We just finished our wedding this last weekend and the floral was absolutely stunning! The team at Christie Turner was so great to work with throughout the process, always giving ideas for how to best use all the floral pieces and helping us stay without our floral budget while still giving us a true WOW factor with our flowers. We got married at Ma Maison and the floral setup they had for our ceremony backdrop and for our reception hall gave the perfect pop of color to add to the natural beauty of the overall wedding venue. The team was also great in helping us understand how the process would work and was very fast to respond to our many many questions along the way. Would definitely recommend my friends to check out Christie Turner in the future. -

Christie Turner Designs absolutely knocked it out of the park with my wedding florals! Dana, one of the co-owners, was an absolute lifesaver. She answered all of my (sometimes panicked) questions quickly, confidently, and with so much kindness. From start to finish, she assured me everything would look amazing—and she was absolutely right.
The florals were breathtaking. Every arrangement was fresh, vibrant, and flawless—nothing wilted, nothing out of place. The setup on the wedding day was seamless, and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Christie Turner Designs truly brought my floral vision to life in ways I couldn’t have imagined.
I honestly have zero complaints. If you’re looking for stunning florals and a team you can completely trust, Christie Turner Designs is the way to go. Highly, highly recommend! -

Beautiful Wedding Flowers
Chelsea and Dana were a dream to work with and made all of my floral dreams come true! Our wedding was beautiful and you could tell how much love and hard work they put in to making every detail look so amazing. My MIL also used them for our rehearsal dinner, and we were able to use the flowers from that to add details to our wedding which helped us with our budget. They were so accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had, which was great! Highly recommend this dream team for your wedding!! -

Words cannot express how beautiful the arrangements were at my daughter's recent wedding. Dana and Chelsea did an amazing job at creating my daughter's vision and we could not have been more pleased with their work. From the arch, to the table arrangements, bouquets, boutonnieres and aisle chairs their attention to detail was spot on. All the flowers were fresh and the greenery and accents in the arrangements earned them all the WOW factor. Of all the decisions we had to make in choosing vendors, we are so happy we chose Christie Turner and highly recommend them! -

Christie Turner truly went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we were looking for for floral design for our wedding! We chose some options that they had not done before, and tbh I was a little nervous at first, but they truly work with us to make sure that our expectations were met! I have had so many compliments on the flowers from our wedding. And to top it off, they were so sweet and lovely to work with! Highly recommend :) -

Holy cow 5 stars is not enough!!!! My wedding was an absolute DREAM because of the beautiful work of Christie Turner Floral Design. I was swooning from our first proposal to wedding day. Their team worked so incredibly hard to bring my vision to life and executed it far beyond what I thought possible. Absolutely stunning work, excellent communication, and competitive pricing. The Dream Team!!!
I just cant say enough good things about Dana & Chelsea. Having never met either and dealing only through email/phone they were by far my favorite of our vendors. Dana was so easy to work with and clearly loves what she does. I sent her some color inspiration and was thrilled with what she came back with. We had originally planned a larger event at two separate locations but had to downsize ( several times ) due to COVID and government restrictions. Dana was on board every step of the way. Willing and able to adjust and reset as needed. Also offering tons of encouragement and positivity in a super stressful time. I absolutely loved our flowers and working with Christie Turner Floral Design. -

Christie Turner Designs saved my life when it came to my wedding floral. I had a problem with the original florist I booked and gave Christie Turner Designs a call in hopes they could help and Dana took care of me! She made it so easy and stress free. She made me feel totally confident in them, even though I booked only 2 months before my wedding. She kept me posted and was so responsive to any questions I had. The flowers she brought to my wedding were BEAUTIFUL. She set everything up and it was exactly what I had in mind! -

I would look elsewhere, save yourself headache and money
I really would make sure you check this company's lowest and most recent reviews on The Knot and Wedding Wire before booking. You will be spoken with such high hopes, as if they are going to make all your requests come true, when in reality they will create your piece with majority being fake greenery and incorrect flowers. I asked for a growing meadow, 10ft wide and very tall, to obscure the railing behind us, and went over floral colors. That was no done, they told us our growing meadow will be very close to our inspiration picture, it has colors we never even talked about. I have contacted them, and they are avoiding the fact that nothing with respect to our growing meadow was delivered as we requested. We were never even told in the contract or over phone/email that they use fuax greenery in their pieces. It looked so bad to see 80% of your piece fake with few floral pieces that are brown at the edges, clearly sourced days prior to the event. In their emails and responses on Google, The Knot, and Wedding Wire it is the same copy/paste with no utter concern they didn't deliver what they said they could. They also messed up my garlands, didn't think to tell us they couldn't do that either but instead I wore a garland that covered my entire wedding outfit. They happily refunded that since it was $300, but don't want to discuss the large item they took thousands of dollars.
They are telling me it is the last time they will discuss this matter, instead of taking a peaceful approach which is what I ended my previous email with. When a business tries to take advantage of people and take thousands of dollars, things will come crashing down at some point. It is sad to see a local small business in Austin operate like this. I would really advise looking elsewhere, just as they unprofessionally told me to look elsewhere when I wanted to hire Ashley Nicole.

Please read this for you to understand why you shouldn’t use this company! We thought we picked a good company hiring Christie Turner Flower Designs (Dana and Chelsea) as florists for my daughter’s wedding, but ends up we picked a truly unprofessional and unethical florist! We planned for a classy and elegant wedding, paying them $32,773 for premium, fresh flowers. The day of the wedding to our dismay, the flowers on the arrangements were FAKE/SILK with some fresh roses and some fresh baby’s breath!
Numerous breaches of contract and failures from Christie Turner floral designs occurred; unfulfilling the terms of our agreement. First, they used mainly artificial silk flowers without our prior knowledge or consent in lieu of the agreed-upon contract for premium, fresh floral arrangements! Only some roses and some babys breath were fresh! Some vases had semi dead roses as well! The rest were silk flowers!!! This malicious move on their part significantly compromised the aesthetic appeal and authenticity of my daughter’s wedding. In addition, we requested to keep the floral decorations after the wedding event, which is also an advertised option they offer via FAQ section in their website. This understanding was especially crucial to me since I intended to utilize these decorations and donate the flowers afterwards. To my dismay, they took the majority of the flowers I paid for, (if it wasn’t for our wedding planner, they would have taken it all), directly going against my wishes to keep them based on our agreement. It’s very clear why they wanted to remove all the flowers and not allow me to keep them that’s because they used so many synthetic/fake/artificial flowers; they wanted to remove the physical evidence of breaching our contract. My wedding planner, lawyer, and myself emailed, texted and mailed a formal letter to them a day after the wedding, detailing many of the aforementioned issues and concerns that arose during the event. Regrettably, to this day, we have not received any response or acknowledgment from them regarding those matters. I have submitted a formal complaint with BBB, and I am in process of submitting legal arbitration on this matter. Not only Christie Turner flower breached our contact, but they had the audacity to continue to profit from us by posting on their website without our authorization a picture and video of my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding! After several warnings from us, they finally removed it from their site. I have never encountered in my life such a dubious company that was selling you and amazing sets of premium, fresh flower arrangements to then unethically provide you fake flowers. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this business!
