The Best Dress Shopping Experience

Chryssie's was the second bridal shop I went to, and the experience was phenomenal! Christina was my consultant and she was so understanding and easy to work with. I went in with an image of what I wanted for my dress and she delivered. There were several other brides at the time of my appointment, but it never felt crowded or uncomfortable. There was great energy in the shop and the other consultants were so supportive as well! I cannot recommend Chryssie's highly enough!!

April 20th wedding

George and Sonia was so helpful with getting a dress picked for my special day. My first day trying on any wedding dress was at chryssie’s bridal and I’m more than happy it was because I fell completely in love with my dress. Sonia not only picked out some amazing dresses but she dressed me up to feel so beautiful on that day and it did come the day of as well. Not only downstairs but upstairs Dorica my seamstress did such an amazing job the dress fit beautifully and taken in just right.

I had an excellent experience at Chryssie's Bridal! I worked with Sonia, who is so incredibly kind and helpful. I came in not really knowing what I wanted, and she was incredibly patient in pulling dresses of many different styles and really listening when I said what I liked about each dress. The very last dress she pulled for me was a combination of all of my favorite elements of the previous dresses I tried and I knew that it was going to be my dress. When you work with Sonia, you can really feel how much she cares about helping you. She made me feel so beautiful and special with every dress we tried on and every time she felt too excited to resist putting a veil on my head. Oh, and she helped me pick my veil too! Thank you to Sonia and thank you to Chryssie's Bridal for helping me find my wedding dress.

Amazing group

We went to Chrissie's on Saturday to find my dress, and they were wonderful! There was another bride shopping at the same time, but we didn't feel rushed or squished or anything. Everyone was so helpful, and they worked with us to find The dress, listened to feedback, and were really just a joy to work with.

Found dress in day 1

Found my dress on day 1 of looking. I picked out one dress that wasn’t like the ones I thought I wanted, just for kicks and giggles. I ended up choosing that one! They have a wide collection and people who go out of their way to make sure you’re satisfied, which is especially helpful when not knowing what you want. Highly recommend!

Exceptional experience

If you’re looking for the perfect place to find a wedding dress you need to go to Chryssie’s Bridal. George and Sonia went above and beyond to make sure I found the dress of my dreams. They made me feel so special from the moment I walked in to the day I picked up my wedding dress to bring it home. All of my bridesmaids, maid of honor, and my mom all got there dresses from there as well. We couldn’t of asked for a better experience. I highly recommended coming here to find your perfect dream dress. You won’t be disappointed!

Great experience and very helpful

Had a great experience at Chryssie's Bridal. My mother and I went on a Wednesday morning and it was the perfect time to go. Hillary was great and super helpful. I had been to three other places before coming here but hadn't found one that was it. Ended up saying YES to a dress that Hillary had pulled and it was perfect and bought it off the rack. Thank you !!

Chryssie’s made me feel like a wedding princess !

Joanna was the godsend I always needed as someone to help me find a wedding dress. I felt like I knew her in another life with her quick wit and hilarious sense of humor. Any kind of shopping stresses me out so I was not looking forward to trying on wedding dresses. Boy was I wrong! Joanna made me feel so comfortable and I had one of the best days ever!! She found my dress (the last one I tried on ..she really did go searching for it!) and my wedding day was amazing. George also saved the day when it came to my bridesmaids and their alteration needs. Chryssie’s is ran by the nicest and most sincere people. Please make your life a lot easier and stop in when you’re looking for your perfect dress!

Highly Recomend

I just bought my wedding dress this past Tuesday. Rinda was absolutely AMAZING. She was super sweet, positive, totally listened to what I wanted to get out of my dress and put me in things that were not only beautiful, but flattering. My first visit was this past Sunday, and I had two appointments that day. Rinda was totally understanding that even though I loved a dress she put me in, I wanted to still go to my other appointment and see what that boutique had to offer. She just knew we'd be back! I scheduled another appointment before I left to try on the dress again. I was able to get a night appointment to go along with my work schedule which was amazingly beneficial. Rinda had my dress and veil waiting in room for me with champagne on ice! I am sooo excited, happy and grateful that I found my dress with Rinda!! Thank you Chryssie's Bridal!

Wonderful!

I almost didn’t go to Chryssie’s Bridal after I found what I thought was my dream dress at another store. My mom convinced me to go to Chryssie’s and I am so glad I did! The staff was wonderful and inviting, I felt comfortable the minute I stepped in the door. I worked with Joanna who was amazing! She was so kind and made me feel special in every dress I put on. She listened to what I was looking for but also gave expert opinions on what looked good on my body shape and if she didn’t feel a dress was the right fit (which I needed!) Joanna never tried to sell me on a dress over my budget and I never once felt pressured to buy anything. I tried on every dress I had my eyes on and the staff even stayed a few minutes after closing to make sure I saw everything, seriously they were fantastic! I was able to experiment with all sorts of dresses and all different kinds of veils. Chryssie’s selection of dresses was also impressive, they have such a large variety of styles and designs to choose from. It is safe to say that I have found my new dream wedding dress at Chryssie’s Bridal and couldn’t be happier!

Fun & Low Key, No Stress!

I just ordered my wedding dress from Chryssie's Bridal! Chryssie's was the only shop I went to try on dresses and I was very happy with my appointment and enjoyed working with Joanna! She's very knowledgeable, listens to your likes/dislikes and really made the appointment fun and special. I was the first appointment of the day (which I highly recommend doing) and took my mom, my maid of honor (sister), my matron of honor (best friend) and my future mother in law. Everybody had a great time, lots of room to sit, they offered us water and it felt like our private place for the majority of the appointment, being so early on a Sunday. I originally came in intent on only one designer (only one I looked at online) but none were in stock, but there's such a great selection of dresses I didn't feel that I was "missing" anything. Joanna pulled awesome picks based on what I liked and we were able to quickly narrow down to a style I loved. I never felt rushed or pressured; it was really fun and I felt very "bridal" :-) I said yes to a beautiful Stella York and I'm excited to work with Chryssie's when it's time for alterations!

Amazing bridal experience!

I went to Chryssie's after trying on dresses once before. To say my experience was a complete 180 from the train wreck that was my 1st appointment, is an understatement. From the time I walked in, I felt like the only bride-to-be in there! I had Joanna as my consultant and am so thankful for her. Her attention to ME and my wants was on point. We are getting married in Aruba and she quickly pulled awesome options. I said yes to the dress within an hour! If you want to feel amazing, I highly recommend George and his staff!

Highly recommend

Came here yesterday with no idea what I was looking for in a wedding dress (but hoping to find something that day), and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Joanna was so helpful, knowledgeable, honest and professional (and funny) which made everything flow very smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised that I ended up finding the perfect dress, which I wouldn’t have been able to do without Joanna. Joanna and the rest of her team are wonderful and really know what they are doing. Plan on coming back for bridesmaids dresses. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal Experience

If you're searching for a boutique to purchase your wedding dress or bridesmaid dresses then I HIGHLY recommend Chryssie's. The salon staff makes you feel right at home, and my wedding dress consultant Joanna was very experienced. She brought out a variety of dresses for me to try on based on the pictures and ideas I provided and each one was a hit. By my 4th dress I had found the one and didn't want to take it off! All throughout my purchase, my bridesmaid dress purchases, and my alterations they remained so professional and listened to my concerns every time I called with questions. My dress fit like a glove on my wedding day and I've never been complimented more. If you want to feel confident, beautiful, and be well taken care of then Chryssie's is your spot!

Wonderful Experience!

I had a wonderful experience at Chryssie's Bridal last Saturday with Joanna. The weather was not the greatest that day, so there were a lot of cancellations, which worked out for me because she had extra time to spend to help me find my perfect dress. I ended up trying on 7 dresses, and went back to this Amare Couture floral dress I was eyeing from the beginning of the appointment. I ended up getting a very great deal by buying the sample from the store, very generous of the owner, George! They were not pushy and were giving me advice on when to tailor my dress, and to use my usual tailor or shop around for one if I do not end up using Chryssie's tailor. Overall, I would recommend Chryssie's Bridal to anyone who is looking for great service, friendly smiles, and a more personable experience while looking for your dream dress! Thanks a lot Joanna and George!

Great personalized experience! We had amazing experience at Chryssie's Bridal. We came to shop for my sister's wedding gown. Joanna was so helpful, complementary, and worked hard to make sure my sister had what she wanted. I arrived at Chryssies with my best friend, the future bride. Our sales rep, Joanna, was amazing. She was direct and honest about the options available (budget was $500) and found several dresses which were a steal. She gave us privacy when we needed it and hints when we were overwhelmed by the choices. Eventhough in the end, a wedding dress was not purchased at this store, the bride was extremely pleased with her visit, the dresses were lovely and we will be coming back for my own dress one day .

I cannot say enough great thing about Chryssie's. First off, I walked in without an appointment and they didn't even bat an eye. The receptionist proceeded to bring me to the dress and let me browse around before my consultant sat me down and asked what exactly I wanted to get a feel for the look I was going for. She let me pull gowns I knew I was interested in and pulled a few that she thought I may like. After trying on every dress that fell into those categories she let me try back on my favorites. We all knew THE dress the minute I stepped back out in it. I cannot begin to thank her enough! Compared to other salons they had the best selection and service when it came to exhausting my options so I felt comfortable and 100% in my choice. Thank you guys so much!

I had a wonderful experience at Chryssie's Bridal! As a first time bridesmaid, I made some mistakes when measuring for a dress and ended up with one that was much too small. George was very understanding and was able to get me the dress that I needed that same day! The customer service I received that day was fantastic and I will certainly be recommending it to future brides!

After going to 9 other wedding dress shops, I found the one!! The staff at Chryssie's bridal are truly amazing! They made not only me, but my guests feel welcomed when I went for my initial trial, and for all the fittings after. I was impressed not only by the professionalism of the staff, but by the amazing selection of dresses that they offer. I will definitely be referring any brides I know to this store. I had purchased a dress from Chyssie's a few years back for my sister's wedding so I was already familiar with the shop. This time it was my wedding and came to Chryssie's to order bridesmaid dresses on a Saturday afternoon. 4 of my bridesmaid and myself had the undivided attention of our sales person (I cannot remember her name) who was helpful. We selected a dress and the girls were measured and everything was fine! I later came back to look for a new wedding dress (long story) and was rather emotional. Laurie was wonderful. I told her my situation and without any judgement, she helped me find a new dress! I cannot say enough good things about Laurie at Chryssie's Bridal and would recommend this shop to any bride!

I went to Chryssie's twice before I found my dream dress there. When I booked my appointments the staff was helpful and got me in quickly. When I arrived I never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. I found my dress due to a trunk shoe offering and would not have known about it had I not signed up for emails from Chryssie's too !
I was first introduced to Brynn, my Bridal Consultant, and worked with her through my whole dress shopping/buying experience. Brynn was SO helpful and genuine; she is a very kind woman who was extremely patient with me. She's hands on and will do whatever you ask to be more comfortable when trying on dresses - to tying up corsets and showing what a potential bustle might look like. Brynn found my dream dress for me because she intently listened to my feedback from other dresses and took the time to get to know me and the style I wanted. I am SO thankful for Brynn and Chryssie's and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for their dream gown !

I went to chryssie's today and was not thinking too much about it, because I did not want to get my hopes up. The storefront looked small, but when I walked in I was greeted with a huge smile from Laura and it was great from that point on. Laura was able to select five dresses that we thought I might like and each one was beautiful. She had great advice and was very helpful in narrowing down my favorite dress. I would highly recommend anyone to definitely stop at this salon to find the dress of the lie dreams. Thanks again Laura for a great experience!

I found my dress in just one session! They were able to find exactly what I was looking for within my budget and didn't show my anything outside my budget so I didn't get confused. They had a TON of options, but luckily i found my dress so quickly. Salespeople were really accommodating and nice. I also get a discount on bridesmaids dresses if I get them there. Win/win!

I recently went to Chryssie's bridal with my two maids of honor. The bridal consultant picked out a dress for me I probably wouldn't have chosen on my own. It was a discontinued Maggie Sottero that was only $500 and close to my size. I fell in love with it but needed to go home and sleep on it and see if I could bring one more person to see it. They offered to hold it for me until I could come back in and purchase it. Unfortunately, my wallet ended up getting stolen that night, and a series of stressful events happened over the next month and I was not able to come in for the gown. One of the saleswomen , Laurie, continued to hold the gown, and even moved it around when it got back on the floor, hoping that I was going to come back for it. A month later, I needed to see if it was still there, so I emailed her. Laurie remembered me and offered to come in on her day off so that I could see it on the one day my mother was in town. She made me feel like a princess, and helped look through many veils and accessory options. Every bride should feel the way Laurie made me feel. Anyone who goes to Chryssie's should try to work with Laurie! She is a pleasure and very personable. My mother and cousin loved her also!

We ordered our bridesmaid dresses and the Mother of Bride's dress from Chryssie's. We originally scheduled an appointment with Michelle to browse through potential bridesmaid dresses and she was so helpful and pleasant to work with that assured her we would return to order it from her. We saw the bridesmaid dresses at another store, but called Chryssie's to see if they carried the designer and we were able to order them from their store. My mother's dress was ordered and altered at Chryssie's and they did a fabulous job. Michelle was great and the seamstrees did an awesome job.

Chryssies staff was amazing! I worked with Michelle and man does she know her stuff!! George the owner is a shadow in the background at all times making sure you have a wonderful experience and that you look amazing! I also used their seamstress, Julliette to have my gown altered to fit properly and she too was outstanding. I cannot rave enough about everyone, my dress is amazing and all worth the price paid! ♡ I went to pick up my dress and got stuck in traffic and the owner stuck around to make sure I had my gown. Chryssie's was awesome! From the large selection of gowns that I was allowed to browse through to the individualized attention, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I worked with Michelle and she was fantastic! After I gave her some examples of what I was and was not looking for she was able to pull dresses that really complimented my body. She was patient with my indecisiveness, helpful in managing the opinions of my entourage, and so so so much fun helping me choose accessories once I found my dress. She really made the day perfect! I have referred several of my engaged friends to Chryssie's and told them to ask for Michelle, she has helped them all find their perfect dress!

Everyone at Chryssie's is friendly and helpful. It is a small boutique, making you feel like a valued customer and not just like another number like some of the bigger boutiques do. They listen to your desires, are patient with indecisive clients like myself, and are helpful in all areas. Nothing but nice things to say about Chryssie's!

I highly recommend Chyrssie's Bridal! I had a dress that I found online that had just come out, so it was not available in the stores yet. I called around to every bridal salon and no one was able to get it, but George said that he would be able to find it and have it shipped to their store before my appointment! He really went above and beyond what he needed to, and I was able to buy my dream dress because he put the extra effort in. They had so many other beautiful ones within my price range as well. My consults Allison was also extremely helpful and easy to work with. Overall, it was a great experience!

This was the first and last place I tried on wedding dresses. Michelle helped me find the perfect dress. Like many brides, I always pictured myself in a princess ballgown, but when I tried it on, I knew it wasn't the right style for my body type. Michelle steered me toward the mermaid style and I was in love. She was very enthusiastic and kept me smiling and feeling beautiful through the whole process. The seamstress was amazing, as well! She was very knowledgeable and even helped me save some money! I definitely recommend Chryssie's! They made the dress-buying experience stress-free!

I just purchased my wedding gown at Chryssie's Bridal this week for my wedding in 2016. I chose to visit select bridal salons in MA, based on who was carrying the designer that I wanted. Chryssie's Bridal was the only bridal salon that I found, that would accommodate all of my needs. They gave me 10% off, allowed me to put a deposit of my choice , down, and also accepted AMEX. I've found that many bridal salons that I've called/visited, don't accept this card for whatever reason. They will also store my gown in a climate controlled room until it's time for my fittings and wedding day. During my visit, I had a chance to work with Marianne. She was extremely attentive to me and my family from the moment we walked in, and did a fantastic job finding the gowns that I wanted to try. George, the owner was extremely helpful during my visit as well. Although Chryssie's is not as lavish inside as some of the other boutiques I've visited, the quality of dresses that they have totally makes up for it. I would totally recommend this boutique to anyone looking for bridal gowns. I would recommend that any bride order their gown early to ensure that it arrives on time, and that it is not discontinued.

P.S-If you want to purchase from a boutique that is surrounded by hype and is aesthetically pleasing, be prepared to pay over the retail price for your gown. Chryssie's is totally fair on all of their prices. I am a bride who did plenty of research prior to dress shopping and these are the things that I paid close attention to when dress shopping.

I went with my sister for her first dress shopping experience here (I am the MOH) and we had a wonderful experience! From the outside it does not look like much but do not be fooled. Michelle was her consultant and really listened to what she wanted while keeping her mind open to different styles. She was down to earth and very professional. The prices are very fare. The only bad thing is that she fell in LOVE with two dresses and now has to make a decision!

I wish I could give 6 stars for value... I got so many compliments for my dress, it was a dream come true. As a girl I never imagined what my dress would look like, but the second I walked up and saw the Blue by Enozani gown in the window I knew that was for me. One strap, princess, drop waist, princess Cinderella type dress. Everyone complimented me and said it was breathtaking.

JULIET IS AMAZING! Her seamstress work is crazy. The dress was a size 14 and I was really a 6/8 (street size 4). She took the monster of a dress (I am talking Stay Puft Marshmallow Man dress) and delicately resized it and preserved its original beauty even working to maintain the flowers at the waist. LOVE HER!

George the owner was there during my fittings and although he comes across as a stiff he is a sweetheart and was very kind to me.

I highly recommend Chryssies!

I couldn't have asked for a better consultant than Bryn or a better boutique than Chryssie's as I shopped for my wedding gown. My family had already had a wonderful experience there two years ago when my sister shopped for her own wedding gown, and I knew that was where I wanted to start my search, too. Going into the day a little nervous, knowing how indecisive I am and really unsure of what style I was looking for, Bryn was completely in tune with anything and everything I liked and didn't like as I tried on gowns- even the tiniest details. She was able to steer me toward the features and styles and materials I loved while making sure I didn't spend time on dresses that just didn't appeal to me. The day was a huge success as I left the shop with a gown, veil, and belt ordered for my big day, and I credit Bryn with that. I couldn't imagine shopping elsewhere for my wedding gown! I had an incredible experience at Chryssie's Bridal! I made an appointment to look at wedding dresses and ultimately found the dress of my dreams at Chryssie's. My bridal consultant was Brynn and she was very patient and insightful. She quickly assessed the style of dresses that fit my taste and then showed me a number of wonderful options in my price range. First and foremost, I want to thank all the girls that helped me out at Chryssie's Bridal, my story probably happens to other people, but I am so amazed at the quality of service I received.

I went into Chryssie's 3 weeks before my wedding looking for a 'backup emergency' dress. Yes, emergency dress. I had already purchased a dress back in September that after numerous alterations was for lack of better term, ruined. I told the girls my story and they were so quick to help without any hesitation. Needless to say, I found an even better and more amazing dress than my original one and you can imagine my anxiety when my wedding date was only 3 weeks away...no problem! Alterations, done! Bustle, done! dress ready for pick up the week before the wedding without one issue, done!

I bought my prom dress several years ago from Chryssie's. I was happy to return many years later and find my Wedding dress. The staff at Chryssie's were very patient as I tried on many dresses. This was my second attempt at shopping for a wedding dress and it was so much better than my first attempt at Vows. They did not limit me to just an hour (Vows limits you), they were helpful, attentive and accommodating. The customer service is wonderful! I don't know where to start! Chryssie's Bridal was the most amazing bridal experience. I can't thank them enough for everything. I currently live in California but my wedding is here in Massachusetts so I had only a week to find my wedding dress! I had been to several bridal shops and tried on countless dresses. I walked into Chryssie's and met Becky. I knew this would be the place I bought my dress from. Their dresses are not your mass produced, cookie cutter dresses. They were all amazing, detailed, an unique. I have been into the shop 4 times this week, and each time they were happy to see me and so ready to help me find my perfect dress. Becky was amazing, she pulled dress after dress and listened to everything I wanted and helped me to open my mind to more possibilities. Great place! I came into the shop looking for bridesmaids dresses, they asked about my dress and I told them I was going to order from another shop they asked about the dress and offered my 15% than what I was going to pay someplace else. I bought my wedding dress at Chryssie's Bridal and I had a great experience overall. My consultant, Marianne was so attentive and friendly. I told her what I was looking for and she pulled several dresses that matched what I had in mind. She also encouraged me to try on many different styles just to make sure that I was 100% sure about the dresses I liked. I felt that she was totally focused on finding something I loved during our appointment and she even went so far as to turn down the lights so I could see what each dress would look like at night. After a bad experience dress shopping at another place prior to this appointment, it was so refreshing and encouraging to receive the treatment that I did at Chryssie's. I would highly recommend Chryssie's Bridal if you are looking for a personal experience at a smaller shop.

I had ZERO problems with this bridal salon. From the beginning they were extremely helpful. I absolutely loved Michelle my bridal consultant! I have been called the "reluctant bride" because I've was nervous to make any decisions let alone start looking for my bridal gown! For my first appointment I was actually there to look at bridesmaid dresses, but with Michelle help I actually looked at bridal gowns and before I knew it I had found the one! She really listened to what I wanted in my dress and actually found my dress for me. I have to admit I don't know if I would have tried it on if she didn't pull it for me, but it was PERFECT!!!

We also purchased the bridesmaid dresses there and that went just as smoothly. They had a large selection and were extremely helpful when selecting the style and color. The dresses we selected ended up complimenting my dress perfectly.

The seamstress at the bridal salon also really knows what she is doing and pays attention to every detail. The week of my wedding when I still had doubts about the middle section of my dress the seamstress took me right in and made the adjusts that night so I could pick it up in plenty of time before my wedding day. And the dress looked amazing for my wedding day :) I would recommend them to anyone!

Chryssie's saved me from a disaster! I found a gown that I really liked at a small bridal shop near my parents. I even had my teary eyed moment when the dress owner measured me and hugged me as we made the decision. About a month later, the dress owner calls to tell is that the dress that I ordered has been discontinued!

Let me just say that I HATE trying on bridal gowns! So having to start from scratch, I called Chryssie's in a panic. Brynne was awesome! She reassured me and helped me find an even more fabulous gown for only $1 more than the discontinued one!

We also ordered our bridesmaids gowns from Chryssie's and they've been wonderful with all of us. I would also recommend trying on dresses with Juliette's help! She'll tell you how you look for real!

All the staff at Chryssie's bridal were fantastic, from my consultant to owner, to the tailor. They had a great variety of dresses to choose from, helped me every step of the way and were very responsive and helpful. My dress alterations and pressing came out amazing and I even brought my dress back to be cleaned and preserved. Highly recommended!

The people at Chryssies Bridal Shop were amazing! Brynn helped me not only find the perfect dress, but called the designer to help me take two dresses and customize them into my one of a kind wedding gown! She was always so helpful and friendly and seemed genuinely excited for me. Juliet was my seamstress and she was also friendly and worked her magic on taking the dress in, not once, but twice, as well as other minor changes I asked for. I cannot tell you how many compliments I got on my gown and I owe it to Chryssie's Bridal!

I had a lovely experience at Chryssie's. Kathy was awesome. She helped me find the perfect dress. My mom, mother in law and all my bridesmaids also bought their dresses from them. I also got my alterations done with them and did not have any issues either. They did a great job!

I found the dress of my dreams at Chryssies. While the alterations woman was sometimes a little unusual to work with, my dress turned out amazing and fit like a glove. Chryssies staff was attentive and kind in what could have been a stressful process. It was the 6th bridal shop I had visited and was so happy that I ended up finding the perfect dress at Chryssies.

My experience with Chryssies was great. I was ready to pay a lot more for my dress so I went to Priscillas of Boston and various other places but was met with pushy staff only willing to make a comission. When I met Marianne she was great and helped me find exactly what I wanted for a fraction of the price! I did not have my alterations done here nor did I buy my veil, but my girls got their dresses through them and they did a great job.

ps I also got my prom dress here when I was in high school which is why I went there to try on wedding dresses :)

I had a great experience at Chryssies. I got my dress and the bridesmaids dresses there. They did a great job measuring only 1 bridesmaid out of 8 had to get their dress altered to fit!

I had the most amazing experience at Chryssie's; from the day I tried on 20 dresses and found "the one" to finding a purse that perfectly matched my dress then walking out the door after my final fitting, everyone there was friendly, professional, and super helpful and supportive. Every time I visited the shop it was like I was hanging out with long-lost aunts and cousins. A great female atmosphere that was not full of selling pressure like many other shops I visited and ran away from as fast as I could!

A wonderful place to shop for any special occassion dress.

If you're considering going to this bridal shop you MUST ask for Marianne! Both my sister and I purchased our dresses at Chryssies Bridal and it was all because of Marianne. She jumped right into the appointment. We told her what we were looking for, showed her pictures of dresses we liked and she took it from there. She pulled dress after dress off of the shelves and she didn't stop until we found "the one". But she's not there to just make a sale. She's honest and will tell you whether or not the dress works for your frame. I know both my sister and I tried on 10 or 11 dresses before we found the one that we truly loved. Also, if you buy your gown at Chryssies, you can get the bridesmaid dresses there at a discounted price as well as. They also do alterations and dress steaming.

I had a fantastic experience at Chrissy's Bridal, in Canton, Massachusetts. Thanks to them, I was able to find the wedding dress of my dreams! They worked with me to get everything that I had hoped for. My bridal consultant, whom I am embarrassed to say that I forgot how to spell her name; "Bri" I believe, was patient, kind, and absolutely amazing. My dress is still at the shop waiting for alterations. They seem to be very prompt and timely with everything thus far. I'm extremely happy with not only my dress, but the quality of service each person at Chrissy's put forth. I can't thank you enough.

Amazing Experience!

I worked with Hillary at Chryssie’s and it was a great experience! She was super nice and pulled some great dresses! I told them ahead of time which dress I wanted to try on, and they had it ready before I got there! I didn’t feel rushed, or pressured to buy anything.
I ended up buying my dress because I fell in love!
Overall, I had an amazing experience!

Fantastic and worth the trip

I visited Chryssies in March 2018 and although I did not end up buying my wedding dress here (I’m from CT), I highly recommend this salon if you are local and searching for a dress! The service I received was absolutely phenomenal. She listened to everything I wanted and was so patient with me.

I had such a hard time picking out a wedding gown. I had gone to four other stores before I went to Chryssie's Bridal and felt like I would never say yes to the dress. Marian was amazing! She did not waste my time. We went through dresses at rapid speed and she did not give up on me until I found a gown I was absolutely in love with. Without her help I feel like I would still be searching for the perfect dress! I highly recommend Chryssie's and having Marian help you with narrowing down your choices!

I made an appointment here to look for my wedding dress, thinking that I would just go and get an idea and then move on to the bigger, fancier shops. However, I ended up finding a beautiful dress, and I wanted to buy it at this store because I received such great service. I ended up going back here for my bridesmaids dresses, and recommended the store to my friend who ended up getting both her dress and her bridesmaids dresses from here as well.

I was very overwhelmed when it came to bridal gown shopping, and Chryssie's was the first shop I went to. Brynn made the experience fun, easy, and stress free. She gave advice when asked, and left us alone when she felt it was appropriate. All the staff at Chryssie's was extremely friendly each time I came in for an appointment. Their seamstress is GREAT. She's quick, honest, and has a hilarious sense of humor.

So far my experience at Chryssie's has been great. I'm going in for my second fitting in a couple days and I must say I am excited. The dress is always in good condition when I go and the service has been very professional every time. They were even kind to my whole family that showed up for my first fitting when my dress came in. Overall great experience for a nervous first time bride.
