Mexican Wedding
Quedamos encantados con Charisma Ballroom. Tuvimos una fiesta con aproximadamente 200 personas y todo salió perfecto; de verdad, no podríamos estar más felices con cómo resultó todo.
La comida estuvo deliciosa, a todos nuestros invitados les encantó. Además, nos permitieron llevar mariachis, lo cual hizo que el ambiente fuera aún más especial y auténtico. La música en general estuvo fantástica y mantuvo a todos bailando y disfrutando toda la noche. Las bebidas también estuvieron muy buenas y bien preparadas.
Pero lo que más queremos destacar es al personal: las personas que manejan el lugar son increíblemente amables. Nos trataron como si fuéramos parte de su familia, siempre atentos a cada detalle y asegurándose de que todo saliera bien.
Sin duda alguna, vamos a regresar para futuros eventos. Nuestra familia quedó muy contenta con Charisma Ballroom. ¡Lo recomendamos muchísimo! -

Wedding - from the bride
We had our wedding at Charisma Ballroom, and it was truly an amazing experience. Everything was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive from start to finish. We were actually recommended Charisma by friends who have had multiple parties here, and now I completely understand why they never book anywhere else. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience were outstanding. We couldn’t have chosen a better place for such a special day, and we will definitely be back for future events. -

My Wedding
I had the pleasure of hosting my wedding at Charisma Ballroom, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless, and I had absolutely nothing to worry about.
The venue itself is stunning, elegant and spacious with beautiful décor that set the perfect tone for our special day. The staff at Charisma Ballroom were incredibly professional and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, which allowed me to fully enjoy every moment of my wedding.
Now, the food! It was beyond amazing. Our guests are still talking about how delicious the dishes were. The selection was diverse and catered to all tastes, and everything was beautifully presented. It truly exceeded our expectations and added a special touch to the celebration.
If you're looking for a place to host your wedding or special event, Charisma Ballroom is the place to go. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend! -

Our wedding
We recently had our wedding at Charisma Ballroom, and we truly couldn't be happier with our experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless — but what really stood out to us (and all of our guests!) was the incredible food.
We've received endless compliments, with so many people telling us it's the best food they've ever had at a wedding — and honestly, we agree. Every dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. It wasn’t just “good for wedding food” — it was restaurant-quality, if not better. We've even had multiple guests say they wish Charisma offered takeout, and we couldn't agree more!
Beyond the amazing menu, the staff was exceptional. Everyone was kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. A special shout-out to the young woman who helped us book our event — she was honest, straightforward, and made us feel confident from the very beginning. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but her guidance made it feel effortless.
We’re so grateful to Charisma Ballroom for helping make our day so special. If you're looking for a venue with outstanding service and unforgettable food, this is the place. -

Our wedding
I visited 7 different venues before finding Charisma Ballroom, and let me tell you—this was by far the best one in every way. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how immaculately clean and modern everything looked. The interior is incredibly classy, with elegant decor and even Rolex catalogs on display—such a unique and luxurious touch!
Not only is the venue stunning, but it also offers the best value for the price compared to all the others I saw. What really stood out was that they host one party at a time, so you get the entire space to yourself. No sharing, no noise from other events—just your special day, exactly how it should be.
On top of that, the staff was amazing—super friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything goes smoothly. If you're looking for a beautiful, private, and high-end feeling venue at a reasonable price, Charisma Ballroom is absolutely the place. -

I can't thank Joseph enough for the incredible job he did managing our wedding! From the very beginning, he was attentive, kind, and incredibly organized. He made sure everything ran smoothly and without a hitch, even when we had some last-minute things pop up on our end.
One of the highlights was how perfect the announcements were. Joseph took the time to make sure everything was clear and well-timed, making the whole event feel even more special. He had a real knack for keeping everything on track without making it feel rushed.
And let me tell you, the food was absolutely amazing! Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. Guests were raving about it all night, and it really added to the overall experience.
Joseph went above and beyond, and because of his hard work and dedication, our wedding day was exactly what we had hoped for. We couldn’t have asked for a better manager to help make our big day perfect! Highly recommend! -

Joseph was always available to answer questions, offer suggestions, and ensure that every aspect of our big day went smoothly. His calm demeanor and commitment to making our wedding perfect truly stood out.
As for the food, it was nothing short of amazing. Our guests couldn't stop raving about it! The dishes were flavorful, beautifully presented, and there was a great variety to accommodate different tastes.

Food was unbelievable
The food was just unreal, every single dish that was served was better than the next. The appetizers were a big hit at our wedding, the pizza squares were so crispy and delicious, the mozzarella sticks were the best I ever had, such high quality food. Everything else was also really great but I just had to emphasize on the food. -

Wedding December 3rd: I can not be anymore grateful. I am beyond grateful. So glad we booked our wedding here, the entire process was as breezy as 1,2,3. Quite literally. This venue is one of the nicest places I have ever gone to. I attended a wedding here last night, amazed. The food is absolutely delicious, the service is impeccable and the venue is GORGEOUS! Such a beautiful luxurious venue. Pictures came out beautifully. Photos do not do this place justice. Take a visit, you will not regret it. -

Attended an event over the weekend and I must say the place is a hidden gem. Absolutely beautiful and professionally run, very friendly and accommodating staff. I attended a wedding here on Saturday night. And, I have to say I was amazed. The food was served beautifully and was really delicious. I felt like I was eating at a 5 star restaurant. The DJ kept the crowd on their feet. The only time people were sitting was when they were eating. Besides that everyone was up on there feet dancing or grabbing a drink at the bar. The bartender was very sweet, and served everyone beautifully also. Very professional staff but, while being professional.. really did make my cousins family feel like family. Not only them, but constantly coming up to check at everyones table if anyone needed anything. Also, filling up our drinks. With all of this said. I booked a surprise 50th birthday for my mother in June today. I'm beyond happy. -

Charisma Ballroom is the best venue my fiancé could have chosen., the employees were attentive, respectful, helpful, and courteous. Based on my guests opinion, they loved both the food as well as the music. Let's not forget they loved the way Charisma was well decorated. I still have people complementing me on how beautiful our wedding was. Thank you Charisma for your help, professionalism, and my wonderful wedding reception . -

They did a fabulous job with decorating and the food is just so delicious. This place is affordable and totally worth every penny. The DJ is amazingly great. He was very open to our wants and requests and did a stupendous job. Dorina the chef is so great shes willing to please. Yes when i first walked in I was a bit terrified and I told myself don't judge a book by its cover and im more then happy I didn't judge they are a amazing reception hall and they left me more then satisfied I was very pleased and happy and they made my wedding the best. My guest still tell me how fabulous our reception was. Trust me they wont let you down. -

Overall the service was ok. The food was ok but cold. A few were not organized by staff. Manager was more about money then accommodation to my guests. He was not professional when it came down to business. It should of been more organized than what it was. -

Horrible horrible
The food was terrible and even worst was the service. The chicken francese was a Chicken Patty NOT REAL CHICKEN. The rice horrible everything was horrible drinks were never brought to the table everyone had to walk to the bar for even soda horrible horrible embarrassing frankly.. -
