Julie and her team are great. We had our wedding at the Wildflower Center. My guests loved the food - we went with the fajita buffet option and added some extras like guac :) ... we also ordered a number of different hors d'oeuvres for our cocktail hour. Very professional and accommodating! The only thing I wished that was different -- we weren't able to do a full tasting because they don't allow for private tasting days and our schedules were crazy - but it worked out well so all good! (They did put together a sample of a few appetizers ahead of time). Pricing was reasonable for food + service ... the only surprise was a few hundred...Julie and her team are great. We had our wedding at the Wildflower Center. Julie and Jaime were great to work with! We are from out of state and they worked with us by email and phone and via my parents through the whole process - they were so helpful, responsive, and flexible in working with us. I changed my mind so many times over the last few weeks before the wedding and Julie was so patient and made every change I asked for. We had our wedding at the Wildflower Center and it was especially helpful working with them as our caterer because they work that venue so often and are so familiar with it. They took care of all of our rentals for us too which was awesome. Julie essentially functioned...Julie and Jaime were great to work with! Julie and her husband Chef Jaime did an awesome job catering our daughters wedding. The food was spectacular. So many compliments from out guest. There staff was so helpful and polite. We couldn't have been happier with them. If you are planning a wedding, I would check them out!! Thank you Julie and Chef Jaime!!

Chef Jaime and Julie with Circle C Cafe and Catering are incredible!! They are both so kind and more than willing to help you have the most amazing experience! The food in the cafe is delicious, from eating there multiple times with all great experiences we were very eager to have a meeting with both Jaime and Julie to discuss our wedding dinner menu. Not only is the presentation beautiful, but the food is exceptional!!!
They use the freshest produce, so rich in flavor!!!! Mouth watering good!!!! They are brilliant, all my husband and I had to do was give them a couple of ideas of things that I enjoy to eat, and before i...Delicious!!! SO YUMMY!!!

They let you to make requests off the menu (which the menu is already wonderful) They made my very favorite punch, and a delicious Hawaiian inspired red wine chicken dish at my request!
They have the best personalities, SO KIND, SO PERSONABLE!
People have been calling my family ever since the wedding to compliment the DELICIOUS food! It made us feel REALLY good! They just made the night amazing and I CANT imagine having any other vendor at my wedding!!!! My husband and I are craving their food again, and cant wait to go back to the Cafe!
We can not thank you enough for everything you did for us! The night was Perfect!!!!!

Circle C Cafe & Catering is marvelous. We hired Julie Arevalo and Chef Jaime Arevalo to cater our wedding at Dunvegan Keep on November 22, 2014. We first met at the Cafe and did a taste testing.
Their personalities drew me in; they're such joyful and personality filled folks. A real pleasure to be around. The food and service is top notch. They also provided a bartender for our wedding. Chef Jaime gave me many choices for our meal and we chose to have passed hors d’oeuvres of: Dates wrapped in bacon and Beef tenderloin crostiini. The meal included spinach salad with Caramelized Pecans, Feta Cheese, Strawberry Slices, Lime Grilled Chicken Served with a Mango Salsa, Pistachio...Circle C Cafe & Catering is marvelous. Our guests were very impressed with the quality of the fresh ingredients as well as the overall service. The waitstaff was there at every moment needed, and yet they were invisible when not required. They operate as one of the best catering services I've ever had the opportunity to work with. I'm not an easy client - I worked in the restaurant industry for over a decade so I'm a true critic. And, I've arranged many a catered event for multiple business types. I highly recommend Circle C Cafe & Catering. -

Circle C Catering was great. Julie was wonderful to work with and her husband and head chef Jaime was so energetic and enthusiastic about our customized menu and did a wonderful job executing exactly what we were going for. It was a little hard to get a quick response with some questions, etc. Overall wonderful service.Circle C Catering was great. Our wedding was a the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, where Julie and Jaime have done a number of weddings. My husband and I wanted the layout for the ceremony in the courtyard a way that was different than most people do it, and getting cooperation from Julie to accommodate that request was extremely difficult. We did end up coming to an agreement, and all went off without a hitch...but we didn't get to a resolution without a hefty amount of push-back.

On the food - we were able to do a tasting, which was wonderful. We decided to go with grilled chicken with a port wine/mushroom sauce, a side salad with a basil vinaigrette, rice pilaf, and green beans. We were expecting this to be exactly what was served at the wedding, but instead of rice pilaf, spanish rice was served. Everything served still tasted great, but the spanish rice flavors combined with the port wine sauce definitely didn't "fit", so weren't thrilled about the change.
Overall, the food was good and the setup ended up how we wanted it, but not without some struggles along the way. I would recommend Circle C Catering based on the food, but I would not recommend them based on their flexibility or ease of communication. -
