Mary was very flexible, and responded quickly to all my questions. She was very clear on all the costs and planning. Easy to work with. The venue itself, while not overly fancy, is perfect for a smaller less formal party or ceremony (we had 75), and we were able to decorate tables and backdrops ourselves. We were able to Bluetooth our music through the sound system. Cost was reasonable for the venue; food and alcohol were in line with a more upscale Mexican restaurant, and feedback on food was positive. Overall it was perfect for what we wanted. The only comment I would make is that the servers were just so so friendly. Understand that it is a job, but would have liked to see a few more smiles and friendly service.

We had our wedding rehearsal lunch at Cisco Salsa Company and had a wonderful experience. The banquet space was perfect for our celebration, and Tari was very easy to work with and always responded promptly to any emails or phone calls I had leading up to our event. On the day of our rehearsal lunch, the staff was friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. They even packed up the extra food for us to take home.

Overall experience was wonderful. The venue was perfect, the food was fabulous and the service was good. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely use them again!

It was the perfect place for a rehearsal dinner. The venue was great and the guests said the fajitas were some of the best they ever had!

Everything from the food tastings to selecting a package was easy. We got to try out a variety of items so our selvetion would fit our tastes and budget!

Cisco Salsa Co. is an amazing place to have any event!! The banquet room is so spacious and I love that it is separate from the restaurant. It’s a very nice room that’s decorated nicely. The food is awesome! Our guests could not say enough good things about it!! The service was absolutely more than we could ask for. Our rehearsal dinner turned out to be a great success thanks to Tari and her team. Thanks to everyone!!

The food was fabulous, the service, exceptional, and the margaritas were superb! All of our guests gave rave reviews. The party room was perfect for our event. Tari was awesome to work with. Many great memories were made!

The team at Cisco's was wonderful. Tari met with me before the rehearsal dinner to help me plan everything. Then on the day of the rehearsal she helped me set up. Her team had everything ready when we arrived for dinner and even had all my candles lit. Everything looked beautiful. I used the tv set up to show our video and we loved the food. Everything was excellent. All our guests loved the restaurant and this set up was perfect for our rehearsal dinner.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The banquet hall is very cute and doesn’t need much decorating. We received compliments all during our engagement party about how this place is so cute and how amazing the food was! From the food, to the drinks, to the price we were very satisfied with everything.

I used Cisco's Salsa Company for the rehearsal dinner for my son"s wedding in March. It was perfect and plenty of room.
The food was fabulous, the wait staff were professional and polite. when I was planning the event the manager was very helpful and responded to any questions in a timely manner. Everyone had a good time and I will be going back to the
restaurant. I would recommend this if your event is in the area.

Our Cub Scout Pack selected Cisco's Salsa Company to cater our annual Blue and Gold Banquet for 200 guests, and the food was amazing. We received so many compliments on the beef and chicken fajitas. Tari Sheppeared was extremely accommodating when taking our order and was wonderful about following up with us as our event approached. We highly recommend this restaurant for a casual dine in or to cater your big day.

We had a Baby Shower here and it was wonderful! The staff were very helpful and available as needed. We had nearly 75 guests, and they all really enjoyed the food! The room was large enough for everyone also. Thanks Cisco's!

My wife and I held a rehearsal dinner for 75 people at Cisco’s Salsa. The food and service were wonderful, and the evening was a great success. Tari and her team were both very helpful and flexible while planning the event and provided excellent service during the dinner. They made it easy for us to simply enjoy our family and friends and not to worry about making sure all the guests were taken care of. We heartily recommend them for anyone wanting to have a private event of this type.
