After having issues with my first wedding dress, I had to quickly find another one—and I’m so grateful I found Claire’s Fashion in Delaware. I called the store and spoke with a team member (I unfortunately don’t remember her name), and she was incredibly helpful from the start. She sent me multiple photos and videos of the dress, which gave me confidence to move forward.
I had the dress shipped to Florida, and it arrived in PERFECT condition—truly brand new, just as she promised. I was honestly a bit skeptical at first, since we all know dresses in stores are often tried on and can show wear, but this one was flawless.
Huge thank you to the team for the excellent service, fair pricing, and great shipping care. I ended up wearing this dress on my wedding day, and I couldn’t be happier!

After reading reviews about Claire’s, I knew I had to go there to shop for my wedding dress and I am SO glad I did! Ariel was an amazing consultant to work with. She truly respected my budget and I was able to try on plenty of dresses at a reasonable price. The whole experience was so much fun! I Said "Yes" to the dress!
Claire's Fashions has an amazing set of designers to choose from! That was what first drew me to this boutique. Katie pulled a bunch of dresses that I had "favorited" from their online look book and some others she thought I might like! I felt comfortable trying on dresses here as a mid size girl, they had a huge variety of sizes of sample gowns. I tried on all different styles and narrowed it down to an A-line cut. Katie helped me find a few dresses I really liked! I ended up coming back for a second appointment and saying "Yes!" to my dress!! No other dress could top the one I found at Claire's Everyone I have worked with so far has been amazing and helpful!! I cannot wait to pick up my dress in January! :)

Fantastic Dress Buying Experience
I found my dream dress at Claire's. It was a fabulous experience. My bridesmaids and I were assisted by Marnita as I tried on different dresses. She had excellent advice for dresses to try on and how to choose the right one. In the end I went with the second dress I tried on but Marnita was very patient with me so I could make sure I got my dream dress. The dress came in within the timeline they expected. I'm so thrilled with my experience at Claire's I'm definitely planning to come back for other formal occasions.

Best Wedding Attire for All
Claire's is probably one of the best shops for available variety and value of wedding dresses. They are located in an unassuming house on Wilmington Pike, about 20 minutes from Philly and are well worth the trip. After being frustrated with the selection at well known local shops, I was very impressed with the available styles, quality, and price of their dresses. My matron of honor felt the same and purchased her dress there as well. The staff was incredible and most helpful.

My older sister had gotten her wedding dress from here and highly recommended I get an appointment. Since they had dresses by Essense of Australia, a brand I had followed for years, I booked an appointment. I had Marnita as a consultant and she did not disappoint! She listened, shared my vision, and picked gorgeous dresses!
There was a specific dress I wanted to try on that they had. Marnita got it for me, no questions asked. I had a veil cape that I’m going to wear. She loved it and even helped with it too. When I finally found my dress, she turned me towards a mirror and told me “that’s what (fiancé) will see”. SEALED THE DEAL! If you live within driving distance, GO THERE! You will not be disappointed!
Update after wedding: 100% the vendor I would recommended the most for all brides!

Found my dress here!
Claire's Fashion was my my fifth destination while wedding dress shopping. I was getting nervous that I wasn't going to find my dream dress until I landed on their website and saw their beautiful and wide range of gowns. I emailed them to schedule an appointment and they were very quick to respond and remained communicative throughout the whole experience. Their website is super well organized; once you create a portal, it allows you to see exactly which gowns they have in stock at their boutique. They were able to schedule me quickly and once I arrived, Kristen set me up in a really cute private room. I was there alone because my friends and family couldn't attend, but she made the whole experience so fun, as if she were there as one of my friends. She was sweet, professional, and enthusiastic the whole time, and even took a bunch of great photos for me since I was alone. It took me a few days to make my decision and I appreciated that they weren't pushy with me during that time. I'm so happy and excited with my choice! I highly recommend Claire's Fashion and Kristen to any bride-to-be.

Before my appointment, I was able to access the online portal and favorite dresses that were my style. Ask for Nicole, she is a godsend!
As a plus size girl, I was terrified of wedding dress shopping. I saw that Claire's had a very wide range of sizes offered but vocalized my concerns to my consultant Nicole. Words cannot express how amazing she was but I most certainly will try! I came in with a very distinct style in mind (fun long sleeves) and a very specific dress that I knew Claire's carried. We saved The Dress for the very end. Nicole was super helpful, the perfect mix of supportive and optimistic while being real with me, which is exactly what I needed. We went through a few dresses and every time I had thoughts on the one I was currently in, Nicole worked with me to find another one that fit the guidelines. At the end of the day, only The Dress was left. There was no way the sample would fit but after draping and pinning it, my entourage and I knew that it did indeed deserve the title of The Dress. After taking some measurements, Nicole very calmly told me that even thought The Dress did not come in my bridal size, there were several options we could take such as buying additional fabric, turning the zippered back into a corset, etc. She was incredibly knowledgeable with how to make it my dream wedding day. I ordered The Dress and additional fabric and waited. About a month later, Nicole called me to say that the dress line was expanding their size range and that she had canceled the original order with the fabric to order a new one in my actual size. The fact that she remembered me and my concerns even after the purchase spoke volumes for me. I already was going to be leaving an amazing review for Claire's and Nicole but my gosh, the extra mile that Nicole went to help me just was phenomenal. Thank you, ladies, I cannot wait to see my dress in January!

I'm so glad that I went dress shopping at Claire's! I found a dress that I loved online, and Claire's carries the designer but did not have that specific style. I called 10 days before my appointment and they were able to get a loaner dress in for me to try on. It ended up being the perfect dress for me! I'm so glad that I called to ask, and am endlessly grateful to the Claire's team for getting that dress into the store. Once I arrived for my appointment, Jackie was an excellent consultant and helped me feel confident in my decision without being pushy. Also, I live in Colorado and Jackie reassured me that they will be flexible on the pick up window once the dress arrives so that I don't need to make a separate trip to the East Coast just to pick it up. I have been anxious about dress shopping for months! I cannot recommend Claire's Fashions enough! After several other disappointing bridal appointments, we had the most amazing experience here. Our consultant Ariel was extremely kind, attentive, and supportive! She really cared about finding me my perfect dress and was so patient with me. We absolutely loved her and can't believe how helpful she was!! I was able to try on many dresses during one appointment and I loved almost every dress. Great designers and prices. Claires also had the best customer service we have ever experienced! So accommodating and helpful through the whole process.

Helpful, pleasant & accommodating
I was stuck between two dresses at two different stores and needed to see them side by side to help decide. That wasn’t possible, but Claire’s let me come in at the last minute right after seeing the other dress and gave me the trunk show price right then since I needed to order it right away and couldn’t wait until the weekend to attend the trunk show. They even showed me a few helpful tips. It was a great experience!

Wonderful Bridal Shop!
I had an excellent experience at Claire's. I had just so happened to be cancelled on at a different store and had frantically made an appointment at Claire's. They were so accommodating and flexible with scheduling my appointment. Samantha was my consultant and she was absolutely amazing! She helped me to find a dress that suited my body type and was outside of the dresses I had originally planned to try on! She helped me find the perfect dress for the big day! I am so glad that I was destined to go to Claire's!

Amazing experience
I had the most amazing experience at Claire's. It was the first and only place I went to try on wedding dresses. Morgan instantly made me feel welcome and comfortable. She was so sweet and helpful. Her and the other employees are what made my experience so great. They were super smart and informative and helped me find and try on dresses I wouldn't have otherwise tried. I never felt rushed or stressed, thanks to them. They all helped me "say yes to the dress" and I am so excited that I found my wedding dress there!

Amazing shop that went above and beyond
Claire's was the first place I went to to find my wedding dress and the last, and they went absolutely above and beyond for me. First, not only is it a super cute, clean shop with very friendly staff, but because you're able to pick styles before you even arrive at your appointment, the process is very streamlined. Shannon was extremely attentive my entire appointment without being pushy and knew exactly what I was going for—I didn't hate anything she put me in—and it was her last pick for me that ended up being the dress! The only reason I didn't purchase it on the spot was because I had another appointment later in the day and wanted to at least visit two places before making a decision. When that appointment ended up not going as I hoped, my bridesmaid called Claire's to see if they could squeeze me in that same day before they closed—in ten minutes. They said absolutely, and after rushing inside, it honestly felt like coming home. Shannon already had the dress ready to go, I tried it on, and said yes minutes later! The staff was extremely accommodating despite it being closing time and also very enthusiastic and supportive. It almost felt like I had more friends in my party! Long story short I can't recommend Claire's enough and I'm forever grateful to Shannon for making my wedding dress experience so wonderful even with everything going on in the world.

Beyond My Wildest Dreams
My experience with Wedding Dress shopping was beyond what I ever imagined it could be (especially during a pandemic). Ariel was my Bridal consultant and she was the most thorough, kind and attentive consultant I could have ever asked for. You can really tell she loves her job! She really listened to my likes and dislikes and really helped me select the perfect dress for me. Even when everything was said and done and ordered, I became uneasy with the veil I initially picked, Ariel was more than happy to bring me back in and re-pick veils to go with my dress. I cannot wait to go through the rest of this process with Ariels assistance.

Had my "Say Yes To The Dress" Moment at Claire's
Claire's is top notch for wedding dress shopping. I had bought two prom dresses previously from Claire's so when the time came for me to get married, I knew where to return! When you make an appointment online, you are given an account where you can look through their inventory online and are given information on pricing for all of the gowns. I found this so helpful because I was able to look around within my budget and "favorite" the gowns I liked. When I came in for my appointment, several of the gowns I had "favorited" online were already pulled for me. I ended up buying the first dress I put on, which was one that I had been looking at online for weeks prior to my appointment. My consultant, Dolores, was so incredibly helpful and let me try on another 10-15 dresses during my appointment and made me feel like an absolute princess. She also helped me choose my headpiece and veil. Purchasing my gown was easy, and I received an email about 2 weeks later giving me an estimated ship date for my gown and telling me all of the next steps. I also bought my gown while a trunk show was going on, so I got an additional 10% discount which was awesome. I would recommend Claire's to anyone!

Amazing experience and found my dream dress!
Claire's was an amazing experience. I have to say finding a wedding dress was not something I was super looking forward to… They totally changed that. I worked with Samantha who was a dream. She took all of the things that I loved in every dress that I tried on into consideration, kept them in her back pocket, and towards the end of my appointment she pulled out this gown that I just could not even believe was real life. It had everything that I loved in the other dresses in one gown. I decided on Allure 9501 and because of Samantha I found my dream dress. She is the sweetest most genuine salesperson I have ever worked with. I have recommended Claire's to so many since my appointment.

I went to Claire's and had the pleasure of working with Jackie. Before I walked into the appointment I was impressed, they had ordered in a specific dress I wanted to try on (make sure you email them in advance if there is something specific you really want to try) and had pulled many of the dresses I had pre-selected from their portal. Jackie was incredible, pulled dresses that were very much my style, and was accommodating of my family and I. Jackie let me take my time in each gown, knew how to guide me to articulate what I did and didn't like about each dress and had me leave with the dress of my dreams. Can't wait to go back with my mom to find her dress for the wedding!

I went to 14 stores in search of my wedding dress! Although I didn’t find it at Claire’s, I ended up purchasing it there. Out of all of the stores I went to, I can honestly only name two where I had a great experience from beginning to end, one of which was Claire’s. Jackie was welcoming, patient, honest, and genuinely a nice person. She wasn’t pushy at all and would even correspond with me after work hours. Once I found “the dress” at a different store, I knew I wanted to give Jackie the sale since she carried the same designer. For me, dress shopping became stressful since I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted, and I knew I had to order something asap before it wouldn’t come in in time. Jackie made me feel comfortable and I truly appreciate her for that. I also want to note that I picked out my veil at Claire’s that I fell in love with. There was a little discrepancy and the veil wasn’t going to be in in time for my wedding. Courtney looked into it for me and realized she had the same veil in stock for another bride, but she wasn’t getting married until next year and could order her a new one. I really appreciate her doing that for me. I would have had to settle with a used store sample. Thank you again ladies!

I love my dress!
Highly recommend! I was able to look at pictures and pick out dresses before my appointment that the store pulled for me, so they were able to see my style. When I got there, they were really welcoming and answered all my questions. The dress I bought, I knew looking at it on the hanger that it was my dress. It shipped really fast and the seamstress they recommended was fantastic.

Bridal consultant who really LISTENS!
My experience at Claire's Fashions with Elaine was superb! She showed me a book of dresses all in my price range, took feedback after every dress, and kept adjusting based on what was and wasn't working. Elaine helped me break down exactly what I liked or didn't like about each dress, and ultimately pulled one that I would never have selected--but it was PERFECT. My mom wasn't with me, so I had to make another appointment to come back, and Elaine was fantastic yet again. She cheerfully pulled a few more dresses to confirm that what I had liked was the one, then helped me figure out veil and belt. Elaine is so sweet, a wonderful listener, and possesses excellent taste and a great eye. The salon is definitely more private and pleasant than my experiences elsewhere, the customer service is superb, and the selection was very appealing and with a great deal of variation. I would definitely recommend Claire's Fashions to anyone, and would return there for other special occasions dresses!

Claire's was great to work with. my dress came in a bit later than we were expecting but we got everything done thanks to their recommendation to use Elaine for alterations since they do not offer this at the store. the schedule for appointments was pretty strict. but i understand why its a busy place. Although we did not buy my mothers dress there, they were incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with.

My experience at Claire’s was amazing. They were so sweet, no pressure but made it a no brainer I was getting my dress there. My consultant listened to what I wanted and every option got better and better until she chose the one for me. Claire's was amazing for finding my perfect wedding dress. Dolores was so patient and kind with me, and helped me find my dream dress. She told me to try on a dress that was different than the rest I was trying on, and that dress ending up being perfect for me. My dress and my bridesmaids all came in with plenty of time for alterations, and they were in contact with us as soon as our items arrived. Highly recommend coming to this store!!

So I tried in dresses at two different stores and I have to say the experiences were like night and day. Claire's was so much more of a private feeling like your a VIP. I felt like the staff had a great grasp of what I was looking for when they pulled dresses for me. My wedding dress was the 3rd one I tried on and the staff had no problem at all letting me try on several more to be sure it was the absolute one. It was such a fantastic and relaxing experience.

Best bridal appointment!
I made an appointment at Claire’s because I was interested in Stella York gowns and they carried that designer. Everything about the appointment was wonderful. Natalie, my sales associate, was so sweet and patient. She wasn’t pushy at all and made me and my mom feel so comfortable. I found my Stella York gown at that appointment and decided to sleep on it to make sure. They were totally understanding and was all the more reason, I came back and ordered my dress from Claire’s. The dress was gorgeous and they had so many beautiful gowns in my budget. They also have a great selection of accessories. I can’t recommend Claire’s highly enough. I visited other bridal salons and none came close to Claire’s.

I came to my first appointment at Claire's knowing exactly what Stella York dress I wanted to order, but needed to be measured for ordering. Nicole worked with me to try on comparable dresses to compare sizing and ultimately measured me for a fit. She was WONDERFUL and just so sweet! Claire's does not do alterations in house but instead recommended a number of local, reputable vendors, one of whom altered my dress - perfectly! I could not recommend Claire's more.

I am not a shopper by any means and I loathe trying clothes on in front of anyone. After way too many weeks of reading up major do's and don'ts of dress shopping, I felt like I was ready! Well, all that stress went right out the window when I met Shannon at Claire's Fashion. She was AMAZING. She very, very quickly figured out my style and always made sure to check in with me (privately as she was clipping, zipping, and extending) to make sure MY feelings and thoughts were being heard. I cannot say enough about how awesome Shannon was and her years of experience shows. And I ended up getting the most perfect, amazing dress that had my entire group go, "Yup that's the one!" Wonderful selection and service would definitely recommend to anyone in the NJ, PA, DE or MD area.

Awesome Experience!
I was skeptical going into my wedding dress appointment as I hate being the center of attention and I really dislike trying on clothes as I tend to hate the way I look in everything. Ariel was so sweet and made me feel so relaxed from the start. She pulled a bunch of dresses based on what I said I liked, but she also pulled a couple unexpected styles which I ended up LOVING. The dress I chose was something I never would have expected to love, but once it was on I knew it was the one! I had some family and my best friend with me and they had a blast. The boutique was really cute and comfortable. Finally, once I said yes to my dress, I realized that I didn't know the price. I was then afraid that this dress I loved was going to be at the very top of my budget - but it was actually $400 under my budget! I really appreciated that Ariel not only chose styles that I loved, but also dresses that were in my price range. Overall, it was a lovely experience!

Shannon and the entire staff at Claire's Fashions are phenomenal!!! Shannon worked with me through the entire process, answered all of my many questions and always gave me her honest and kind opinion. I never felt any pressure, just love and excitement with every visit (and let me tell you, there were many visits!). I am actively losing weight and the staff worked with me on when I should order and what size to order to accommodate my shrinking waist line which put me at ease. Not only is the staff fabulous but all of their dresses were reasonably priced. I HIGHLY recommend Claire's Fashions for all of your special events needs!

Endless options of beautiful dresses and very competitive pricing!
In high school I bought several prom dresses at Claire's so it was a no brainer to look at wedding dresses there. After visiting several other bridal salons and having a pretty solid idea of what dress I wanted I went to Claire's. My consultant was Dolores and she was absolutely lovely, honest and helpful. I found my dream wedding dress (which I had tried on at another store beforehand) for several hundred dollars cheaper! The experience and atmosphere was calming and perfect for choosing a dress.

Wonderful experience!
I hadn’t planned to go dress shopping, but my best friend suggested Claire’s – not having been there herself, but because of the reviews it received. I inquired about a time slot and filled out my online profile. I saw a few dresses I liked from their lookbook, but wasn’t sure if they’d be in stock. My expectations weren’t high, as I was worried about the whole trying to find a dress thing. I was nervous about sizing, budget and availability. However, from the moment we walked in and met Shannon – I felt at ease. She led us up to the bridal suite area, which is bright and pretty and cozy with mirrors and couches. She told us to get comfortable and handed me a binder with full page, color photos of beautiful dresses. Shannon explained that each dress in the binder was available in the store, in my size and at or under my budget. She gave me some sticky tags to mark the ones I’d like to try on. It was such a personal effort made on their part that truly made me feel special and comfortable. Shannon gathered my picks and we went ahead and got to work trying them on. We had the place to ourselves (it was a late morning appointment), but I imagine it can get packed on the weekends. Shannon was patient, knowledgeable and honest. Not once did I feel like just an appointment to check off the calendar or like I didn’t belong. I left that day with a dress in mind, which we all agreed would be fantastic and wound up coming back a week later to purchase it (it was the first dress I tried on!). Shannon (and the Claire’s staff) made an anticipated dreadful experience something so memorable and wonderful. I felt beautiful and heard and I have no doubt that if you visit Claire’s, you’ll leave feeling the same way.

Memorable experience!
I went to Claire's to find my dress and I could not rave enough about the experience I had! My consultant, Dolores, was so bubbly and full of life and energy that truly made me feel special! Aside from her captivating personality, she helped me find "the one" by helping me decipher which style looked best on me, boosting my self-confidence to remind me that I look beautiful in these beautiful dresses and provided honest feedback when I would narrow my choices down! I felt that she saw the vision I had for myself in how I wanted to look on my wedding day, pulling dresses that achieved said vision! Claire's has a BEAUTIFUL and unique selection of dresses to choose from that made it nearly impossible to decide! I also love that you are able to look through the dresses and pick which ones you want to try on instead of only having someone pick them for you! It was a wonderful day but Claire's made it memorable! I will be going back this week to find my bridesmaids dresses there as well! They also have a great selection for that and offer 15% off for your girls if you purchase your gown from them!

Wow! This is what wedding dress shopping should be! I had no luck at my first appointment at a different store and then a horrible experience at my second appointment at yet another store. After feeling discouraged, we scheduling a last minute appointment at Claire's (while my Mom was still in town) we walked in and immediately felt at ease. Everyone was so friendly and we were paired with Dolores, the most wonderful consultant who truly cared about our experience. My Mom teared up as soon as we sat down on the couch and said "This is what today was supposed to be like." We were able to look through their huge selection in a binder and mark the ones that I wanted to try while Dolores went and pulled the ones we liked for a dressing room. They didn't rush me even though I was the last appointment of the day and Dolores was so caring but also gave real honest input. She was willing to pin and adjust dresses so I felt like I got the look I wanted and even put on belts and veils so I could really see what the dress would look like. Claire's bridal suite area was calm and I didn't feel overwhelmed, I felt like my time and experience really mattered. I could not recommend them more, this place provides a true experience for your special moment!

I cannot say enough about how amazing the ladies at Claire's were! Carmella helped me pick the most perfect dress. When she came out with it she said "this is the one". When I put it on I knew she was right. They made me feel so comfortable. Aerial (spelling sorry) helped with the bridesmaid dresses. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended

I visited Claire's on two different occasions before I chose my dress and both consultants I had (Jackie and Natalie) were amazing and extremely helpful. I am a curvy bride and had a hard time finding sample dresses I liked in my size at other bridal shops but at Claire's they had such a great selection of amazing dresses!

I bought my dress for my wedding back in september of 2017. I had a girl named Dani help me. I had envisioned myself in a puffy gown and every single one i tried on, i absolutely hated. So Dani asked me if he could recommend a different style, so i thought why not? she brought me fitted lace dresses without sleeves, completely opposite of what i pictured myself in. But let me tell you, i fell in love with every dress she had me try on. i didnt go home with a dress the first day i went in because i felt something was missing with the dress i had fallen in love with, Sleeves. so i went online and found a dress with sleeves by the same designer. i called and asked if i could come back in to try it on, thank god they had it in stock. So i tried it on, and that was that. I had found my dress! Dani helped me find a dress i never would have thought to try on! I am sill absolutely in love with it and so was everyone at my wedding!

I first called and got an appointment and the woman on the phone was really sweet and helped make an appointment!
I went on a Saturday morning, and since I was one of the first bridal appointments of the day, It wasn't stressful or crowded in the bridal area. My consultant, Dolores, did an amazing job of letting me select dresses to try on, and picking things she thought I'd look good in/giving her professional opinion. I found my dream dress and it was under budget! This shop is seriously the best!

Claire’s was my first stop in wedding dress shopping and oh my gosh, it was the only one I needed! I found my dress there and was super excited that it was a part of their sample sale. The dress was in great condition as there were no stains, seams were in tact, and a wonderful price point. It was such a wonderful experience as the consultant was knowledgeable, wasn’t pushy, and really met my needs as a bride. The environment was welcoming and allowed for the bride to have “her moment.” It was such an awesome experience that my sister, who is now engaged, went there and found her gown too! She had a wonderful experience as well. Also, they don’t do alterations, but have a preferred list that I used. I highly recommend this shop to anyone!

In March 2017 I contacted Claire's through email about their Stella York trunk show. I knew exactly which dresses I wanted to try on and made an appointment right away. They were very quick and responsive over email. My appointment with Carmella was awesome! I tried on a total of 4 dresses--all different styles and made my purchase with the last one. Carmella suggested different belts and veils to try on--which I purchased at the time as well. Since I bought my dress through a trunk show, I was able to get 10% off and a discount on my veil and belt! With my dress, we went up a size due to the netting on the back, which made me nervous. In July, I went in for my fitting and it fit almost perfectly--should need very few alterations. I would definitely suggest Claire's for your wedding dress and I will be back in March 2018 with my bridesmaids for their dresses!

So I had already went to about 2-3 bridal stores prior to coming to Claire's; I also want to mention that the shops I went to didn't carry nice dresses in a dress size 14+ it was infuriating! However, I was able to get a feel for what I liked and didn't like so it was easy to narrow my choices and not feel as overwhelmed. Lauren took my appointment that day and I could not be happier! She was my bridal angel in disguise because we tried on SO MANY dresses (in MY size nonetheless), she listened to all of my concerns and ideas and she was able to really narrow down the perfect dress. As soon as I tried my dress on I knew it was the one! Since I came by myself for the appointment I wanted my mom to bless the dress so when I called that same day to see if they had an available appointment they said I could literally stop by a few hours later with her, and it was all golden from there. This was the most hassle-free and easy exchange I've made in my life when I thought it would be the most daunting. Everyone needs to go Claire's at least once - they're definitely worth the experience, plus everyone is amazing and really nice there! :) Thank you Lauren!!

Jackie was absolutely amazing!!! This was my first experience wedding dress shopping and it was the best experience I could have asked for. Jackie is so kind and really listens to what you like and how you feel in dresses. I was completely comfortable with her and she did not push anything on me. I went to other places and my bridal crew and I agreed that “no other places gave the service like Jackie did”. I ended up not getting a dress right away but after going and looking elsewhere, I am going back to Claire’s and making an appointment with Jackie so I can say yes to the dress! I HIGHLY reccomend Jackie!!

Claire's was having a trunk show and I didn't realize you needed an appointment to try on dresses. My mom and I had gone down and even though we didn't have an appointment, they still let us try on dresses. Samantha, my consultant, was incredibly helpful and sweet. I had no idea what I wanted and I was handed this amazing book of all types of wedding dress designs and designers. It was a litter overwhelming but also a great resources to have when searching for a dress. Everyone was very kind and complimentary. I found my dress that day and was able to come back the next day, with my sister, to try the dress on again. Samantha couldn't have been more of a help. She was wonderful and I would highly recommend her.
I also bought my veil from them. It was an antique birdcage and absolutely beautiful.
My dress was from the Allure spring line. Allure romance antique ivory gown offset with decorative lace applique, beaded straps and waistband, scooped back and layers of tulle.

My wedding dress from Claire's was the star of my wedding - I am still getting compliments a week later! My consultant Lauren was very easygoing, patient, and knowledgeable.. I tried on about 12 dresses and she would've let me try on 12 more had I wanted to. I also purchased the perfect matching veil, shoes, and earrings from Claire's. Quick shipping and very reasonable prices too!

I went to Claire's to shop for my wedding dress and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating to everything during my appointment. Courtney took care of me and was so attentive in my dress search. She listened to what I liked and didn't like as I tried on dresses, and did her best to find what worked for me! Update from previous positive review about scheduling my appointment: This past Friday, I went to my bridal dress shopping appointment at Claire's Fashions with my mother and maid of honor. Delores was assisting me in trying on dresses. First off, the bridal boutique is separate from the rest of the shop, so there is an intimate feel to the showroom. For my appointment, it was just us in the showroom for the majority of the appointment. Claire's Fashions has books of the various styles of dresses. After you state your preference of style, you are given a book to review with their dresses in that style. There are no doubts about prices, as they are listed next to each dress in the book. I picked out a few dresses, and from there we began. There are little fans in each dressing room so you don't get too warm while trying on the dresses. Delores was honest and I felt like we were on the same page for all of the dresses. She would frequently grab a dress similar to a style I liked. She was a professional and truly knew what she doing. Furthermore, it was evident she LOVED her job. I had a hard time choosing between two dresses, and I am sure I went over my allotted time, but Delores didn't push me out of the store. I felt as if all of the staff truly wanted to help me find my dream dress. Furthermore, I felt as though the staff didn't push accessories on me, which I've heard some shops do. Cannot recommend enough and cannot wait for my dress to arrive!
