We had to get our review done quickly as we didn’t want to let much time pass and forget. Married here on 1/3/2026, and our experience from start to finish was truly seamless and everything we needed and more. From our very first site tour, we immediately fell in love with the area, windows, and natural lighting. By the time we left, we knew this was the venue for us.
The inclusive package was exactly what we were looking for and fit our needs perfectly. It allowed us enough flexibility to be creative and bring our vision to life, while not overwhelming us with the planning process. One of our top priorities was minimizing stress, and as a bride, I was told countless times by family and friends how calm and at ease I looked throughout the entire journey.
Our wedding day itself was nothing short of perfect. We and our guest were pleased with how everything turned out. The flow throughout the day was effortless. Planning, coordination, and other staff were consistently supportive and kind. Our guests raved about how smoothly the day flowed and how perfectly timed everything felt.
If you’re getting married and want a venue that allows you to build your day from options while still adding your own personal razzle dazzle this is absolutely the place to book. We are beyond pleased and grateful with our experience.
In all the joy and excitement at the end of the night, we almost forgot to properly thank the amazing people who made it all possible. A heartfelt thank you to Haileigh, Stacey, Emily, and DJ Toccara for their care, professionalism, and dedication in making this milestone so memorable for us. -

Stunning ✨
I could not have picked a better place for my wedding than The Chapel at River Walk. From start to finish, everything was truly perfect. Elsy, Haleigh and Taylor were absolutely amazing and as the day of coordinators they made sure every detail was handled. They were essential in making the event feel like a dream.
My family could not stop gushing about how beautiful everything was and I enjoyed my wedding immensely. I loved every moment of it and I will forever be grateful to the team for making my special day unforgettable.

I can't say enough amazing things about The Chapel @ Riverwalk and their entire staff. My husband and I got married on April 25th, 2025 and it was the perfect day. From the moment we walked into the Chapel and started the planning process to the send off and us getting to relive the day, we could not have been happier or more satisfied. Haleigh was incredible through the planning process, ensuring that everything I wanted and had envisioned came to life. The day of, Elsy, Haleigh, Taylor, & Denise made the day go seamlessly, were so organized, so kind, and made sure that my husband and I were truly able to just enjoy the day. I cannot thank these four ladies enough for the way that they excellently perform at their jobs. You can tell they love what they do and it put me at ease the moment we walked in that morning. The venue is stunning, the staff that were helping serve dinner, etc. were so kind, and everyone that attended couldn't help but sing the praises of how the day went. I would also love to shout out Kathleen with Emily Chappel Productions. She was our lead photographer and she was absolutely incredible. She made sure to get every shot we wanted, was bubbly, and just helped my husband and I both to feel at ease. We got some sneak peaks back and they are INCREDIBLE! I am so grateful for everyone at Walter's Wedding Estates, but particularly the team at Chapel @ Riverwalk for making the day so seamless, so fun, and everything we wanted! -

An amazing experience!
We had the pleasure of working with Haleigh, Bree, Toccara, and Elsy. We also had Ethan as our driver at the end of the night. Each and every one of them did an exceptional job and truly went above and beyond. Our wedding turned out better than we could’ve ever imagined! They took all of my Pinterest dreams and brought them to life, especially the wedding cake!! We could not recommend these ladies and this company enough. Thank you for giving us our dream wedding! -

I honestly was not looking forward to planning my wedding. All the research, venue hunting, vender vetting, phone calls, emails, etc... enter Walters Wedding Estates. Seriously amazing group of venues and wedding professionals, they handled probably 85-90% of the wedding planning, venders, and coordinating. My primary duty was to find my dress and enjoy the day.
I cannot say enough great things about each fabulous Walters pro. We first met with Callie to tour a venue in Colleyville, which we loved, but when Callie heard the smaller size of our guest count she recommended another property (Chapel at Riverwalk). It was stunning! And fit our needs and budget much better than the first venue. The planning from them on was simple and communicated very well. Any questions we had were promptly answered. The in house catering? Delicious. Cohost DJ? Perfect. Photographer? Amazing (and much more patient than me). The floral work and setup/tear down crew were on point as well.
I'm probably missing more people to praise, but it just goes to show how wonderful of an experience it was to have basically a one stop wedding shop! -

Everyone at Chapel at Riverwalk was absolutely amazing. Before my wedding day, they were always responsive to my questions. On my wedding day, February 15, 2025, I just had to get myself ready. They handled everything else. I had a 3.5 year nephew and 1 year old niece in my wedding. They were great with the kids. My wedding went off with zero hiccups.
The reception and food were excellent. The DJ was fantastic. You will not be disappointed entrusting your big day to the professionals at Chapel at Riverwalk!

The Chapel at Riverwalk in Flower Mound was an incredible wedding venue choice for our special day. From the very beginning, their communication was prompt, great, and friendly - they made the planning process so easy. The venue itself is spacious, beautiful, and incredibly flexible. They even did some add-ons that they didn't have to, like taking us on two tours in one day when we were originally looking at another venue. Overall, the staff is super friendly, and the chapel is impressive - the lighting is excellent and so elegant that we barely needed any decorations. We're glad we chose this venue and would highly recommend it to any couples looking for a gorgeous, stress-free wedding experience. -

Faith did an amazing job of walking us through every single detail of the day to make sure we knew exactly what to expect and to make sure they knew exactly how we wanted the day to do. We are currently planning our wedding with Amber and the experience has been great. We love how bright and airy the venue feels. We've chosen all the partner vendors as well, including the florist, caterer, dj, and photographer, and our planning process so far has been very easy and stress-free. -

We are so excited to host our wedding here at the Riverwalk Chapel in Flower Mound. It's a gorgeous venue and has recently been remodeled. Working with the staff here has also been a great experience. We recently have been working with Sydnee C as our Planning Representative and she has helped us stay on top of all the details leading up to the big day. She's been professional, helpful, resourceful, and truly cares about helping us make this day special. We're having a smaller sized wedding and this is definitely one of the cutest spots to do it in DFW and for an affordable price. -

The staff was great and very helpful. They were very flexible to our needs and made the wedding day a breeze and exactly what we wanted. The venue is also absolutely gorgeous. I will say there were a lot of service charges that weren't explained from the beginning and at times we had to find certain information ourselves. So that being said, it's very corporate in some ways, but that's to be expected. Other than that as far as the service, it felt very personal and they did an amazing job. Also shoutout to Elsie, Hailey and Taylor! They're amazing and made our day amazing too! -

Faith was incredible the day of my wedding! She explained everything from walking down the aisle to cake cutting quickly and concisely, and she took care of small details I would've forgotten. I truly was able to be present with my guests because the event planning was taken care of. Walking down the aisle was one of the most nerve-wracking things I've done so it was helpful to have someone remind me to relax right before the doors opened. Would highly recommend this venue and wedding planner! -

Sydnee was a joy to work with she is an awesome event planner.
Excellent venue for almost any type of event. The planner Sydnee made it easy to plan a 1st class event. If we need a venue for the future we definitely would consider Riverwalk. Hotels in walking distance added convenience for out of town guests. -

Beautiful venue, but no communication. When you pay for a planner and get no planning- it makes everything so stressful. Everything came together and my day of coordinator was an angel. The rest of the experience was awful and I wouldn’t wish it for any bride. -

I attended my nieces wedding on 08/03/2024 flew in from Las Vegas NV . I was looking forward to this day but based on events that occurred and the lack of professionalism after we reported these shameful incidents makes me want to leave 0 stars and ask any future wedding party to please ask your party to leave behind all items that they value and to place a security system of your own if you would like to home come with your shoes, men's suit jackets , watches, and the most important the Bride and Grooms envelopes that are given to the happy couple to start their new journey. My son had his jacket stolen when we reported it they blonde female bartender, she told my son she burned it and tossed it in the trash. The other blonde female cleaning thought it was appropriate to tell us to shut up not to mention we were reporting the incident and asking for help I mean 4 Jackets and all other items seems bizarre to me . My son had to call an attorney and report this since we were told also the cameras they have installed inside the venue were not working. Then the following day as my son went again to speak with the manager he was told again those cameras do not work. If you want your family to come enjoy your special day please leave all your jackets, shoes, watches, purses, and money envelopes behind. Do not count on any professionalism from this staff. I am only happy my son had his wallet in his pants or he would not of been able to fly home . -

Our experience with Walters Wedding Estates was deeply disappointing due to poor communication, disorganization, and lack of accountability throughout the planning process. Scheduling meetings was consistently difficult, even when we clearly communicated our availability multiple times. More concerning, our in-house coordinator’s wedding took place just days before ours, and it noticeably impacted her ability to manage our event effectively.
Our final payment, which contractually should have been sent 21 days before the wedding, was not provided until 10 days before the event, leaving us scrambling to pay over $5,000 with little notice. Despite us submitting our guest count and all requested information on time, management incorrectly blamed us for the delay rather than taking responsibility for their own oversight. At no point did we receive a direct apology from anyone involved.
To make matters worse, a toilet flooded at the venue just before our ceremony, delaying the event by 30 minutes. Again, there was no meaningful communication or apology afterward. The partial refunds and concessions offered felt insignificant considering the stress and inconvenience caused.
The food quality was also extremely underwhelming for the price. Most dishes arrived cold, bland, or poorly prepared, and several guests commented on the disappointing meal quality.
Ultimately, the reason our wedding day was still special was because of our outside vendors, who stepped up where Walters failed. We would not recommend Walters Wedding Estates for full-service coordination. If you choose to book with them, we strongly suggest only renting the venue space and hiring your own outside vendors for catering, coordination, and other services.
