I can't say enough about chef360 Catering. I found them on a random search and NEVER expected to find such an amazing company by just a random blind search for catering. The food was amazing -we are still getting compliments on it but more impressive was the staff. By staff, specifically Kimberly (Adams). She was my guardian angel! She saved me from the bridezilla meltdown from overall planning of a wedding that had nothing to do with the food. Less than a week before the wedding she asked if I was ready and had it all planned out. The look on my face must have said it all (if the few choice descriptive words I used didn't). Later that night, WAY AFTER chef360 office hours I received an email with solutions to all the things I mindlessly rambled off-Literally NONE of the worries were any of her concern but she took her own time to bring me calmness and peace of mind. The staff were great the day of the wedding and were so friendly and interactive with the wedding party and guests--even came out to dance a few times! They are definitely the BEST!

Best Caterer Ever!! Perfect for vegans or other dietary requirements
My husband and I used Chef360 for our wedding on 11/22/25. Kimberly and the team were so easy to work with, everyone was kind and so accommodating. I wish I could eat the food the chef made every single day. I’m vegan and got a special tofu and rice plate that was AMAZING. The guests had a pasta station and beef tenderloin station, and everyone complimented the food all night. There were also gluten free and vegetarian options clearly listed for those who needed it. I requested a cranberry orange infused water and it was better than I even imagined. Kimberly made sure I had the gold cutlery and antique-style water goblets I wanted, and literally everything was perfect. I highly recommend Chef360 to anyone looking for a caterer!

CHEF360 was easy and professional to work with from beginning to end. Tasting session was important to make the final food choices; the testing session food was well prepared and in good portions to make final choices. On the wedding day, the food was perfectly prepared and presented for the reception and the main dinner. The food was enjoyed by all!

Perfect Vendor For Everyone
Chef360 has done a lot of business catering events that we have attended, but they went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect! They were timely, responsive, easy to talk to, and flexible to make changes to the menu so our wedding wasn’t cookie cutter. We really wanted to make it special so we were able to incorporate some family recipes. They are very easy to customize the menu and they don’t had service charges on top of every little thing which is very helpful. The staff was professional and just overall incredible. 10/10 recommend.

Kimberly did such a great job on our wedding reception! She was very professional and, you could tell, had tons of practical experience. We needed someone to help make decisions along the way, and guide us to the best possible reception. She was the perfect fit for us. The layout, the food, and the organization were all top notch!

Fabulous Chef 360 Catering for Daughter's Wedding

Chef360 did an AMAZING job! Texans even commented how good the brisket was and you have to know how hard that is to please Texans with brisket. Everyone enjoyed the food and kids even went up for seconds, so you know that has to be good. They also made sure the groom and I ate, which was wonderful. We hosted a brunch reception at our wedding and it was really important to me to serve excellent food. When I reached out to CHEF360 it was immediately clear from our first interaction that I wanted to hire them for my event. CHEF360 first designed a modern, gourmet menu for our event. (Omelette station, waffle station, fruit, coffee bar--they brought my dream to life and exceeded it!) Next, they invited my husband and me to their kitchen for an impressive tasting of our full menu for the day and allowed us to make any adjustments we desired. Finally, they worked directly with my venue to plan the layout of their stations and understand all the requirements from both ends. I highly recommend this caterer! I used them for my wife's retirement party (35 years as a high school teacher). The food was outstanding: fried goat cheese, hoisin beef tenderloin on a wonton chip, shrimp and grits shooters, bourbon- glazed pear wrapped in proscuitto, and MORE! My advice...look no further! When your daughter not only lives out of state (& getting married in state) yet also gets married during a pandemic, it’s truly a recipe for stress to the max. Chef 360 was there from the beginning and elevated a huge burden! Chef Russell met us on site, prior to even being booked, to talk us through exactly what Chef 360 could do. He listened to what we wanted to do, inquired about what the bride and groom’s favorite foods were, and worked with us to meet our budget. The tasting at Chef 360’s kitchen was done in complete style and professionalism. They listened to our likes and dislikes, offering adjustments that would please all taste buds. The day of the wedding, Chef 360 did not disappoint! The presentation was beautiful and the food was excellent. The only complaint I heard from guests was they were too full for more. Excellent and reputable caterer
I contacted Chef 360 to help with the catering for a party we were having for friends who had just gotten married. Kimberly was quick to respond and provided lots of options. The food was fabulous and plentiful! Everyone was very pleased and the lamp chop lollipops were a hit! Thanks for helping us and we will definitely use them again!

Wedding catering that left guests impressed
Chef360 catered our wedding reception and we couldn't be more pleased! From the first day I reached out, Kimberly was particularly helpful, always responding to my questions very quickly and providing her recommendations when asked. We were very impressed during the tasting and wondered if the dishes would be as tasty when catered; they were! We even received several remarks from our guests about how good the various meals were. Since our wedding was during the pandemic, I was pleased that their company's policy was to ensure all servers wore masks during our entire event, and they had no problem with our numbers constantly fluctuating. They also had no cake cutting fee, which was a definite plus! I would definitely recommend Chef360 to cater a wedding and I plan on keeping them in mind if I ever need to cater another event.

Great serivce and delicious food from CHEF 360
We love Chef 360! They catered our wedding of 35 people. The food was delicious and the service was great too! The set up of food was very professional. I loved their menu options. All of our guests loved the food. I would recommend to anyone!

Dream wedding!
We chose Chef360 as the caterer for our daughter's dream wedding. Absolutely no disappointments at all. We had to make last minute modifications due to Covid-19 restrictions, etc. Everything went very smoothly from the initial email consultation, to the tasting, to the big day. The food was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was spectacular! Everyone we worked with was very professional, yet very personable. Highly recommend for your wedding, or any event involving food. Chef360 is the best of the best!

Delicious Food!
Hiring Chef 360 was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Not only was the food absolutely DELICIOUS, but the care and attention that we received from the chef and staff went above and beyond our expectations. From the moment we sat down at our table Chef 360 catered to us the entire night. They brought our food and kept the drinks coming! We had a lot of food stations: pasta bar, roast carving station, garden salad, and to top it all off a caramel apple dipping station! The only thing that we missed out on was the caramel apple bar, which totally kills me! The night got away from us and we just never made our way over there to get our apples. However, our guests enjoyed it for us and we keep hearing that everyone loved our food!
Chef 360 also provided a bartender for our wedding and we had the most delicious signature cocktails: maple old fashioned and cranberry shrub! I need these drink recipes! Do yourself a favor and book Chef 360 for your event! I couldn't recommend Chef 360 enough!!

Quick & Professional!
CHEF360 was the PERFECT caterer to have for our wedding.
First off, we had a LOT of food stations at our wedding with several appetizers and desserts. CHEF360 provided this huge menus for us for $5000 less than GoodLife Catering quoted to, and let me tell you, that $5000 less did not mean a sacrifice in quality. CHEF360 has great chefs and recipes. We could not stop talking about how good the food was after our tasting, and our guests have raved about our food since the wedding.
Some other things I liked about CHEF360...
Kimberly Adams is the manager and she is on top of things! First, she is very professional and communicates well. Secondly, she communicated QUICKLY. She had a quote to me in a day or two, when I had to wait several days to WEEKs to hear back from other caterers in the area.
CHEF360 functioned like a well oiled machine during our event! They had all of their equipment in the back and the guests only saw beautiful displays.
Lastly, CHEF360 went above and beyond for our wedding by helping us last minute with two things. They put our outside tables out on the balcony for us so we didn't have to worry about it on the wedding day. This was three large round tables and 8 high top tables with bar stools, chairs, and table top decorations. Secondly, we wanted to have ice cream instead of wedding cake, but our ice cream vendor lost our order and therefore could not provide ice cream servers for us. So, CHEF60 graciously stepped in to help us serve our ice cream.

These guys were great… Kimberly Adams was an excellent contact person she worked hard at the beginning the middle and the end I would highly recommend her in any situation… The food was fabulous, timely, all the comments I had at the reception from the guest were unbelievable and tremendous thank you so much for your hard work.

Amazing service and food!
Our experience working with Chef360 was exceptional! We visited them twice before our big day for taste testing. Everything we tried was delicious, and they’re customer service is amazing. Deanna was responsive and communicated with us throughout the entire process. The wait staff for our wedding were pure perfection. They kept the evening going on schedule, and the servers were professional and polite! So glad we hired this great team of people!

Loved the Chef360 Team!! They helped make our big day completely unforgettable
The Chef360 Team is Amazing! They have helped us with a number of events over the last few years and have executed each FLAWLESSLY. So when we went to Chef Peter for our wedding we knew it was going to be just as great, and it was!
In addition to the wedding, Chef and his team helped us with a few pre-wedding events. Not only did he help orchestrate the proposal with my now husband but we also had my Hawaiian Themed Bridal Shower at the Kitchen Studio (a Chef360 event space).
But diving into the big day, the creativity executed by Chef was was phenomenal, from the menu selection, table designs and unique touches, Chef Peter helped bring our Boho Chic, French meets Native American wedding into a reality. He took our visions for our big day and brought them to life in a way that surpassed all of our expectations.
Chef himself is a genius with food and has a creativity that can bring to life any style of food your heart wishes. His staff is friendly, attentive & dedicated to customer happiness (you can't ask much more than that!).
On top of that, in my family, there is a number of serious food allergies. From tomatoes, bread/gluten, celiacs disease, and milk, it can be really hard to find a caterer that can accommodate these allergies in a way that still tastes good. Chef has delivered/prepared food that is absolutely amazing and allergy accommodating while also taking special care to ensure the quality and taste is FANTASTIC.
If I could give them more than a "5" Star I would!

Breakfast for dinner in a Barn
Chef360 catered my daughters recent wedding at South Wind Ranch. The bride and groom requested breakfast for dinner and Chef360 provided delicious selections that included an omelet bar, waffles with pork and chicken, biscuit bar and much more. The food was very good and everyone raved about it. Chef360 handled the big crowd and were easy to work with.

Best catering company out there!
Chef 360 Catering is the absolute BEST catering company out there. Chef Peter and all of his staff were incredibly helpful throughout our entire wedding planning process. They really listed to what we liked and got to know our personalities from the get-go. They have menus you can select from, but they also encourage creativity. They prepared a tasting for me, my fiance, my mom and my dad one evening and treated us to a fun atmosphere with great dishes to try. They explained each dish as it was served and asked what we liked or didn't like after each course. Several months after the tasting I called to add on two additional passed appetizers and they offered to make it for me take home and try. They truly care about their clients and go the extra mile everytime. I was blown away from their professionalism and how fun and tasty everything was. They love to put a twist on any traditional request and it always turns out better than you dreamed. Their presentation is on point too! If there is one thing I could say about Chef Peter and his staff it's that you won't find a caterer with as big a heart and as much talent as this team. And in true Peter fashion - ALWAYS PLAY WITH YOUR FOOD :)

BEST food experience
Our experience with Chef360 was top notch. We had the most fun working with the team and Chef Peter. Our guests raved about our food, and so did we! Their execution of serving us and our guests a seated, family style dinner were impressive.
We loved the ability to sit in their kitchen for our tasting. We also loved that we were served food at the tasting just like we would have at the wedding. Not a "oh we'll change it". They made changes and had us taste them again. Would highly recommend Chef360 for creative, tasty, and beautiful food!

Wonderful food and incredibly organized!
Chef Peter did such an amazing job with out wedding! We opted for a mix of passed and stationed appetizers and multiple dinner stations. They were well stocked, on time, and gave us absolutely zero worries or surprises! They worked well with our coordinator to set up the stations, and even helped set up the dining tables. And of course the food was amazing and was displayed beautifully! I recommend them completely!

The food was incredibly delicious, to the point where I was sad I wasn't hungry after the wedding - they had taken the time to pack up plates for my husband and I to take with us to our hotel room for a late night snack!

Kimberly Adams and the Chef360 team beyond exceeded our expectations for our wedding day. We got married on November 19, 2016 at the Upcountry History Museum in Downtown Greenville and it went without a hitch! At least, that's what it felt like :-). After the fact, we found out there were a couple hitches (not related to them), but neither us nor our guests noticed because they were way ahead of the game when it came to anticipating issues and solving them before anyone was affected. Even though the issues had nothing to do with Chef360, they still did whatever it took resolve them. Aside from providing delicious hors d'oeuvres and dinner foods for our reception, it was very nice to have 1 contact (Kimberly Adams) for all my catering and service needs. I also *highly* recommend hiring Kimberly as your day-of wedding coordinator. She will already know so much about your event because she likes having the bigger picture in mind and is willing to help you if you have any questions, so might as well have her run your BIG day! That’s what we did and it ended up being such a blessing. My wedding party and several guests complimented us about how smooth our wedding day went. I was happy to know that I wasn’t the only one who felt that way :-). I also received a lot of positive feedback from all my other vendors about working with Kimberly and the staff at Chef360. Most importantly, on our wedding day my husband and I felt so secure with all the plans and were able focus our emotions and energy on getting married and partying all night (literally)…and we owe it all to Kimberly Adams and the Chef360 team.

So many choices!! They were so flexible with the menu and were always available to change things! Gluten free options also :) Fun crew and staff, delicious food, and the catered wonderfully to our guests AND to us (bride and groom). We didn't even have to wait in line :)

Our guests and family are still talking about how delicious the food was. Everyone knows my hobby and forte is cooking. I must say Chef Peter and his crew could not have made this wedding dinner taste any more like a home cooked meal but a special occasion home cooked meal! I can't say enough good things about Chef Peter and his team. The food was absolutely impeccable and the service was even better if that is possible! I am from New England and my (now) husband from the South so we decided to take a little bit of both cultures and bring them together for our rehearsal dinner. Chef Peter was incredible creating a New England feel with the lobster bake but also catering to our guests that were not so keen on food from the sea. I loved every minute of working with him and will definitely be using him again in the future for catered events. Thank you Chef Peter for making our Rehearsal Dinner better than we ever could have imagined!

Kimberly & the staff at 360 catering were amazing! They went above & beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly for our special day! They even packed up food & cake for us to take home after our wedding!

You should definitely book CHEF 360! Seriously the most amazing food, chefs, staff, and communication possible! We booked them for both our family welcome Low Country Boil and the wedding reception and everything was DELICIOUS! People are STILL talking about how wonderful the food at the wedding was! Working with Kim to get everything planned and coordinated was a delight, she knew was our plan was and made it happen. We can't say enough good things about CHEF 360 - If you like great food and awesome people, go with them!

Chef and his staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating with our wedding. From our initial meeting til the special day arrived, everything was handled thoughtfully and carefully. What we thought would be a huge source of stress in our wedding planning instead was amazingly stress-free. Our guests raved about both the food and the service. We couldn't have been happier with our choice.

Chef 360 did an outstanding job for my daughter's wedding reception. The presentation was amazing, the food was ALL so delicious, and the service was beyond wonderful. I would so HIGHLY recommend Chef 360 for any catering need you might have. The entire experience, from start to finish, was superb. All of the people involved were extremely courteous and thoughtful, especially to our guests. You will be so pleased if you choose to use Chef 360!

You can't go wrong with Chef360. Our wedding food and service was perfect. As the bride and groom, we knew it's challenging to eat a meal on your wedding day, but we couldn't help but sit down and enjoy this delicious meal prepared for us. Our first tasting took place in the kitchen where we were prepared a private meal, complete with flowers in a vase. Communication was easy and speedy. 100% would recommend to anyone!

They catered a 95th birthday for my father. We had a couple issues come up and we thought we might have to cancel. They were very accommodating and never once made us feel like this would be a problem. They also went out of there way to try and help me on how they could make it easier on us. The whole team came up with suggestions and really showed they cared and made his birthday great. Then they heard I was sick and even went out of there way again to surprise me with chicken soup on the night of the party, again they are fantastic....Thank you to the entire team!

CHEF360 was on the ball from the first contact! They planned the menu, came in with a huge staff, the food was displayed in a beautiful manner and made the place pop! The food was delicious, great personalities, and clean up was easy. You would not have known they had been there. Spotless.

Working with Chef Peter and his team is an absolute dream! Every idea you have for your special day is completely accomplished. Peter always comes up with bigger and better ideas that everyone loves. I would not work with or recommend another caterer. Peter is so loving and fun, and he made our wedding day so special - people are still talking about his services.

Where other caterers seemed almost irritated that I didn't have a menu picked out, Chef 360 sat down with me, listened to our favorites for least favorite foods and made a mock menu! They then adjusted it according to budget and dietary restrictions. They were so easy to work with and such a pleasure!!

Chef 360 made my wedding reception about as perfect as you could imagine! I'm so thrilled that I chose them to help us out for our big day. They went out of their way to make certain that their food tables matched our decor and they were beautiful! This definitely stood out for me. I was glad that they took the time to seamlessly match our decor. Our guests raved about the food (even two days after our event my sister was still talking about the bacon jalapeno green beans). Chef Peter was personable, walked around and served our guests making sure they were absolutely satisfied! The assisting staff was warm and informative. From the moment I spoke with Kimberly about sending us a quote until Chef Peter packed away a box of leftovers for the bride and groom, we could not have asked for better! I will be referring all my friends and family to Chef 360!

Chef 360 Catering is a very fitting company name for Peter Collins and his staff. They are all around "excellent!" As an event venue, they far exceeded my expectations for food quality, service, and professionalism. Our property has a small kitchen and many chefs with staff require space. The size of the kitchen didn't seem to vex them at all. They worked in harmony to deliver impeccable service and they returned the kitchen to its original clean state. As for food quality and taste, getting repeat customers is the best testament. From wedding receptions to specialty dinners, Chef Peter Collins and the staff are Clevedale Historic Inn and Gardens' #1 caterer!

CHEF360 Catering provided superb catering for a first time plant wide Employee Christmas Luncheon. This event had to be perfect in order to take the place of our annual Christmas Party and it won hands down. The Service was impeccable and the food was absolutely delicious and plenty to say the least. CHEF Peter was very professional, very accommodating on any issue and kindly worked the crowd. The staff was also very professional and very kind to all the associates - (rare to see these days).The entire 2 day event was very successful and I can't say enough about the excellent service we received. Look forward to working with CHEF360 again this Christmas.

This was our 2nd time using Chef 360. Both times Chef 360 rocked our annual staff party. Chef Peter, Chef Chris, and Kim Adams were an absolute pleasure to work with. Chef360 catered a Corporate event for me. They were very intuitive and helpful about what I needed and how the event should take place.
