Having Chef Abishek cater our wedding was an absolute DREAM come true. From our initial tasting through our wedding weekend we experienced the most genuine and attentive service imaginable. We had a half Indian wedding and had 3 major meals catered by his team: a Sangeet with North Indian/South Indian (including live dosa station)/Indo-Chinese/Mexican stations, a post-Hindu ceremony seated lunch (no onions or garlic), and a Cocktail Hour/Reception with half Indian, half American food. As you can see, there were so many dishes and restrictions involved. As my wife has a Polish background, Chef Abishek made pierogies which rivaled some of Greenpoint’s finest. My mom had very particular requests for the traditional South Indian lunch, including masala vada and mysore pak, which Chef Abishek happily and flawlessly executed as well. Many of my friends commented on how amazing the American salads and entrees were as well at the Reception. Chef Abishek and his team can seriously do all cuisines extremely well! Guests repeatedly gushed over how amazing all the food was the whole weekend.
Another reason we chose Chef Abishek is he really cares about and has an eye for decor and vibe. Food was such a big part of our weekend, and with Chef Abishek’s skill for presentation, he essentially served as part decorator as well! The live station and buffet chafing dishes were beautiful and elegant. And his Thali tableware for the South Indian lunch was drop dead gorgeous - it was one of the most talked about things from our wedding.
I have to also call out the amazing bar program that was run by Alison, Chef Abishek’s head bartender. We had a separate cocktail tasting with him, and came up with two signature drinks for the Sangeet and two for the Cocktail Hour/Reception. Countless guests told us how our signature drinks were the best they have ever had at a wedding!
Lastly, I need to reiterate the world-class service we received from Chef Abishek and his team throughout the process. We did FIVE tastings in total, and truly felt like royalty in every one. As mentioned before, Chef Abishek was happy to accommodate every wish we had. Our venue was a complicated, half outdoor, fairly raw space that came with some challenges. Chef Abishek and his team made the event run so smoothly I am still in awe of how perfect it all was.
We cannot thank Chef Abishek and his team enough for their massive role in making our wedding dreams come true. If you are reading this review, you are SO close to making the best decision you could for your food and beverage needs for your wedding. Don’t think twice and book him now! -

We immediately knew Chef Abishek was the perfect chef for our wedding! From the very first meeting, his warm, approachable personality made us feel like we were working with family. He took the time to understand our tastes, preferences, cultural traditions, and crafted a menu that was unique.
The food and presentation were absolutely incredible — it wasn’t just a meal, it was an experience. Every dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully prepared. Chef Abishek and his team were attentive, professional, and genuinely willing to work with us to bring our vision to life. Guests couldn’t stop raving about the food, and we loved sharing such a memorable dining experience with everyone.

Chef Abishek catered our wedding in Miami this month, and he did an amazing job. From the moment that we met him he was always super responsive, professional, and willing to take feedback to make sure that the food was perfect. We had Indian and Korean food from both of our respective cultures - and Abishek can truly do it all. He did 3 tastings with us and our families and always remade things to make sure our feedback was incorporated. The wedding day food truly exceeded all of our expectations.
Multiple guests thought his Korean food was so authentic that he must have been a Korean chef, many guests also told us that wedding food is often mediocre but our wedding was the exception. If you want a truly luxury experience where the bang is worth the buck - you can’t do better than chef Abishek and his team. -

Chef Abi and his team exceeded all our expectations and truly made our wedding events unforgettable. From the very beginning, they were attentive, supportive, and dedicated to bringing our vision to life. For our sangeet night, we wanted to recreate the vibrant charm of an Indian bazaar with live stations, snacks, and drinks. Chef Abi not only delivered an extraordinary menu but also went above and beyond by sourcing all the snacks and drinks for the bazaar.
Their attention to detail was impeccable, and they took every effort to make our events special. His bartenders from Madam Ji crafted signature drinks that were a hit at every gathering, adding a personal touch to the celebrations. What truly set Chef Abi apart was his team’s versatility; with a Gujarati chef on board, they seamlessly handled all our Gujarati meal requirements without needing additional vendors.
The food was absolutely unforgettable, delighting our guests with its exceptional flavors and quality. It was a highlight of our wedding. Guests are still raving about the unique flavors and exceptional quality of the meals served across all events. Chef Abi didn’t just curate menus; he created cherished memories for us and our loved ones.

We had the pleasure of working with Chef Abishek for our wedding, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the beginning, Chef Abishek took the time to understand our vision for the food—classic, high quality, home-cooked meals that evoke the warmth and comfort of visiting your parents or grandparents. He truly listened to our inputs and incorporated every piece of feedback we provided during the tasting, ensuring that the final dishes were exactly what we had envisioned.
Our wedding was a fusion celebration, which meant Chef Abishek had to share the kitchen with the venue's catering team. Despite this, his team worked seamlessly with the venue, ensuring a smooth and coordinated operation. The food was a highlight of the event, with guests raving about the delicious chaats and kebabs served during the cocktail hour. The buffet was equally impressive, featuring classics like Rajma, Kadhi Pakoda, and Biryani, all of which were cooked to perfection. We finished the meal with some of the best kulfi we've ever had.
Overall, Chef Abishek exceeded our expectations in every way, providing an unforgettable experience that our guests are still talking about. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional Indian cuisine and outstanding service.
