    I don't know where to begin with Maria and the team at Clambake Connection! We used them for our destination wedding in the Catskills, NY. Maria was extremely responsive to all of our calls and emails. We set up a tasting and were able to pick up various items (aside from the shellfish) from their location to try at home. For the wedding we decided to have lobster and shellfish clam bake with a pig roast and BBQ chicken. It was PHENOMENAL! Our guests to this day tell us it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. We had cornbread, Mac & Cheese, coleslaw and tomato salad on the side. For dessert, we didn't want cake, and instead Maria brought all the fixings (minus the ice-cream) for an awesome ice cream sundae bar. I couldn't recommend Maria and her team enough, I hope to use the Clambake Connection again for something in the future!

    Thanks to Maria and the Clambake Connection team, my now husband and I were able to have the wedding we didn’t think would be possible! While we weren’t set on many of the details for our wedding, one of our top priorities was having a laid back lobster bake. Little did we know how difficult that would prove to be in Manhattan. After another Connecticut-based lobster bake caterer seemed to be overwhelmed with the logistics that would be involved in our wedding, we found ourselves searching for another caterer with just a few months to go. We stumbled upon the Clambake Connection site and could not have had better luck! From our first conversation with Maria, she immediately put us at ease and was committed to making our vision a reality. Our venue typically partners with an exclusive caterer so, needless to say, bringing in a lobster bake posed several logistical challenges—Maria approached each and every one with a positive spirit and a willingness to problem solve. She drove into Manhattan from Connecticut for a site visit and made us feel so comfortable with her from our first meeting.

    Our wedding was yesterday and, while we were worried about several elements, we didn’t worry about Maria and her team for a moment. The food was delicious—many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had—and Maria was there throughout the reception with her typical smiling face to check in on us and ensure that everything went off without a hitch.

    We cannot put into words how grateful we are to Maria and her team—thank you for making our Manhattan lobster bake a reality!

    Nothing but positive reviews for Clambake Connection. Our wedding was catered (food and open bar) by Maria and her staff. Maria was very communicative throughout the whole process. Her team was very courteous and professional, and with their help, the venue looked beautiful for the wedding! The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests loved it! Writing this review a few days later, I still have cravings for the lobster and clams! I will definitely recommend Clambake Connection for anyone seeking to host events in the future.

    Maria & the Clambake Connection staff were absolutely amazing! They catered our wedding with the most amazing lobster clambake & bartended our evening with delicious drinks! Maria helped us create a custom menu and drink list for a very reasonable price. Maria and her crew set-up tables, chairs, and our rental linens beautifully, and clean-up without a hitch! The Clambake Connection was professional, courteous, and delightful to work with! They made our night completely stress-free. Our guests continue to tell us how great the food was! We sincerely thank the Clambake Connection for helping to create our dream wedding!

    Maria was Fantastic to work with. We came into town for a destination wedding from Florida and she made our planning smooth and painless. She took care of the Tent, lighting, Tables, Linens, Silverware and all Rentals to make everything a One Stop service. The Clam Bake and Barbeque for our guests the next day were both great. Her service staff were very helpful as well and we had more than enough of everything.

    The Clambake Connection has catered our End of Summer outings for several years. We always have it off-site, usually at one of the parks or beaches. We always have hamburgers, vegi burgers, hotdogs, their great bar b que chicken, and sides. Maria is wonderful to work with. When she is given the headcount she knows exactly how much food and beverage is needed. The staff that caters the event is always extremely helpful, courteous and always helps us pack up any leftovers. I highly recommend the Clambake Connection because they are dependable and do their job well.

    First of all, the food at clambake connection is amazing. The mussels and clams were so flavorful, the lobsters were large and stunning....the food far surpassed my expectations. I thought the service and presentation was great, but the food was truly delicious and people have since asked me about it. But here's the thing: the experience was terrific because of Maria. She was so responsive, flexible, open to my ideas, accommodating, and positive. She is a great listener and solutions-oriented and her patience and energy made her so fun to work with. She really tried to make it work. Thank you, Maria!

    These guys were great! Used them for my wedding last year. It was the hottest day on record EVER in Madison, but they were such troopers cooking over the hot grills for hours! They showed up early to setup and cleaned up everything! I can't say anything bad, they really delivered on what they promised :)

    Clambake Connection provides the most outstanding professional services and will cater to your every need. Fast, reliable, courteous, with the best prices in town, not to mention great mix n'match menu selections which you can't get anywhere else, which other catering companies won't allow you to do. They have been my clambake caterer for events for 11 years at Events R Us and I won't go anywhere else.

    We had a wedding reception picnic event for my family and friends at a date after our small wedding ceremony. Clam bake connection was perfect for the casual pig roast reception we wanted. They had the menu items we wanted, and even customized our menu for a reduced price. Their service was professional and the food was delicious! Everything was set up and disposed of, so we didn't have to worry about anything. All of my guests enjoyed the food and service, and one guest commented on having a similar event catered by Clam bake Connection in the future.

    October Wedding -

    Got married in October - food was good and staff was friendly - didn’t feel to confident going into the day as we constantly had to correct information that was given it felt like a million times gave instructions as requested in how we wanted things set up and most of it was not done correctly - tables weren’t placed in the right spot cupcakes were suppose to be on wine crates but name tags were there instead - cake was suppose to be on a wine barrel but was placed on a table instead - kids table activities were put on the s’mores table a wine crate was also suppose to be used on our cigar bar but was used to display cocktail hour snacks and none of the cocktail hour decorations were placed at cocktail hour they were oddly placed around the reception I feel I was given the wrong impression from Maria that weddings were something that could be handled when I labeled all the boxes and gave a written itinerary and directions to everyone that played a role in our wedding day - would recommend for basic backyard cookout not for large event or wedding function
