words to honor our parents: not too sad and just the right amount of emotion. Great wedding!

Claudia is an amazing celebrant. My husband and I live in England but, being Italian myself, we decided to have the ceremony on the beach where I grew up in Orosei. From the very beginning she guided us through the ceremony and she met us a few months before the wedding: this gave us the opportunity to know each other a bit more and to personalise our ceremony to perfection. She also translated my dad's speech and the best man's one, making everyone feel part of the ceremony. Everything was perfect and even my super Catholic guests loved it! I will never stop thanking Claudia and I will definitely recommend her!

The Ceremony I had dreamed of

We booked our wedding for Sardinia through a 3rd party who organised our wedding but they put us in Touch with Claudia. Thankfully they did because the wedding ceremony is one of the most important parts of your day, from the outset we were asked to review Claudia's services and confirm we were happy with the price which we found to be very reasonable given she was not only undertaking our symbolic ceremony but met us in the Town Hall to translate our official wedding.

In the first instance Claudia asked us to send a picture of ourselves and confirm a number of details about how we would like the ceremony proceed, she also asked us a number of questions about our personal lives, how we met, any funny moments etc. Following which Claudia sent us a draft proposal of our wedding ceremony, which was absolutely perfect for us on her first attempt.

Claudia also performed a really lovely sand ritual for us as a momento of our wedding celebration which was a really nice touch.

Overall we couldn't have asked for a better ceremony / experience and we are so pleased that we were introduced to Claudia, she always responded to emails quickly and answered any questions that we had and nothing was too much trouble.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Claudia to anyone looking at getting married or renewing their vows in Sardinia.

This was a 5* service from a very reliable and professional lady.

Claudia did our Civil Ceremony and Beach Ceremony in Orosei, Sardinia on 11th June 2018 but this is really only part of the story. She met us the day before with our wedding planner, Vittoria, to visit all the venues as well as go through all the decorations we had brought over with us. She was there the whole day with us right until well after our evening meal to ensure everything was as we wanted.
She's very perceptive, spotting from across the beach after the couple photos and during the aperitif that I was not looking too well. It was Claudia who suggested we leave earlier than planned to change into the Chinese bridal wear - I had in fact been concerned as my medication was due and I, in the mad run up of flight delays and meetings, had forgotten to replace them in my bag. She knew none of this but could tell I was uncomfortable - and knew not to believe me when she asked if I was ok!

Her English is great but equally as good is her personality which exudes a love of all cultures and knowledge of them, I can tell that she likes to be diverse and I learnt some Italian culture from her myself!

Anyone thinking of having a Destination Wedding in Sardinia and thinking of booking Claudia - DO IT! She's worth every penny and is an absolute bargain compared to costs in the UK.

Basically, I love Claudia.
She goes above and beyond and most of all, above all of that - she is a great person to know. I never expected to get on with my Humanist Celebrant so well but was actually sorry to say goodbye to her.

What can I say! Claudia wrote a perfectly fitting and beautiful ceremony for our wedding. She was extremely well prepared and gave us lots of pointers on how to structure the ceremony, ideas for readings, rituals and timings. We didn’t want anything soppy or too romantic and it had to include our family and what we are about as a couple. We really struggled to answer claudia’s “Couple’s questionnaire” but she worked with us to write something that fitted us to a T and our guests recognised it was a bespoke service made around us and our relationship.

She also translated for our legal ceremony and put us at ease throughout the process.

She stayed throughout the whole of our wedding and even helped with the packing up in the early hours! We are so grateful for your time and for making our wedding exactly what we wanted. Thank you. D&C

We were fortunate to meet with Claudia on a visit to our destination wedding 6months prior to our wedding day. Claudia made us feel relaxed, and explained the structure of the day to us. Almost two years ago we started dreaming about Sardinian beach weddings and so I began the online journey to find a nice celebrant for our Big day. It wasn't too long until I came across Claudia's profile, her mission, and the fantastic reviews from other couples, that I immediately decided to get in touch with her. The fact that she could officiate in English was also a big plus for us, as our friends would come from all over the world! When we finally met in person we felt very at ease with her simplicity and friendliness, but also were happily surprised with her professionalism and flexibility, addressing our numerous questions and providing some useful tips for our location hunt. In the months that followed, we kept in frequent touch via email, to discuss the ceremony structure and various symbolic rituals. When we received the full draft of our ceremony 3/4 weeks in advance, we decided to refrain from reading it, not to spoil the surprise and to keep that element of spontaneity on our special day. Well, we weren't wrong as the Ceremony was absolutely perfect ! Claudia managed to deliver a personalised ceremony fully tailored to our story and values, and also managed to accommodate several wishes of ours.

I had a feeling, when coming across Claudia's profile, that she would be able to give that personal and symbolic touch, but our ceremony was simply magical. Grazie Claudia for all the support shown, your words and professionalism, but most of all, for making our day truly special. We received several compliments from our friends and families on the touching ceremony and its originality - celebrant role aside, you managed to create a special atmosphere, and we both felt a strong energy which surrounded us and our friends and families. We are so grateful that Claudia was part of our wedding ceremony. It was an extremely intimate event so it was really important to us that the person we included to help us with the ceremony is someone we connected with. It's not always easy planning a destination wedding (we live in New York and got married in Italy) but Claudia made planning the ceremony easy by offering guidance and being available over email and Skype. If you're looking for a humanist celebrant for your wedding, then you can do no better than Claudia.

Being from the UK, and getting married in Sardinia, it was a must that our celebrant could speak and understand English, and I'm happy to say that Claudia is fluent in English. Prior to the wedding she helped us with ideas and inspiration for our symbolic ceremony (which she conducted on the beach), and on the day she also translated for us at the official ceremony in Castiadas.

Claudia is very friendly, down to earth and easy going - we asked her to include a 'joke' ending to our symbolic ceremony and she was more than happy to accommodate. She delivered the joke perfectly and had all our guests laughing hysterically (just as we had wanted).

I don't know how much other celebrants charge for their services, as we had been recommended Claudia by our wedding planner, but I think her prices are very reasonable and she was worth every penny!

We would like to thank Claudia for performing the most perfect ceremony in Olbia, Sardinia in June 2017.

After answering just a handful of questions about us as a couple, Claudia was able to tailor our ceremony to be exactly what we wanted, a light hearted, happy celebration and she told our love story beautifully. Claudia kept in regular contact and sent us over her full ceremony speech in advance, and was spot on with the first attempt. She was very helpful with issuing guidance on rituals and example vows for us to tailor (as we had no idea where to begin!), and managed to do this all over email as we are in the UK. Claudia also translated our legal marriage at the town hall the day before our symbolic ceremony and was professional, reassuring and had very clear English.

We could not of wished for a kinder, more laid back, lovely lady to have performed our ceremonies and cannot recommend her enough.

Claudia was the perfect celebrant! She was extremely flexible and accommodating to our needs, and quickly attained a full grasp of what kind of ceremony we wanted. She is also fun, and easy to get along with - I would HIGHLY recommend her to any couple in Italy looking for a wedding officiant! :)

Claudia was absolutely brilliant! She gave us lots of options and ideas to plan our service.
She helped us bespoke our wedding vows by giving us some really good ideas and we added a really nice wine ritual into the vows which was really special.
Claudia would always reply very quickly to our emails and questions and we met her several times before the big day and felt very comfortable with her.
she also worked very closely with our wedding planner Vittoria (WeddingSardinia by Frinaeventi) which was great as we felt we had a lot of support along the process.

Per la nostra cerimonia in spiaggia abbiamo deciso di affidarci a Claudia e si è rivelata la scelta migliore che potevamo fare.
E’ riuscita a rendere quel momento davvero profondo, raffinato e in un certo senso intimo...indimenticabile.
Grazie al suo modo di rendere il testo così personale, inserendo parole dedicate ai genitori e cogliendo in qualche modo l’ essenza del nostro stare insieme, ha reso ogni parte piacevole da ascoltare e ricca di significato.
Bellissimo è stato il tocco dato dal rito del vino, non solo per il suo impatto scenografico decisamente notevole, ma molto anche per il messaggio contenuto in esso, sia metaforico che letterale, un appuntamento nel futuro che ci riporterà a questo momento e alle sue sensazioni.
Siamo davvero felici del risultato e abbiamo ricevuto tantissimi complimenti dalle persone presenti, quindi che dire di più....grazie Claudia!

We did not know what to expect when arranging the ceremony from the UK but were absolutely delighted with the support and service Claudia provided. Taking some time to consider the questions that Claudia asks about your relationship and time together is very important, as this becomes the basis of the ceremony. We had the sand ceremony which was a lovely symbolic gesture and Claudia was great in making a recommendation as to the most suitable ceremony to meet our needs. We would highly recommend Claudia as she was a delight to work with a created the perfect atmosphere for what we wanted from the ceremony

When people remember our wedding, they mention the fantastic location, and the great food, but when asked "what made it special?" the answer is always "the cerimony": modern, yet romantic (a lot of people cried), perfectly tailor-made to our needs, and it wasn't easy, since it was an Italian-Dutch wedding, celebrated in 2 languages. Throughout the whole process Claudia has been exceptional in making things easy for us, giving great suggestions, and the end result was way beyond our expectations. If you're going to celebrate your wedding in Sardinia, we couldn't recommend Claudia highly enough

Claudia officiated our wedding in the summer of 2016 in Villasimius, in italian and in english. She is a lovely person and a fantastic celebrant, everything we wanted for our big day. She listened to all our wishes and custom wrote the celebration for us, and on the day she was all smiles and did everything right, you can see that she really loves people. "We recently got married in Sardinia and we were very skeptical about everything being as we wanted as we are based in the u.k. and with the language barrier being a problem because neither myself or husband speak Italian. I can honestly say as soon as we met Claudia she put our mind at rest she was very professional and helped us with every part of our day! she understood everything we wanted and worked along side our wedding organiser Vittoria. Both of them were fantastic. At the town hall Claudia explained everything that was going to happen and translated everything for us. The wedding itself was on the beach and Claudia recommend doing the sand ceremony which was great and even sourced us a lantern and candle for us to light in memory of my husbands mum. Very caring, thoughtful and professional. I would definitely recommend her to everyone! If you go with Claudia you will not be disappointed!"

We got in touch with Claudia via WeddingSardinia. Our shoes-off wedding was on the beach in Costa Rei, southern Sardinia. What a fantastic day it was!

Claudia was very professional and helpful from the beginning. The way she wrote our ceremony, with a huge attention to detail, was incredible. We felt that the words she used and what she said was aimed direct to us and no other couple.
She listened to every little detail and created something very unique and truly special for us.

Claudia was amazing - she came on board with us at very short notice and created a humanist ceremony in less than 24 hours. She also acted as the translator at our registry office ceremony.

Very pleasant personality with a professional approach. She performed our wedding together with the register officer and made excellent arrangements with him. The rituals during the ceremony make it very special.

We came from Norway to Sardinia to get married on the beach. Through weddingsardinina.com we got in touch with Claudia who would hold the ceremony for us.
We had very good contact with Claudia by email where we got to decide how we wanted our ceremony. We chosen a sand ceremony. We met Claudia first time when we came to the town hall where she was an interpreter during the wedding ceremony. Then we met Claudia again on the beach where she led our beach ceremony there. We had a lovely ceremony and we are very happy with Claudia's job. Thank you very much!

Claudia did such an amazing job for us to put the story of our romance together in a way that was meaningful. She was very responsive and worked with us even though our wedding plans were very last-minute, she put together and did all that was requested. Claudia was simply perfect. She was so easy to work with before our arrival, she was very easygoing and an excellent communicator throughout the process. We threw her for a little bit of a loop by having our ceremony on a small sailboat in somewhat rough waters, and she grabbed on to a rope and carried on like a pro. Shes done this for years, and makes her clients feel very comfortable. If you're in Sardinia i would highly recommend her.

Claudia was amazing from start to finish! I wanted to write our wedding ceremony myself but had no idea where to start, so she provided me with lots of references and support. She gave advice and helpful feedback as and when I sent her drafts.
She met with us the day before the wedding and went through everything in detail, making sure both of us, and she, were happy with everything and knew what would happen and when.
At the ceremony itself she was articulate, had a sense of humour where required (!) and it was obvious that she enjoyed her role.
We would recommend Claudia to anyone and everyone!

Claudia is incredibly friendly and very professional. After few interactions and exchanges she was able to understand the style of wedding and words we were wishing. She is a very joyful person and we liked very much her style and her opennens. Even if we did not know her before, we felt she was an integral part of our wedding as all other invitees were.

English speaking couple marrying in the Puglian summer

Due to an emergency our original Celebrant was unable to provide officiant services. But with less than 1 months notice, to the rescue we met Claudia!

Our interaction over the phone was fantastic, her approach, warmth and helpfulness were the things we noticed first. For the reduced preparation time she had, she proactively sought for the pronunciation of family members who were going to be referenced during the ceremony (we are of asian descent) which we found caring and then the actual day went seamlessly. She conducted the ceremony with the atmosphere we were after, communicated with her great command of English (and a very very understandable English speaking accent, which was also another reason why we chose her).

I am confident her services would be well received for newly wed couples to come!

Very happy with the service

We were very happy with the service provided by Claudia. The draft ceremony was circulated well in advance and there was plenty of time to make changes to it ahead of the wedding. She also has a number of ceremonies which can be added to the service to make it more unique or romantic. On the day of our wedding she arrived in good time and conducted the service in a very professional manner in both Italian and English despite the oppressive 40c heat. I would recommend Claudia to any couples seeking the use of a celebrant without any additional wedding planning services

Claudia did a beautiful job of our symbolic wedding ceremony, she prepared some lovely words that were personalised to us after taking the time to get to know us and understand our story as a couple. We would definitely recommend her services if you are planning your wedding, she is very professional and her experience was evident in the advice she gave us for our outdoor ceremony.

Engaged and professional

Claudia was organised in preparing for the ceremony. She was very detailed in making sure all areas in the preparation phase were covered. She showed great professionalism and was flexible to adapt to small changes to the ceremony. She is cordial and very welcoming both in person and when communicating. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
