The best experience!
The experience I had at Charlotte's was amazing! The spacious rooms, the care of the stylist, and the options of dresses were incredible. I felt so special while shopping here, and my stylist was prepared ahead of time with dresses that matched the style I was looking for. I ended up finding my dress, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will be back for suit rentals!!!

Transferred dress
They originally didn't have the dress I wanted to try on but my stylist was able to get it transfered over from their sister location in just a week. It ended up being my dress and I am so thankfull for her for being able to do that for me.

I had an excellent experience at Charlotte’s Bridal of Eau Claire. The staff was professional, attentive, and respectful of the budget I shared with them from the start. My stylist, Charity, listened closely to what I wanted and guided me toward options that matched my vision.
What truly impressed me was the value for money - I found a dress that feels and looks luxurious at a price point none of the other competitors in the area could come close to. Best Wedding Dress Shopping Experience, Hands Down!!
Charlotte’s Bridal was the third place I went for dress shopping - hands down the BEST experience I had!! The dresses were beautiful and reasonably priced, the atmosphere was incredible, and Meagan was an absolute gem. She made me feel so comfortable, beautiful, and was overall just an absolute joy to be around. She listened to my thoughts and opinions, and took those into account when finding dresses for me to try on. She helped me find the most beautiful dress that I’m so excited to wear for my big day! I could not imagine a better experience than what my girls and I were provided - thank you Meagan and Charlotte’s bridal for a day I will always remember!

I said YES to the dress here! The experience was wonderful! Angelina was fantastic to work with and I could tell she really had my back and wanted my dress to be everything I wanted and more. The care and attention to detail are top notch. A great selection of dresses, a beautiful, private try on room, and the store is so sleek and modern. Walked into Charlotte’s Bridal today, no appointment at all, and had the most special, surprise experience! We thought we would be lucky to get to look at dresses without an appointment, let alone try them on… we were happily welcomed into the store and invited to try on gowns!
Ayanna, along with Lindsey shadowing as a new employee, were the sweetest to work with and made me feel comfortable and beautiful! She did an amazing job picking out dresses and made sure my opinion, as the bride, came first. I am SO happy and lucky to be a Charlotte Bride!

The VIB package was absolutely worth it - starting the day with mocktails and having a big private space was great.
Chelsea + Morgan were professional, kind, and patient while I took time to find the perfect dress. When I had "the" moment, the rest of the crew came in to congratulate and happy cry with us. It was truly everything I dreamed, and I'd recommend Charlotte's to anyone!

I could not recommend an absolutely more perfect place to to dress shopping for your big day! From the moment I found them on tik tok and fell in love I was not disappointed! My bridal consultant Meagan listened to every single like, dislike, concern, and excitement I had about my appointment! When the day finally came to try on dresses I was greeted with nothing but smiles and the best day/experience of my wedding thus far! She made finding my prefect extremely easy and quick! The Best Support & Expertise
Once I got engaged, I started perusing Charlotte's online gallery to see what kind of dresses they carried. I chose to go here specifically for one dress, and am so glad I did. Meagan was my consultant and was truly so helpful, kind and caring. She made sure I was happy throughout the entire process. She was so kind to my niece who stayed in the fitting room with me and it made for such a special experience for both her and I. She was so supportive as I selected the dress I came to Charlotte's specifically for, and has been an amazing support throughout the rest of the process. She has shared excitement with me and helped me pick a veil out to perfectly compliment the dress. I did purchase the VIB Experience and am glad that I did! It made for a great memory and fun added element.
I could not recommend her more or Charlotte's, for their selection of gowns, accessories, and everything in between. If you can have Meagan as your consultant, please do. She has made this experience incredible!
My only bump in the experience is when I returned to try on my dress for the first time. It was a very rushed process and while I had made an appointment, it felt like we were an inconvenience. The store was busy with a large party getting fitted for suits but it made for a disappointing experience. I know the consultant was probably busy doing other things, it just seemed very rushed and like we should not have been there.
When I returned for my accessories appointment, I was back with Meagan and putting on my dress again felt so incredibly magical. She clipped it in the areas it needed to be, so I could see what it would look like once altered. I recommend booking your appointment with the consultant you had gotten your dress with, if you are able!

I found my dress on Feb 25th with the amazing help of Airk. He was SO helpful, fun, and nice. The whole experience was more than I could have hoped for. We completed my wedding dress shopping in the new Eau Claire shop. My sister saw it in tiktok and so I made the appointment. I am a bigger gal, not “girlie”, and Kaylee made me feel like a woman. She took the time to actually size me in the right size dress so I would know exactly what it would look like and feel on my wedding day. I never would have thought that the dress I walked out with would be the one. I don’t cry over clothes, but this dress really turned on the water works for me. I had a fabulous experience at Charlotte’s Bridal. Molly was a fantastic help in pulling dresses that were my style and had all the elements I was searching for, it was a dream! She was so supportive and confidence boosting while I tried on so many beautiful gowns. I would recommend I would recommend this shop because of their wonderful staff and tailored experience. My experience was a dream
My experience at Charlotte's Bridal was literally a dream. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed, and my consultant Katie, was just as excited for me to be there as I was. During my appointment, Katie asked me numerous questions about what types of styles I felt more comfortable in and what I liked. The forth dress I tried on, I mentioned to her that I loved it all except for one thing, and she said "be right back!" and instantly ran and picked THE EXACT DRESS but with the detail I described. Never did I feel pressured to purchase, or rushed, and quite frankly they moved appointments around because I went over my allotted time looking at veils (which by the way they had one that matched my dress perfectly). Now that I continue to work with Charlotte's for menswear and bridesmaid dresses, I see that every aspect of their business is run professionally and everyone there does a wonderful job and truly cares about my wedding, even every little detail. I went to a few bridal stores in Milwaukee while I was attending school there, and none of them even came close to the experience I had at Charlotte's Bridal. I would make this store your first stop, because it would likely be the only one you make!

I had the best experience at Charlotte's while finding my dress! The team was energetic and enthused to see us. I was excited, but having my consultant Meagan be as excited as me- made it so fun! The staff let me choose a variety of dresses and helped me narrow it down while carefully listening to my comments and concerns. They provided advice on how to fix each dress, but let me keep exploring until I found the one. I would highly recommend Charlotte's to anyone who is looking for a wedding dress. I drove 2 hours and it was well worth it. The store had a very large selection and a large area to try on the dresses. Thank you Charlotte's for the most wonderful wedding dress shopping experience!

"That dress was made for you"
I had visited one other bridal salon prior to coming to Charlotte's where I found my wedding gown. The consultant was fabulous. She asked good questions to get us on the right track, and genuinely cared about helping me find my dream dress. Because of my budget, my dress was purchased "off the rack," but the alterations needed were minor. I had multiple people at our wedding tell me "that dress was made for you." It was a wonderful experience, and I could not have imagined wearing another dress for our special day.

The service at Charlotte's was top-notch! On my first visit, I went in with a Pinterest board of the kinds of dresses I was looking for. They had my top choice in-house! I didn't like the way it fit me, so the woman helping us said they had a dress that just arrived that she thought I might like. Boy, was she right! It was the one! Though they don't have a tailor on-site, Charlotte's gave us a list of local tailors they recommended.

This was my first store when searching for my dress. I had an outstanding experience with Shelby. She was very fun, outgoing, attentive, patient, and caught on quickly to my style. The store had enough selection, even for a plus size bride, to get enough variety to try on. The dressing area was large enough and well situated with mirrors. I felt comfortable getting in and out of the dresses as there was plenty of privacy. The staff were friendly and professional. The store was clean, well laid out, and brightly lit. Overall, I had a great experience at the store and would highly recommend. I did end up purchasing my dress here and couldn't be happier!

I had a wonderful experience at Charlotte's Bridal! I was greeted by friendly staff and the girl I worked with was super friendly and knowledgable! She took the time to discuss my vision and what I wanted before any dresses were pulled. She explained how the dresses were organized and then help my group and I pick dresses for me to try. She was very supportive and informative as I walked in wanting one style of gown and ended up purchasing something completely different. I never once felt pressured to make a decision and she did not push me into any of the gowns. All of the staff were wonderful to work with but I cannot say enough good things about my consultant! I had a great experience and would recommend anyone to go to Charolette's Bridal!

I was very satisfied with my experience at Charlottes! I was very pleased with the knowledge that the consultant (Jessica) had! She was able to determine my "style" within minutes. She was very friendly and easy to talk to which made the time go by much more quickly. I LOVED how she made sure every dress I tried on was laced up and done as if I were to go get married in it. Even when the dresses were too big, she still laced/zipped them before clipping them so you got the full picture. I would recommend Charlottes to anyone looking for their wedding dress!!!

I wanted a dress unique, elegant, and affordable. Charlotte's Bridal offered all 3 options for both my bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses. Every single person at the wedding asked me "Where did you get your dress?!" I almost felt like I was on the red carpet at an awards show. The dress was everything and more than what I could have imagined. My bridesmaids picked out a dress that was flattering to their body style but in the same color. They all looked and felt beautiful. I recently had a great experience at Charlotte's! My consultant, Sara, was very helpful. Although the selection was not the biggest, the dresses they had were gorgeous. I was able to look through all of them and pull ones that I wanted to try on which was great. A dress that my mom ended up pulling last minute, was the one I chose! Although it is not what I thought I wanted going in, it is gorgeous! Sara was able to pick a sash, veil, and jewelry that I loved. I ended up buying everything I needed at Charlotte's!

Charlottes is where I got my dress and my bridesmaids dresses. My dress and bridesmaids dresses were exactly what I wanted and the women who work there were great help! I even changed my mind about having a flower for my hair instead of the veil I had bought and they let me exchange it no problem. The only thing that frustrated me a little was my lady wanted me to get my dress in ivory, because I'm a little pale. But I was set on white and I'm VERY glad I went with my choice and got white!

My experience at Charlotte's Bridal and Formal Wear was like no other! My consultant really took the time to get to know me, making me feel very comfortable. AND they give brides a free pair of earrings as a gift just for coming in! Best of all, I found my dress on my first visit! They had a great selection of dresses, and were very respectful of my budget. After saying yes to the dress, the staff brought in jewelry and headpieces for me to try on in order to give me the ultimate bridal experience. Charlotte's is truly a great boutique!

I went to Charlotte's two weeks after I got engaged and had a wonderful time there. The woman I worked with was supportive and easy to talk to about what I wanted in my dress. She showed us around and let us pick some dresses out to try on. When I found the one I wanted, she helped us pick out accessories for it. It only took 5 months for my dress to come in and it was perfect! I still had over a year until my wedding though, but they made sure that my dress stayed safe at the store until it was time for alterations. I was able to come back to the store whenever I wanted to see the dress, they always welcomed me. They have a fair amount of mother's dresses and my mom was able to find her dress for the wedding as well.

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because all the measurements for tuxes taken at Charlotte's were off and items for the groom and groomsmen had to be rush delivered in the right size. I bought my dress, my bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, and the guy's tuxes. I kept going there to get a discount for the others standing up in the wedding. The service was horrible. It seemed the employee's were always making an excuse why they couldn't preform their job. I was not notified when a flower girl dress came in, or when the tux company we ordered a tux from was "dropped" from the store. I paid extra money to have my dress custom measured and they measured it 4 inches too long. I had a horrible experience with Charlottes bridal and would not recommend this place to anyone

HORRIBLE! I usually never do reviews but I would hate to see someone else especially a bride have to go through something like I did. The staff has no knowledge of the dresses they work with! I was in my friends wedding and called in my measurements. I am also getting married so I gave her the exact measurements my bridal designer gave me. Now of course I know that all designers run different however, When you understand the design of the dress you are working with you don't make mistakes like they did. I'd like to mention that most of the 12 girls in the wedding party all had to make major alterations as did I. The bride was not happy with their "knowledgeable and friendly" staff. As if planning a wedding isn't stressful enough! The girl I worked with told me that the designer runs small and that my hips were running between two sizes both bigger than my normal size. Now everything else was running at a normal size. So would't common sense tell you that if the dress is loose and flowy on the bottom you wouldn't be concerned with the hip measurement. I also told her that since I am getting married myself I have been working at loosing weight as all brides do. I told her that I would be smaller than the initial measurements. She insisted even when I argued against it to get a size 16! I have never been even close to a 16. My wedding dress is a 12 and its getting taken in. But after he explanations about the designer I thought I would trust her word since she was supposedly a professional. Clearly she she was lacking the competency to understand the dress design she was working with. When I got the dress it was HUGE. The only reason it even stayed up was because of the straps. Now I am stuck with 120$ worth of alterations!!! I called the shop to see if there was something they could do. Reimburse me for the bodice part of the alterations ($55). Their owner Kathy totally strung me along for a week acting like she was going to help out in some way. She had me call arou
