Amazing vendor for florals and rentals!

We were blessed to be well connected with To-Nga/Chez Rose through our wedding planner. To-Nga did such amazing work with the floral arrangements on our wedding day. We were going for a clean, simple, modern look to match the modern theme of our wedding and we loved how the florals turned out!

Not only was Chez Rose great for the florals, they were also able to provide us with so much more that added to the whole aesthetic of the wedding, including the chiavari chairs, wall draping, gold charger plates, bar decorations, as well as sleek looking lounge furniture (which was a big hit with our parents and their friends) and all for more reasonable pricing compared to some others that we had seen. We'd highly recommend Chez Rose for your floral and rental needs!

The best florist!

To-Nga did an amazing job providing floral arrangements for our wedding. She was referred to me by a friend and I was blown away when I browsed her extensive portfolio on her website. I knew that I wanted her to be the florist for our wedding. During our meeting with To-Nga, she was very patient and kind in drafting our vision of all that we wanted to include in our special day. She provided suggestions on what would enhance our wedding detail as well which types of flowers to utilize to last the full 12 hours of our ceremony and reception. Her pricing was very reasonable and she was communicative throughout the entire planning process. I received so many compliments on my wedding day regarding how beautiful the floral arrangements were. I would highly recommend Chez Rose Floral!

Elegant Beautiful Chic Decor

Chez Rose (To-Nga) was so incredible to work with. To-Nga created the most elegant, romantic flowers and decor for our wedding.

Chez Rose went over every detail to ensure the look of our event was perfect. I was blown away with how beautiful our ballroom looked. I loved everything about the decor.

Chez Rose was easy to work with, they were flexible when we wanted to change details and colors. We were so lucky to work with them!

My forever decorator

I don't know where to start with To-nga. I got married on 11-10-2019 and without To-nga and her beautiful team, my husband and I wouldn't have had our fairytale wedding. To-nga did the decor for my Aiburo, Holud, mehendi, ceremony, and reception. We told her everything we wanted and she delivered 300%. Our ideas were in our heads and she brought them to life... this woman has insane talent. She's also one of the kindest and most understanding people I've ever met. She is our family's official decorator. We will not go with anyone else... ever. I didn't think all our events could be so perfect, beautiful, and flawless. Just Perfect!

How do I start?
Let's say my wedding wasn't exactly blush and baby's breath. My then-fiancee and I, along with our very eccentric families, wanted "Cirque Du Soleil"! And then "Japanese Flower Garden!" And then back to "Not exactly Cirque, but peacocks!" oh but there was still a set color swatch that was only purple white and grey. It didn't matter what we wanted, Tonya was ready, patient, and killed it! The centerpieces were so beautiful, guests were nearly playing a tug of war! The backdrop she made gave all our pictures at the photobooth so special. Did I mention, hanging umbrellas on the ceilings? With lights inside them to illuminate the dance floor they were hanging over?

Look look, my husband is a very picky person, and had very little idea about how the decorations would all turn out. He was absolutely floored two days before the wedding because everything was gorgeous. Guests called me after just to say, "everything was so beautiful AND unique!"

You won't go wrong with Chez Rose. They take utmost care into creating your vision, no matter how strange or difficult! You'll make the right choice coming to them!

Flawless Experience!!

I am so glad that I hired Chez Rose for both of our wedding events!!! To Nga worked with me extensively to discuss all my ideas for both days. I wanted to incorporate a tropical theme for my traditional Bengali Gaye Holud and an elegant floral theme for my wedding day. Every detail was accounted for and everything was executed to perfection. I was blown away by all the decor and I received so many compliments from our guests! She really produced my picture perfect wedding. I will definitely hire her for every major event from now on and strongly recommend her to any bride looking for a wedding decorator and designer. Truly Beautiful

To-Nga communicative and easy to work with throughout our whole process. She is sweet, kind, thoughtful, and make suggestions to where we can save on our wedding day. Unlike other florists who pressure you to book higher packages or up charge you. To Nga attentive to your requested and will bring out what you envision through her amazing work.
Our church flowers and reception centerpieces came out beautifully. I highly recommended Chez Rose Floral Design and will definitely book them again for future events.

My wedding 02- 23- 2019

I hired To-Gna for my wedding. It has been One of the best decisions I ever made in my life. I was so worried and stressed about the plannings but once I met and sat with her I knew I would be in good hands and immediately wanted to work with her. She listened and understood my needs, my visions and expectations. I am not a flower person so I had no ideas of what kind of flowers I wanted so I trusted her advices and she didn’t disappoint me at all. Also, she made me feel comfortable so money/budget talks were not an issue with her like it could be sometimes with other vendors. She is not pushy at all and is not overselling. She made sure to give us the best accordingly to our budget. I have made changes, removed/added things and it has never been an issue for her. I live in Florida but my wedding was in California so we communicated mostly through emails, texts or on the phone. It was not an issue at all because she is very reachable. I can tell how serious and passionnate she is about her job and as her client I know she cares a lot about giving us the best.
When my wedding day came, everything was perfect. The sweetheart table, the centerpieces, decos, wedding cake table, my bride and bridesmaids bouquets were beautiful. I was amazed and so were my guests! To-Gna went above and beyond to make sure I would not have to worry about anything.
I totally recommand her talent and professionalism and would definitely hire her again if needed. It was the best experience I had with my wedding vendors. Thank you so much To-Gna & your team, you guys did an amazing job and made my wedding day unforgettable. Merci beaucoup!

Chez Rose Floral Designs did my wedding on 3/23/19 & I couldn’t be any happier!

To-Nga & her team from Chez Rose Floral Design did such an amazing job on my wedding day, 3/23/19. One of my favorite moments was walking into the wedding reception venue and seeing my wedding vision come to life thanks to them. It was so beautiful, literally everything I expected and more. She did my personal flowers, tea ceremony arch, entrance photo backdrop, sweetheart table and backdrop, cake table, dessert table & guests table centerpieces. Best part of all was that her prices were very reasonable.

So glad I went with To-Nga as my florist & event designer. She really understood my vision and I knew she wouldn’t let me down because her customer service was superb. She was very detailed on her invoice & extremely fast & accommodating with all of my requests/changes. She worked with Alex to build my geometric shelves backdrop and I felt so special to be the first one to use it.

I would definitely recommend Chez Rose Floral Design as they really do go above and beyond your expectations. If you’re reading this review, thanks again guys! You rock!!

Best Design Co. to work with!

ChezRose was super wonderful to work with, they were absolutely brilliant in design and listened tentatively to all my design ideas. My Husband and I got married on August 25, 2018 at The Portofino Hotel and Marina.To Gna and the staff were amazing from start to finish. We started looking for flowers and rentals 6 months prior to our wedding. Chez Rose is a one stop shop for everything that I was looking for to make our day special. We met with To Gna and told her what our colors were and the idea that we had. She was easy to get ahold of when I wanted last minute flowers and rentals. Through Chez Rose we were able to get flowers, napkins, overlays, chargers and a cake stand within our budget. Thank you to the Team at Chez Rose for making our day special.

Tonya didn’t take long to understand my style, and she knew exactly what decisions to leave to me, and which not to bother me with. She is an extremely sophisticated person, who is sensitive to the needs of others, and have abundance of patience. She has the perfect personality to work with all sorts of brides. She is also very versatile in her taste, allowing you to come up with your own vision for her to execute. I am so happy I found her for my big day! I’ve uploaded pictures my loved ones took because I don’t yet have the professional ones - but can you imagine how gorgeous they’ll be if the camera phones captured it like this?!?!!!! The most amazing vendor we worked with. She went, without a doubt, above and beyond for us. Chez Rose Floral had done a wonderful job for my wedding floral decoration. To Nga is very professional and listened to all my request and wishes. I had a beautiful wedding. Everything was done beautifully including draping and flower decoration, etc. It matched my theme color exactly and I love it. There is only one thing that I would like to comment is about the two big fan like flower arrangement on the urns. They are very easy to tip over as the large and tall flower arrangements were separated from the urn and just lay on the top of the urns. The urn is empty without any thing to counter weight the large flower at the top. As the guests came to take photos with the bride and groom, they sometimes hit the two urns by accident. the urns almost tip over many time during the guest photo session. Other than that, everything is nice and beautiful. I would like to recommend Chez Rose to friends and family in the future.

My husband and I booked Chez Rose to be our florist for our wedding in September. Chi To-Nga and her team did such an amazing job with our wedding party's bouquets and boutonnieres. They matched our wedding color scheme very well! She also helped guide me with my vision as to how I would like my sweetheart table backdrop, sweetheart table, cake table, and thank you picture backdrop to be. Her team set up the decorations beautifully and the flowers were delivered on time--so gorgeous and vibrant colors! Overall, you can definitely tell that Chi To-Nga is passionate about her career and I will highly recommend her to deliver beautiful flowers to adorn all future couples' weddings! Chez Rose was a pleasure to work with and amazed us on our wedding day! To-Nga assisted us every step of the way from our first consultation to our wedding day. She spent time meeting with us in person as well as communicating with us over the phone and email. She keeps very detailed notes and has a great memory. Be prepared to show her pictures and to give her as many details as possible along the way as you plan. We only had a vague idea of what we wanted when we first met with To-Nga, but as our wedding day drew closer, our vision became clearer and clearer. To-Nga was very accommodating each time we communicated our vision and made changes to our order accordingly. We even added some last minute additions two weeks prior to our wedding day and To-Nga was able to make it happen. On our wedding day, we were more than pleased and knew we made the right decision choosing Chez Rose for our floral arrangements and decorations. We highly recommend To-Nga from Chez Rose!

Chez Rose Floral Designs is amazing! We did not know how our wedding decorations would look like, however, once we met Chez Rose Floral Designs, they helped us prepare and envision our wedding and the way we wanted it to look. They are very detailed and sit you through the whole process from the ceremony to the reception and walk you through all the details of the decorations that will be laid out. They even help you reuse some of the ceremony pieces for the reception to save money and reuse all the wonderful flowers and pieces they put together. Tonya helped us through the whole process and she even provided wedding seat covers, backdrops, and draping which looked wonderful! She had a team with her to help design and set up the wedding ceremony and venue. They are very responsive, came on time, and also came back at night to help clean up and take back the rentals. The flowers were amazing and looked so wonderful. Prices are very reasonable for what they provide and the quality of the flowers and quality of the service that came with the company. I gave Tonya a couple of ideas that I wanted and she put the flower arrangements together and sent me pictures before the wedding. Flowers are fresh and look wonderful. We are so happy and thankful that Chez Rose Floral Designs was part of our wedding. They really know how to relieve some of the wedding stress that everyone goes through. I highly recommend Chez Rose Floral Designs to anyone looking for a professional, responsive, and extremely detailed florist who can provide additional wedding preparations and rentals.

After a disaster with my last florist, and only 2 months left until my wedding I was rushing to find a new florist. I was so happy to have found Chez Rose. Very proffesional and a very good price! She delivered everything that I had imagined, being able to walk in your showroom and see how everything would look like made my decisions a lot easier to make. She sat with me a listened to all my crazy ideas and made them happen. I was on a tight budget and for a very low price I got more than I would have in any other place. The flowers to my center pieces, from the backdrop and my bouquet were so pretty and fresh! Everything in general was great, I can't think of a bad thing to say about her and her services. To-Nga Bui was my favorite vendors to work with during my wedding.
I saw To-Nga's work at my friend's wedding and I knew I had to pick her for my wedding as well. With some florist, you have to literally lay down every details for them to understand what you want and they still don't get it. But To-Nga knew exactly what I wanted with just providing her the color themes and a few pictures. Yes , you might say of course she should know by looking at pictures, but trust me......I've talked to many florist and they said they know what I wanted, but when I saw the sample they made me.....ummm nope!
She's not only professional, but super comfortable to talk.
Not to mention, her price is very reasonable.
I would definitely recommend her as a florist if you are looking for one.

I couldn't be happier that my beautiful wedding was decorated by Chez Rose! I went in and worked with To-Nga and she is just amazing! she is always bright and dedicated to make your wedding feel top notch priority! Everyone who went to my wedding said my decor & flowers must have cost a fortune and that it was extremely extravagant and luxurious, well yes, it was definitely luxurious and extravagant but it did not cost an arm and a leg! She was able to make my dream wedding come alive! I am very specific when it comes to details and she MADE MY VISION COME ALIVE!! I also had an issue with my wedding venue allowing us to set up in a short amount of time, but with such professionalism and efficiency she was able to pull it off for my 400 guests in time! To Nga at Chez Rose was absolutely AMAZING to work with! Upon our first meeting, she took the time to really understand my style, what type of flowers/plants I liked or didn't like. And when she walked through the venue, she had all sorts of awesome ideas to help transform the venue into my dream wedding. She was very flexible, worked great within my budget and executed original designs that left all of my wedding guests talking about it the next day. I've consulted with 2 other florists in the area and also researched online. Not only was To-Nga's prices the best, she was super kind and sweet. She was always quick with responses to my questions and never pushy. The 2 sample bouquets she made for my engagement ceremony and photoshoot were so lovely that I knew I was in safe hands with her as my wedding florist. I had some ideas of what I wanted for my wedding and provided her with pictures. After patiently listening to my concerns, she gave her suggestions and also alleviated most of my worries. This florist was recommended by our wedding coordinator, so I never interacted with them directly, but they were responsive in providing a quote based on our requests and some sample décor photos we shared. They were responsive to the revisions I needed to make and their prices were totally reasonable.

I don’t know much about flowers so I didn’t provide much direction, but asked them to match our invitation as closely as possible and they did an amazing job. Our centerpieces, bouquets, cake table, and sweetheart table were beautiful.

The only drawbacks were that our flower girl ball fell apart within an hour of giving it to her. My 4-year old niece was clearly messing with it, but I wish it was more durable. And the groom’s boutonniere fell apart before the reception from hugging so many people. Our wedding coordinator had to jerry rig a new one from the cocktail table.

I had planned on trying to do everything myself as far as decor, and have a friend help with flowers to save money. As I looked into buying the crafts and decor it was much more expensive than I pictured, plus very overwhelming as far as who would set up asks take down.

I was referred to To nga by my DJ and went just to get an idea of a quote, figuring I'd never be able to afford it. So I planned out my dream wedding with her, with flowers, decor, chairs, lighting, etc. I never felt pressure, or like I was being sold to. She walked me through every aspect of the day. She sent me the quote that night and was in tears when I received it. I could not believe how inexpensive it was. Including set up and take down. I didn't have to compromise anything. My wedding was beautiful, perfect, and most importantly stress-free because of her. I can never thank her enough. I'll recommend her to any bride.

Our wedding flowers were so beautiful and I couldn't have been happier with our decision to go with Chez Rose. To-Nga was attentive to our aesthetic and ensured she was able to capture our vision while staying within our budget. Their process is incredibly smooth and they executed so seamlessly that I never had to worry where the flowers were. I showed up at church and it was already beautifully decorated. I get to the reception venue and it was already beautifully decorated. I cannot thank the team enough for providing such lush and gorgeous florals. My new wife and I just loved working with Chez Floral. They were one of the few places that had their own facility and show room. This was a big help because it gives you options and makes it easier to visualize what you want. Other florist would meet us at Starbucks with their photobooks/ipads.

To Nga Bui did a really good job in guiding us on the best options with our limited budget. Thanks and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We could not have been more pleased with our experience with To Nga of Chez Rose Floral Designs. After getting a few quotes from neighboring florists in OC, we began feeling a little discouraged from the sticker shock. Thankfully, we came across To Nga. Not only was she very sweet and approachable, her prices were very budget-friendly and everything was very customizable. She was always easy to reach and very quick to respond. We were also happy to find that she provided multiple rental services in addition to flowers, streamlining our planning process and ensuring that decorative elements would all work together.

She did an amazing job with the ceremony arch, bouquets and centerpieces. We didn't know exactly what we wanted, but had a general sense of the color scheme and types of flowers we liked. She was very patient and even made sample centerpieces and rental items for us to take to preview at our venue. It was a great relief to be able to entrust her with the creative aspects of the décor, which allowed us to just show up to our wedding and admire the beautiful flower arrangements. We absolutely LOVED our wedding flowers and highly recommend Chez Rose Floral Designs!!

Chez rose floral designs catered to my needs and made my requests a beautiful reality. I couldn't find a specific style board to put together and did not want to overwhelm myself with pinterest ideas, but I found by figuring out the elements that would create the perfect ambience in my wedding. They aren't kidding when they say that your wedding seems to just speed by but all the anticipation and plan that goes into organizing your special day is all worth it and with chez rose they made that come true.. To-Nga has done countless weddings for the Royal Restaurant & Banquet, so she knows the ins and outs of the venue. I love that she has a show room with a lot of her products, and her business style is very modern (ie, online invoice, online presence, fast electronic communication, etc).

At the beginning of our wedding planning process, my husband and I set a rather conservative floral budget, and she was able get us everything we needed within our budget. We eventually made additional requests, and even made odd last minute requests, and she was always so accommodating! Her fees includes delivery and set up, and trust me, don't take that lightly!! Our wedding day was spread throughout the south land in El Monte, Long Beach, and Westminster - To Nga delivered, set up, and broke down for all locations! That lifted a lot of weight off our shoulders. =)

To-Nga is really talented, and she made our wedding ceremony and reception truly beautiful and unique. =) I highly recommend To Nga of Chez Rose!! Chez Rose was one of my wedding vendors that I feel wasn't a business, but felt more personal. I was searching for a florist for months and after going to about 5 places and revisiting those places, I didn't feel a connection with any of them. The first moment I met To Nga, she was exactly someone that can help me create my dream wedding. Flowers for wedding are expensive, so I was very selective. To Nga, the owner and florist, was so sweet and detailed and supportive from the very beginning! As I described something I wanted, she told me and showed me exactly what I wanted. She sent a sample of the centerpiece I thought I wanted, but I changed my mind on it and wanted round centerpieces, and she happily changed. To Nga is so detail-oriented, I felt like she was a part of my wedding because of so much care and attention. She even made sure the ribbons were the exact color I wanted. I had my wedding at a church, then at a reception banquet, and she was so punctual on all the deliveries and set up. I couldn't be more happy working with Chez Rose, and specially To Nga. She's going to make your wedding unforgettable!!!

The service was beautifully organized according to our needs. The arrangement flowers at our ceremony and our reception was so wonderfully perfect which made the event unforgettable to us and our guests. Tanya was awesome!! Her shop had everything that I was looking for and much more!! Not only did she help us with our church décor, but she also was willing to go out of her way to deliver and pick up our rental props. after the event. Our church and décor. was beautifully done and was beyond our expectation. She did exactly what we envisioned!! She is awesome!!!!

To-Nga was our florist for our wedding weekend earlier this year and we had an excellent experience working with her. We had a unique situation where we had a church and hotel reception in San Diego on Saturday, and a banquet reception in Orange County the next day. To-Nga was flexible and very willing to make things work for us and we were able to come to an arrangement where flowers were delivered to San Diego on Saturday, collected after Saturday’s events concluded, and taken back up to OC where centerpieces were re-used for Sunday – all in great condition! This saved us a considerable amount of money and throughout the whole process To-Nga was great about giving us multiple options and helping us adhere to the budget we had agreed upon.

We also went through To-Nga for our uplighting, backdrops, décor, etc. and she even provided some really nice additional touches free of charge! Everything came together beautifully and just as we (my wife) had envisioned.
Working with To-Nga was very enjoyable, and although at times communication with her was difficult, we would recommend her to anyone looking for a florist!
