I had the pleasure of working with Chelsey for my engagement photo session and wedding photography this March. I highly recommend Chelsey for your next event!
What first impressed me about Chelsey was how many beautiful photos she has had published or shared on multiple reputable websites and magazines. And, even though she is so sought after, she was very willing to work within my budget to provide us with the highest quality of service at a price I could work with.
In addition to that, I was very impressed with Chesley's professionalism and creativity every time we met. She was always on time, and had a great eye for catching unique, beautiful photos. She also never settled. I know she truly cared about capturing unique, beautiful moments for us, all while keeping the atmosphere comfortable and fun. We were very thrilled with the results and would absolutely book her again. 5 stars! -

Chelsey agreed to take on our intimate wedding of 15 people in a short notice (we had a super short engagement and wedding planning). During planning, she was willing to customize a package for us for a very reasonable price, which turned to be our best wedding money spent. She not only helped with laying out timeline of the day, but also volunteered to show up 30mins early free of charge--just to take advantage of light early afternoon traffic. She and her assistant Jen were such sweet people to work with, I literally started to relax (from being hectic during preparation) when they started to shoot. And most importantly, the pictures turned out to be perfect--if anyone knows my husband, they would know it takes no less than a top notch professional to capture him not being awkward :D Chelsey also edited the pictures very timely due to our special request. Overall, she is professional, sweet and enthusiastic, all you can ask for as a wedding photographer -

My husband and I were recently wed in Key Largo. We chose Chelsey to be our photographer after admiring her photography on her website. She did not disappoint and was absolutely amazing! Chelsey made us feel comfortable and relaxed in front of the cameras from the moment we met her. She used the natural beauty of the resort setting and found great areas to make our pictures even more breathtaking. She even got in the water to get some of my favorite shots of us on the dock at sunset. She captures every little detail and event which so much elegance, simplicity and beauty. All communication with her is easy & she always responds timely. All of our photographs are simply stunning, and we are so happy that we chose Chelsey. We will forever have priceless, beautiful memories of our wedding day and my family and I are so grateful. She is professional, patient and goes above and beyond to make you happy & satisfied with the entire process from package selection, wedding day pics and album design. She is now working on our album and we can’t wait to see her creative style complete the story of our wedding day!

Chelsey was absolutely wonderful! Not only was she extremely professional and capable, but she was also very warm and put us at ease on our wedding day. We really enjoyed working with her, and we love all the photos that we now have of our wedding. Chelsey has a wonderful eye for detail, color, and composition, and her use of natural light results in beautifully clear and rich photos. Chelsey and her team were absolutely amazing! She was so flexible with her time and packages. She was also so accomodating to our wedding party. She knew just want to do to get the perfect pictures. She even got in the water to make sure she could get the perfect angle. She is wonderful and I appreciate all of her work! -

My wonderful wife was the one who found Chelsey. She is an artist/designer and has a good eye. She made the decision because of photos/blog and talking to her on the phone. We live in SF and planning a wedding in Key Largo, FL was the easiest but, I trust my then Fiancé because honestly, she has a better eye for this than I do.
We booked Chelsey for two days. The day before for our Cocktail Party for us and our 50 guests and then for the whole day. I'm not the most comfortable guy in front of the camera but Chelsey made it fun. She was great with our families and really knew how to work a crowd down to the two of us.
Our photos turned out so well. We receive so many compliments even to this day. We even made it in Reverie Magazine ' Summer 2012 ' Issue. A testament to how talented Chelsey is.
Now all our vacations to Florida will involve Chelsey. My wife already plans on making Chelsey part of our lives, even documenting when we have kids. Something we are all very excited about.

I was really lucky to book Chelsey Boatwright as my photographer. Her ability to capture the elegance, beauty, charm and delicacy of a wedding is simply stunning. Last minute she recommended a photo booth, and it was so much fun! Such a genius addition to our celebration. She made everything really simple and comfortable for me. She is so patient and easy to work with. I LOVE her style of photography and she was really helpful with my lack of wedding planning :) She had some really great recommendations on lighting, interesting photos, and did really great with getting our family to stay put for all the family photos. Haha I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone! She did everything we asked and so much more! Our photos were really amazing and she shot them in the rain. I really adore Chelsey and love my photos! -

From the moment I met Chelsey, I knew that she was going to be my photographer. Not only were her pictures beautiful, but her personality and professionalism made me feel extremely comfortable, and I knew that she would be the perfect person to capture such a special day.
Chelsey has a unique, artistic eye for different shots that I never would have thought to take. She knows what will look good for the portraits, and always managed to catch people at the height of expressiveness for the candid shots. When she describes her style as photojournalism, she is not kidding! I decided not to have a videographer for the wedding, and afterwards, I was a little nervous that I made the wrong decision. However, after receiving my pictures back from Chelsey, I do not regret my decision at all! She captured the entire day perfectly, and the pictures really did tell our story.
Chelsey was everything I knew that I wanted in my photographer and then some! Out of all of my vendors, she was the one who I felt completely confident about, and I can't thank her enough for the amazing work that she did! -

From the second I saw Chelsey's website, I knew that her work was exactly the type of photography I wanted for my engagement and wedding pictures. Her creativity combined with her professionalism made me feel so at peace that I could depend on her to capture all the beautful memories we have from those days. She definitely did not dissappoint. She captured the highlights of the events and the emotions. We are in love with our pictures and couldn't thank Chelsey enough. Really loved Chelsey’s previous work. She is not your average photographer which I love she has more of an art feel to her photos. She did a great job doing all the photos and was super professional and super sweet. She had some great ideas and did an awesome job getting everyone done as quickly as possible so my family didn’t have to sit around for photos. We did some really cool photos at different locations. Pictures are pending. I highly recommend her. -

Chelsey was great. She's professional, down to earth and very nice. I love her style; she takes candid as well as posed photos that look so natural and really interesting. What I really loved was that she shot all the little details, from the place setting to the pin I placed on my bouquet. That was exactly what we were looking for. The shoot was so much fun, Chelsey made us feel relaxed and she was extremely easy to work with. The only difficult part was choosing from all the beautiful photos. All our family and friends thought the photos were amazing. I highly recommend Chelsey if you’re looking for a professional and creative photographer. -

When I first thought about writing about our experience having Chelsey as our photographer, I was completely overwhelmed with beautiful adjectives. Words like “exceptional”, “splendid”, “calm” and just plain “wonderful” came to mind.
From the first time I met Chelsey over a pint and some food at our local pub, I knew she was the photographer for us. She immediately put us at ease, and within minutes I was absolutely sure she got us; I was so right! Our wedding day was flawless, in no small part due to Chelsey’s professionalism and complete unobtrusiveness. She was there catching the drama, love and emotion of our day, even when I didn’t know she was there!
I cannot possibly recommend Chelsey highly enough. Our wedding and engagement pictures are beyond anything I could have wished for, and my family and I are so grateful to have had her as part of the most important day of our lives. We count on having her as part of many more important moments in our lives as well.

After reviewing quite a few portfolios we decided to hire Chelsea Boatwright to photograph our Florida Keys wedding and it proved to be the best decision we made when planning our big day. Chelsea was great to work with. She immediately made us all feel comfortable while still providing great direction. She knew exactly which locations would produce the best images and was able to capture every little detail that made our day so special. As a result, our wedding pictures turned out beautiful with a very natural, in the moment look & feel, which was what we were looking for. Choosing which ones to print turned out to be a nightmare as we loved pretty much all of them...so much so, that we ended up purchasing CD’s containing all the digital files. It’s been a year since our wedding and every other day I still find myself looking at our wedding pictures to relive that great day. I highly recommend Chelsea to all of you who are searching for a great photographer! -

Chelsey was a pleasure to work with. She went out of her way make our pictures/day special. Her pictures are GEORGIOUS! She is beyond flexible and readjusted her schedule according to the time we needed her (our cermony time changed quite a few times). I wouldn't recomend anyone else for the job. If you want want beautiful pictures taken from a photographer who goes above and beyond her job description then Chelsey Boatwright Photgraphy is the way to go. -

Chelsey photographed our wedding with only about a month's notice. We planned our Miami wedding in 2 months while living in New Jersey. Chelsey was very helpful and responsive to my emails. We chose her because we loved her fun style of photography and her affordable prices. She made the potentially awkward picture-taking experience very fun and enjoyable. -

I had no clue how much planning, research and frantic coordination went into preparing for your 'big day'... until I was knee deep in the experience. From the moment Chelsey entered into the equation she made me feel at ease and confident that everything would move along seamlessly and be represented beautifully.
I was so impressed by her creativity, how at ease she makes you feel and also with how she was able to keep pace in a relaxed manner in order to get all the important shots we desired on our wedding day. The level of competence and professionalism she displayed was way beyond my expectations... I couldn't recommend Chelsey Boatwright more...

Chelsey has a passion for what she does and it shows in her work. To capture life, is her life. Now I can always remember every moment and detail of my wedding, because of Chelsey’s work. I chose Chelsey Boatwright because of how realistic her photos turnout. During my engagement session it started to rain and I had wind blowing my hair in so many directions. To my surprise, Chelsey did an amazing job editing and working with the bad situation. My proofs turned out to be amazing. I would definitely recommend Chelsey to more brides. -

Chelsey was the photogropher for my wedding and I am quite pleased with the results. Not only did she take hundreds of pictures of all of my family as well as my husband and I in only a two hour period, she was also extremely patient and conscious of my likes and dislikes. The pictures she chose to post on my picture gallery are perfect and I am really happy with the way they turned out. There are even some shots I remember taking with my husband that we thought would be cheesy, but they actually turned out really nice. So never be afraid to try something new. We had a great experience, and on a day as stressful as my wedding day, the last thing I wanted to worry about was if the photograspher would show up. But we didn't have to worry, she was there and ready taking pictures as the ceremony began.
