I have never been to a wedding and found much to be memorable about the food - that is until I had my own and used Catering with Taste. They were first recommended to me by a friend who had recently been to a wedding they catered. Luckily they are also an exclusive vendor with my venue. The food was exceptional. Not just good for wedding food, but Michelin starred restaurant quality. It has been a week since our wedding which was full of a lot of memorable moments, and our guests still comment on how great the food was. My wife and I said yesterday that we wanted to visit Catering with Taste's own party/event space on our 6 month anniversary to enjoy the meal again. On top of the food, the service was exceptional. The staff was a well oil machined and just so incredibly sweet to work with. I could not recommend them more highly. Chef Tony and his team put on a master class of a meal and we could not be more grateful. -

Catering with Taste is fantastic! They were the only caterer we ever considered, and we did not regret our choice! The food, of course, was amazing, but the service from Chef Tony and all the event staff was amazing and truly what made us so happy with the decision to book them. From our superb tasting, to the ease of planning, and the incredible day of experience, we cannot recommend them enough! -

Chefusion helped us to deliver the wedding of our dreams to our guests. We wanted to serve a dish that was delicious and unique. After our tasting, we were completely confident our guests would receive just that! We received so many compliments on the meal during our wedding, as well as the days follow. Chef Tony gave us lots of planning tips along the way to ensure a successful event. We are so pleased, and would recommend them to anyone looking to have a memorable wedding meal! Chefusion Catering is top notch! We used Chefusion at our wedding on August 24th at Northern Haus in Door County, WI and everything was wonderful. The staff was incredibly kind, well manured, professional, and on top of their game. Guests were raving all evening and for days after how good the service was and how tasty all the food was. From the passed apps, to the plated dinner, to the late night snacks, Chefusion was a hit. Would definitely recommend for your catering needs! -

Tony was so responsive and helpful from our very first phone call, all the way through wedding night! He was so accommodating during our tasting and so respectful of our budget. He helped us understand the ins and outs of planning a wedding in Door County, and we knew he was always just a phone call away. The food at our wedding was amazing! We had Chefusion cater our wedding & the food was absolutely amazing. We had asked Chef Tony to come up with some special appetizers for cocktail hour to tie in my husband’s Caribbean heritage & he delivered. My only regret is not trying any of the appetizers as I was too busy trying to talk to all of our guests. The dinner was delicious – we went with a plated dinner with the chopped salad; choice of filet mignon, chicken piccata, or wild mushroom risotto; and then both the brownie & ooey-gooey-butter cake for dessert. All of our guests kept saying how great the food was & still do when we talk about our day. We even requested an extra box of the desserts to enjoy back at our hotel – would definitely recommend. Chef Tony was really great about accommodating allergies & dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegan). Both Chef Tony & Kathy were great to work with – very laid back yet organized. They responded to my numerous emails & questions very promptly – making the planning process very easy even though we live out of state. We would highly recommend Chefusion to anyone looking for amazing food for their special occasion. -

Planning a wedding is stressful anytime, however during a pandemic, that stress is greatly multiplied. The one factor that we did not worry about was the catering service. From our first meeting to confirm a date until the night of the wedding, Chef Tony and Chefusion attended closely to every detail. The food was delicious and well presented. Our guests raved about the wide appetizer selection and devoured the late night flatbread pizza snack. The wait staff was masked, professional, interacted wonderfully with our guests, and made certain that everyone enjoyed their meal. We highly recommend Chefusion Catering. -

OUTSTANDING! We knew about Tony's reputation when we searching for vendors and were impressed when we tried his food in January... but he hit it out of the park for our wedding! We had several food allergies and he was super patient as we came up with the best 2-plate options for our carnivores and herbivores that contained no nuts or dairy. He absolutely nailed it. The plating was gorgeous, the meals melted in our mouths, and people are still raving about the food several days later. 10/10 -

We are so glad we chose Chefusion for our wedding. Chef Tony and his entire staff did a fantastic job and were a joy to work with throughout, from the pre-wedding planning through the entire wedding weekend experience. We were planning our wedding from 1,500 miles away, and Chef Tony still managed to meet with us! He really went above and beyond. We also had our rehearsal dinner at his beautiful restaurant, where they let me choose the entrees and had an elegant, printed up menu for our guests upon our arrival.
It was all of the small touches and attention to detail that made Chefusion such a joy to work with - he proactively provided suggestions during the planning process, such as having a champagne toast so that after our speeches, guests had a glass to toast with so they didn't have to in line at the bar. The day of our wedding was perfect. We had them do hors d'oeuvres, dinner, desert, coffee bar, and late night snack, they knocked it out of the park on all counts. Not only was all of the food DELICIOUS but the presentation of all it was BEAUTIFUL and went well beyond our expectations. Every single bite of food I had was better than the last, I didn't even realize it was possible for food to taste so good! The only regret I have about our wedding was not eating MORE of the food!
We got rave reviews from all our wedding guests and everyone was so impressed with how delicious, unique, and perfect it all was. If you're considering other caterers, stop, and go with Chefusion. You won't be sorry! :) -

The food and service were excellent. One detail got omitted--serving wine with dinner. I had asked about it and recall being told that was a part of the bar service so it wasn't separately listed in the plan. Didn't realize it wasn't happening until too late in the meal to make an adjustment. -

I got married on July 12,2019. I was very particular about the food I wanted, as I did not want your typical Wisconsin wedding breasted chicken and beet tips(not that those aren’t delicious), I just wanted something different. I looked into multiple, multiple vendors and Chefusion was by far the most impressive. I work in Green Bay and I was turned on to the restaurant because believe it or not most of the Doctors I work for rave about it. “No way am I going to be able to afford this” I thought. Well, I was wrong. Tony of Chefusion treated me like royalty and gave me a complete fine dining experience for an extremely affordable price. The second we met with him he blew me away. He presented us with so many delicious options and we immediately had to hire him based on the tastiness of the food. Not only did they cater my wedding, they are by far my favorite restaurant in Green Bay. It isn’t a restaurant you typically find in Wisconsin. It seems like it was plucked out of a city like Chicago or LA. The diversity and deliciousness of Tony’s food is unreal. I was engaged for 18 months and he stayed in contact with me the entire time. He even talked to me for an hour on the phone (after I emailed him) ON THANKSGIVING. He literally is so busy and successful and treated me like I was his only customer. He is so talented and attentive. He offers an individualized menu for every person and works with your pricing. No matter what you get, it’s delicious. I modified about 5 things on our menu and he did it NO problem. Our venue was over an hour away from his restaurant and he pulled everything together beautifully. Our wedding was in a barn and he provided everything we needed no problem from catering staff, bartenders, an affordable china package, a beautiful set up, a beer trailer for kegs (that he didn’t even provide!!!) Co2, tap lines, etc. I mean it- he will work around anything. He is very honest about cost/pricing and offers many suggestions and help to work with your budget. So many caterers have such strict rules and he truly is just there to make your day absolutely perfect. I brought in my own beer and wine and he still had his staff serve it. People are still talking about the food at my wedding and the service of Tony and his staff. They turned an old barn into a 5 star dining experience. If anything went wrong, I didn’t know about it. Chefusion made my wedding perfect. If I could give it a million stars I would. I feel like we got such a deal for the quality of food and service my husband and i received. Thank you Tony and Chefusion, we love you!!!! -

We live in New York and got married in Oshkosh. Chefusion was recommended to us by our wedding coordinator at our venue, as they had used Chef Tony and Chefusion for corporate events and had great experiences. We took a trip to the area to meet with vendors and dined at Chefusion for dinner. Chef Tony met with us and took a lot of time explaining his abilities, menu, etc. Even though it was busy at the restaurant, he gave us all of his attention.
The food was absolutely unbelievable and we were 100% sold. We developed our menu with Tony and he took care of the rest. Our venue didn't have a kitchen so he had to bring everything himself, an entire kitchen. Chefusion pulled it off and it was a dream result.
The dinnerware and flatware they use is elegant, the service is top notch and the food is SO GOOD. You will not be disappointed if you decide to use Chefusion.
P.S. put the Pesto Creamed Rice on your menu. Our guests still tell us about how good that rice was a month later. -

Kirsten Sent on 07/20/2018Chef Tony at Chefusion and Fusion Lounge did our food and it was the best dinner of my life. He incorporated my husbands armenian culture into some of our appetizers, and did an amazing job. He even wrapped up some of the apps for our group to take on our party bus so we didn’t miss out on them. He continually told me not to worry, and he truly had everything under control. We had a steak, chicken and veggie option, and he was able to accommodate to several dietary restrictions with some of my guests. He also went through and steamed out all the fold lines on the table clothes and turned on all my battery operated candles. He even had one of his guys run out and get my husband and I some energy drinks towards the end of the night. Tony also supplied our liquor catering as the venue we used was not allowed to. He let us pick exactly what types of alcohol we wanted available and was really great to work with. For an unbelievably delicious meal made by a talented chef I highly, highly recommend him. -

I got compliments from EVERYONE that was attending the wedding telling me how amazing the food and service was, and my other vendors said it was some of the best wedding food they have had. Chef Tony made our wedding day so special. Catering with Taste has so many options to create an a la carte experience for your wedding. Everything from the tasting, to the set up, and of course the food could not have gone smoother. Our guests could not believe the quality of the wedding food.
My husband and I were also impressed by how they attentive they were to us. We had to miss most of our cocktail hour for pictures, but they made sure to set up a little picnic for us in the bridal suite, so we were able to try all the appetizers that we selected. I would highly recommend Chef Tony and his Catering with Taste team for your wedding. -

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of hiring Chefusion to cater for our wedding. Chef Tony made everything incredibly easy, and the service was impeccable, beginning with the initial consultation to create a personalized menu that suited us and our loved ones. We had enough vegan and vegetarian guests that it was a priority for us to make sure they had plenty to eat-- and they definitely did! Not a single person walked away with anything less than a glowing review about their dinner (and especially the butter cake!).
Aside from the food, Chef Tony's servers were attentive and efficient. Throughout the evening, they were constantly checking in with us and our guests, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of.
I can't even pretend to have any complaints, as their service exceeded our expectations from start to finish; the quality and professionalism we experienced were well worth the investment in their services. We cannot praise Chef Tony and his team enough for their dedication, hard work, and passion for their craft. Thank you! -
