A Truly Incredible Experience!

Chef Hosch and his staff worked with us every step of the way, to make sure everything was perfect. Chef Hosch was insistent that this was our day and met us where we were every step of the way. We were blown away from day one, and he continued to impress from then on - from the tasting to letting us visit the space several times. Chef Hosch was incredibly generous and accommodating, and that meant the world to us.

The menu for that night was to die for, and he was able to accommodate the most challenging of dietary needs for some of our guests. I still dream about how good the Mediterranean Mint Chicken was.

Further, the level of service that Chef Hosch and his team provided was second-to-none. They made sure all of our guests were having a great time and had everything they could need.

The space they have at the Carriage House is beautiful, and was able to hold a good-sized group having fun and dancing all night, without people tripping over each other.

There are not enough stars to give, and we cannot thank Chef Hosch and his team enough. The best we can do is reccomend that anyone looking to have an event or a wedding reception reach out to Chef Hosch. You won't be disappointed!

Catered our outdoor wedding of 130

Chef was great. He has a full service mobile kitchen did our outdoor winery wedding with ease. We had multiple compliments on the presentation and quality of food.

BEST caterer in the area!!

Chef is the most amazing chef, person, and vendor! He is so passionate about his food and it really shows. It was one of the best meals I have ever had. He specializes in serving large groups of people and you can tell. Pick the family style!! We all got to enjoy all of the meals for dinner instead of just one and I wouldn't have had it any other way. My wedding was a couple weeks ago and my family is still talking about the food. Lastly, we had to pair down our wedding due to COVID-19 and Chef was MORE than accommodating. He got on the phone with me a couple of times to curate the menu, he is so kind. PICK THIS VENDOR, you will not be disappointed.

Everything We Hoped for and More!

Rick and Ann were amazing for our wedding!!! The the food was everything we could have asked for and more! We received so many compliments from our guest saying it was the best wedding food they ever had!!! We were able to do a food tasting at Rick & Ann's Carriage House. While this was not our venue, the Carriage house is so beautiful and stunning and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone! Rick and Ann made the planning process so easy and they were very quick to answer any questions that we had. Rick and Ann were also very accommodating to all of our guest's dietary needs! Thank you so much again for helping make our big day so amazing and special!!!

Amazing wedding experience!

My new husband and I had a wonderful wedding experience with Chef Hosch and Chef Danie (and Ann!). He encouraged us to eat our meal family-style, which turned out really wonderful!! The food was delicious and came out hot and quick. We had an Irish/Celtic theme, and they were wonderful to incorporate that into our meal a bit. Their personalities are fun yet professional, and their willingness to make every little request of ours happen made our day that much more easy and amazing! They met with us multiple times to make sure we were happy with the plans and the food choices. We also had desserts from Chef Danie. We have had nothing but positive feedback from our family and friends about our reception venue and all of the amazing food. I would definitely recommend Chef Hosch and Ann Catering for anyone's wedding! We hope to work with them again soon!

Wonderful Experience

Chef Hosch prepared an amazing, delicious meal for our baby shower. The venue was beautiful, and he and his staff were very professional and responsive. Our guests raved about the venue and food. I would definitely recommend them for any type of event.

Exceeded all of my expectations!!

My husband and I used Chef Hosch for our wedding in June and could not be more pleased with the exceptional service that Chef Hosch provided. He is the absolute consummate professional and just so easy to work with!

From the beginning of our planning process, he was readily available to chat through potential menu items and guide us through what he felt would work best with our venue and guest number size. He felt really strongly that we should serve our meal "family style" and I am so glad we went with his recommendation! It was perfect for our wedding size of 185 guests. The food was able to be served hot, everyone got to try a little bit of everything, and it is a much more social way of eating! It was perfect and I have guests still mentioning to me how much they enjoyed it.

The food was delicious! The ingredients were fresh and everything was cooked perfectly!

I am so grateful for Chef Hosch and all of the detail he put into our day. It truly made it feel so special. Thank you Chef Hosch and team!

Stop looking anywhere else.... They are wonderful!!

My husband and I contacted Chef Hosch & Ann Catering at the beginning stages of our wedding planning process. We meet with Chef at his beautiful Carriage House to talk details and what we were looking for in our menu. Anything that we wanted they were able to make happen. This thrilled us!! We didn't want anything crazy, we just wanted something nice for our Wedding. We wanted our guests to walk away in awe! We fell in love with the Carriage House and as we left that inital meeting, we decided that was the venue and chef for us! Unknown to us how the following weeks would play out, our planning got changed due to my father becoming terminally ill. The date got changed from a year away to a month away; and the location changed so it was closer to my families home. During the whirlwind, we contacted Chef and told him what was happening. There was no hesitation when we asked if he was still available an if he would cater off-site... the answer was "Yes!" Our tasting got moved up to just before the wedding and let me tell you, we couldn't wait for the big day after trying all the food! Our guests are still raving about the displays, the food, the staff, and about the fact that the chef himself walked around to all the tables to make sure the food was perfect!
If you are still unsure about a caterer for your wedding, birthday, special event anything!! STOP LOOKING!! Call Chef Hosch & Ann Catering they are wonderful!!

Exceeded all expectations!

My husband and I knew when we started planning our wedding that the main focus would be food. We are foodies and it was important to us that our guest would experience something other then the "typical wedding" food. Chef Hosch, Danielle and staff were amazing! They are so easy to work with in the planning process. The day of the wedding was very stress free because came in and handled everything, I didn't have to worry about a thing. My guests are still raving about the taste and presentation of the food, no one left hungry!

Excellent experience

Chef Hosch and Chef Dani made our wedding experience everything we dreamed of. The food was fantastic and all of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the food. Chef Hosch’s venue, the Carriage House was perfect for our day. We had both the wedding ceremony and our reception there. They accommodated every request, even made a last minute birthday cake for my father in law. We made a great decision choosing Chef and he made our day one we will remember forever.

Working with Chef Hosch and Dani was a great experience and the food prepared for the wedding was excellent, everyone commented on how good the salmon and rice were. We were tweaking the menu for a few months leading up to the wedding. Chefs Hosch and Dani were willing to discuss and provide input, they were always available via phone. On the day of the wedding we had a number of weather and logistic curve balls that the Chefs were able to roll with and deliver an excellent meal and presentation with stations setup throughout the venue. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a wholesome menu, prepared with quality ingredients, a responsible staff, and plenty of leftovers for the after-party!

We had 95 family and friends for my husband’s 70th birthday at my home. Chef Hosch and his team made this an event that we will never forget. We were impressed with the presentation and quality of the food. Chef prepared all the food in his catering truck which helped keep the food fresh and cooked. During the event and even after it, we received comments stating the food was “awesome”, “fantastic”, and “amazing”. Thank you, Chef Hosch and team!

We were extremely pleased with this new venue which is absolutely lovely. We held our Regional Emergency Medical Services Recognition Banquet here and the staff could not have been more accommodating, from providing a cordless mic, to projection screen. The Steinway Grand Piano is meticulously cared for and the acoustics were perfect. Food was delicious and all comments received were positive. Definitely recommend for anyone considering a special event!

Event was a Memorial Luncheon and was held at Chef Hosch & Ann Catering's new facility, The Carriage House, 414 Walnut Street. Chef Hosch helped in the planning of the event which was absolutely crucial for me and my family. The venue was elegant and absolutely perfect. The food was fantastic and the staff was gracious, attentive and professional. Yes, this is a 5 out of 5 rating but it was well earned by Chef Hosch and his staff.

The event was set up after we contacted Chef Hosch an Ann catering in a very short time. The food and food quality was amazing. The atmosphere spoke to an old fashioned Christmas. Very warm, friendly, and inviting...:D

Chef Hosch has been catering our client holiday party for the last 4 years at the Campus Theatre in Lewisburg. He and his staff do an excellent job, and are easy to work with when event planning. We have rave reviews each year on the food and the party. We will most certainly be having Chef Hosch back next year!

I find Chef Hosch and Ann very easy to work with. The quality of the food and the service is excellent. They are accommodating to our many requests. We have a weekly catering event with them for 50 - 60 participants.

Chef and Ann catered our Reunion dinner at their venue this past weekend, and created the most welcoming, cozy, and beautiful experience for our 70 alumni. The entire evening was wonderful - the food was delicious and exquisitely presented, and the staff were very polite and always on hand to clear plates/assist with getting things that were needed. The whole atmosphere just felt like you were coming home - we were so comfortable and at ease, and Chef and Ann were instrumental in making sure that we did not have to worry about a thing.

My daughter (the bride ) works in food sales. Her expectations were very high not only for the for quality of food but also presentation . Chef Hosch exceeded in both areas. The food was delious and beautifully presented. Chef patiently listened to the brides numerous ideas and helped keep her on track. I would definitely recommend him for all your catering needs. Chef Hosch was one of the best choices we made for our wedding! He catered both our welcome BBQ (100 guests) and our wedding night the next day (150 guests) and everything was perfect! Perfection. Absolutely Delicious and beautifully and instagram worthy presented food. The waitstaff were excellent. I did not have to worry about a thing. Chef Hosch is great. Many of our guests asked for and took his business card. A seamless evening.

Chef and Ann did an amazing job with everything at my wedding. Our generator decided to not work so instead of getting worked up Chef was calm and simply borrowed a plug from our DJ to cook our food, which came out delicious and hot. All of my guests loved the food.

Chef Hosch and his staff went above and beyond for my rehersal dinner. Not only was there a wide variety to choose from, but they also have a brand new venue location. The food was absolutely amazing. I recommend the London Broil and Chicken Marsala. The lemon broccoli was also very delicious and refreshing. The venue made it seem like my family and friends were in a beautiful house so it made everyone feel comfortable and at ease. The staff attended to our every need!! You could say They were proactive, rather than reactive. They were prompt in meeting each and every person's needs and personalized every aspect of our night. We were also able to decorate as we wanted (even though the venue was so nice it didn't need it). If you are looking for a flexible, professional and accommodating catering company Chef Hosch is the way to go!

Chef Hosch and Ann were wonderful to work with and the food was amazing! They really work with you ahead of time to create a menu exactly how you want it and within your budget and they work with you the whole way leading up until the wedding to make sure everything is in order. During the wedding Ann really went out of her way to cater to my husband and I and make sure we had everything we needed. They are the sweetest people, truly talented, and so amazing to work with. I would highly recommend them for a wedding or any other event!

Chef Hosch is not only a fantastic chef but I also really enjoyed working with him during the planning stages of our event. I could tell shortly into our initial conversation about food that he was the real deal! And he crushed it. The food was incredible. He and his team were all a pleasure to work with and they know what they're doing. Chef's very charming persona throughout the event, and especially while carving and serving the pork was a huge bonus. Can't say enough about how good these guys are, I would highly recommend them to all.

We did a buffet style for our wedding. We had 130 guests and the food was still warm and delicious for the last tables to get theirs. Everyone was ranting about how delicious and professional they were.

We hosted our holiday party at the Tower Cafe catered by Chef Hosch and Ann. From the start we received first class service and their flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our group was top notch. We highly recommend using their space and their food services. I am president of the Williamsport Community Concert Association. Chef Hosch caters all the meals for our musical artists who perform at the CAC. He is excellent! Always reliable. All of our artists have raved about the quality and the quantity of the food and the presentation. The last group from England said that their cake was the best they had eaten in America, and they have toured here for 16 years! (I had to put a wedding date as opposed to a concert date in to have my review go through.)

We have now had Chef Hosch for two events - Our summer picnic and our holiday luncheon. We have been extremely happy with the results of both. We have not had any issues with the service or quality of the food. It has been excellent and we are looking forward to an ongoing relationship for all our catering needs.

FABULOUS!!!!! Every guest said it was THE BEST wedding/event food they have ever had. Chef is laid back, fun and professional.

The appetizer table was a big hit as well as the entrees.

I hope I have the opportunity to use him again for a different event.

Would recommend to anyone!!

Chef Hosch and Ann catered both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding. They did a phenomenal job. People are still raving about the pasta bar we did for the rehearsal dinner (especially the shirmp)! The food at the wedding was so tasty (you have to try the "marry me" bacon), served hot, and quickly! We also had our desserts and cake done with them - and all were a great success. We had excellent communication through the entire planning process and the end result was amazing!

Chef and Anne services were great! Their staff was very pleasant and very attentive at my wedding. Everyone talked about how great the food was and I know Chef takes a lot of pride in the food he prepares.

Chef Hosch and Ann are truly the best. Once I had met them and discussed the catering needs of my wedding I knew this was one part of the wedding I would not have to worry about. They are professional, efficient and genuinely great people. I could not have asked for better food or service. Their staff was excellent and very courteous to my guests. Everyone keeps ranting and raving about the food that was served at my wedding. They cannot believe the Chef was able to make such a five star meal from his portable kitchen. I still get compliments to this day of how good the food tasted and how well the food presentation was done. If you live in the serving area of Chef Hosch I highly recommend them for your catering needs.

The most lovely and delicious appetizer table. People loved it. Guests were still talking about it the following day. The buffet dinner was excellent. These are incredibly easy people to work with. They responded quickly to any questions during the whole planning process. It was seamless.

Chef Hosch and Ann Catering did a lovely job with helping our family host a surprise birthday party. They were very professional, and easy to get along with. I enjoyed working with them and just getting to know them. The cheese board was fabulous, and loaded with fresh fruit and grilled veggies. The smoked salmon was cooked to perfection and the heat in the spices added great flavor , but was not overwhelming.

Thank you to Chef Hosch & Ann Catering Inc. for catering a 150 guest 80th Birthday Party for my Dad. Chef coordinated with me and the local country club where the party was held to cook my Dad’s favorite meal. Chef suggested for me to pick the meal with a few tweaks using his expertise. The meal was fabulous and served fresh, hot, on time, and under budget.

The appetizer table consisted of baguettes broiled with basil & garlic and nearly a dozen different white & yellow cheeses ranging from hard to soft, mild to pungent…among them brie, Havarti, cheddar, & muenster, just to name a few. The table was garnished with champagne grapes and fresh herbs from Chef’s garden.

The main course was shrimp or chicken creole paired with salad, rolls, and steamed broccoli cauliflower medley. Being an early October event, the salad and creole used late summer fruits & vegetables. The salad was spinach & mixed greens with tomatoes from Chef’s garden topped with dried apricots, blueberries, cranberries, walnuts, & almonds finished with dressing & feta cheese.

One guest, my 13 year old nephew, has special allergen dietary restrictions. Chef was able to prepare a similar main course dish that was dairy, egg, & gluten free – keeping all pots, pans, & utensils separate and creating a meal that was free from cross contamination from start to finish. My nephew rejoiced in being able to enjoy the same cuisine as the other quests!

Although all the guests commented how they loved the food and the attention to the finest details, most importantly, my Dad as the guest of honor, and I as the host was thrilled with the preparation and presentation of every morsel. Thanks to Chef Hosch & Ann Catering Inc. for making a good party even greater! Looking forward to having them cater my next event!

This is the 2nd Holiday Party with Chef Hosch providing the food and service. It was a wonderful way to hold an event.
Our Party is an office holiday gathering. It is held in a private residence and it is such a pleasure having someone come in, set up, take charge and clear out. Chef removes all stress. The menu planning was a discussion of what worked best for our crowd, not just what was offered. Chef stopped by the residence prior to the party to analyze the layout. Everything went so smoothly.
The food was wonderful. We had the cheese "board" and many hot appetizers, followed by Chicken, London Broil, and all the trappings. Desserts were great and all with no pain to me! There was enough food that the left overs provided lunch for the office staff the following day.
Chef and his staff are friendly and yet unobtrusive. They provide a delightful way to sit back and celebrate.

Chef Hosch and Ann made our day extra special. They cooked THE best food I've ever had at a wedding (I was a bridesmaid in 2 earlier this year and have attended a handful as a guest). All the food was hot, meats were moist (not dried out and over cooked) and the potatoes and pasta were spot on. Everything was packed with flavor and served with perfect timing. We had our reception as a buffet style and they were on top of refilling dishes as needed. All the food was exactly as we had discussed and our guests were full and happy! Everyone raved about their food all night long. The staff was friendly, considerate and eager to help!!

What was awesome about Chef Hosch and Ann was that they did not have a menu to pick from, but rather you were able to talk with them about what you envisioned and they made it happen! With them whatever you dream, they can and will achieve!!

One of the nicest things, was that their staff shirts are purple and yellow - which were our wedding colors! They said that they planned on wearing their usual white which would be more formal, but when I asked about them wearing the colored polo shirts to match our reception decor, they were more than willing to find enough shirts for their staff.

They were quick with responses to questions, and open to any and all ideas we had. They went above and beyond our expectations. We were very worried about choosing a caterer in the beginning and I stressed over every detail, but once the wedding got closer, I knew that we were in good hands and could not have asked for a better team!! LOVED WORKING WITH CHEF HOSCH!!!!

Our wedding day was Perfect, and we were thrilled to have Chef Hosch be apart of it. We did have some severe food allergy concerns with a few of our guests, and Chef was able to not only accommodate - but blow us away with the brunch. The uniqueness of a food truck caterer was exactly what we needed for an outdoor wedding, and we didn't have to sacrifice the quality of the meal! All of our guests were thrilled with the delicious brunch, and we're still hearing compliments.

Chef Hosch doesn't give you a menu to pick and choose from. DON'T BE SCARED if you aren't used to this approach. Instead Chef will sit down with you talk about your budget and how you envision your day, your taste in food, and how to encompass that all into one amazing meal. We received so many compliments on our food at the wedding, that I really think it was a star of the show. The best part is Chef prepares the meal on location in his fabulous mobile commercial kitchen. That means the food wasn't cooked and sitting in hot boxes for hours. And that means the taste is of the highest quality. One of our vegetarian guest even commented that it was the best vegetarian meal she has had at a wedding ever. I loved that Chef seeks out local and seasonal products as much as possible. And he is so flexible to your ideas. You and your guests won't be disappointed.

We have come to rely on Chef Hosch for catering the majority of our events. He consistently provides top value -- quality meals at a reasonable price. When we host these corporate "kick off" events he works with us to identify a theme for the meal, sets up a lovely display for the buffet, and ensures that everything tastes perfect.

Perhaps even more important (to me) is that he takes the time to talk with the guests to check on their satisfaction--and if necessary will do what it takes to ensure that satisfaction. For this last event the smoked pork was as good as it gets. The various sides truly complemented the meal, and his custom barbecue sauce provides just the right touch.

Chef Hosch was very open to suggestions and the needs of the bride and groom. The cheese bar was phenomenal. The guests enjoyed his food. Chef Hosch and his team created an excellent business luncheon for us. They are very responsive to all requests, whether menu choices or seating arrangements. We've had two business luncheons there and I especially enjoyed the ones that featured his hors d'oeuvres and salad with homemade dressing. The quality of Chef's food is always very good. Everything was prepared perfectly on time and the setup was done well in advance. They are so helpful and friendly, too. I would recommend considering him for your next catered event.

Chef Hosch makes SPECTACULAR food. Our meal was delicious and unique. He incorporates whole, seasonal ingredients to make a very special menu that is not run of the mill wedding food. The appetizers provided for cocktail hour were also a huge hit. I was proud to offer even our city-slicker guests such thoughtful, genuinely good food at our rural backyard wedding. We were thrilled with our food.
