Chelsea was absolutely amazing! We had a pre-phone call just to say hello before we decided on a photographer and we knew from that point we were going to work with her. She was very responsive and willing to hear all of our ideas. It was great to have a shot list pre-created to make sure we got all the photos we wanted. On our actual wedding day, she handled everything that was thrown at her, from the rain to an incorrect timing schedule and everything in between without ever letting us see her sweat. We are very lucky to have had her on our special day! We could not recommend her enough!

Chelsea is AMAZING!! She captured our engagement photoshoot on Folly Beach, our wedding ceremony at the French Huguenot Church, and reception onboard The Carolina Girl PERFECTLY.
Leading up to our wedding, Chelsea was very professional. She answered emails within hours (if not minutes!) and always checked in. On our big day, it was 95 degrees and extremely sunny, but Chelsea made us feel and look at ease! Our photos have no harsh lighting and no sweat. Just beautiful shots! We had a long shot list and a big wedding party, yet she coordinated everything effortlessly. She truly felt like both a lifesaver and a mini day-of coordinator. We LOVE our photos.
There are truly not enough superlatives I can say about Chelsea!! You won’t be disappointed booking her!

We had the most amazing experience working with Chelsea Paige for the rehearsal dinner for our son & daughter-in-law at the NC Museum of Art in Raleigh, NC. Chelsea did an outstanding job capturing the joy & all the emotion & fun of the evening, & we all LOVED her work & were SO thrilled with the photos!

Chelsea was the photographer for our engagement shoot, and she was AMAZING. My fiancé and I live in Ohio, but wanted a beach themed engagement shoot. We booked a trip to Charleston thinking it would be warm enough and boy were we wrong. It was mind-numbingly cold, especially in only a thin dress and heels. Despite how cold and windy it was, Chelsea still came out with us and we had a fantastic time. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and gave us so many good poses to use. She was even kind enough to let us warm up in her car before getting more pictures. We just got our pictures back (in just a week too!!) and they are breathtaking. Our pictures were everything I was hoping for and more! I'm not sure how she did it, but she captured our love for each other in every photo. I can't stop going through them and I get teary-eyed every time. I cannot recommend Chelsea enough. You will not regret having her as your photographer!

We are completely obsessed with our wedding photos, and we can't thank Chelsea enough! As we made our way through the gallery, we laughed, cried, and simply loved reliving every moment that she captured so beautifully. She was the perfect blend of professional and personable. She knew exactly how to make us feel comfortable and put us at ease on our big day while also offering incredibly helpful direction and suggestions in the midst of taking our photos to help them turn out wonderfully. During our sunset photos, she even flagged down a small boat in the nearby creek and asked them if she could hop on so that she could get a fantastic angle of us on a dock. And they said yes! I don’t know where to start because our experience with Chelsea was nothing short of fantastic. From our engagement shoot, to the wedding day, she went out of our way to make it extra special.
One thing I loved about her is that you instantly feel comfortable. She is funny, joyful, and just a pleasure to work with. So much so that she felt like another wedding guest. Felt like a family member taking our photos!
As a recent bride, words do not even come close to how amazing Chelsea was at our wedding. From our first introduction, I felt like an instant friendship formed. I cannot rave about Chelsea and our wedding day experience with her enough. It began well before the wedding with all of her preparation and getting to know us as a couple. She was thoughtful and diligent about learning about us, the style we were going for, and what we wanted for our wedding day. She is also a local expert and gave us fantastic counseling and advice for our photos on Seabrook Island. The day of, my husband was recovering from a terrible case of pneumonia, so we had quite the curve ball thrown at us for what he could handle. Chelsea was AMAZING at accommodating his needs and making sure that he was well taken care of throughout the day. She went so far and above just being a photographer. I am forever grateful to her. Lastly, the quality of the photos is nothing short of perfection! I have had so many people reach out to me about how amazing the photos came out. Thank you Chelsea...you are the best at what you do!

Chelsea was the first vendor I booked for my wedding -- before I had a wedding planner, before we had a venue, before we had a date, we had Chelsea, and I would do it all over again!! She is truly the best. She even helped connect us to other vendors, including our eventual wedding planner.
Our photos are so gorgeous and I'm so excited to display them in our home. I know I'm biased, but they really look like something out of a magazine. What is truly special about Chelsea to me was her energy -- I was a bundle of nerves for engagement pictures, bridal portraits, and (of course) the wedding day, but Chelsea has the most calming, relaxed energy. Nothing phased her -- from rain on our engagement pictures to difficult groomsmen to working with kiddos and babies, she was amazing through it all. To be totally honest, I usually hate pictures of myself, but Chelsea made me look so beyond beautiful and comfortable in my skin.

Chelsea is AMAZING! We initially booked her for our engagement photos and she immediately made us feel so comfortable. By the end of the session I was making sure she was available for our wedding photos too! She kept in touch prior to the wedding and made sure the itinerary was perfect heading into the wedding day. On my wedding day she was so wonderful and professional and she had everything running like a fine-tuned machine! She even helped me get dressed! She gets photos back so quickly and the photos are spectacular. I’ve gotten so many compliments on both engagement and wedding photos. We are now expecting a baby and I’ve already secured her for maternity pictures also. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Chelsea!

Magical experience
The weather forecast on the day of our wedding had a lot of uncertainty. Chelsea went above and beyond to make sure we had the most perfect experience. From finding the perfect spot to capture the Charleston charm to making sure that all of the small details were captured - we could not have asked for more. Chelsea was absolutely wonderful to work with! We did our engagement pictures in Charleston. She made my fiancé and I feel comfortable in front of the camera, she helped direct us for posing and found the most beautiful spots in downtown Charleston for our backdrops. Surprise Proposal
Chelsea helped me plan and photograph a surprise proposal on Folly Beach last week. She went above and beyond what I was imagining. She was so helpful and went out of her way to make this moment special. She had everything planned out so the stress was completely taken out of it. We eloped in Charleston, and Chelsea did a fantastic job suggesting a venue (we had hoped to get some photos in an oak alley). She knew all the great spots in Charles Towne Landing (such a beautiful park), and did a wonderful job directing us. She was organized, efficient, and had a great eye for detail. We received the photos in record time and they came out great!! Thank you, Chelsea, for being an integral part of our special day (and braving the July heat and humidity with us!). Would highly recommend Chelsea to anyone who needs a photographer, especially in the Charleston area.

The Best Wedding Photographer in Charleston
Chelsea photographed our rehearsal dinner and wedding and we couldn't ask for a better experience from start to finish. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Chelsea and her assistant were amazing on our wedding day. We got so many photos and memories from the day that I will cherish forever. She made everyone, including our parents and bridal party, feel comfortable in front of the camera and is excellent at capturing candid moments. We were blown away when we received our wedding day photos, both in the quality and quantity. There are so many gorgeous photos that when I began making a 'favorites album', I found I was adding the majority of the photos to the album. She even sent us a sneak peek within a week of the wedding! Her editing style is flawless, clean, and timeless, making each photo look perfect. She and her assistant coordinated our sparkler exit perfectly which resulted in phenomenal photos. Best Wedding Photographer in Charleston!!
Chelsea was absolutely incredible to work with. I am so glad that I chose her to capture my wedding day. She is kind, calm, flexible, patient, and positive. The morning of my bridal portraits, it was freezing, windy, and snowing in Charleston, SC. Our plans to take pictures outside in the Old Village had to be changed and she was quick to call venues in the area to find another location. She kept me calm and ensured we had all of the pictures we wanted before wrapping up our shoot. She was very accommodating and allowed me to do a first look with my dad during my bridal portraits, which turned out to be some of my very favorite pictures. She was quick to get my photos back to me so that I could have one printed and framed for my reception. The day of the wedding she arrived early and was on top of all of the photos we discussed. She put up with our groomsmen's jokes and was fast and efficient with taking photos after the ceremony. She ensured we had all of the pictures we desired and captured the best candids at the reception. She is timely, responsive, and professional. The BEST wedding photographer and experience that we could have ever asked for!
Chelsea was absolutely incredible! We met her on a trip to Charleston for our engagement photo's and after that we knew immediately that we had to have her shoot our big day in DC. When our wedding was pushed back one year due to Covid, Chelsea was completely understanding and flexible. Not being from the DC area, Chelsea came up early and scouted out locations for pictures the day of and found the most amazing spots that truly matched my (dark and moody) vibe of the wedding. Her planning, coordination, flexibility, and absolute professionalism cannot be topped. Originally we had planned for specific picture times but due to the freezing cold weather on the Day of, Chelsea already had a back up plan and took care of our wild group. My husband and I are not great in front of the camera but with Chelsea's guidance, the pictures came out better than I could have imagined. She captured candid moments during the ceremony and reception that we will cherish forever. Overall the pictures were so beautiful, natural, and timeless. Chelsea was such a pleasure to work with I could not recommend her more!

We hired Chelsea for our December wedding and could not be happier with her work! Chelsea is a huge asset to any wedding. Not only is she a great photographer and produces absolutely stunning photos, but she also is willing to step up to the plate and help carry out additional wedding duties that a wedding coordinator would otherwise be responsible for. Incredible experience, stunning photos, professional and engaging photographer!
Chelsea was incredible! She coordinated an engagement shoot for us in Downtown Charleston with our pup and our old fashioned car- with just a couple weeks notice! Neither of us are very natural in front of the camera, and she directed us and helped us get some candid and some very sweet shots! She did a fantastic job with photo editing adjusting the lighting to make the photo POP and helping us both look a little naturally better without appearing airbrushed or edited. She has a great artistic eye for image composition and color coordination so all of our photos are perfect! She did all of this while being joyful and relaxed. Her enthusiasm was contagious! I hired Chelsea to photograph my proposal to my now fiancé. To put it simply, she did an absolutely wonderful job. The pictures were both a gorgeous and accurate portrayal of this momentous day. Fantastic Photographer!
We hired Chelsea for our day-after-Christmas wedding and she did a fantastic job. First, she discussed with us and got us thinking about who we would want in the photos, which I had not even thought to think about. She had us make a list so that we wouldn't miss one the day of. On the wedding day she arrived early, scouted photo backgrounds, and captured all of the details that were setup around the venue. Then, she is such a pleasure to work with with a sunny, professional disposition. Everyone at the wedding loved her as she captured all of the important moments and helped us make sure we had covered all of the important traditions. Finally, the pictures are fantastic. A Timeless Treasure
Chelsea is a true artist and professional in her procurement of the perfect shots and edits of my wedding. Chelsea Paige Photography is amazing!! Not only she as a person is amazing, sweet and kind her work is outstanding! Charming Charleston ❤️
My Husband and I traveled from Fl to renew our vows in Charleston with our children. I originally found Chelsey on IG and immediately loved her work! Beyond that corresponding with her for months over email she was by far extremely accommodating and helpful with finding locations, and videographers, hair & makeup! On the day of the renewal she was just AMAZING, so friendly, patient and most of all gave myself and my family the most beautiful photos to cherish ❤️ Thank you again Chelsey for being apart of such a special day for my family! I felt like we'd been friends for years

Personal Touch and Fast Turnaround
We loved working with Chelsea for our wedding photos! She took time to meet with us in advance and give advice on time of day for photos with the best results. I really felt like she knew what photos were important to me, and on the day of was on the ball to make sure we got what we wanted and didn't get distracted.
For me the real bonus was that in addition to being one of the most affordable photographers I reached out to, she had a fast turnaround and I have the images 3 weeks after our wedding. And they look great!

There are not enough positive adjectives in the English language to describe how amazing Chelsea is! Sweet and Detialed
Chelsea photographed our wedding this past Saturday, March 23rd. I can’t put into words how sweet she is. She was extremely patient and detailed, which is very important to me because the pictures are what we will have forever when the memories start to fade. Chelsea is the most fantastic photographer, period. She did our engagement photos, my bridal portraits, and our wedding photos. First off, her photographs are absolutely gorgeous - I love her bright, airy style. She also makes you feel super comfortable in front of the camera and will make sure to fix your hair or dress if it doesn’t look right. The best part about Chelsea is that she is an absolute dream to work with. Throughout the past year of communication, she consistently responds to emails and questions quickly and is very accommodating. My wedding day went perfectly thanks to Chelsea. My family was raving about what a good job she did. She took my shot list very seriously and was always checking with me to make sure I was comfortable with the photos we got. I have a somewhat awkward and confusing family situation with stepparents, stepsisters, mom and dad who don’t get along, etc. and she was discreet and professional during family portraits. Chelsea knows what she is doing when it comes to wedding photography, and it shows. She is also just a genuinely sweet person and easy to be around, and I’m so grateful we booked her. I highly recommend Chelsea as your photographer; you won’t regret it!

Working with Chelsea for our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we made! She is so talented and was fun and easy to work with through the planning process! Chelsea goes above and beyond to understand what it is you are looking for, listens to ideas/inspiration you have, and then makes it all happen! Chelsea went above and beyond to make our wedding photos incredible, and I'm so thrilled with the final product! Prior to the wedding, she went out of her way to review our photo preferences and photo plan (with countless emails and quick responses)! On our wedding day, she was so creative and suggested so many photos and group shots that I didn't initially think of -- in looking at the finished product of photos, I am SO thrilled with Chelsea's extra recommendations. She also has this wonderful way about her as a photographer -- she is calm, friendly, helpful and professional, and great to have at the bride's side throughout the day. I feel so extremely lucky that we were able to have Chelsea to capture our big day. From the first time we spoke with her on the phone I knew she was the photographer I wanted to have be apart of our big day. She was able to capture the love between my now husband and I but also the love we have for our two dogs in our engagement photos.
The big day- talk about someone coming in and being able to capture so many details that we wouldn't have thought about and the sweet moments between us and our family members. I can not rave about her enough as she makes you feel completely at ease and wants your day to be the best wedding ever. Please do not pass up booking her as she seriously is so talented!

All I have to say about Chelsea is WOW. From the very first time we spoke, all up until we received our pictures back, Chelsea has been nothing short of kind, timely, and professional. As someone who is not the best at taking pictures, Chelsea made me feel so comfortable and so beautiful on my wedding day. I felt like I had one of my good friends taking my pictures, she would even fix my hair and adjust us when we weren't looking right. Chelsea truly cared about our happiness and wanted to be sure that we had all of the pictures we wanted. Did I mention that the pictures are STUNNING!? She communicated well and always checked in on me throughout the entire planning process to make sure we were on the same page. Her quality is great, especially for the price. On the day of the wedding, we wanted to change a few pictures I originally told her I wanted and she was easily able to accommodate. She also checked the places ahead of time to see how the sun was and kept me updated on how pictures might turn out with the way the sun was. Would definitely recommend her to anyone in the Charleston area!

I would recommend Chelsea to anyone getting married! She is the mastermind behind our engagement photos, my bridal portraits, and of course our wedding. I could not be happier with the outcome of the photographs and if I could plan my wedding over again I would 100% choose her again. Both my fiancé and I can be awkward at times (I know he would agree with me) and she captured beautifully photogenic images of us that we were more than excited about for our engagement shoot as well as at our wedding. She did a fabulous job taking advantage of the spectacular architectural environment as well as provided beautiful direction to cultivate fabulous bridal portraits. She listened to what we wanted and provided us with a diverse set of photographs of our actual wedding from details of my dress, family line-ups, raw emotions of us as well as our guests, and fun candid moments at our reception. We cannot express enough how amazing she is as a photographer and we know that if you choose her you will be just as pleased!

We used Chelsea as our wedding photographer, engagement photos, and bridal portraits. We were very happy with how the pictures turned out, they are wonderful. Chelsea made us feel very relaxed and comfortable when we were taking the photographs. Chelsea is such a delight to work with and her enthusiastic attitude and natural gift for the lighting and settings allow her to work easily with her subjects to provide the highest quality of photographs. Words do not express my gratitude for, and awe of, the pics Chelsea took at my 60th birthday party. She was honestly the shining light on a day that went south due to circumstances we couldn't control.
