Your professionalize was outstanding yet not stuffy. Thank you so much, when people see my pictures they all want to know who did them. Jennifer Sent on 01/23/2012While looking for a photographer that was in my price range and that was able to see my deams come true in a photography, I feel into Cheryl Lynn Photography. I meet with Cheryl at a Starbucks to get to know one another, share ideas and finalize my wedding package. Cheryl was very friendly and open minded to what I wanted as a bride. Cheryl took our engagement photos which came out better than I had honestly expected, she had me sould. I also had a boudior session done as a wedding gift for my husband, during this session is when I felt most comfortable working with Cheryl. This photos were not easy for me but Cheryl made me feel very comfortable and Because of her I was able to relax. For our wedding we were lucky enough to have Cheryl and her husband be our photographers. Cheryl and I was always in contact which made me feel comfortable they knew everything I wanted. Cheryl and Rob had very creative ideas which made my photos a memory that will always be cherished. They were very professional while working together, while both of them had their own tasks. I have viewed all 714 photos that they took, and I am apsolutely amazed at the quality of work they were able to do under so much pressure and demands from me. I would recommend Cheryl Lynn Photography to anyone, especially a bride! I told myself make sure the photographers are what you really want, because after the wedding the only thing you have to look back on is the memories your photo's bring to you. We made the best pick when selecting our photographer.

User2743083 Sent on 08/26/2016Brides beware!!!! This lady is a total rip off! She was extremely unprofessional and rude. She showed up late to the wedding, wanted to leave early. She threatened to hold my photo disk until I have a good review! Do not sign anything with her! Stay away!Cheryl Lynn Photography's reply:
This is a bold face lie. You the bride was actually late not me. I even have videos on my camera of your bridal party with you missing from it. I did a great job on your photos It is very sad though that you feel the need to flat out leave just bold face lies, I never said I would hold the disk... You probably had the best photos I ever taken in my life.. I did my best therefore I sleep well at night :) Hope you have a great anniversary, -

Consumers beware.
I'm the bride in the photo above.
Cheryl is not very professional at all.
I feel like I've been scammed.
She's not a professional photographer she's a girl with a camera.
She cheated me and didn't even have the respect to talk to me about it.
You can't just tell people whatever you want than run way with there money and think that you can get away with it. I don't even have any pictures of my dress.
She showed up to my wedding with an attitude. She told some of the kids to get out of the way. She was rude didn't give much direction and frankly just ripped me off.
She was booked for 6 hrs.
She told me she would take over 750 photos and edit the best 200 than give me all the other photos outside of the ones when someone's blinking or something.
She told me I would have all the photos on a disk.
She sends a unlabeled DVD (tacky)disk with less than 200 photos on it.
To add she just gave off this funky vibe.
She had no respect for me as a customer and could care less that she has handled this wrong. I almost feel like she dislikes me personally and I'm not really sure why. Not sure why she would want to taint my wedding memories.
Some guest told me they seen her drinking beer and standing around but I didn't wanna believe it at first. Just wrong. She has the photos and refuses to give them to me.
We didn't even have a valid signed contract.
To make matters worse when I called to talk about it she blows me off saying this is over. I'm reporting her to the attorney generals office.

I am truly sorry for your experience. I have been a photographer for 6 years and this is the first I have ever had this happen to me. I feel that if we had better communication during the process then you would not have felt this way. I understand you were busy with all the planning and it is stressful and causes anxiety.
The reason why others had a more positive experience is because they knew the expectations I had and I knew theirs because we had communication. It was hard to ever reach you as your phone was dead all the time and you refused to text or email me.
Miscommunication came because you didn't read the contract thoroughly and you didn't do what I needed you to do to do my job the best I can. I needed a list of your must have formal shots (never provided) samples of poses you like (never provided) and a designated person to help me with identifying persons to be in group photos (never provided).
Being one hour late to your wedding didn't help either, it caused delays and stress and a lot of confusion among all the vendors.
If I ever asked any children to move it was so I can do my job. I cant have heads in the way of my subject. I did not drink anything but was offered a beer by your bridesmaid.
Again I am sorry and if there is something I can do to make you happy please let me know. I want you to be happy I seriously do.
