  Great alterations!

  I took my dress here to do minor alterations and really enjoyed my experience. They were professional, kind and very talented. They communicated clearly what they recommended and made sure I was on the same page. Very efficient drop off and pick up with quick turn around time. Affordably priced. Highly recommend.

  I am so happy that I bought my wedding dress at Cicada. I wanted an emerald green dress, and Cicada made it so easy! They patiently helped me pick the perfect shade of green and customized the dress design to be exactly what I wanted. It looked amazing! I recommended them to my best friend, and they are currently making her wedding dress too!

  I had a great experience from my first appointment to the final fitting at Cicada. It was so special knowing that the dress was made just for me. I was also able to customize my dress with my own accessories. I was comfortable all night at my wedding and got many compliments on my dress.

  The first time I went to Cicada was as the maid of honor for my best friend. From that trip alone I knew I would go back to Cicada should the day come that it was my turn. Well not too long after it was my turn and I got to experience the fitting for myself! I got to peruse the selection of dresses and pulled many beautiful gowns, but ultimately it was the one that the store associate pulled for me that was THE perfect dress. She knew what would look the most amazing and she was right! They were wonderfully attentive through the whole process from the first try on all the way through the fittings. I would recommend them for everything and anything!

Seriously, for that alone the price is unbelievable. It was easy to get ahold of them, and they were helpful with things like picking out jewelry, bridesmaids dresses, and even ties for the groomsmen. I loved my dress and loved even more that I was supporting an awesome local business!

  I could not have been happier with Cicada in Seattle. I got the PERFECT wedding dress for me. When I first went in, I didn't have an idea about what I wanted for my dress. So, the gal who helped me (who gave me 1-on-1 service which was amazing) brought me tons of dresses and helped me find the style that I wanted. I then explained that I liked the neckline of one dress, the material of another, the length of another, the style of another, etc. - to which they said, Great, we'll make you a dress exactly like that. I got the EXACT dress that I wanted, which could have been really difficult since I didn't know what I wanted when I went in, and they made it especially for me. I truly had a one of a kind dress.
  
  The fittings were great as well. I am from out of town and had to do my fittings when i was in town for the first one and then the second one I did 5 days before the wedding. They worked with me, around my schedule, and everything worked out perfectly.
  
  The dress was absolutely stunning, it fit my body perfectly, and I could have not asked for anything better. The dress maker was incredible and I would recommend Cicada to ANYONE looking for a dress!

It is, bar none, the most comfortable and most beautiful dress I have ever owned. Simple, lovely, and completely unique. They fitted me, talked through design changes I was looking for and made me my dream wedding dress from scratch, even matching me to the perfect veil for my big day. And when they noticed a tiny tear in the veil on the day of my dress pickup, they took it away and gave me a fresh one. They are wonderfully accommodating, gifted, and professional.

  Amazing service and very attentive staff. I went to 9 bridal stores but once I arrived I this store I knew this was the place where I would get my dress. The designer is also very creative if you want something other than just a white bridal dress.

  Wow. Just wow. My dress fit like a dream and was perfect, I never wanted to take it off! They are a little more pricey than most boutiques, however consider that they make the dress to fit you perfectly, so there are no alteration fees or cleaning costs. I also got my jewelry there and it was so unique and beautiful-and made locally!

  I had my dress custom made through Cicada and i couldn't have been happier. They made it EXACTLY how I envisioned it. They also tailored it to fit flawlessly. I now recommend Cicada to all of my girlfriends. Absolutely perfect.

The gal I worked with (I wish I could remember her name) was patient, knowledgeable and sweet. I found a gown that I fell in love with almost instantly. It was a pleasure working with them through the selection and fittings. I was so happy I went there!

  Wedding dress was one of a kind and alterations done perfectly! Purchased all jewelry for bride and bridesmaids here too. What they didn't have in stock they ordered and everything was received in no time! Very easy to work with......no pressure......just friendly people!

  I am so glad I had Cicada Bridal make my dress for my September wedding. I visited many bridal shops before going to Cicada and they were hands down the best shop we went to based on service and product. My initial appointment was with Cassie. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and understood what I was looking for in a dress. Once I decided on my dress, Jennifer helped with some minor adjustments that I requested, Cassie assisted in helping with my veil choice and they were also able to special order a headband that matched the beading that I had added to the dress. I picked my dress up 5 days before the wedding and when I got it home realized that it looked as though there might be a flaw in the fabric on the lower half of the skirt (I am an extremely picky person). I went back to the shop the next morning where I met with Jennifer. She had the whole front of the dress remade that day so it would look as perfect as I had envisioned for the wedding. I can not imagine any other shop doing or being able to this for a customer along with the incredible customer service throughout the whole process. Cicada Bridal made a gorgeous gown and helped make my wedding day perfect!

I fell in love with a fabric and the rest is a fairytale.   I love Cicada! Their dresses are beautiful crafted and unique. I ended up buying a sample dress from them several weeks before my wedding. I think Cicada is a good choice for any potential last minute shoppers out there, as you can buy samples off the rack (which are provided in several size options- small, med, large, etc.) They also have a wide selection of shorter dresses - I really wanted a knee-length dress, and they had many options. Their customer service was great, and their prices are reasonable - I was expecting to pay the boutique rate but I felt like my dress was priced very fairly. I received many compliments on my dress, and I felt great in it!

  This amazing shop is an absolute treat. I picked up a gorgeous 1940's-style headpiece/cage veil here, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. They seemed to know just the sort of piece I was looking for and were able to show me vintage and modern options. The veil was a show-stopper. Thanks, Cicada!

  Cicada was wonderful. I bought my wedding dress, my rehearsal dinner dress and jewelry there. They tailored my wedding dress perfectly and everything was ready exactly when they said it would be. They have a great and fun selection of items.

  I cannot recommend Cicada bridal enough. The entire staff was very helpful, polite and professional. Jennifer assisted me in the process of narrowing down my choice of *16 DRESSES* down to one. As with many brides, my weight and shape was changing with almost every fitting I had, and they were happy to accommodate me with additional fittings and adjustments - the last one just 2 weeks before our big day.
  
  They also helped me find a beautiful Mother of the Bride dress for my Mom after we had looked far & wide for a pant suit for her.

  I had no idea what I wanted in a wedding dress, but I knew I didn't want to go to any giant stores. All of Cicada's dresses were beautiful, and the service was laid back and helpful. I did shop around but couldn't find anything that compared. I ended up getting a custom dress that perfectly fit my beach wedding.

  Cicada's sales staff is super friendly and enthusiastic. I got a great deal on my dress by buying part of it "off the shelf" during a big sale in the summer, and then having a corset and skirt custom made. I had such a good experience there that I returned with my maid of honor to select her dress as well as the ties for the men in the wedding party.
