  Wedding must have

  Chris was fantastic and very easy to work with. He played gorgeous violin as we entered and exited the chapel while playing piano during the ceremony. During our ceremony he did a great job of timing with our unity event as well. Leading up to the wedding, he was very quick with his communication and gave us a few easy lists to pick songs from. 10/10 would recommend for your wedding. The gorgeous live violin and piano truly bring your wedding ceremony to life. I am so glad we picked Chris and would recommend again!

  Wedding Must Have!

  Chris was such a pleasure to work with and brought such a beautiful element to my wedding day! Guests really enjoyed the music he played leading up to the ceremony as well. Very responsive over email and helpful in providing recommendations. Highly recommend!

  Beautiful music

  His ceremony music was so beautiful and helped our ceremony go off perfectly. He also was helpful for picking songs that worked for each part of the ceremony.

  Amazing ceremony musician!

  So thankful we chose Chris to be our wedding day ceremony musician! He played the piano while guests were being seated and then switched to violin for the precessional. He listened to my vision and requested songs but also made some suggestions of his own to help round out the music selection. He was very easy to work with and lots of fun to talk to! Thank you Chris!

  Beautiful Ceremony Music!

  Chris did a fantastic job with my ceremony music. He was great to work with and even was able to work with me when I had to reschedule due to covid. He sent me two beautiful playlists to choose from and let me suggest any songs I wanted as well. I didn't even need to suggest any because his were so perfect! I highly recommend using Chris for any wedding.

  Chris is simply the best! I contacted him on short notice to come play for my engagement proposal at The Olde Pink House in Savannah. He was extremely responsive, helped me plan out the details, and most importantly showed up right on time. Chris really impressed me with his violin skills and awesome attitude, and I thank him deeply for making my proposal a night that me and my fiancé will never forget.

  Beautiful, classic, elegant

  Chris provided the pre-ceremony and ceremony music for our wedding at 10 Downing. His music definitely enhanced the beauty and elegance of the space. Chris was extremely easy to work with and was respectful of my wishes to include both traditional and contemporary selections for our ceremony. He offered suggestions for my entrance song, as well as our exit, after I was having difficulty deciding. Prior to my wedding, my mom and I were also able to meet with Chris via Skype to hear him play each of the selections we'd chosen. Even over the Internet, his music sounded beautiful and, at one point, brought my mom to tears. There's something very moving about a solo violin! I'd highly recommend including Chris in your wedding.

  Thank you for making our wedding so magical!!!

  I can't say enough good things about Chris Dooley. I am a wedding planner in Savannah and have referred him to countless couples but I just had to leave a review after he performed at MY wedding on December 15th, 2018. He played at our ceremony with a few other musicians and it was truly the most magical experience of my life. He is very talented and very kind and very easy to work with. He replies quickly to e-mails and is just truly awesome. Also... the best part is he has birds AND he's funny. I would highly recommend Chris to any couple getting married in Savannah, he is awesome!!!

  Chris is so talented and played such beautiful music for my wedding! The aisle leading to the alter was longer than I anticipated so Chris (without hesitation) adjusted the speed of the song so I didn't have to worry about the song ending before I reached the alter or worry about adjusting my walking speed. Chris is fantastic!

  Chris is an amazing musician!!! He is extremely talented and organized. I am so thankful for all of his help in choosing the songs for our special day!! I highly suggest Chris as the musician for any wedding!

  Chris was such a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. Being my husband and I were from out of town he had a few skype calls with us so I could preview the songs. The music was great and he made our ceremony so special. Such a talent. Thank you Chris!!

  We have worked with Chris quite a few times!! He has worked at many of the weddings that we plan/coordinate and he is always on time and super flexible if we have to move some things around on the day of! We definitely recommend Chris!

  Chris was great! He was the only musician we had during our ceremony and he did a beautiful job! I wanted some different music from the usual wedding music and Chris was more than accommodating. We were planning our wedding from Texas and Chris Skyped with us to play for us. He has a large repertoire and played both violin and piano in our ceremony and processional. He was very affordable and played extremely well. Thank you, Chris for an amazing job!

  I cannot rave enough about Chris and how perfect he was for our wedding! We wanted something that would complement the wedding vibe and finding Chris through Wedding Wire was a blessing! When we met with him, we had some ideas for the music, and it was so important we heard him playing. Not only is Chris very talented, hearing some of the music or his input helped us change some of our selections for the better. I think it also helped us having the different songs for each grouping from the bridal party as a music queue for them to start walking. Chris was nothing but professional, but he has a wonderfully kind and humorous personality. And bonus – we got to meet some of his birds that he rescues!

  Chris was absolutely AMAZING! Chris met with us via Skype. He was always easy to talk to and fast to respond to any request that we had. He even learned to play a song that we really liked! I really like that he allowed us to think outside of the box! Thanks Chris for making our wedding a day to remember!

  Chris is awesome! I met Chris at a bridal show where he played 1000 years, and I knew I had to book him! He held a private trial where I got to hear a selection of music. I asked on the spot for the intro song for the Notebook on the violin, he listened to the song for a moment and played it right back! pretty incredible! Chris has serious violin skills and was very professional. I would absolutely recommend him to any Savannah bride! Also, his bird knowledge is top notch. :)

  Our experience with Chris was perfect. He is very good with prompt communication and his prices are amazing. The musical talent this man possesses will take your entire event to a whole new level. We had an in-person demo/planning session well before the wedding with Chris to finalize our choices, this was very helpful and FUN... When he played the music I chose to walk down the aisle to, I actually cried it was so beautiful and moving. (That was very helpful, as I did NOT cry my way down the aisle on the actual wedding day.. I was prepared!) He guided us into a solid plan for our ceremony music (Violin) and helped us decide on specific songs for special moments. He had very helpful suggestions and could play most anything we could think of. The actual day of our wedding, he arrived plenty early and dressed very nicely in a suit. His equipment and instruments are top notch, his timing was perfect and he never missed a single note. Chris also provided the music during our cocktail hour (piano) and again, it was perfect and he made sure to include every song I mentioned along with appropriate choices of his own.

  Chris was awesome! We had him play pre-music on the piano and ceremony music on the violin. He was super easy to work with, we had a lot of conversations on Skype where he played us various pieces to help us pick out music for the ceremony and was even ready to learn different music if we had wanted a special song. He sounded great on the day of and we really enjoyed having him at the wedding!

  Chris arranged with a cellist to join him as he played the violin at our daughter's wedding and then he played the piano and violin during the cocktail hour. Our daughter selected more modern and unique pieces for the ceremony. Everyone raved about how much they enjoyed the music.
  We live in KY and arranged everything via email. Chris was easy to work with and I appreciate all the work he put into making this a special day.

  Chris is wonderful! We don't live in Savannah and we planned out our songs with him via Skype. He played the violin for us and helped us to pick out each song we wanted. He was on time to the ceremony and did a fantastic job playing the piano and violin! He also helped us out on picking out our rehearsal dinner venue by recommending a few places. He went above and beyond!

  This was a destination wedding for us and Chris facetimed with us to let us hear his music. How cool is that! He played violin for the ceremony and piano for cocktail hour. Simply beautiful.

  Chris was the violinist for my ceremony on Tybee Island. He learned a custom song just for my ceremony with his 200 year old violin which is SO beautiful in it's sound. I was very impressed with his talent and his professionalism, and I am very happy that I chose Chris. He was also well within out budget!

  Chris was very responsive from the very beginning. He met with us prior to our wedding day to plan out our selections and provided great suggestions. The day of he was on time and played beautifully. Highly recommend!
