Chris London Entertainment is what you want

Christopher was positively magnificent from the first exploratory call to the final wedding check-in, and DJ Simeon was absolutely EPIC day-of!! We actually had a bit of a hiccup in that the first DJ whom Christopher booked for didn't end up working out, and had to drop just 10 days before our wedding. But with Christopher's extensive DJ network and abundant communication, we knew we were in good hands. Chris was able to secure an A+ DJ, Simeon, last minute and with no effort needed from us, within 2 days. Simeon, with only a week to prep, was the perfect emcee for everything from the ceremony to the first dances to the open dancing where he played one energizing track after another. We are so SO grateful we went with Chris and Simeon, and cannot recommend them each enough for your entertainment investment!

DJ Keith was amazing

DJ Keith made the reception the best party. He respected all of our wishes of what we wanted and balanced our differing taste in music along with peoples requests and top songs. DJ Keith is the top compliment we have gotten about our wedding.

INCREDIBLE!!! STOP wasting your time and book with them!

Chris and his team where incredible! I can’t say enough good things! Chris is super responsive which is a huge relief with a bride that is stressing planning this big day! He gives tips and tricks along the way up until the day of!! Danny was our DJ and ensured everything ran smoothly!! We were even ahead of schedule for most of the night! We didn’t have a wedding coordinator and Danny stepped in and took on that role also, along with giving us and our guests the best time by laughing and dancing! We also hired a videographer from Chris’s team- Adam. He was super respectful and got along great with my photographer! I wish we could do it all over again just to hire them! Thank you again so much!

Could not recommend more!

Oh man. DJ Keith was the star of the night. Words cannot describe how much I would recommend this man if you want your party to be, for lack of a better word, lit. In our pre-wedding meeting, I asked him to bring millennials to life on the dance floor, and he transformed Circ & Root into a 2011 frat party (in an amazing way); it was the things dreams are made of. He was mixing beats like crazy and our dance floor was completely full the entire night…we even asked him to stay later, it was seriously so good (~8:30-12:30). My husband and I basically never left the dance floor. We opted for the hybrid band option, and I was worried that the sax and percussion might overpower the music, but they absolutely did not. They were high energy performers and the instruments were extremely complementary and made the evening unique. Highly, highly recommend Chris London and DJ Keith if you want an unforgettable night that is certainly not your run of the mill wedding DJ experience.

GREAT DJ! Choose Chris !

Our original DJ ghosted us and we are so happy he did so we could find Chris. In the initial meeting it did not seem like he was trying to sell us anything, it felt like he genuinely wanted to know how to help make our day special. Chris asked many questions so he could get our music taste and he did great! There were 0 songs where the dance floor cleared out. There was no time to sit because every song made you want to dance. Our dance floor was PACKED from start to finish. So happy Chris was our DJ.

Amazing DJ for an Amazing Night

Chris and his team are nothing but professional. They honestly care about the couple at hand and work with you to make sure your night is exactly the way you want it. Day of, they even take care of any issues so that the bride and groom can actually enjoy their night. This DJ gets the dance floor going and keeps it going until the night is over. Highly recommend Chris and his team if you are looking for someone who cares about your day as much as you do and someone who brings the DJ game up a level. Great times!

Best DJ I've ever seen!

We were married during the god damn Coronavirus outbreak, and we has two dozen people cancel the day before the wedding. Chris was extremely calming through an insane situation, and he kept the energy upbeat the entire night. Certainly didn't hurt that the dance floor was packed for hours!

I didn’t think it could be so fun! We used Chris London DJ and he was an absolute dream to work with! We literally had no flaws to report during the wedding and we danced all night! There were maybe a couple times where the song selections didn’t work out and Chris was right on top of it! We had our guests telling us that it was the most fun they have ever had at a wedding thanks to Chris and the music!

Our wedding was beyond what we could have imagined with Chris. We had no idea that a dj could have such and impact until the night of. You hear and read reviews sometimes but you don’t know until you actually experience it in person.

Chris is simply the best!

If you are looking for a deejay for your wedding please use Chris! I can’t tell you how relieved my husband and I were when we had nothing to worry about at our actual wedding. The entire planning process was very hectic for us leading up to the wedding with all of our other vendors but not Chris! Everything was easy and he took the wheel when it came to the day of. Highly recommend him to anyone!

Highly recommended DJ!

What can we say about a dj who made our wedding the most perfect night? Chris was attentive, caring, and alert to everything! From beginning to end, Chris made sure that Jacob and I knew what was going on and at what times during the party. Chris was the best decision we made!

During the ceremony at our wedding Chris made sure our officiant had his microphone and was ready to go before the start. The sound was perfect, not too loud and not quiet. During the dancing portion we had so much fun and had to even take breaks from dancing every now and then since our feet were hurting so bad.

Best Wedding DJ Ever!

We saw Chris dj at a local venue a few times in the San Diego area and we had to have him for our wedding! I approached him while he was spinning one night and the rest is history. Our wedding was nothing but a fun dance party and that’s exactly the way we wanted it!

Best DJ experience ever!

Getting Chris to play at our wedding was the luckiest thing when we look back at it. He was scheduled to dj at a nightclub the night of our wedding and we just had to have him. Our wedding was an absolute success!

I could definitely say that the music and entertainment had a huge part in that thanks to Chris. We wanted everything from pop, country, hip hop, and latin music. Chris hit every genre and made our guests dance until everyone’s feet hurt. The best!

The best wedding dj ever!!!

At first we didn’t know whether to choose Chris or another company we talked to in the beginning. The cheaper option, which wasn’t Chris, was very factoryish when we talked with them. My husband had a good feeling about Chris when we had our first meeting and we ended up going with him. He was more of what our budget allowed but we are so happy we went with him. Our party was so epic that we really don’t think we will be at a wedding like that again. Chris is highly knowledgeable about music and how to really dj music together and not just create a play list. Thank you Chris!

We even had some last minute changes in our timeline which he always replied and answered with a smile and a “You got it”. We wanted someone who could mix a clubby style (but not too crazy) at our wedding and he was right in the middle! We have attended many weddings where the dj would just press play on a lap top and that was NOT what we wanted. He wasn’t cheesy either and that was a plus!

When my husband and I were shopping around for DJs we found that Chris was the most genuine and caring of them all. He actually wanted to know us and to find out our musical tastes. This was an instant brownie point since the other DJs didn’t even ask those questions. At the wedding he was most impressive in getting everyone involved and dancing. We didn’t just have one or two genres playing because he hit all the major ones.

He is one of the best choices we made for our wedding and we would recommend him to anyone. Do your research and find out why he is the best. We’ve been to so many other weddings where the dj was cheesy and didn’t get people dancing. This was not the case. Hire him!!

Best DJ ever!!!

Where do I start? Christopher was one of our choices when it came to him or another DJ. It all came down to how my husband Keith and I felt about the meetings we had with both of the different DJs. Instantly we were connected with Chris and his style. He wasn’t so arrogant and he seemed to care more about what we wanted other than all the cool stuff he wanted to sell us. Needless to say, we went with Chris and were very happy with the outcome! The dance floor was so busy and the music was right on point. There are no regrets on our end and we would hire Chris in a heartbeat again if we had to! Best party ever!!!

You're making a great choice going with these guys!

In short, Keith was phenomenal! He exceeded our expectations in every way.

He was 100% professional, all while keeping things fun and moving for us and our guests. Everything went off without a hitch, and Keith was a big reason for that! He checked in with when needed to see how we were doing, never let things get dull, and was a lot of fun to talk to--frankly, more fun to talk to than some of our family members! Lol. At one point when we first came out, he rushed over and got us drinks before one of the waiters even had a chance to, and I think he even played a song for the sake of getting us out on the dance floor. We'd been going table to table and talking to friends and family, and I think he noticed we hadn't danced much, so he got us moving and grooving, for sure!

I just realized I hadn't even mentioned the music yet. He did exactly what we would've wanted for the music--which is to say, he didn't adhere too strictly to our playlist, which was fantastic in making our guests want to dance more. It felt like exactly what it should be--a collaboration; he didn't overtake the music, and I hope we didn't either!

Ultimately, Keith was so much more than what we previously thought wedding DJs typically were--just someone who played music the bride and groom asked for him to play. He was a lot of fun to be around, and our wedding would've been a lot different had we not gone with him!

Above & beyond our expectations

My (now) wife and I had the pleasure of getting to work with Chris and his live band for our Detroit wedding on Friday, November 1, 2019. We utilized CL DJ Service for all of our music and sound needs - for our pre-ceremony, ceremony, cocktail hour & reception. We also used his photo booth service... and I truly have to say that Chris absolutely exceeded every expectation we could have imagined. My wife and I are still in shock as to how well the deejay experience was. We know of a few couples that are getting married in 2020 so we will, obviously, be recommending his services to them.

He walked us through every step of the process in choosing the right music, and learned about our musical tastes. He even encouraged taking requests from our guests since our friends LOVE music. He gave guidance that can only be gained by the amount of experience that he has, which was made apparent during the first phone call we had with him when we were looking for a solid wedding DJ.

It’s hard to explain just how amazing DJ Chris is but if you are in the Detroit area and you are in need of a wedding or private event DJ definitely call him to see (and hear) for yourself. You won’t regret it!

We used Chris for our wedding and my husband Jason was a little worried that he wouldn’t be able to handle our music selection. One of our first questions to Chris was if he had done any black weddings before. He mentioned that he’d done a few and even made us a mix to prove that he could handle our playlist. THIS MAN HAS SOUL!! We had family and friends asking where we found him all night. Our feet hurt so bad at the end of the night from all the dancing we did. Use him and you’ll be happy you did!!

Don’t give your money to anyone else!!

We hired a Dj that promised us the world only to find out that the rate we were charged made more sense in the end. Our dj backed out on us 2 weeks before our wedding. Chris happened to have the day off to spend with his wife but he didn’t want to leave us hanging with no entertainment on our big day. We must admit that we weren’t happy about the price at first but now we understand the difference between a professional and an amateur. Do yourself a favor and do your research before hiring anyone for your wedding day! With such little time and preparation, Chris hit the bullseye with every aspect of our wedding. The dance floor was full, he played all our requests, and he was mixing all night (we had no idea this was a thing). There is no other person I would recommend more than Chris. Thank you Chris for everything you did!! You saved us!!

Best DJ ever!!!

I found Chris on Instagram and I admit that I stalked him for sometime before we booked him for our wedding. We were so fortunate that he was available and so lucky to have used him instead of anyone else. His videos were spot on and translated into the night of our wedding. Our dance floor was packed and we even had both of our grandmas out there with us! If you want mediocre you can go with someone else. If you want the best option, pay the extra money to have chris. I promise you will not regret your descision!

Chris was making sure that we ran our timeline on track the entire evening. He even helped the venue pour champagne for the toasts when he had some downtime. Truly the best!

With music being such a personal passion, finding a DJ was one of the most important and stressful parts of the wedding planning process. After interviewing multiple DJ's, once we spoke with Chris, we knew he was the one. Chris was so easy to work with and at the end of the day he listened to what we wanted for our day and customized an experience just for us. We had a very unexpected last minute change to our day and Chris and his team were so understanding and accommodating. With all of the stress and work that goes into pulling off a wedding, Chris made the music part of the day completely stress free. During the reception, Chris was very energetic and had a great flow. In complete honesty, the dance floor was full the entire time at our wedding. My wife and I shared so many special moments with our friends and family on the dance floor. Chris was hands down an amazing DJ and I would reccomend him to anyone.

Don’t let price be the deciding factor.

We used Chris for our wedding and had no idea what a professional dj costed but Chris showed us costs and why he charged what he did. He explained everything in detail on why we were paying his rates and not the less expensive route with other dj companies. We have no regrets and would do it all over again. Highly recommend him!

Chris helped me identify the music I was doing my speech to for my best friend who got married before anyone arrived to the reception hall.

He was extremely helpful throughout the night in making sure that not only the bride and groom were happy, but the bridal party as well. He also made sure that the groom’s mother didn’t feel left out and even did a special announcement for her before the mother and son dance. If you want someone who cares, definitly hire Chris!

What a party!

using Christopher London as our DJ was the best decision that I could have made. My ceremony music was perfect. He helped me align my day of (because it's more challenging than you think), we went through the order of my very large bridal party. He was very detail oriented. From the beginning, it was so easy for us to choose Chris because of how responsive he was and how easy it was to work with him.

We were especially happy since everything was done digitally. Chris provided a very streamlined process for Lee and I and that’s what we enjoyed the most before we booked. Once our big day arrived, Chris ROCKED OUR WEDDING!! There are no other words for it. Everything from his sound system to the lighting was just incredible. Not a "typical" wedding dj!

My husband and I heard Chris dj at Harrahs casino at the Dive pool. We didn’t want a typical wedding dj playing the “typical” wedding songs at our wedding. We went through our preferences with Chris and weren’t too specific on the songs exactly but he delivered very nicely. We wanted our wedding to feel like a pool party and it was exactly that. With Chris being a former club dj it was easy for him. We love house music and we had a house music style wedding! Highly highly recommend him if you want to be picky like we were haha.

Excellent dj and microphone skills! It’s obvious this is what Chris is meant to do. Chris played our wedding and we felt like we were in a nightclub by the end of the night. A Night For The Books!!

Christopher London DJ Service is Awesome!! We like to dance and they had the tunes jamming across every genre. There were family there who haven’t danced in years and they wouldn’t get off the floor! Most importantly they were super accommodating to what we wanted plus some! If you’re throwing an event and thinking about a DJ these guys don’t disappoint. chris had people going crazy on the dance floor all night long at our wedding. We had a few hiccups of our own and had to change our time line. Chris came to our rescue after realizing the less expensive DJ we were originally going to hire had no personality. Needless to say, I was panicked and started calling around only to find limited availability and/or outrageous fees. Chris wasn't available himself but connected us with DJ Keith, who he highly recommended. Chris is extremely responsive and professional and wouldn't rest until our needs were met. They assured us the dance floor would be full all night and it was. Keith did a great job - just the right amount of energy combined with great music. Best DJ hands down!!!

We were completely blown away with how easy our experience was with finding such a remarkable DJ. My husband actually found him off of YouTube and when he first told me about him I was kind of dismissing the idea but then I watched his promotional video. I was awestruck!!! I couldn’t look away from the TV and I told my then fiancé to get ahold of him ASAP. I was hoping that he would make our wedding a smidge like the video. HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and our guests had such a great time and I even had about 5 of my friends ask me where we found him. Our son is apparently a breakdancer too thanks to Chris lol. We’ve never seen our 8 year old dance the way he did the night of our wedding!! Chris made sure to include our son in on the planning as well and made sure that he was having fun. I could basically go on and on about why you just need to hire him as your DJ. He’s now our lifetime DJ, whether he likes it or not!! 😂

Chris London is an awesome DJ. My wife and I have unusual tastes in that we wanted orchestral movie and video game music as the ambient music for our reception. Our wedding party came out to the Uruk-hai theme from LOTR. Simply superb. Heck, Chris even found the theme song to the old Gummy Bears show from the 90s. The point is, this guy knows his stuff. He listens to his client, he is punctual, professional and is a great team player. I honestly can't speak highly of him enough. I wish him nothing but the best. If he can make our bizarre wedding music dreams come me true he can make anyone's come true.

My wife (Molly) & I hired Chris for our December wedding at the Detroit Masonic Temple. It was one of the best decisions we made - apart from the decision to marry one another (of course). Chris was professional, prompt and very easy to work with. In preparation for the reception, Chris worked with us to create a terrific playlist and craft an overall strategy for the keeping our special event lively and engaging. Once the big day arrived, he proved to be a truly wonderful MC. The dance floor was a blast, and he also provided us with gorgeous uplighting for the venue (a nice touch) and a super fun photo booth. He even went out-of-his-way at the end of the night to help with clean up. We would recommend him very highly!

Christopher was a pleasure to work with! He was very responsive to emails during the months leading up to our wedding, and even helped us out with a music related favor that needed to get done.
During the week before our wedding, he took the time to meet with us so that we could walk through every detail of the upcoming day, and he had great suggestions for some of the missing song selections.
On the day of the wedding he was incredibly patient with our frantic last minute changes.
Once the dancing started, he was able to read the crowd extremely well and played a lot of fun music. Later in the night he was really able to show off his mixing skills.
We were very lucky to have someone like Christopher as part of our wedding and reception.

From the start, Crhis was the easiest decision of the whole wedding. He impressed us immediately with his professionalism, preparedness, & knowledge of the local Detroit wedding venues.

Chris was very extremely prompt in responding to messages, gave great suggestions about music selections and up-lighting for the venue that we ended up choosing (with his help). There wasn't a single worry or concern regarding him after choosing him as our DJ and he made our wedding way less stressful.

Chris was also very helpful on the day of our wedding as we did not have a coordinator or planner, he sort of stepped in and assisted whenever we had questions about how events were supposed to go. When we were going to do the grand entrance, he came out and helped us through the process, then verified our dinner timeline before we went in to assure things went smoothly (which was great because we had last minute changes that he didn't even know about).

The mood and vibe Chris created for dinner was perfect based on what we discussed with him during our planning sessions! He did a wonderful job directing the guests when they needed to be directed, and had great situational awareness when it came to allowing people to eat and drink, allowing me to tour of the happy hour room to talk to guests, and then helped with starting and directing the toasts.

When it came time to let loose and dance, Chris nailed it! We were a little worried since we had a smaller wedding that people would be shy and wouldn't want to dance, but Chris was able to get people up and moving with ease! The dance floor was poppin' all night, and Chris was able to KEEP people dancing which was our biggest goal.

I absolutely can't recommend Chris enough! He did a great job DJ'ing our reception and everyone had a fantastic time!

Chris originally DJed my daughter's quincenera and did an awesome job playing the right music. Everyone was up dancing and moving around and he played some fun music for the kids during the pinata.

Fast forward to my 3rd wedding and I wanted someone who was experienced that didn't need babysitting. Chris DJed my wedding and I barely had to give him any instructions. I picked some songs, answered some questions, and he did his thang. 10/10

Even in our first conversation with Chris, he told us he was there to make the day go smoothly and stay on track so that we could just let loose and have fun. His DJ skills are amazing, but he is also a professional at handling the craziness of a wedding day. I didn’t have a worry at all because I knew he was on top of all of the details. I can’t recommend him enough, he is so kind and just awesome at what he does!! One of the best choices we made in the wedding planning process.

DJ Chris, with Detroit Event Company, was simply amazing. He is the reason the entire night flowed so smoothly and elegantly.

Out of all of the DJs in Detroit, Michigan, Chris was an easy 1st pick for my wedding. He was professional, responsive, organized, and overall a class act. He played all of the songs my wife and I requested before our big day, and also took a few requests from my friends and family and was able to mix the songs on-the-spot. He also worked with our day-of coordinator to make sure that we were on schedule and his clear announcements helped direct our guests on where to go after the ceremony and what was coming up.

We gave Christopher some challenging goals to meet - keeping our elderly guests happy as well as our younger ones with the music selection. From the cocktail hour through the end of the night I had tons of compliments pouring in from all directions on our songs. We had a small wedding (only about 100 people or so) but Christopher kept the dance floor packed and the energy level through the roof. His MC services were clear and professional - with impeccable timing with regards to start/stop times when we were "done" with our dances (ie mother/son dance). And he even managed to squeeze in some personal favorites of the groom (EDM at a wedding reception? Who would've thought? But he made it work wonderfully!) I honestly couldn't have asked for a better wedding - and Christopher played a huge part in that.

The DJ is a huge part of the wedding — along with the food and beverage and Christopher was spot on! Throughout the entire planning he was so professional and accomodating with scheduling our conference calls and getting us through the weeks leading up to the wedding. DJ Christopher London did a phenomenal job! Our original DJ backed out the day before our wedding, and in less than 24 hours he had all the details down to a T and was extremely professional! He did a fantastic job. I wish I would have gone with him in the first place! Awesome guy! He brought lighting and speakers that were awesome! Not overwhelming with bright flashes or loud bass, absolutely perfect for the venue we had. He kept the party going! Everyone at the wedding said he was awesome and was amazed that he did such an amazing job with less than 24 hours notice! All songs we requested were played and during the ceremony the transitions between songs were flawless! Dj Christopher London deserves 10 stars, not just 5. I would highly recommend him and will recommend him to anyone I know that needs DJ services! If I need DJ services in the future, he will be the guy I go to!

Pandemic Wedding

We originally had Chris on to do our wedding but once COVID hit we had Keith take over for us. Keith was super great. He kept everyone out on the dance floor the entire night which was a huge deal for us. Everyone had the best time dancing and we would definitely recommend Keith to anyone who was looking for a DJ.
