Amazing Hilarious People (who will also take amazing photos of your day)
When I started wedding planning I listened to the "Put A Ring On it" podcast quite a bit, which recommending a few things about wedding photographers: 1. Find someone whose photos you like (check). 2. Find someone who you get along with personally, since you spend A LOT of time with them on your wedding day (check). 3. As with all your vendors, try to find someone who will take care of you on your big day, giving you less to worry about (check).
Preston and Laurette of Christman Photography checked all of those boxes and delivered an experience we will be able to remember for the rest of our lives. They were incredibly professional and responsive, but also willing to joke with us and have fun! As a team, they are creative and incredibly good at what they do. We were blown away by the 40 preview photos we received the very next day after our wedding: we can't wait for our entire portfolio and album! We cannot recommend them highly enough and will be going back to them for any other photography needs in the future!

The absolute BEST photographers!
Preston and Laurette are a DREAM to work with!! From the first time we met Preston, we knew he was the photographer we wanted to work with. Both Preston and Laurette are extremely passionate, knowledgeable and FUN! They have a way of creating the most beautiful, organic moments that allow your photos to look natural and showcase you and your partner's personality and love. On top of all of that, for a type A bride like I was, they eased my mind so much with how thorough they were with the questionnaires, timelines, responsiveness, communicating with our venue/vendors, etc.
Our engagement photos and wedding gallery are better than we could've dreamed and our family and friends say they are THE BEST wedding photos they've ever seen. They truly captured everything.

Our day with Christman Photography
Christman photography went above and beyond, not only on our wedding day, but with any other encounter we had with them.
They made us feel so at ease and comfortable the day of our wedding. They made it fun and they also joined in on the fun, which made it even better! My family had nothing but good things to say about them!
The love for what they do really shows and it only made us happy to have them share our special day with us!

Amazing Wedding Photographer
We used Christman Photography for our engagement and wedding photographers. They were absolutely amazing and created memories that will last us a life time. Highly recommend!
Laurette and Preston are not only two of the best people, but two of the best photographers. Without them, our engagement shoot and wedding photos would not have been as amazing. Since the start, their communication with my husband and I as clients was meticulous and thorough; there were hardly any additional questions we ever had. The Christmans have the ability to empathize with their couples, as they are one themselves. They do not hesitate to model how they want you to pose, and they add humor to make you feel more comfortable. This is easier to comprehend when it comes from a professional couple who also love each other and have endured the wedding experience themselves. To our surprise, they also took candids and portraits of many of our guests at our wedding, and it not only made our guests feel acknowledged by the photographers, it was also great to look at since we didn't interact with everyone at every minute. Needless to say, our guests also still talk about how great our photographers were, yet I cannot recall any photographers from other weddings I've attended (lol). These two are not the type of photographers that make you feel like you're in the way or obstructing their view. They will go to great lengths to get the shot, no matter the position they need to get into. At our engagement shoot, Preston was on crutches, and though he didn't need to, he still brought in an additional photographer to make sure the shots were perfect. Our guests and bridal parties still rave about how wonderful our photographers were because they were professional but still involved themselves into the fun of our wedding process and day; they let us be us, but they didn't make it solely about us- they understood how much everyone around us also meant. There are many candids of Laurette and Preston and the videographer in our wedding gallery, and they're hysterical. They would dance with the guests, laugh with us, help to fix my bustle when my bridesmaids weren't readily available, and even held a restless baby, so mom could be in the shot. Laurette and Preston are personable and joyous individuals who are adaptable and competent; they are truly dedicated to you as their clients and friends. My husband and I cannot recommend them enough to our friends, family, and now you (the internet world); we're so thankful to have met them and feel like we've made new friends for life!

Literally my dream photographer right here
Christman Photography was at the very top of my vendor list and they did NOT disappoint!! Their marvelous way of getting to know who we are to capture the best moments and memories was and incredible experience and every meeting with them sublime. This is what dreams are made of!
My husband and I had our wedding at the very unique venue of a Planetarium. Stars, clouds, and galaxies shining down on us. We went into our big day with a “The Sky’s the Limit” mindset, and that was due in a huge way to our amazing photographers, Preston and Laurette of Christman Photography. Our wants, needs, and dreams of the moments we wanted captured were always at the forefront of their mind from the first consultation to the day we received our gallery. We can’t say enough great things about them. Our photos take our breath away every time we look at them. We are excited to be able to prove to our future children and family that there was in fact a day where we looked like models. Their personalities are amazing and so fun! Their photography skills are so beautiful and natural and I absolutely loved that! And they’re willing to try anything to get the absolute best shots possible! Like getting their camera wet from a Budweiser beer spray shot! ;) they’re both seriously amazing and so kind and caring and become friends and family instantly! It’s not just business, it’s personal first with them and that makes everything super comfortable and fun! They don’t miss any shots and are sure to capture every incredible moment possible for you to look back on for many years to come. We’ve said and will continue to say that choosing them as our photographers was our best investment and choice when it came to our wedding (other than picking each other of course) :)

Amazing!!!
We came across Christman Photography after entering to win an engagement photo shoot. After the engagement shoot, we had also booked them for a family photo session. From that point on, we knew who we wanted to have as our photographer for our wedding.
We had so much fun having Christman Photography photograph our wedding day! They are very professional, creative, talented and so easy to work with and not to mention the nicest people ever! Our photos turned out better than we could have ever imagined! Christman Photography captured every single moment and detail of our perfect day!

My husband and I first met Preston & Laurette around Christmas 2019. We had been chosen to receive their free engagement session. During the session Preston was so down to earth and patient with us both, we were slightly camera shy. We knew immediately we wanted them to be apart of our big day.
Our initial wedding day was postponed due to COVID & the Christman's went above and beyond to lessen our stresses about changing our date.
On our wedding day they captured every moment I imagined & more. One very special moment was with my grandmother who is blind and deaf. Amongst all the craziness that goes on in the morning before the wedding both Laurette and Preston took the time to work with my grandmother and I to capture very special moments I'll hold onto forever.
Our day couldn't have been as perfect without these two. Not only did they capture all the special moments they were apart of our wedding that we'll never forget.

So grateful for Christman Photography!
We are so grateful we chose Christman Photography! We were bombarded with so many recommendations from everywhere across the map, but when it came down to it, choosing someone close to home was the best choice we could have made. From the very first zoom interview, through our album design session after the wedding, not to mention everything in between, the process was excellent, and they are SO professional! Preston really was a key part in not only helping us capture the day, but also plan for it! They blended seamlessly into our wedding day, and were so fun to hang out with, it was hard to tell they were working, but did they ever! The proof is in the pictures, which are so fantastic and reflect the day - and us - so perfectly. Preston really is an artist; a phenom at making light work, even on our foggy engagement session day and the brilliant mid-afternoon sun at our reception. Laurette, his wife and fantastic partner, even took some priceless Polaroids to give us that night! The unexpected attention to detail in the service that Christman Photography provides really makes it so special. The literal memories, both captured in front of the lense and the friendship we made with the people behind it, are such a gift!

A Dream Come True!
After chatting with Preston the first time, I knew we had made the right decision to hire Christman Photography for our wedding. The process went very smooth and I never felt like I was in the dark about anything. He is a great communicator and always kept me updated with a timeline of when to expect things. He made my husband and I feel very comfortable in front of the camera at our engagement photos which translated over to when he was shooting our wedding. Our wedding photos speak for themselves. I liked how he wanted to try different things based on the lighting or scenery but also got all of the specific photos we wanted. Throughout the process, Preston went from being a photographer to a friend. Preston has been amazing to work with and I would highly recommend him to capture your special day.

I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding photographer
Preston and his team were super personable and are fantastic at what they do. We became friends throughout the process which made it all even more enjoyable. They have very creative techniques which made for amazing pictures! My favorite part of the experience was sitting down to design our one of a kind wedding album. They really take the time to get to know your style and personality to get the best shots. I will be keeping in contact for future shoots for sure!

The BEST Photographer!
We could not be happier with Preston and our engagement and wedding photos. He offers multiple packages and the prices for quality and value totally exceeded our expectations. This year has not been easy for anyone, but Preston was so professional and understanding and willing to roll with any changes that came his way. He traveled to us for our engagement photos and even went in a waterfall for the perfect background! Because of pandemic restrictions and our new baby we weren't available for photos sometimes but he still managed to take so many fantastic photos of us and all of our family and friends and because he has an amazing personality everyone at our wedding loved him! He really helped our guests feel important and have a great time. Everyone commented how awesome our photographer was! Many of our friends and family used his photos of them to hang on their own walls! The wedding album he created for us will be cherished for many years to come. Couldn't have asked for a better photographer
Preston is amazing! We've used him for family pictures, engagement pictures, and our wedding pictures. He gets the best candid pictures, staged pictures and everything in between. I knew we needed him to capture our story when I saw him bring life to a rainy day wedding through pictures alone. He has never ceased to amaze and go beyond expectations. if you are looking for a flare of photoshop or a touch of fun to your pictures, he's definitely your man! He's always up for an adventure, even of it mean going to the Crayola Factory before the wedding. =D We can't thank him enough for the amazing pictures, laughs, and memories.
