  Outstanding Service

  Christelle was absolutely amazing!!!! I will use her for all of my events! Her energy and experience helped to bring the stress day of!! Her pictures are fantastic and such great quality! Well worth the price!!

  Christelle was absolutely amazing. She was very flexible to work with, easy to get a hold of, and so willing to deal with my crazy family and HUGE wedding! Through all of the chaos she kept a positive attitude and a big smile on her face. She was also exactly where she needed to be to get those precious shots. As the bride to be, that kind of energy is SO needed. If you are looking for a photographer in the Olympia area, I highly recommend her! Her work is beautiful and I love her prices as well. Two thumbs up!

  My roommate booked a photographer as a wedding gift to my wife and I. He was in touch with her for a few weeks before he sent me her contact information to do a meet and greet prior to the wedding. Christelle responded to my email within 24 hours and set up a meeting that very same weekend! We met at Starbucks and she showed us a few examples of wedding binders she made for other married couples as well as some digital photos she has taken. Impressive. We sipped coffee and talked about our wedding timeline and created a plan on what pictures would be taken when. She was more than open to take pictures of guests as they requested as well as our decor. You'd think its a typical package from any photographer, but her warm personality seemed that she would make our big day special.
  She arrived as we began to set up the reception area on time at 1300. I was a disaster and on heightened emotions, and she worked with me despite my attitude. That personal touch of understanding how stressful a wedding can be can only be found by a compassionate professional.
  She was everywhere we wouldn't have thought to be during the wedding and reception. We had to laugh at some of the moments that she caught on camera. My family loved Christelle. I think we may have seen her bust a move or two on the dance floor that night...talk about meshing in like family :)
  It took maybe 3 weeks for all of the wedding photos to come via email. She set up a digital photo album that would allow everyone access as long as they had the link. About a week after the digital photos, she sent us a flash drive and thank you card full of warm wishes.
  It's almost been a year and we are still in awe of how well our pictures came out. Every glance at the photos is like taking a trip down memory lane.
  I know I thank you a lot Christelle, but V and I would not be able to reminisce without you capturing it.

We had a family friendly wedding and Christelle did a great job with all the little ones and capturing all the excitement. We all had a blast looking over all of the wonderful photos...Christelle gave us ALL of the photos she took both days (so many wonderful memories). Thank you Christelle for answered all my questions and making the whole experience fun!!!

  Christelle photographed our wedding and reception and also our anniversary photos the next year. We have so many great memories from all these events now! Christelle is great at making people feel at ease and found us the best scenic views for pictures even when our venues were a bit lacking in that area. She also was great at taking my requests for a couple extra pictures and she did a wonderful job of posing us for portraits before the ceremony, which felt very natural. I love looking at these photos everyday! Christelle's enthusiastic personality and ability to be flexible in the midst of our timelines running a bit over was much appreciated! She captured all and more of the moments that were most important to us.

She showed us samples of photos she had done in the past and we discussed a plan for our wedding day. We were also impressed at her reasonable prices. On our wedding day, Christelle captured all of the photos we requested and she was checked in with me throughout the wedding to make sure I was satisfied. She even helped calm my nerves at a few moments during the wedding. After the wedding, she met with us to discuss prints and to review photos. She put together a lovely photo book for us that we cherish very much. I love Christelle's flexibility, upbeat energy, and positivity. I am looking forward to scheduling our family photos soon (we have a one year old now)!

  Christelle was amazing! She was so flexible and so patient with us from start to finish! She made us feel comfortable and brought a sense of calm to the chaos of wedding day. She went above and beyond our expectations! When it was time to deliver our photos she met me at a place where my kid could roam free! The images hang in our house we use them all the time.

Let me start off by saying christelle is super sweet and accommodating, she was willing to do things above her job title during our wedding day (she even helped bustle my wedding dress after the ceremony) but her photography left us disappointed to say the least. I even let her know when we were going over the contract that me and my husband are not very photogenic so it might be hard to get good pictures guys she assured me she will make everything perfect. That was my first mistake was to trust her skills just based on her website.. We originally got engaged on mt rainier so naturally we wanted our shoot to be focused on that so we told her let's go to paradise. I don't know if maybe she had a different vision or just didn't want to commute that far but she talked us into going to chambers bay which was the 2nd mistake. It was close to 100 degrees that day so needless to say the sun was blinding and it showed in all our photos. She picked awful angles to where almost all our photos We have weird faces and are squinting because We are facing the sun. We waited so long to do our engagement shoot (it kept raining to where we had to postpone multiple times) and to see the photos that came out was upsetting but I just thought it was just the sun and kept a sunny disposition since the wedding was in November the photos would be just as good as the ones on her site and I am worrying for nothing. I even voiced my disappointment with the photos cause I felt so let down. So anyways, the wedding day comes and we had a blast (even though she forgot the photo props she said she was going to bring) and we thought it would show in the photos but no, right before Christmas we got our photos back and once again they were low quality, bad angles, it was like she didn't even try even though she took over 500 photos.   Sierra, I am so sorry to hear all of this. I thought we had all of these pictures in your file, and I am sorry about the way they turned out for you. I was positive we got all of that and I thought the images had looked great, so I will look through everything again for you. In terms of the props, I am sorry we had a miscommunication and were able to talk about that once more before your wedding day. I had looked over the schedule and contract and I thought the photo booth that was going to be there for your wedding was what was being used. I would love to discuss more of this with you, and again I am so sorry for your disappointment.
