Working with Heather at Classic Catering & Events was an absolute dream. She was personable, responsive, knowledgeable, KIND, and professional from day one; it's evident that she cares deeply about her couples and is invested in their weddings. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she offered her expert opinion and gave countless helpful suggestions around food pairings, cake choices, bar service options, and more. And not to mention the food and cakes were DELICIOUS - we received so many compliments on all of it! From helping to make the planning process stress-free, to providing the highest quality of service at our reception, to wrapping up leftovers and our cake for us to enjoy after the wedding, Classic Catering gave us the best catering/bartending experience imaginable. We can't recommend them enough! -

We had Heather as our caterer and our bartender. First of all, prior to us booking them, her mom was sweet enough to drop some samples off at my office for us to try! We instantly booked them then. Heather is super responsive and has kept me sane the entire wedding process! Initially, in the beginning, I never realized they do literally everything, from coordinating, florals, cake, etc. that I wish we had her for EVERYTHING! The food was a hit!! Everyone raved over the food the whole reception. Not to mention, the groomsmen loved her as well!! We loved Heather and I will recommend her 100% to anyone who asks. -

There are too many good things to say about Classic Catering! Heather and her team were a dream to work with. From the first email to the final confirmation, Heather was always quick to answer any questions we had, and was so flexible when I wanted to add stuff to our menu. She sent over all the detailed menu and alcohol options, and had so many great options to choose from, it was hard to pick just a couple! Not to mention, everything was so affordable compared to other vendors we researched. On our wedding day, Heather and her team showed up on time, and had set up everything so beautifully! They did our wedding cake too, and it looked just like what I had pictured, and it also tasted great too! We had so many people at our reception say how good the food was. At the end of the night, Heather packed up some food for us to take home, and it was so nice to just eat with my new husband and talk about our favorite parts of the day. I wish I could get married again just for the food! Heather and her team really knocked it out of the park, and I would recommend her to any newly engaged couple! -

Classic Catering catered our wedding and made our cake for our wedding and it was such a great decision!! We went with a cookie cake because we like them more than regular cake and it was amazing. The prices are also unbeatable. Look no further for catering or someone to do your cake! Heather and her mom are like family to us now! -

Absolutely LOVED classic catering and events! We have recommended them to everyone! The food and cake is phenomenal we had sooo many compliments and so much left over . They even made our plates for us and brought them to us! Even contacted us after the wedding . They even offer everything you need for the catering like plates and silverware . This people are awesome . Shoot your shot with them you won’t regret it! They also offer payment arrangements so you are not stressing! -

Looking for a company that is professional, fun, thoughtful, and go the extra mile? Well, look no further, Classic Catering and Events is for YOU! From the very first email with them, to a month after our wedding, they have been nothing shy of amazing. I didn't know what to expect, but after booking them, I immediately knew we went with the right catering company. Heather was always so quick to respond to my emails and work with me on all my millions of questions. She felt more like a friend, then someone we were paying to provide food for our wedding. Speaking of food, the BBQ pork, potato bar, salad bar, and rolls were all delicious and displayed beautifully! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone! We feel like they are not just a company, but friends for a lifetime -

We have use Classic catering twice. One for my sons wedding in May,2020 and our daughters wedding June, 2021. They do a great good and would recommend them for all your catering needs. -

Booking Classic Catering and Events was probably the best decision I made during the wedding process. Heather was absolutely amazing from the start! Heather and her crew handled our food, flowers and bar, and everything was amazing! My flowers were to die for and everything I had ever dreamed of! My food was the talk of the night and I had so many compliments on it! You will not regret booking with Classic Catering, Heather is so relatable and so incredibly easy to work with! I would 100% recommend Classic Catering to anyone!! -

I could not have asked for a better florist and caterer all in one, than I got with Heather and her team at Classic Catering and Events! From day 1 Heather made us feel like we were a part of her "crew," she asked all the right questions, made all the right suggestions, really listened to my vision and made it come to life - with flowers and food.
The flowers and the decorating that she and her team did were absolutely beautiful, and the food was delicious.
I would recommend Classic Catering for any event, any day! We are truly lucky and it was a true honor to have them as a part of our day! -

Can’t recommend Heather, Kim, and their team enough!!! Especially considering the current situation, and then hurricane weather on top of it, everything ran so smoothly. We did our catering, florals, cakes, bartending, and coordinating through them and it was all fantastic! I was absolutely blown away by our flowers and Heather was literally the reason I made it through the day! Everyone was super easy to work with. 200% would work with them again! -

Planning a wedding is hard enough - planning a wedding in the middle of a pandemic is even harder. Heather and Kim made sure I was taken care of. From helping me replan our entire wedding to making sure we were getting the right silverware. If I had to get married again, I wouldn’t do it without them and honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either. The flowers, planning, food (most important parts) were all handled after I said what I wanted. Truly would not have wanted anyone else with me for my wedding and so glad I didn’t have to go without them. -

As a former bride, I used them for my wedding Nov. 3, 2019, I’d like to scream from the rooftops.. Phenomenal! Heather went above any expectations I could’ve ever imagined. From catering, coordinating my wedding day, flowers, to being my personal best friend for the day.. I couldn’t of asked for a better group of people to work with! They are very organized, met up with me on multiple occasions up until the wedding. Were available 24/7 via text, phone or email.. Heather was always there. I’d recommend her to absolutely anyone, she gave me so much ease on the most stressful day of my life.. I felt not an ounce of stress! I can’t thank Classic Catering enough for being so great & just being down to earth. You will not regret using them for any of your needs! -

The BEST wedding caterer EVER!!
Heather and Kim with Classic Catering and Events could not have done a better job catering my wedding on 11/2/19. They were so helpful and nice every step of the planning process. They even accommodated to my special food requests. The food was to die for and got several compliments. They also made my cake, which was both beautiful and delicious! Everything was exactly the way I wanted it, from the food, bartender, and even cake cutting. If you’re looking for delicious food and exceptional service...you’ve found it! -

Heather and Kim did a phenomenal job on the food and wedding cake! There was no better value around, and when I made last minute additions to the menu, they didn't even blink! They took away so much worry and handled all of the details. On the day of our wedding, they made plates for us, so we could eat privately while our guests were eating. It was just wonderful and the food was outstanding. Our guests have told us how much they the food and the wedding cake. And their dessert shooters were such a big hit - you can't beat them for the price. Thank you so much ladies for making our day so perfect! -

This mother and daughter team EXCEEDED all of our expectations! Having to plan my daughter's wedding from Atlanta, Ga, was no easy task. Several times, we met with disappointment from other caterers, who didn't come through on responses, tasting sessions, etc. After consulting, and scheduling tasting sessions with 3 other Birmingham caterers, this vendor outperformed the rest. The personal touches, suggestions, flexibility, and quality of their dishes were awesome. We even had them make the wedding cake. It was beautiful AND delicious! Well done! I can say with certainty that Classic Catering and Events is the best team when it comes to catering, cakes, flowers, planning, and just hands-down good quality service. Very flexible and affordable, and the response time is phenomenally quick. Heather helped give me pointers and suggestions, even outside of catering and cakes. The food was delicious and everyone raved about the breakfast buffet! I would definitely recommend them to any bride. Because, no matter what your needs are, they can help! -

Phenomenal
Kim and Heather provided the food and flowers for my wedding December 29, 2018. The food was delicious and the flowers were beautiful! I am in awe of what the ladies did on Saturday - they came in, set up - and showed out! We got so many compliments on the food and they sent us home with a plate when it was over❤️. They also stayed behind and made sure everything was spotless when it was over! Heather worked with me on the flowers and gave me the most detailed quote I have ever seen and her arrangements did not disappoint! All the bouquets were gorgeous and she put together the most beautiful centerpieces even with all my last minute changes! I will definitely use them in the future for any event and have recommended them to several friends who are just engaged! They are amazing to work with!!! -

Fantastic all around!
Kim & Heather are absolutely fantastic! I used several of their offered services for my wedding - catering, cakes, event planning, & floral services. The food was incredible and all of our guests raved over how yummy the food was and that the line was worth the wait. I decided to go a less traditional route for cakes. I had a donut tower cake with a chocolate on chocolate layer for the topper. She had extra sheet cakes for guests that wanted cake instead of donuts. My husband had a strawberry cake with strawberry icing. I left cake toppers and flowers & they worked their magic! Heather was beyond helpful in planning my wedding. I basically told her what I wanted every step of the way & she made it happen. She did my invitations, favors, programs, coordination, and so much more. They both knew budget was a main concern for me. Let's be realistic though, you can't get something for nothing. You have to expect to pay for some things especially when you have a large number of guests. There's not a thing I would change about our wedding and Classic Catering & Events was a huge part in making it what it was! They are both very responsive and are always happy to answer any questions. Parts of my wedding is also featured on their website.
Side note: Several of our friends are getting married (and friends of friends) and they have booked Classic Catering & Events for their weddings, baby showers, some for event services for lingerie showers, and have all been elated with the service! -
