Highly Recommend
Classic Party Rentals of Virginia did a wonderful job with decorating our wedding. We were more than impressed with the way our venue looked for the cocktail hour and the reception. Our guests were more than impressed and they exceeded our expectations. Set-up and clean up was a breeze. Our wedding turned out so beautiful! -

Great to work with!
Classic party rentals was great to work with for our wedding! We met with Martha in person and went over all of the different options for plates, glassware, napkins – more decisions than I knew there were to make when planning a wedding, but Martha helped us through all of it! They delivered the rentals to our venue a couple days before the wedding, and picked them up a day or two later, making everything extremely easy on us. Would definitely recommend them! -

Setting the scene
We had an appointment months before our wedding at Classic Party Rentals. Patrick was so helpful! He helped us envision everything by laying the tablecloths out and selecting glasses and silverware. He was so helpful with advice and cost saving tips. We were able to make adjustments to the order up to 10 days out from the wedding, which we did. Their products are amazing and delivery and pickup to/from the venue was highly convenient! Would highly recommend using them for your rental needs. -

Top Notch Quality and Service!
10/10!! Martha and Carrie were so great to work with! At the start of the planning process, we didn’t really have a clear idea of the rentals, place settings, and linens we wanted for our wedding day. At our first meeting Martha was so patient with us; pulling out all kinds of combinations to ensure we landed on exactly what we wanted! Throughout the planning process we had quite a few changes: the number of serving dishes, the types of glasses, the size of the tables, and so many more. Martha and Carrie were extremely prompt and patient in making the updates to our quote to ensure we were all on the same page! Martha and Carrie made it so easy by coordinating with our Caterer, Mosaic, to ensure we had everything we needed to deliver a perfect dinner and the reception. And WOW - did they! Not only was the service spot on, but the quality of each piece we rented was top-notch. A huge THANK YOU to Martha and Carrie for all of your help!!

Extensive selection!
Martha at Classic Party Rentals was great to work with! We met with them early in the wedding process at the recommendation of our caterer, Mosaic, and they had an amazing selection! I loved that they put sample tables together and their flexibility and we altered our vision throughout the wedding planning process! -

Absolutely amazing
Classic Party rentals made our event so easy! Patrick and Mikey were so helpful through the whole planning process. Being able to go in person to see what all our table settings would look like and make changes was also very helpful. -

Great! Would recommend
Classic party rentals did a great job! The week before was super stressful because the linen color we wanted was out in the size we needed, however Martha was so accommodating and figured out a way to make it work for us! Everything turned out great! Martha is super easy to get ahold of and work with! Would recommend !!!! -

Fantastic service with quality items
We used Classic Party Rentals of Virginia for our recent wedding and could not have been happier! Martha was wonderful, and helped us chose all our settings and linens and everything looked absolutely perfect on the day. The delivery and collection was an absolute breeze, with no issues at all. I highly recommend them.

Highly Recommended!
We used Classic Party Rentals for our ceremony and reception needs, and were very happy with their work! We met with Carrie at their Midlothian showroom, where we were able to see the wide variety of options and select the perfect pieces to complement our space and vision. We chose the chairs for both the ceremony and reception, table coverings, plates, drink-ware, flatware, etc - all items we needed, but that still had the style and aesthetic we wanted to tie the space together. Also, since they have a good working relationship and experience with Mosaic (our caterer), they were able to coordinate what was needed/already provided without having to involve us.
CPR was also very easy to work with when we had to reschedule our original April 2020 date due to COVID. They helped make a very difficult situation much easier on us by being so communicative and flexible! -

Great vendor
Classic Party Rentals was a great vendor to work with. From day one they were helpful and responsive (which was not the case for some other similar types of vendors in our area). Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and courteous. They were so flexible and kind when we had to change our orginal date because of Covid-19, and they were also extremely flexible and helpful regarding drop-off and pick-up of chairs. The chairs themselves were nicely packaged, clean, and looked very nice. I would absolutely recommend Classic Party Rentals/use them again. -

Great experience
I hired Classic Party Rentals to provide tables, benches, plates, glasses, and napkins for my small backyard wedding in August. It was easy to find everything I needed on their website with their representative pictures. Everything was delivered the day before our wedding and picked up two days afterward, which gave us plenty of time to clean up. When a bunch of our wine glasses broke in transit to us, they let us know about it before the delivery even arrived, and came a second time to drop off the replacements. I recommend working with them! -

Amazing to work with!
When we found out our reception had to be moved from our original venue to my in-laws' backyard because of COVID-19 we were all a little nervous. Classic Party Rentals went above and beyond to help us make the day absolutely perfect! Martha Pearce was amazing to work with, and was so helpful. The crew that delivered and set up our tent, tables, and chairs were professional and courteous. They were able to help us plan, in a limited amount of time, the perfect backyard reception! -

Best vendor I hired for my wedding!
CARRIE IS THE MOST INCREDIBLE VENDOR. I have to capitalize that as I cannot stress that enough. Without Carrie and her team at Classic Party Rentals our reception would have been a disaster! From the first few months in the planning process to the last few days prior to the wedding Carrie was communicative, helpful and beyond organized. She was the easiest and most communicative vendor. Great Experience
I worked with Patrick at Classic Party Rentals after traveling home to Richmond for an emergency planning trip. He immediately set me at ease about my rental needs and talked me through design and layout options to fit the style and budget of my wedding. What started as a stressful situation turned into a fun morning filled with beautiful fabrics, matching napkins, and china options for my reception tablescape. Patrick was knowledgeable, easy going, and an absolute joy to work with. When I returned to Boston, he took all of my phone calls, and processed all of my updates and changes with patience and goodwill. I never felt like I was getting the run around from him or his colleagues, or that I was on the sour end of the deal. I felt valued as a customer and pleased as a bride. All of Patrick’s suggestions and recommendations were spot on and came together perfectly on the big day! I can’t thank him enough for his professionalism and kindness at a moment of great anxiety, and for helping to make my wedding day magical in every way. Highly recommend! -

The team at Classic Party Rentals was so easy to work with. They were so communicative with my caterer that I didn't even feel like I needed to do much outside of pay! I worked with Emily (she's awesome!) and stopped by the warehouse once to look at linens—she showed me their inventory and I made my decision in less than 30 minutes. Prices were reasonable and they even sourced some carafes last minute for our mimosa bar. Highly recommend! -

Classic Party Rental is like Target: You don't know what you need until you get there! They have everything you need to decorate your event in every color you can think of. The only thing they didn't have were centerpieces so we rented chargers, pipe and drape, and a cake plateau for our wedding. Since our wedding was on Saturday, we had to pick up the items on Friday to be returned on Monday. There was no extra fee for that. Everything was clean and the pipe and drape was easy to assemble and take down. If I need to dress a party up again, I will definitely call Classic. -

I rented my sequin tablecloths from Classic Party Rentals and they were amazing! Classic Party Rentals had the best price on them and they were so much cheaper than buying. They made it easy to pick up and return the tablecloths. I really can't say enough good things! Talk to Carrie Black. -

I had the pleasure of working with Angela on an Editorial Shoot and she was a blessing! The entire team at Classic Party Rentals VA was flexible and willing to go above and beyond for me. They were very helpful in selecting linens and china for the event and making sure I had the correct sizes and colors. Their gold-rimmed chargers, as well as their blush linens were the stunning details I needed! I wouldn't have been able to do it without them and I cannot wait to work with them again in the future! -

Classic Party Rentals works with White House Catering. They had a beautiful selection of table clothes and so many colors and types to choose from. While the variety for place settings was a bit low, I did find the perfect settings for my family style meals. It was nice to know that my guests and I were taken care of. The settings turned out beautiful, could not have been happier! The staff was very nice and accommodating and the pricing was reasonable. They were also very quick to make any changes, I did not feel like I was putting them out (Even with my many changes.) Thank You CPR Team! -

We worked with Classic Party Rentals for both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding reception. When we initially began working on some of our details, we contacted them over the phone about colors/options for linens and the woman we spoke with offered to send us some samples. Just a few days later, we got a package in the mail (in California!) with samples of probably ~30 linens. It was such great service, and really helped us define what we were looking for. Once we decided to work with them, they were incredibly flexible with us as we continued to add items to our order, change amounts, etc. I think we added on napkins for our rehearsal dinner the week of our event! We also worked with an additional rental company for more eclectic pieces, and Classic Party worked with them, and our wedding planner, seamlessly. They are also upfront with their pricing - all of it is available right on their webpage - and we thought their prices were more than reasonable. Honestly, after we signed a contract with them, I didn't worry about our rentals - they were so on top of it. Great to work with! -

They had such great suggestions for ideas regarding the table linens. The options for dishes, glassware and table ware are pretty wide and I was able to achieve the look I wanted. Honey was delightful and has the patience of a saint with all the changes I made to the contract over time.
Prices are comparable to most other companies so I would not say it's necessarily a deal. -

We live in Indiana, but was married in Virginia last July. My husband is from Virginia and we wanted to go back there to be married. Planning a wedding from out of state is very hard and stressful. However, I contacted Classic Party Rentals, and the stress factor was gone. They took care of everything for me, from the rental of the chairs for the ceremony, to the beautiful chair ties and table cloths for our reception. Once we arrived a few days before the wedding, we met with Classic, and they took us through their facility, showing us their whole process of how they did things. We then went in to this huge room where there were racks and racks of every color you could imagine of napkins, table cloths and ties for the chairs. We matched our little color swatch perfect. They even set up a table and chair and tried out several color options so that we could see what they were going to look like. I would recommend Classic to anyone. I was 100% happy with my experience, and the pricing was awesome too. :)

Classic was recommended to me by my wedding planner-we mainly needed chairs for our event. I was surprised to find out how much chairs cost to rent-and we had our hearts set on gold chiavari chairs. One way any rental company can surprise you is "stacking" fees-there was a charge of $2 per chair listed id they were not broken down and stacked properly. Thankfully my planner and her team were expert enough that I could trust them to handle it. We didn't understand the "after-hours" transportation charge either-considering most events that use chair rentals tend to be evening events-but overall we were very happy with the product and the responsiveness of the vendor. They were able to re-adjust my numbers up until a few days before the wedding (as we had quite a few outstanding RSVPs!) and we received the deposit back promptly! -

We worked with Honey, and we had such a great experience. She invited us to the showroom where we played around with colors, tables, and chairs. She took our vision and added so many great ideas. I changed my mind about a few things along the way, so she received lots of calls and emails with little changes and made them quickly and without an issue! The only problem we ran into was that 12 tables we didn't order were delivered to the venue. We called to have them picked up, which they were quick to repond to. They didn't end up taking all of the tables away, so we had to hide them in a hallway, but it didn't cause any major problems. We absolutely recommends Classic for their service, value, wide selection of everything you could need, and their knowledge and expertise. -

We first met Angela Smith from Classic Party Rentals at a Meet the DJ night at our venue. She was there with some examples of reception tables. We loved her the first time we talked to her. And her service was fantastic throughout the planning process. We went to the warehouse on a Saturday to meet with her in person, and she really worked winin our budget. We worked with Angela from Classic Party Rentals and she was so helpful in planning the tables, chairs, plates, tent, linens, etc. for our wedding. We had one in person meeting where walked the warehouse, set-up a mock-up/made decisions and worked through email/phone from there. She was quick to provide an updated estimated invoice for any changes throughout the process and gave honest suggestions, like suggesting we reduce the size of our tent from a quote provided by another company, which was unnecessarily twice as large than what we needed. Be sure to double check all the quantities and sizes of everything in your invoice though to make sure they're the recommended size/count for your guest count. We caught a number mistakes that were easily corrected but would have caused quite a problem the day of our wedding.
A note about the invoice - we opted out of paying the damage waiver by providing proof of insurance and we were so glad we did! We couldn't really get a straight answer about how it worked and had A LOT of back and forth about it but basically you pay hundreds (ours would have been almost $500) in a non-refundable damage waiver and are still responsible for any damages in excess of that amount OR opt out by providing proof of homeowners/renters insurance, pay nothing up front and receive an invoice for any actual damage after the wedding, which came to about $53... -

Angela was excellent to work with! We did have an issue after the wedding, where the pick up crew did not pick up a cocktail table that was in plain site and didn't alert us that one was missing until a few days later. We only had eight, so it should have been obvious one was missing. They actually were attempting to contact us while we were on our honeymoon! I told Angela how disappointed I was in this and she was more than apologetic and sent the apologies of the owners as well! I would just recommend you arrange for someone to be there AND supervise the pick up crew to eliminate any headaches later.
Their selection is outstanding and all of our rentals (chairs, tables, linens, flatware) were in excellent condition and arrived on time. I was impressed with the options and Angela worked with me to find items that worked with our budget, but still allowed us to have the look we were going for.
I will suggest that you check prices if you're on a budget. We were able to find a generator less than they quoted us. But they sublet some items, so the extra cost may worth it to you to work with just one rental vendor.

They were wonderful! I picked out all of my rentals about 2 weeks before the wedding and they had everything that I wanted on hand. Delivery and set up were perfect and I loved all of our choices for linens, silverware, tableware, chairs, tables, etc. Could not have been easier! -

Everything was delivered and set up on time.
Classic Party Rentals was great from the start. We were able to visit the show room and see everything in person. Our items were delivered and picked up when we requested and I was able to make changes up to a week before the wedding. -

My napkins, runners, and table linens were delivered on time and very pretty. However, they were very wrinkled and we had to iron all of the linens. Other than that classic rentals has great selections. -

Rented tables and chairs for my wedding and while the order wasn't recorded properly, the crew had the exact tables I was missing on their truck and cleared it to drop them for us and return to the warehouse to pick up replacements before their next delivery to save us the wait and even took payment for them on the spot. A little pricey for chairs, a little delayed in delivery and pick up and minor (averted) fiasco with the order, but their professionalism and ability and willingness to work to help remedy the issue more than made up for it! -

Classic Party Rentals of Virginia has a huge selection of rentals for weddings. The table toppers and runners truly made the reception location look spectacular! We got so many compliments on how pretty the tables were.
Angela Smith is a fabulous and caring individual. She is a real professional, and always made me feel like a special client. Her responses were always prompt and she was highly knowledgable about our rentals, and payment plan information. Working with Angela took a lot of stress our of our planning, and because she had such great ideas!
I would definitely reccomend them for your wedding or next event.

We loved dealing with Classic Party Rentals! They were the cheapest we could find, considering our wedding was on a Sunday, which doubles the delivery fee. The guy who set them up was VERY early (compared to all our other vendors) and was flexible with the time to pick them up (we needed them gone earlier so we could leave!) They were great all around. -

Angela, at Classic Party Rentals was great to work with! Not only was she very knowledgeable about the products they rent, but she was also knowledgeable about the event business and how the products might work with different types of events. We were given a tour of the whole warehouse and all of the products offered which provided a full view of the process. We really enjoyed working with Classic Party rentals and were extremely happy with the way everything turned out. -

Great products, poor communication with customers. Every time I would call to ask a question, no matter who I talked to they had some kind of attitude like you were inconveniencing them. Aside from that, everything else went great! Prices were the best in comparison to similar companies. -

We initially picked Classic because they had beautiful farm tables that fit our vintage theme and were reasonably priced compared with other vendors. They had a wide variety of linen options and they let me play with different table sizes, china, glassware, and flatware in their showroom so I could master our look while still being functional with our food service style. Sandra was a great listener, understood our vision, and gave really good suggestions. (For our sorbet, she recommended classy champagne coupes with functional base plates) We reviewed quantities for each course so that we could set up calculations to easily help us determine our final amounts once we had our final guest count. She was flexible to deliver (with a fee) to our remote site, and she allowed us to have Wednesday drop-off and Monday pick-up so we could set up early and avoid additional venue fees. When the rentals arrived, they were lovely. The venue loved the farm tables so much they wanted to keep them! The gold chiavaris were a little inconsistent (some were plastic and some were wood), but we arranged them so that it was less obvious and Classic had sent a few extras so we were able to make adjustments. The one complaint I have isn’t necessarily their fault, but I still want to share. Our caterer asked Classic if they could see my order and they thought it looked like I had too many small plates on my order and they took it upon themselves to reduce MY order and not tell or ask me! The caterer’s many other mistakes caused us not to need some of the plates, but I wish someone from Classic had called me to ask me instead of just trusting our bad caterer. I blame the caterer more than Classic, but funny enough, Classic is a great company and they profusely apologized and took full responsibility and refunded me the money for the mistake. I feel that they are good people to do business with, and I would definitely recommend them to other brides. -

Nina is very friendly and super helpful when it comes to choosing which rentals work best for your wedding. She even makes sure it fits your budget. We rented white outdoor white folding chairs for our garden ceremony. They were the basic white chairs that went perfectly with the setting. She had other options but said that we could save money with the basic ones which could still look beautiful. And they did!
She also lets you take a look at the rental options. My Husband and I were allowed to set up different archs to see how they looked before making a decision. I think that having the actual rental to observe in person is so much better than pictures. -

Classic party rentals was easy to work with and very flexible on changing numbers of items and items. All items were delivered and picked up in timely manner. My only complaint was the state in which some of the items were in. I ordered 120 the silver charger plates and very many of them were damaged. On the border of the plates, almost all of them had the silver scratched off with black showing. Once everything was pulled together with the rest of the table decor I doubt it was noticeable to the guests, but they were not as nice as I was expecting. I was told there was an emergency number to contact if items needed to be replaced, but with so many of them messed up- and already set up by the venue before I noticed the damage- it would have hardly been worth it and I am not sure the ones they would have brought would have been in any better shape. -

Honeylyn was amazing! She proviced great ideas and great customer service. My main complaint is that there were several different people sending me emails regarding our order. It would have been helpful to have one, or two max, contact people so as to ease confusion during an already stressful time period. Also, I felt like the prices were a bit high, but everything was of great quality so that is only a minor complaint. -
