Hiring Christina as our photographer was easily the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. From the beginning, friends advised us to be picky with our choice of photographer because aside from each other, this was the person we’d spend the most time with on our wedding day. We knew right away Christina would be the right choice. She has such a calm energy while being totally on top of everything, she’s funny, and she’s really resourceful. We also felt super safe and comfortable as a queer couple working with Christina. Of course, she also takes the most stunning photos! We chose to hire her because of her ability to really capture people’s essence in photos, and she completely knocked it out of the park. None of our photos came out looking generic or stiff - looking back on them now, we can feel the energy of the day in each of the pictures. She has a genuine magic for bringing people’s personality through in photos, especially the candid ones. She also has a particular talent for getting amazing pictures of young kids - she took a few stunning portraits of our two year old niece, who probably was not standing still for a single second that day! She also took the time to chat with us about our own relationship with ourselves in photos, and that really helped me feel more comfortable with the whole process. We’re totally blown away by the gallery we received, and if we ever needed a professional photographer again, we would absolutely make the same choice to hire Christina. We highly recommend everyone else to do the same! -

Captured the best memories
Christina is hands down the best wedding photographer around! Almost 6 years later and we are still obsessed. Christina makes you feel extremely comfortable in front of the camera to get the best shots. We are especially glad we did an engagement shoot with her to feel even more comfortable ahead of the big day. -

10/10 absolutely a joy to work with.
The entire experience start to end was seamless. Christina is an angel sent down to earth and her photography skills are jaw dropping. When the album arrived it was smile after smile after smile each photo we scrolled to was even better than the last. Her capacity to capture emotion is unparalleled. Since our wedding we have had 4 friends also book weddings with Christina, that’s all you need to know. -

The best of the best
Christina was an absolute dream to work with, and after admiring her photos for years, we were so thankful she worked with us on our wedding day. Neither of us are normally very comfortable in front of the camera but she made us feel so relaxed and really captured every moment that mattered. Before, during, and afterwards, she was so communicative and responsive; we couldn’t have asked for a better vendor. Her prices are very fair for the quality of her work, and she was so flexible and understanding as our plans evolved during the planning process. Her open and honest manner pairs so well with her professionalism and competency; we look back at our day with nothing but gratitude for the experience she created for us and have recommended her to any friends and family looking for the very best. -

The perfect photographer for us and our wedding day
We are so happy that we decided to have Christina as our wedding photographer. Something we didn’t realize during wedding planning was how important it is to have similar personalities with your photographer, and during our first call, we all clicked. Her bubbly yet sarcastic personality made taking pictures fun, and her experience as a photographer greatly helped the flow of all the pictures being taken. She’s worked with our venue (The Boylston Rooms) before, so she took us on a walk through the venue ahead of our wedding day to get a feel for where we’d be shooting and how long it would take to go through all the locations we wanted to shoot at. The day of, she and her second shooter, also Christina, were so kind and enthusiastic, which helped me personally feel relaxed and at ease. Both of them made sure to capture everything we wanted captured, and when we started to run a little behind, devised a plan on the spot to make sure we got to enjoy cocktail hour while also getting all the shots we wanted!
Our sneak peeks were beautiful and we can’t wait to see the rest of the wedding album. We can’t recommend Christina enough! -

My wife and I hired Christina for our wedding at the Boylston Rooms and we both agree we couldn't have made a better decision for our event. As we reflect on our favorite moments of the day, so many of them were orchestrated by Christina. She is truly so talented & has found her calling. Everyone remarked at how fun she made taking photos, how well she worked with kids, and what a joyous, positive energy she brought to the whole day.
We loved getting to know her prior to our event and learning about her family and her commitment to donating proceeds from each shoot to the Loveland Foundation as well. She's truly a wonderful human with a huge heart & the time spent prior to our wedding day made us so comfortable working with her and being ourselves in front of her camera.
If you want to spend your whole wedding day smiling genuine smiles & feeling like you're in the most capable hands, hire Christina and join us in pitying anyone who doesn't get to work with her!! -

Uncomparable!
When I began my search for a Wedding Photography, I wanted to find someone that was not the generic "wedding photographer", someone who could bring something special to our pictures, and someone we could have fun with. Upon our first meeting, my now husband and I knew Christina was it for us. We fell in love her instantly! She was friendly, open minded, creative, energetic, the list goes on and on. In terms of her photography, still to this day, I stare at our pictures and am so grateful that she was able to capture not just the events of the day, but the love we have for each other. Christina is the best photographer I have ever met, she will definitely do more of our growing family work in the future, and be a friend for many years to come. You cannot go wring with choosing Christina as your wedding or event photographer!! -

We chose Christina based on her style firstly, and secondly that she has shot at the Boylston Rooms multiple times. It made us feel comfortable to choose someone who knew the landscape and the lighting, as to not waste too much time trying to find the "best" spots. She was so fun to work with and answered all our questions very quickly! I am someone who DOES NOT like to be photographed but she made me feel beautiful and the few samples we have received so far are amazing. Her pricing was very reasonable and we even tacked on an extra hour to make sure we captured everything. It was a blast working with her and I would consider her for other projects in the future! When we first met Christina, my husband and I immediately knew we wanted to work with her! Christina is one of the nicest and most genuine people I have ever met. She is very caring and has a great sense of humor, and was always totally on top of everything throughout the planning process as well as on the day of our wedding. She took the time to get a sense of us as a couple, and also volunteered to meet us at the space before the wedding day as well as attend our rehearsal. She was familiar with our venue from working previous weddings there and really thought of everything, from where to get the best lighting and even down to making sure we got drinks when we were taking photos during our cocktail hour, making sure my veil and dress weren’t covered in static or fuzz, and most importantly, making sure we relaxed, laughed, and enjoyed the day together.
Christina’s work itself is breathtaking and has an element of authenticity that really stood out to us when we were comparing wedding photographers. We wanted our wedding photos to capture and memorialize the little touches about what the day was really like, and not just look like hokey staged photos. Christina’s photographs truly went above and beyond what we ever could have expected. We did not give her a lot of direction in terms of a shot-for-shot photo list (except for the family/group portraits we wanted), and she was so creative and attentive in the photographs she captured. It was a delight to get our photos and look at them together after our wedding, even seeing some things for the first time (kids’ funny dance moves, guests’ emotions, little details about our venue that we never noticed before).
We had a winter wedding, and so of course we were hoping for snow pictures. Although a big storm was predicted the day of our wedding, it didn’t end up snowing until the very end of our reception. Our videographer had left already and Christina was also packing up after a long day of shooting, and she noticed that it had finally started to snow outside. Christina quickly unpacked her camera equipment, grabbed us, and took us out to the patio. The photos that Christina took of me and my husband in the snow in particular are so precious to us and were everything we could have dreamed.
Christina was also very accommodating when the weather forecast forced us to change important details last minute, including the day of timeline. She worked seamlessly with us, our planner, and the event coordinator at our venue. She was flexible, empathetic, and cheerful even when I was having mini freak outs over logistics. We really felt like she cared about us, our families, and our guests. My husband and I can be a little awkward and camera-shy, and Christina and the other people she worked with put us at ease and made us look and feel like a million bucks on our big day!
My only regret is taking so long to write this glowing review—sorry Christina! We didn’t forget you :) -

Hiring Christina as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we made! From the start she was organized, attentive, and got to know us as a couple. The week after our May wedding she sent us 12 sneak peek photos and had the rest of our wedding pictures edited within a very reasonable time frame. She not only got great pictures of us but our guests too. Throughout the night, and after our wedding, we had so many guests comment on how wonderful Christina was to them as well! We were so happy with our overall experience and cannot recommend her enough! -

Christina is amazing! She is very laid back and organized. She was on top of everything- communication with my wedding party and the other vendors and helpful with moving things along. Her personality was great! She makes you feel so comfortable. One thing I love about her is that not all her photos are a “stand here and do this” they are truly candid photos. Christina was great in every aspect when it came to our wedding. She went above and beyond and helped with more than just photos. She made sure the timeline went smooth and was so helpful with moving things along. Christina was also just a blast to have as our photographer such a great personality and just made the whole experience more fun. I would recommend her for any event but even more so for the big day.
