  Best Caterer Ever!

  We were flooded with compliments on how amazing Chef Tony, his team and the food was! Seriously, our friends and family have not stopped talking about it since the wedding day. Chef Tony was exceptional to work with, and we would get married a million times if that meant that we got to work with him again. His team was so efficient, so kind, and so caring throughout the crazy of our day. Leah especially stood out to us, as she made sure that she saved a plate of appetizers for us after our family photos — so sweet! Our family and friends were astonished that there was a server with a Hors D'oeuvres tray every time they turned around during cocktail hour. My husband and I were talking about how it was crazy that we received our food, took a few bites (yum!), looked up, and the tables in the back already had their entrees as well. We did not at any point of the day hear about anyone being hungry, as they were well fed and taken care of — especially important for those that were drinking! We would recommend Chefusion with flying colors to anyone and everyone getting married. Thank you, Chef Tony!

  Chef Tony killed it!

  Easily the best wedding food I ever had. Chef Tony and his team were not only timely and professional, but all of the food was superb. From cocktail hour to the plated food, it's been well over a month and we still have friends and family tell us about how great the food was at our wedding. I can't recommend Chefusion enough.

  Awesome Catering Experience

  Chefusion and Chef Tony took us on as a client way later than most would and were great about helping us out. From having great flexibility with meetings to providing excellent service and quality food on our day, Chefusion was an absolute pleasure to work.

  Amazing Wedding Day Food!

  We had Chefusion cater our wedding & the food was absolutely amazing. We had asked Chef Tony to come up with some special appetizers for cocktail hour to tie in my husband’s Caribbean heritage & he delivered. My only regret is not trying any of the appetizers as I was too busy trying to talk to all of our guests. The dinner was delicious – we went with a plated dinner with the chopped salad; choice of filet mignon, chicken piccata, or wild mushroom risotto; and then both the brownie & ooey-gooey-butter cake for dessert. All of our guests kept saying how great the food was & still do when we talk about our day. We even requested an extra box of the desserts to enjoy back at our hotel – would definitely recommend. Chef Tony was really great about accommodating allergies & dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegan). Both Chef Tony & Kathy were great to work with – very laid back yet organized. They responded to my numerous emails & questions very promptly – making the planning process very easy even though we live out of state. We would highly recommend Chefusion to anyone looking for amazing food for their special occasion.

  Tony was so responsive and helpful from our very first phone call, all the way through wedding night! He was so accommodating during our tasting and so respectful of our budget. He helped us understand the ins and outs of planning a wedding in Door County, and we knew he was always just a phone call away. The food at our wedding was amazing! The Chefusion staff helped our day go off without a hitch.

  Phenomenal!!!!

  Chefusion was nothing short of amazing to work with! Chef Tony was super responsive. Working with him from 10 hours away was never easier. The day of the wedding was phenomenal. Multiple family members commented how responsive the staff was and the food was the best!! I have not one bad thing to say about them.

  So many compliments on the food!

  We recently had our wedding catered by Chefusion on 9/10/2021. Tony and their staff did an amazing job! they were so attentive with not only the bride and groom but also all of our guest. The food was delicious starting from the hor dourves, our main meal and the dessert. We been getting compliments on the food since our wedding and we are so happy that we chose Tony and their team at Chefusion.

  Working with Chef Tony at Chefusion was such a treat. He was very responsive and attentive both as we pulled together our replanned wedding in less than 6 weeks and also on the day of. The menu was creative, the food was delicious and his staff was lovely! You can tell he takes great deal of pride in his work. We can't wait to visit his restaurant the next time we are passing through Green Bay. Thank you Chef Tony!

  Fabulous Experience

  We can’t describe how spectacular everything turned out with your catering. The food was the best we ever had at any catered event – a sentiment that was echoed by all the guests we talked to. Temperature, freshness, flavor – everything was top notch. Also, most of us had never seen a late night menu like that and that also had rave reviews in terms of concept and quality.

  Chef Tony & Chefusion team were our trusted partner as we planned and executed our daughter's wedding. Team was also extremely responsive to questions and phone calls, provided great advice but were willing to do whatever we needed. On the day of the wedding, food was great and service was friendly and professional. We could not have chosen a better caterer.

  Tony provided the most wonderful dinner for our wedding. He was responsive, easy to work with, flexible, and so incredibly helpful. He showed up the day before the wedding to set the tables and provide direction to staff, even though it was a small event and could have been done the day of. The attention he provided to detail helped make the day special. The service was impeccable. His staff were incredibly kind and helpful the entire time. And the food was absolutely delicious! It was all beautifully plated and so well prepared. We received so many compliments from guests. I would highly recommend Chefusion!

  Tony and the Chefusion staff were phenomenal to work with from beginning to end. Apps and dinner were delicious, and the staff was quick, personable and professional! Many of my guests complimented the food :)

  The Black Sheep wedding

  Chef Tony was absolutely fantastic! He catered our wedding at The Black Sheep and everything was so perfect. We took the day off the day before the wedding to set everything up but Tony's team had everything all set up perfectly! We had many guests tell us how amazing the food was.   Catering for a wedding

  Chefusion catered my daughters wedding last week, 12/12/20. We had the Filet Mignon, Salmon, and Chicken. The food was OUTSTANDING!!! Tony and Scott were both excellent to work with; super friendly guys. Tony listened to what we wanted and provided us with many options. Scott did a fantastic job preparing the food and delivered it right on time. Everyone raved about the food all night; it was SO YUMMY and the proportions were generous. If you haven't tried this restaurant, you are missing out!!!
