  When you’re with class act you are family forever!

  When working with Kimby Ursula and Cassandra they are truly like family. Kimby was there in even my darkest times I remember while planning our wedding my mom took an unexpected turn and Kimby came and brought flowers for my moms bedside. I remember Cassandra making this Mother’s Day dinner that I ordered for my mom and my mom super excited for the wedding even more! I remember Ursula coming to me the day of the wedding while getting ready just knowing exactly what to do for me to feel calm cause trust me I was all over the place that day. I remember late nights emailing Kimby about the plans and the decor and then boom 🤯 I walk into the once empty venue that has magically transformed into beauty and the beast theme. I almost half expected Lumiere to pop up singing “be our guest” it was so beautiful I fear I’ll never see anything as beautiful and perfect again in my life. Thank you three so much for everything you have done in the 2 and a half years we’ve been working together and I hope to see you again very soon!! -Kayla & Devonte Johnson

  Wedding Planner 10/28/23

  The services we received from Kimby were outstanding! I was able to talk to her directly, and no back and forth craziness with trying to connect. Kimby made the most stunning flower arrangements as well as she was professional and delivered 100a%. I would have to say she was hands down one of the best vendors we used and my guests complimented her very much. Thank you from Cara and George

  Vow Renewal

  The team was super helpful and patient throughout my planning and event process. The day of the event, a separate vendor was suppose to deliver a dish. Come to find out, I forgot to pay them so they never delivered it. Kimby from ClassAct got her team to pick up the dish and paid for it to bring back for the event. She was able to let me know later in order to reimburse her.

  Worry-free Wedding Coordinator/Caterer

  I had the best experience with A Class Act, LLC. My husband and I did not have to worry about anything. Kimby asked us what type of wedding we wanted and she far exceeded our expectations. They are worth every penny as they created a very elegant and classy wedding and reception. I would highly recommend them to anyone (especially those who do not know how to create a beautiful experience). I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. The food was excellent and the decor was amazing. They were the ultimate professionals!!!!

  Amazing Experience!

  Class Act LLC was the best choice I made while planning my wedding during the pandemic. Thess ladies were a wealth of knowledge about any and everything pertaining to a wedding. I wouldn't have made it to my big day without them! I will continue to hire them for all of my events.

  Hiring Class Act LLC was the best thing I could have done for my wedding!!!

  Kimby and her team were amazing from start to finish. She was both my coordinator and decorator. She also provided my appetizers for the cocktail hour. She took my vision of a Wooded Wonder Land wedding and made it a reality. I'm mean seriously!!! It felt so good to say "talk to my coordinator"lol. I have a hard time trusting people to do what they agreed to. I had no worries or stress with Class Act. Kimby and the team exceeded my expectations. Kimby was a part of my life for a year and it will take some getting used to her moving on however, Class Act will always be the team that helped me create WONDERFUL memories. Thanks, Kimby and team!!!!

Even with the ever changing COVID guidelines for events in Virginia at the time, Kimby and Cassandra had a plan no matter which path we decided to take. Originally, we planned on having a huge wedding of about 250 guests but ultimately, we ended up reducing our guest list to 60. Class Act was able to configure our set up so our venue spaces didn't feel so big and empty. Our wedding day wouldn't have been the same without them! Thank you Cassandra, Kimby & Ursula!

It was great to have a team who were willing to contribute in any way to make our special day memorable. Class Act arrived to our venue on time and provided a beautiful set up. Our guests were impressed with the bar tending service and the drinks. Class Act suggested we come up with a few signature drinks and they executed our wishes perfectly.

  My name is Ayshia and I first met Kimby and Ms.Cassandra in 2015 when I asked them to do a candy table for my wedding! My husband and I along with my guest were amazed at the final product. After that we shared their business information with everyone that was planning an event and they have done multiple events and desserts for us throughout the years! They are amazing at their art and you will be pleased every time!
