    Unforgettable Wedding Week in Ravello, Italy

    I cannot recommend Chancey Charm and our wedding planning team enough. Over the course of our multi-year engagement, we worked with Mart-Mari Walker and Atoosa Rezai to plan the wedding of our dreams. We had a multicultural, multi-religious ceremony and family coming from multiple continents. We booked accommodations and transport for much of our guest list. We also wanted to host a week of celebrations including an Indian haldi ceremony, and to break our wedding guest list (~100 people) into smaller parties for intimate welcome events ranging from dinners to a boat party. All this to say, this was a HUGE planning undertaking with so many factors! Mari and Atoosa because so close to us in this time and demonstrated exceptional communication, care, and attention to detail. They provided incredible suggestions for our events, including some of the most jaw-droppingly beautiful locations we or our guests have ever seen, and were incredibly available to us with all of our questions and making sure we kept on our timeline. They handled all the vendor relationships with diligence to detail and let us enjoy the more fun and creative aspects of planning a wedding. If you want a wedding team that really feels more like family at the end of the experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Chancey Charm and Mart-Mari/Atoosa! Our wedding could not have been better and we owe everything to our team.

    Can't reccomend Mari at Chancey Charm enough!

    I absolutely can't imagine orchestrating my wedding without the help of my Chancey Charm planner, Mari. After all the logistics and coordination she handled, I would have paid her double in hindsight. She absorbed all the stress so that my wedding day could be the best day of my life. Truly.

    Skylar is your go to person!

    Skylar is detail-oriented, always one step ahead, and there to make sure everything runs smoothly. Her presence by my side on my wedding day made me feel at ease, even when there was a small rain patch and more bugs than we expected. She kept wild groomsmen in check and followed up with vendors the day of to make sure they were on schedule and had everything they needed. I came to her in the beginning with a million ideas flying around, and she was able to narrow in on a vision that was cohesive and achievable. My destination wedding had MANY moving parts (permits required, vendors from all over the area, and we had to send everything over on a ferry), but the entire day went better than I could have imagined! There is a lot of stress planning a wedding where you do not live, but Skylar made it all a reality and allowed us to enjoy our perfect day.

    There is so much that I can say about Mrs Tamika Charles and her team. First off she was very professional and informative  as a business woman. She was punctual to dates that she had set with me and never rescheduled. Everything that we discussed that will take place on the day of the event came about in excellent. I felt like Tamika and her team worked on my wedding like they were working on the wedding of a family member. I was truly happy with Tamika's service and I will recommend her to any one that is planning an event. Thank you Tamika for making one of the most memorable occasions of my life truly memorable.

    Absolutely Amazing!!

    Jade made my day special. I thought I could plan it on my own but I am so thankful I came across Jade. Whenever I needed her she was there. The day of went so smooth. If anything went wrong I never knew about it. Her and her crew are top notch. I would recommend them to everyone.

    Absolute best wedding planner! Look no further!

    Mari was effective and efficient. Her attention to detail was astounding. We didn’t know it was possible for a remote wedding planner to be so masterful! We lived in Minnesota and were married in Montana, and all the while Mari was helping us from her home in Cyprus. We never felt like she was on the other side of the world. She was there every step of the way, and it felt like she was right there in person. We found a friend in Mari and are very thankful she planned our wedding. We wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. Thank you, Mari!

    Nothing short of amazing

    We worked with Alyssa Glorioso to plan and manage our 2/26/2022 wedding at the Ritz Carlton in Georgetown (Washington DC). In short, she was nothing short of AMAZING the whole way through, but especially the night of, when she and her team truly shined to give us the most wonderfully non-stressful, logistically smooth wedding we thought possible. When you're first planning a wedding and hiring vendors, every quote can give you extreme sticker shock, and hiring a planner was no exception. But Alyssa and Chancey Charm were worth every penny (and more).

    Now for the details: We hired Alyssa primarily because of her cool, calm, kind demeaner. We just liked her immediately, and felt like we wanted that energy around on our wedding day. We booked the "month of" package with a couple of additional planning sessions added on. Because of those additional sessions she was involved at various points throughout the process starting about a year out, and then really took over about eight weeks before the wedding. Throughout the whole process, she was so organized and helpful without being overbearing. For example, she gave us some really amazing vendor recommendations, and gave us little tasks and forms etc. to fill out to help us stay on top of things, without making it feel like "work." We had access to a wedding planning software tool that was super helpful for tracking the guest list and addresses, making the seating chart and updating vendor information and keeping track of our vendor payment schedule. She was also incredibly kind when helping me navigate some family and COVID-related stress.

    The eight or so weeks leading up to the wedding, she completely took over communication with my venue and vendors and handled every logistical detail. We did not have to worry about any of the minute (parking, vendor meals, telling vendors where to go and what time to be there, etc.) which took so much off our plate. She created the perfect wedding day timeline, taking our preferences into account while also making sure we had enough time for everything. The wedding day itself was incredible and went extremely smoothly - if there were any issues, I never found out about them. I had either Alyssa or one of her assistants with me basically the whole day, while she/other assistants dealt with the groom and groomsmen and vendors and set up. There was always someone around to get me a bottle of water, a glass of champagne, sticky tape for my dress, flat shoes, you name it. They were there to help us with anything we needed (again not in an overbearing way) and somehow managed to keep a million balls in the air at the same time. Alyssa and her team truly made our wedding everything we had hoped for and more, and we can't recommend them enough!

    Not enough words!

    From the very first meeting we could tell Tamika C. was on top of it; very professional, organized, and easy to communicate with. Tamika was so professional when I first met her, and it made me know that I could trust her with the most important day of my life to date. Her expertise made me think of things that I had never thought of which is helpful when you are planning such important memorable events. She planned my event during COVID-19. You can imagine the Stress!! Tamika made it happen within the timeline and NO ONE MISSED OUT! EVERYTHING was done to perfection! She even surprised us with gifts which made it personal and memorable. Guys...when I tell you this lady is highly DEDICATED. It is truly insane. Trust me; you will not be disappointed working her or with this lovely team. Thanks Tamika again! I am ready to book my renewals already lol.

    Hiring Alana was the best decision we made when planning our wedding

    I cannot recommend and sing Alana's praises enough. Wedding planning is stressful under normal circumstances, but planning a wedding and rescheduling a wedding (3 times!) during a pandemic would have been an impossible situation to be in if it wasn't for all of Alana's help and guidance. She made my mom and I feel like we were in the best and most capable hands through the entire process. I cannot even begin to describe how sweet, personable, professional and skilled she is in this industry. Both times we rescheduled our big day Alana had nearly handled every detail within 48 hours. She helped bring our vision to light in a way we did not think would be possible! She made this process astronomically easier, we would not have been able to finally have our wedding without her! I will miss working with her! We were in GREAT hands through the whole process. I can't thank you enough, Alana!!

    Best Planner in ATL!

    We worked with Brie on a wedding we photographed in Atlanta and she made the day absolutely seamless! She was so fun to work with and knew how to plan the timeline in a way that allowed for the best photos and best experience for the couple. We recommend her to all of our couples now! Book her! (:

    A pleasure to work with

    I have 30 years of experience working at weddings (I'm the owner of Fondo Blanco Latin Band), and it's not easy to work with people with such attention to detail as Brie from Chancey Charm. We traveled from Miami to Atlanta to perform at Barnsley Gardens. I saw with my own eyes how Brie and her team took care of everybody and everything, including the band, which is rare in this industry. It was delightful working with you, even at those freezing temperatures!!

    Lauren Harbin - Stop looking HIRE HER!

    Thanks to Lauren with Chancey Charm Weddings, we had the best wedding ever! It went so smoothly even though there were so many (major hiccups along the way!) Lauren handled them all and we are ready to do it again!

    Firstly due to covid-19, our original wedding date was postponed from 5/30/2020 to 10/18/2020. Lauren handled this like a champ, helping us with scheduling our entire vendor team to work on our new date. She kept us updated throughout and handled coordinating the entire date move. The phone calls helped us stay at ease!

    Fast forward to a week before our new date on 10/13/2020, and we found out via Facebook, our caterer had closed the day before. He did not tell us, disconnected his phone, closed his shop, he was gone. We immediately called Lauren and started to get a plan in action; between the three of us, we were texting/calling contacts to find any possible vendor available to cater our event in just four days! This including calling Lauren a minimum of at least six times, and I believe the latest call was at 10 pm, and between all of that, we were sending texts back and forth updating each other.

    Thankfully we were able to secure a new caterer for our event; we had a phone call with them, and Lauren was able to hop on and stay on the phone with the new caterer and us for almost an hour to ensure that every last detail was perfectly planned!

    Fast forward to our wedding day, Lauren and her two staff members Alex and Kayla were terrific! Everything you could ever think of was completely handled, and the day went perfectly! Not even the guests knew of the crazy drama that had unfolded just days before. Katherine and I cannot thank you and your team enough. We are so glad we had you as our planner and now as our friend! If you are looking for a wedding planner, don't look any further, Lauren is your girl!

    Stop reading reviews—HIRE THEM!!!

    Oh my goodness—where do I begin. Brie (Chancey Charm ATL) was the best thing that happened to our wedding. She is seriously the sweetest person and had answers to every question; every conversation with her wiped away all our wedding day fears. She was always so prepared and was able to handle everything we threw at her—even at the last second! She took care of everything from steaming my veil, making sure we were on time, coming up with fun photo ideas, and even remembering to put my lipstick back in my purse in the getaway car at the end of the night (it’s the little things lol). Everyone from the wedding keeps asking who the planner was and how much we paid because of how amazing she was, and the truth is we did NOT pay enough to deserve her!! Everyone needs a Brie at their wedding! Stop reading reviews and HIRE THEM!!

    The Best Investment we made in our Wedding

    At the start of the wedding planning process I did not think we needed a coordinator. Initially I didn't understand the value a coordinator brought. I am so happy I listened to my fiancee (which is a whole other piece of advice unrelated to my review) and we booked Lauren Harbin with Chancey Charm. We had great vendors- but I kid you not, as someone who didn't even think we needed a coordinator, I now think the best investment we made in our wedding was booking Lauren and Chancey Charm.

    I honestly wish I could tell you more about her heroics or had some epic story- but the tricky thing is Lauren and her team were so on top of things that everything went PERFECTLY. She anticipated our needs, resolved issues, and worked with other vendors exceptionally well. One testament to her skills on resolving something that went wrong on our wedding day: My fiancee and I forgot to pick up the desserts to bring to the venue the day before the wedding. Upon realizing this on the wedding day, Lauren found out where we had bought them from and sent someone from her team to pick it up. The desserts were on the way to the venue before my fiancee or I even realized that we had forgotten them. Because of Lauren and her team, it wasn't an issue for us or anyone in our family/bridal party where we had to scramble to go get them just before the wedding. Instead, we found out after it had already been resolved. For all I know, there could have been a million other issues like that which Lauren and her team resolved- but Lauren was like a duck, calm on the surface, but padding and resolving issues as they came up behind the scenes throughout the entire day. Lauren and the Chancey Charm team made it so that we could just focus on having fun and enjoying our wedding day!

    Our venue's owners told us they'd rarely seen a wedding go so smoothly and promptly added Lauren and Chancey Charm to their recommended vendor list. We had numerous other vendors seek us out afterwards to tell us how impressed they were with Lauren and Chancey Charm. To me, this was extremely important- Lauren did her job so well that it helped others to do their jobs better as well, making for a perfect wedding day. 

    In addition to running the show on the day of the wedding, Chancey Charm does a lot of preparation work leading up to the big day. They do some tag-up calls in the months before to get a sense for you, your plans, and your vision. They uses AislePlanner to help facilitate things as well which my fiancee loved using. They fully take the reins around the 1 month mark and start coordinating with your other vendors- creating floorplans, timelines, layouts, etc. Chancy Charm even provides packets with a wedding day schedule and other key info for family/bridal party/ key guests. All of this leg work helps everyone come knowing 'what they're supposed to do.' The wedding day was not at all stressful for us, the family, or the bridal party- we were able to relax and genuinely enjoy the entire day. 

    Hiring Lauren and Chancy Charm was the best decision we made for our wedding, I highly recommend her and the company!

    The MVP of my Wedding Day!

    Lauren Harbin with Chancey Charm (Leesburg) was seriously the MVP of my wedding day! Not only was she instrumentally important to us in the months leading up to the wedding, providing us helpful advice and words of encouragement leading up to the wedding day-- in COVID times nevertheless!--but she truly ran the show on the day of the wedding. Lauren and her team really made my day easier and more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. They always say that something always goes wrong the day of the wedding, even if it is something small, but there was seriously not one single thing that went wrong! The only thing I could even think of was that I forgot I was supposed to pick up our cupcakes from Wegmans the day before the wedding and I forgot, but Lauren was the one who realized and resolved the issue before I even knew about it! What a seriously stellar moment!!
    It was a completely perfect, stress-free day! Lauren really made all the little details I had come to life and the way her team arranged all the decor made it all the more beautiful than what I could have ever come up with. Our family members and bridal party didn't have to do a single thing the day of the wedding other than just show up and have a great time. Lauren is the person you want at your wedding day. She is a calming, sweet, and positive presence that's almost like having the most organized girl friend out there having your back! When my wedding was over, my biggest disappointment was that I wouldn't have my monthly tag ups to chat with Lauren anymore because she's just the most uplifting and fun person to talk with! haha :)
    I was between whether or not to book a month-of-coordinator for my wedding, and have to say that it was well worth the money to book one, and specifically to book Chancey Charm! The Aisle Planner tool they offer makes wedding planning so much easier as the couple; it was easy to visualize everything we had/what we had to do/our seating chart, etc.
    Our vendors had so many great things to say about Lauren--we heard from our venue, DJ, photographer, and others that Lauren was SO great to work with and that she really covered every base. This is SO important and really made a huge difference on our wedding day! Our venue even added Chancey Charm to their recommended vendor list after seeing them in action at our wedding!
    If you are debating about hiring Chancey Charm in Leesburg, go for it! You will not be disappointed! Lauren Harbin will have your back!

    Microwedding Extraordinaires

    The Chancy Charm team came to us highly recommended from dear friends, and our planner Lauren was everything we needed: she was an active listener, she assisted us as we cancelled our big plans for our "microwedding," and she provided us with excellent online planning tools to keep us timely with our decisions. She had great vendor recommendations and kept us perfectly organized and did so with expertise, thoughtfulness and grace. I’d recommend Lauren’s oversight and the Chancey Charm team to any bride, couple and/or family in need, hands down - especially in these COVID times.

    SO glad I had Jena!

    We hired Jena Flurer as our day of coordinator for our December wedding and let me tell you, that was easily one of the best decisions we made. She was so kind and easy to talk to, and so knowledgeable! She knew all of the questions to ask at our final walk through - things I never would have thought of. Jena made sure that we never had to worry about anything the day of the wedding - she swooped in and took care of everything! She was even there with a few extra bobby pins when my veil kept blowing off in the wind during pictures! If there were any problems or little hiccups, she handled them with grace and made sure my husband and I were able to enjoy our day stress free! 110% would recommend Jena to any one getting married and looking for a coordinator. Jena - you rock!

    I'm the luckiest bride ever!

    Alana with Chancey Charm has been everything I could have ever asked for, and more! As a member of the wedding industry in Richmond, and having worked other weddings with Alana, I knew that she would handle all of the important details leading up to my big day. What I didn't know is that should end up keeping me sane during a time where everything is up in the air - including our wedding.

    Unfortunately, the wedding my fiance and I have been planning has been affected by COVID-19, and we are now having to reschedule. Not only did Alana guide us through the planning process in such a wonderful way before this situation, but when the need to reschedule became apparent, she talked us through all of our options, spoke to all of our vendors, and helped us re-book EVERYTHING. She stayed calm, even when I was upset, and helped us navigate the situation.

    I am so excited for our wedding next year because I know that with Alana on my vendor team, we will be so well taken care of. I don't plan on having anymore wedding-altering events happening, but the confidence I have in Alana makes me know that whatever happens, we will figure it out. Thank you Alana for everything you have already done to make our wedding possible!

    The best in the business

    I am so grateful Kelsey from Chancey Charm was our month of coordinator. She is so kind, thorough and friendly. Even before the month, she was helpful answering any questions I had. When it got close to our wedding, Kelsey was attentive to all the vendors and any concerns my mom or I had. She thought of things that had never dawned on me. Anytime I spoke with her, I felt confident about any wedding decision. I had a few guests unexpectedly say they were coming and she fixed it right away so I never had to worry. The days leading up to and on the wedding, everyone kept saying how relaxed I was and I can say that is mainly because all the hard work Kelsey did behind the scenes. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and I attribute that to all things she did for us. My husband and I actually got to eat our meals at dinner and I never had to think of what was next because Kelsey executed everything perfectly. I would highly recommend Chancey Charm and Kelsey to anyone planning a wedding. It felt like professional family taking care of us.

    Chauncey Charm Jena Flurer

    The best decision we made for our wedding was getting rid of my first wedding planner and hire Jena Flurer from Chancy Charm. She is an amazing person and wedding planner. She is knowledgable about the industry, professional and caring. She truly cares about your wedding. She was our day of month of coordinator. She emailed me back quickly and always helped me. On the day of my wedding she was a life saver. My day was perfect because of her. I cannot thank her enough for all she did. She went above and beyond for me!

    Lauren's Work Let us be 100% in the Moment on Our Wedding

    We hired Lauren Harbin of Chancy Charm Washington as a month-of-coordinator for our Wedding, and we can honestly say that doing so was one of the absolute best investments we made. We cannot emphasize how valuable her month of coordination was. It was the difference between a stressful wedding and an amazing one. During the whole planning process, Lauren was always available for questions, and once I handed off things to Lauren a month before our wedding, she was immediately in touch with our vendors and caught details that we had missed. The week before the wedding, she had our timeline and instructions done and sent off to our wedding party, vendors, and families. The day of our wedding, everyone knew where and when to be. There was no confusion. Lauren also ensured that everything was set up beautifully and brought our vision to life. As a result, we did not have to run around and do everything ourselves the wedding day, and all our vendors knew what we wanted and where to be. Lauren's attention to detail, thoughtfulness, knowledge, and forethought meant that when the day of our wedding arrived, we were able to be 100% in the present with our family and friends.

    When I say Liz was born for this, I mean it. She blew all my expectations out of the water! The best part she makes the whole planning process so easy and fun! I used her as a month of coordinator but she did way more than just that! She is available with any questions you have over email 24/7. She is so organized and knowledgeable. I did not have to worry about a thing on the day of. People say it can be rear but nothing went wrong on my wedding day and it is all thanks to Liz. All my vendors loved working with Liz, they still talk about her to this day!! She will make your dream wedding a reality!

    Liz Ise is Incredible!

    We used Chancey Charm Weddings based in Dallas, TX we were graced with Liz Ise as our planner. I was the bride, and I cannot give a glowing enough review for her. Her professionalism, positivity, efficiency, organization, and get-it-done, realistic attitude make her the BEST wedding planner we could have ever asked for. When Liz joined us, she certainly was put to the test and had her work cut out for her. We had a previous planner that had been with us from the start of the planning process that we had to let go because she was not performing well. We were less than a month away from our wedding and realized that there were tons of missing pieces that we had trusted our planner with...we were a sinking ship! We luckily found Chancey Charm, and in swooped Liz to save our day!! And save our day she did. She had less than a month to pull together a large and formal wedding. She had to organize an immense amount of last-minute details (some that should have been done months previously) and bring all of our vendors together. From day one of hiring her, she began delivering, and we knew we had made the right choice. She began coordinating with my husband, my mother, and I immediately to get things done. She helped us make tough decisions and steered us in the correct direction when we felt clueless. She helped me keep my head on my shoulders and prioritize when I was frantic or indecisive. When our wedding day came, she was absolutely amazing. My husband and I had a sense of ease the entire day because we knew no matter what catastrophe could possibly happen, Liz would handle it. She checked in on us all day and never let us forget to focus on ourselves, and to have FUN! Our wedding was stunning, elegant, a blast, and ran flawlessly. We had vendors tell us how great she was to work with. We even had guests compliment Liz weeks later that noticed Liz and her team working their tails off and keeping everything perfect. There are so many instances where she came through, pulled together last-minute crisis meetings, and went so far above and beyond that I could talk about. The only thing we would have done differently was hire her from day one. I cannot express how invaluable Liz is to us. She ensured we had the best wedding day ever...for that, we are forever grateful.

    Chancey Charm - Atlanta! The absolute best.

    Our entire wedding was changed for the better when I found Chancey Charm. I was referred to Brie Owens by another planner and will be forever grateful. I was one of those brides who thought I could do it on my own, and after many flawed attempts to convey my vision, found myself overwhelmed and struggling to balance planning with work and life. Enter Brie: she immediately calmed my nerves and took over wherever she was needed. We initially contracted for month-of coordinating, and along the way she allowed us to sign on for full-planning. Brie went above and beyond to understand our vision and EXPERTLY executed details with every vendor we partnered with. Chancey Charm’s design and planning tools made the entire process seamless, fun, and easy. With updates in real time, I was always able to communicate changes and ideas to Brie without concern or stress. Brie became a trusted advisor, friend, and resource and flawlessly represented our interests. To say she went above and beyond would be selling her short – Brie deserves a promotion and serious recognition for her extra efforts with clients. We honestly felt like she became a part of our family, and our day is forever embedded as the actual best day of our lives because of her and her team. Brie took care of ALL logistics for the weekend (including standing in as our officiant at rehearsal!), had an assistant take our dog home after each event, carefully communicated details to family, vendors, and wedding party, AND put out fires that you can’t even imagine could happen on your wedding day – because trust me, they will.     Alana Futcher with the Chancey Charm Wedding Team is without a doubt a true professional who takes her job seriously but she is also a lot of fun to be with especially on a day that can really be stressful. Working with her you can tell how much she cares about her clients and that she truly wants them to enjoy themselves on the big day. I will admit that without Alana my daughter’s wedding would have been much more stressful for all of us and would not have been nearly as organized and fun. Therefore, if you want to be able to relax and know that the day will turn out great and all your expectations and then some will be met….then Alana is your person!!!!

    Jyl Deering is one of the most kind, accommodating people that we've ever met. What can I say? She responded to emails within actual minutes of us sending them and was there to field questions for anything, wedding related or no. She worked with all of our vendors (food, liquor, DJ, strings, and the venue itself) to create timelines, organize everything, and had an answer for everything. It was super helpful, especially having never really done any actual wedding planning ourselves.

    Leigh and I are pretty organized people, so it was really easy to work together with Jyl to refine things. That's not to say you have to be organized to work with Jyl. We hired her as our "day of" coordinator, but she was available for so much more than that. If you have any kind of hesitation about hiring a coordinator of planner, let me put it this way: you have WAY too many things on your mind to do it all yourself. Jyl gave us a chance to breathe during the planning as well as during the wedding day. She kept us on schedule and reminded us what we needed and when we needed it. Truly, we couldn't have done this without her without losing our minds.

    Jyl herself is the epitome of professionalism, and if we ever end up planning any other kind of large-scale party, I don't care where we live--I'm seeking her out!

    I was VERY fortunate to have found Chancey Charm Weddings and Lauren Stearns 3 months before my wedding. I had a different planner for 6 months before her that didn't end up working out and had completely flipped my planning and budget around to the point where I thought there was no return. Lauren was able to get me back on track and within my budget for the wedding. She is one of the best decisions that I made for my wedding. She knows what she's doing and is extremely organized!
    Lauren brought samples of name cards, seating charts, etc to one of our meetings and I was able to choose the perfect ones for our wedding day. The quality was amazing and the overall vision was made very clear.
    Lauren was my head planner for the day of the wedding. She took care of everything from start to finish and EVERY SINGLE one of my vendors complimented on her clear and detailed communication. The owner of my venue even asked if she could put her on their preferred vendor list! I would 100% recommend Lauren to ANYONE looking for a planner. I can't say enough about her and how she really saved my wedding day.

    I honestly can't say enough about Liz Ise!! She made our destination wedding planning experience a total breeze. She's super organized - keeps you updated weekly with emails and timelines/to-dos for various decisions, which I loved. My job is very demanding, so initially when we started the process I was worried I wouldn't be able to balance everything, but she took care of everything I needed and was always on top of everything, if not 5 steps ahead. She made the seemingly stressful process of planning a wedding super fun. An added bonus is she's so sweet, funny and an overall wonderful person!! After just a few conversations with her, she totally got my vision. When we got our mood board of pictures and descriptions of the wedding weekend - it was exactly what I had in mind, but SO much better. She really listens to your vision and what you want and works tirelessly to make sure your day/weekend is everything you want and more.
    Our wedding was in the Dominican Republic and I had no clue about any of the vendors there. Liz researched and found all vendors (always giving me options for each category) and was the point of contact for all of them. The day-of couldn't have gone any better - I never had to worry about anything and it was the best ever. Her creativity was one of the things that really blew us away - our save the dates were coolest things I've ever seen and she put them all together herself and sent them out - the feedback from ppl when they received them was unreal (see a few below)!! My husband and I still say the best decision we ever made regarding the wedding was hiring Liz!!!

    My husband and I got married in Houston on NYE 2017 and we had the pleasure of having Skylar as our wedding planner. Skylar has amazing organizational skills as well as great style. We picked out the décor together, but she put it together so beautifully! Her vendor suggestions were incredible and we were able to find the perfect vendor for every part of our wedding. Skylar absolutely helped us put together a dream team of vendors and as a result, our wedding was so beyond perfect and gorgeous! Skylar helped us articulate what we wanted for our wedding. There were moments that I couldn’t quite describe what I wanted and she somehow just knew what I was trying to say like she was in my head! She absolutely took the time to get to know us and was able to put a wedding together that was perfectly us. Her work ethic is unparalleled and her ability to handle any situation is admirable. Skylar made sure our wedding day was stress-free and it was! Our day was absolutely magical! She is just incredible!

    Lauren Groeper in Denver was phenomenal. She is personable and professional. So easy to work with! She always responded quickly and made it all a lot less stressful .     Choosing Jyl Deering as our Day of Coordinator for our July 2017 wedding was one of the best wedding decisions we made. She was so helpful and accommodating, especially since we didn't contract her services until almost exactly a month before the wedding! She jumped right in and coordinated with all our vendors, worked around my and my husband's busy work schedules and out-of-state residence and was in contact with us often. She attended the rehearsal, delivered decor items to the reception venue the day before and arrived early the day of and helped us tie tags onto our honeyspoon favors (we're total procrastinators). Our day went smoothly -- so smooth that we weren't even aware that our liquor vendors didn't deliver a full bar and Jyl had to coordinate with the caterer to go out to the store to get some! Their services are also very affordable. We are forever grateful for Jyl and her team's help and attention. Our day would not have been as perfect as it was without her!

    My husband and I worked with Brie Owens of Chancey Charm in Atlanta. Where do I begin? It was love at first sight when we met. We have never met someone so patient, kind and supportive. She made a scary and stressful process fun and easy.

    Just thinking about the magic that she pulled off for our wedding day makes me cry all over again. I shared my vision and she brought it to life. Brie gave me my fairy tale wedding. I didn't have to lift a finger along the way.

    You guys, Ashley Bourque (Ashley Silver) is the best there is. Our day was PERFECT! Living about an hour outside of Nashville, we wanted to work with someone in Nashville who knew everything there was to know about all of the vendors. First of all, Ashley is so calm and collected through everything (which is great if you are the type of people who get anxiety about things -- not us, but just saying). She gave her suggestions after we described what we wanted and of course said if we didn't like any of the vendors, there were plenty of other options (but we LOVED everyone she suggested -- not only amazing but all very reasonably priced). We are pretty easy going people and our answer to a lot of questions was usually "whatever you think is best", so we got a lot done right out of the gate. Ashley would occasionally shoot me a text saying "hey! you need anything from me?" and I'd be like "nope! need anything from me?" haha and she didn't because she NAILED IT! We have been married a month tomorrow and people are still talking about how amazing our wedding was :)

    If I could rate Ashley higher, I would. She was the glue holding our perfect day together.

    I had the opporunity to work with Lauren Weidley for a wedding in Malibu in October. As a vendor it's so important to work with a wedding coordinator that know's what he/she's doing. Lauren not only knew what she was doing but was super fun and easy to work with. If you're looking for a wedding planner you can rest assured that Lauren will take care of you AND all your vendors :) They brought us (Draft in Style) in for bar services, but I noticed she had a great relationship with all the other vendors there.     Jyl Deering was an absolute pleasure to work with. I really can not say enough wonderful things about her. I started reaching out to day of coordinators about five months before our wedding and once I spoke with Jyl, I knew immediately that she was the right choice for us. We were planning a very DIY backyard ceremony and museum reception and Jyl figured out very quickly what was stressing me out the most (rentals from scratch), and took the rentals process over right away so that I could focus on the more fun things, like flowers. She talked me through everything that I needed to talk about, needed help with, or just had a quick question about. Seriously, she responds to emails within minutes at any time. Basically, Jyl's work style is the definition of above and beyond and we appreciate her tremendously.

    Then, the day of! She was a literal treasure. From setting up the ceremony chairs, to going out into the parking lot across the street to herd the late people to their seats, to making sure that we always had a drink in our hand and a taco to eat (even though we were too happy and busy to eat, she did try!), to driving back and forth between our ceremony and rehearsal spaces to make sure that everything was on schedule and happening correctly, Jyl was a godsend. Her calm demeanor and professional attitude was so necessary to having things go smoothly and we would not have been able the beautiful wedding that we did without her.

    Also, shout out to her assistant Kodi. She was so lovely and such a huge help!

    After working in the wedding industry as photographers for the past 7 years, we have been working with countless wedding planners. However, we can honestly say that Brie Owens of Chancey Charms Atlanta is the absolute BEST of the best!

    In our humble opinion, the best wedding planners have to first and foremost be extremely organized, detail-oriented but can also see the big picture, FIRM yet flexible, and always have the Bride & Groom's best interests in mind. Well, Brie was all that and more!

    We worked with her on a fusion wedding. The Bride was a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a Hindu-Indian background. The Groom was a Video Game Developer from a Southern American-Baptist family. The vision for the wedding was inspired by their desire to celebrate the coming together of his and her cultures, personalities, and families into one.

    This was NO easy task as you can imagine. But with the help of Brie the wedding planner extraordinaire, the vision was executed flawlessly and their story came through vividly throughout the entire day. There were SO many details and different events to care for... from the Baraat (a traditional Indian procession of the groom into the wedding. But instead of using the traditional horse, our Groom decided to go with a twist and entered in a HOT PINK Corvette!) to the beautiful fusion ceremony (which started with a full Hindu ceremony and ended with a Bible reading) to the most fun and relaxing reception afterwards. Throughout the day, Brie was never overwhelmed and even had time to check on us vendors to ensure we're all on the same page.

    It was such a pleasure working with Brie from Chancey Charms and we HIGHLY recommend her!

    Sofia was a joy to work with! She kept me focused and made sure I didn’t fall behind with the small details that I didn’t want to think about (i.e. picking a song for my bridal party to enter to or deciding when I wanted to have the cake cutting). She was so positive and patient with our large bridal party and families. As a corporate event planner my standards are pretty high and Sofia did not disappoint.     Jyl Deering (and the whole Chancey Charm Staff) is a God send. For the months leading up to my wedding, she treaded me like I was her only client, even though I knew she had several other brides she was working with. Our wedding was very small (about 15 people), but Jyl treated it just like any other large event. She made my vision come to life, while keeping everything organized. She brought such knowledge and experience, and is an excellent problem solver. She always had a back-up plan. I can't imagine our day, or the months leading up to it without Jyl. If you are on the fence about hiring a planner, DO IT. Jyl and the Chancey Charm team saved me so much stress and helped make the entire process enjoyable. My husband and I will be forever grateful for Jyl - she was practically a member of the family by the end of the weekend.

She has such a cool & calm demeanor that balances the stress of your wedding planning and day! We did a lot of the organizing and decoration ourselves, so Chancey's Month-of Package was perfect for us.     We hired Jyl from Chancey Charm to be our "day of" coordinator for our backyard wedding on the Cape (7/29/17). It was the single best decision we made. She went ABOVE and BEYOND her role and was more than happy to do so. Jyl was incredibly professional yet friendly and warm. She has a wealth of knowledge re: all things wedding. She was easily accessible and answered all of my questions in detail. It was a gift to be able to relax and enjoy our wedding day knowing Jyl was at the wheel - setting up the venues and making sure every last detail was taken care of. Our wedding included three different venues (ceremony/ dinner/ dancing) and Jyl and her team made sure the transitions between each place moved flawlessly.     I got the opportunity to work with Alana Futcher on a wedding at the venue I coordinate at (Doe Creek Farm, Pembroke, VA) on 7/22/17 and she was an absolute pleasure! She was so incredibly easy to work with from day one. She stayed on top of everything, from booking vendors months beforehand to fufilling last minute needs of the bride and groom, she was ON IT! I've worked with many wedding planners but I have to say, she was one of the best. Highly recommend!

    A Picture Perfect Day in Houston... I don't know where to start in thanking Skylar Caitlin in helping make this day perfect. Being the Mother of the Bride from out of state, I did not know any vendors or anyone to help with my daughter's wedding. I went through some reviews and with only one call (no interview), I chose this young lady to to be our wedding planner. We met one time and weren't the most organized family at the time. However, Skylar kept us on tasks and without a doubt organized all my vendors. I was traveling and she handled everything. I had no calls or emails to make. I had NO stress with this wedding and when I say, it was a beautiful and fabulous wedding. Even when the Bridal Cake collapsed, we would have never known. She had Whole Food Bakery there to completely fix the cake and no one every knew. She kept everything on schedule during the night to make things flow. At the end of the night, she and her assistants had everything boxed and ready to load in my car. I can not thank her enough and highly recommend her services. She did not stop the day of the wedding and was worth every cent. Thank you again Skylar, you are the BEST.

    Janelle with Chancey Charm was AH-mazing to work with, she's a new favorite vendor (or "friend-or") of mine! We've worked on several events together now, and hopefully that'll continue for years to come! She created a truly enjoyable experience from beginning to end for all of us involved, both vendors and attendees.     Chancey Charm and Marilisa were a dream team! We contracted with Chancey Charms for full service wedding planning and Marilisa was our planner. Not being from Atlanta, when I got engaged I had no idea where to start. Marilisa spent time getting to know me and my husband to understand, what was important to us and our style. She saved me countless hours of researching vendors by recommending 2-3 vendors according to our style. She helped us in negotiating terms and costs. Thanks to Marilisa we assembled a dream team of vendors! In addition to the vendors, Marilisa has an incredible eye for design and she really helped to craft what our wedding story was. She was a true pleasure to work with and someone I consider a good friend. I highly recommend her and Chancey Charm, it was by far the best investment we made!!

    Samantha of Chancey Charm was.my.saving.grace. Wow. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. I hired her for day of coordination services and she delivered on so much more than that. She was always there for me from the moment I hired her to answer any questions and help with ideas if I needed her. About two weeks prior to my wedding we did my venue walk through and that was when I realized how talented Samantha was. I had a very specific vision for my wedding and Samantha completely nailed it. From the time I walked into the rehearsal dinner to the moment I was walking down the aisle and then into my reception venue she had everything completely under control. There was a lot of complex coordination between my various sites and there was not one hiccup the entire weekend. It all went off without a hitch and I have Samantha and her team to thank for that. Seeing my vision I had planned for the last 9 months come to life was a feeling that I won't ever forget.     I absolutely recommend Samantha for any event planning needs! To say that Samantha helped me plan my wedding would be understatement. I could not have done it without her! She is very organized and detail-oriented- going above and beyond in every aspect and paying attention to the little details that made my wedding feel so special. She took special care in finding out my vision for the wedding, even when at times, I was not completely sure. Anytime I had a question, she was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. I trusted her to design most of the spaces at my ceremony and reception, and she exceeded all expectations! She also has excellent people skills. The day before my wedding, there were a lot of people offering to help, and perhaps even stepping on her toes, but she showed a great ability to work with different personalities and get the job done.     Our family was preparing to celebrate the nuptials of our youngest brother and his oh-so-beautiful bride. The couple had done the majority of their planning on their own, but they were in true need of a professional to come in and "make it all happen" day-of. I contacted Samantha and her team without much hope that they would be available. I remember thinking, "What are the chances that they'll be available, much less within our budget?" Amazingly enough, Rob & Jessica's special day was the only weekend that Samantha and her team weren't already booked...and their services will forever be known as "the best money we spent during this entire celebration."

    Samantha responded immediately with her pricing, scope of work, and availability. She was consistently pleasant, invested in making their weekend amazing, and professional. This was certainly a unique wedding for Samantha and her team, but they helped to pull it all off in GRAND fashion. If it needed doing, they did it. If it needed fixing, they fixed it...and she was there until the very last guest was saying goodbye.

    Samantha represents the very best of this industry. I had high expectations because my own planner back in Chicago was so fabulous when I got married. I wanted nothing less for my brother and she surpassed my already-high expectations.

    Where to begin. I guess I should say that our wedding was only 8 days ago (and we just returned from our honeymoon today), and I felt immediately compelled to sing high praises. Marilisa worked with us over 14 months to plan really what was the most beautiful and special day. She recommended the most wonderful vendors (all within our budget), corresponded frequently and very timely via email/text/phone/in person meetings. She of course leant her spectacular editorial taste and pulled together the vision my husband and I had and executed it perfectly...and I mean perfectly. The weekend of my wedding, I did not worry about a thing; I did not even know what time it was as she coordinated everything effortlessly. Hiring their team (and of course Marilisa) was the single best investment we made.

    In summary, if you want a lovely (seriously they are just the sweetest), professional team to help you plan, budget, design, and execute an elegant wedding, you should look no further and contact them immediately.

    Our wedding was a dream, and I could never thank Marilisa (or the Chancey Charm team) enough.

    I was a bride on a budget and had convinced myself that a wedding planner was unnecessary....that is, until the stress of figuring out the day of logistics landed me at the dr. Needless to say, I ended up with a prescription for blood pressure medication and advice to let someone help me. Luckily I found Katie Werkin with Chancey Charm via an Internet search and poof, my stress disappeared.
    Katie is such a godsend. Almost effortlessly, she planned my wedding day to the smallest detail while putting me at complete ease. She also managed my entire family of helpers and communicated with all my vendors so that I could focus on just being a bride.
    And above all, Katie is just so darn likeable. I felt like I had gained a real friend during our time working together and it seemed that she truly cared about making my wedding day the most wonderful experience it could be.
    I highly, highly, recommend Katie Werkin for any or all of your wedding planning needs. She is capable, organized, creative, and just plain awesome!

    If you're in the market for a month-of coordinator, I can't recommend Chancey Charm (and Marilisa specifically!) highly enough! Working with her was absolutely one of the best decisions I made during the whole wedding planning process. She provided so much more help than just 'month of' and was always available via email when I had a random question or concern. She also gave some awesome recommendations (which I used), and was so warm and friendly. I can't imagine my wedding day without her and her assistants - everything went so smoothly. Having someone like Marilisa in your corner during wedding planning is so necessary!

    I have been officiating weddings for more than 38 years. During this time, I have worked with innumerable wedding directors. Katie Werkin is one of the best I have ever worked with over these years. She is competent, intentional, cooperative, organized, efficient, kind, savvy, focused, calm, and plain good at what she does. Her involvement brings calm what is often a tense day. She gave me the ability to take care of the couple and not worry about any of the details. She was adaptable when the bride made changes in midstream. I wish all the wedding directors with whom I worked had the natural gifts, talent, finesse, and organization that Katie does. Her ability to link with the bride and groom as well as others involved in the wedding is a real gift as she helps the whole group work together. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and sweet spirit.

    Samantha was incredibly helpful in the execution of our organization's event. She made sure every small detail was perfect beforehand so that on the day of the event, we did not have to stress or worry about preparation for the event.     Sam Wiley is by far one of the best Wedding Planners in the business and a great addition to the Charleston Community! I myself am an events planner so when it came time to plan my wedding I was skeptical of just about everyone until I came across Samantha. I have very specific tastes when it comes to décor, colors, catering, invitations, etc. Samantha went above and beyond my wildest expectations. Every step of the way she was there by my side and made choosing options a breeze! If I needed her in the middle of the night she would answer her phone, literally anything I needed! I feel like with some of my other friends who have recently had weddings the planner was no where to be found until the actual event.... not with Samantha!     I have worked with Brittany on several events spanning from corporate banquets to elegant weddings! She has amazing taste and makes the most difficult events run smoothly. I once hired Brittany to plan a 200+ corporate event and at the last minute we had to cancel due to weather. She was able to seamlessly coordinate with all of the vendors and staff to ensure the event was moved to the next weekend without a hitch! Now that takes talent! Her professionalism and attention to detail are exactly what I would look for when searching for a wedding planner. I would highly recommend Brittany!

    I worked with Chancey Charm Weddings on a wedding back in January. My company, Charleston Photo, was hired by the couple to do photography for the event. She let Chancey Charm know as their wedding planner that they wanted to use me and Brittany made sure to contact me to plan all of the details, ensure certain aspects of surprise were captured, let me know schedule of events to let me know how to position my team to capture all of the memories at the event, etc. The wedding itself was beautifully decorated, ran smoothly and actually started on time, which many do not. I would definitely recommend Chancey Charm to others to use.

    Fantastic service provided by Samantha! She was extremely helpful in creating a graduation event for my graduate program last spring. She designed and created the entire event for graduates and their families to celebrate together. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for creative inspiration and a dedicated designer!

    Oh my goodness Katie is worth her weight in gold and then some! We stumbled upon Chancey Charm through our wedding photographers, WeDo Wedding Photography, and through divine intervention, we were matched up with Katie for our wedding planning last October. I was so impressed with her "I've got it all together and your day will be fabulous!" attitude during the entire process. But what really showed me what a wonderful professional she was, was the actual wedding. We planned a completely outdoor wedding…during the "driest" month of the year in Savannah…on the historically "driest" day of the month. Our day was anything BUT dry! The heavens opened up after the "I Do's" were said and Katie went into overdrive- directing traffic, pulling vintage furniture and decor and flowers inside, salvaging every bit of our day that she possibly could. And the end result brought tears to my eyes. We had so many comments from our guest who didn't even know Katie, tell us what a phenomenal job she did orchestrating the chaos and making our day so incredibly memorable! Katie- we love you and our day would literally not have been possible without you! Thank you thank you thank you!

    I worked with Chancey Charms, Inc for my wedding with day of coordinator Marilisa. But she was so much more than just the day of. She was fabulous! I selected a day of coordinator because I wanted to to do a lot of the work myself, but I still needed help making the right decisions and having a professional opinion on things. Marilisa was always helpful, kind and polite and my wedding day was the most perfect day of my life in large part thanks to her taking all my ideas and decorations, etc and making them into my dream come true. I would highly recommend ChanceyCharms and Marilisa in particular, its worth every penny and then some.

    Candice Beaty is a saint.

    She was our day-of wedding planner (along with a couple of assistants) and I absolutely could not imagine trying to pull off a wedding of our size without her. She insisted on helping in every way possible. I had some café lights I was going to have my groomsmen string up but when she discovered that was the plan, she refused to allow that and, instead, strung them herself along with her assistants.

    She's crazy friendly but at the same time not at all afraid to tell someone that they're in the wrong place or doing the wrong thing if it means a smoother wedding.

    The amount of thought and coordination that she put into our wedding was unreal and we could have never pulled it all off without her. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Thanks Candice!

    When I found Chancey Charm online while researching wedding coordinators, I had no idea how amazing they would be.

    Thankfully, Candice was assigned as our wedding coordinator and I could not be more grateful. She is the sweetest, kindest, and most amazing person and we are blessed to have been able to meet her and had her coordinate our wedding.

    Throughout the process, whenever I had questions, she always answered them quickly and assured me that everything with be okay when I got stressed. One thing I really valued about Candice is that she gave me her honest opinion when I asked for it, and didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear which definitely made my vision the best it could be. And, she never got annoyed when I made several changes really close to the wedding and even helped my fiancee with a wedding day surprise for me.

    One thing my husband and I keep saying is that everyone tells you something can and will go wrong on your wedding day. But, nothing ever went wrong for us and that is all thanks to Candice and her team. We had the most amazing day and everything went absolutely perfect.

    So glad to have met you, Candice! We love you so much!

    To start - they are all the nicest people. Ever. Not just people you hire and like, but people you actually want to be legit, real life friends with. They are nice even when you are having a breakdown, and patient when you are freaking out, and sympathetic when you are upset about something. I had a difficult experience with one vendor and they were champions for our vision and wishes for that day. Most of the time, I didn't even know how awful the vendor was being, because they shielded me from the bulk of it. Throughout the year we were planning the wedding, my now husband even remarked how calm I had been through what is usually a stressful process. It is ALL thanks to Chancey Charm.

    They managed to source vendors that fit our vision AND budget. They helped us figure out where to splurge and where to hold back. Every person that we chose to use (through them) went on and on about how they loved Sarah, Marilisa, and the rest of the team. They all respected and admired them, and we knew that these vendors would do a great job for US because of THEM.

    Our wedding was my initial preferences and taste, magnified. They took a few colors I gave them, a few ideas, and turned it into this fairytale. Every piece of that day was perfection. Instead of being stressed that day about keeping to a schedule, making sure vendors were in the right place, I got to relax and enjoy myself. Nothing felt rushed, if there were any issues - I didn't know about them, and I was very calm. My family said they got to actually relax, too. And since they've been at weddings where families were responsible for doing a lot of work before and after, they were surprised at how little they had to do. At one point during dinner (yes, thanks to their scheduling of that day I actually got to eat!) I sat back and just marveled at how it all came together. To say it was what I hoped and imagined is an understatement, as it was better than my wildest dreams of that day.

    I am so so thankful that I made the decision to work with Chancey Charm for my wedding planning! My fiancée and I both live in the Northeast and we were having our wedding in Atlanta, so we did the complete wedding planning package with them. It was absolutely worth it!!! They were so on top of every detail and had wonderful recommendations and ideas for the big day. They were also very flexible and would arrange phone and Skype dates with me on a regular basis. Whenever I came into town, they would plan out a whole day meeting with vendors and with the hotel, checking things off the to do list. I also felt that they respected my vision for the wedding and did a wonderful job of pulling a cohesive theme and presentation together at the end. Apart from all of this, the entire team was so sweet! I worked with Marilisa, Sarah, and Candace and all three are absolutely amazing. They make you feel so taken care of and put your mind at ease during the stress of wedding planning! I absolutely recommend Chancey Charms to anyone in search of a wedding planner!

    They were AMAZING! I worked with Marilisa and her team. My dad said that they were worth every penny! They took control of the day and rolled with the punches. We had some locations change on pictures and things like that and they handled it flawlessly! I left things at the house and they took care of it! I never felt like I had to made decisions on anything the day of. She handled it all! I wish we would have done the whole planning package. I only did day of planning which I felt I got a lot for my money!
