Reverend Kent! Where do I begin!? Reverend Kent was amazing and very pleasant to work with. When we first got on a call with him, we were so lost with what to do with the vows and the process of marriage license. He was very patient with us. He walked us through the whole process and answered any questions we had. He was great at following up on upcoming tasks. It was a huge help as wedding got closer, I was too busy with lots of moving things. We also had him over for our rehearsal as well. He was very friendly to all our friends and family. Same during the wedding. I don’t remember a single moment when he didn’t have smile on his face. He performed a great ceremony. He was very warm, kind, and sweet during the ceremony and after. Having him to marry us was one of the best decisions we made. I don’t have enough words to thank him, but I still want to say thanks to Reverend Kent to make our wedding so special for us. -

My husband and I truly couldn’t recommend Rev Kent enough!! He made this foreign process (to us) so easy and put all our worries at ease. From the first phone call to the big day itself it honestly felt that Rev Kent was someone we had known our whole lives and we immediately knew he was the one to marry us. He had so much knowledge and truly helped us curate a beautiful ceremony. If you are considering Rev Kent let this be your sign to go with him, I promise you won’t regret it!! -

Rev. Foster was great throughout our entire wedding planning process. He not only took time to go over all of the specifics with us, he was also available for our rehearsal to make sure that everything went smoothly. We received many compliments with how great our ceremony was, perfectly paced and very enjoyable.
If you're having a ceremony in the Philadelphia & surrounding area, I couldn't recommend Rev. Foster more. My wife and I really appreciated how he put out his best effort to make sure our day was as special as it was. -

Reverend Kent Foster far exceeded by expectations! On our first meeting I could tell that he was the perfect choice for our wedding! He listened to our wants and needs and provided excellent input that made our special day such a beautiful experience! He gave us an idea to include our moms in the ceremony which left no eye dry during the ceremony! He is professional, caring and timely with his responses. I highly recommend using Reverend Kent, you will not be disappointed! -

We were so lucky to have Kent officiate our wedding! From the start, he was easy to talk to and really listened to what we wanted for our ceremony. He made the whole process so relaxed and stress-free. On the day of the wedding, Kent nailed it. He calmed our nerves before and the ceremony was heartfelt, funny, and totally us. Our guests kept telling us how great he was! If you want someone who makes the ceremony feel personal and fun, we definitely recommend Kent. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! -

My husband and I absolutely loved working with Reverend Kent. He is very personable and funny. He helped us plan our ceremony from start to finish and ensured it was seamless. He shared ideas to help us include more loved ones in the event. Our parents adored him and multiple guests commented that we had a great officiant! We only met on Zoom a few times before the wedding, but people assumed we had known him for years. Highly recommend! -

Rev Kent is THE BEST! Both of my sisters had Rev Kent as their officiant so I knew I was going to have him as well! His ceremony speeches/readings are perfect. He gets to know a little bit about you as a couple and he is able to incorporate that into the ceremony to make it feel very personal and special.

Rev. Kent Foster took the time to sit with us multiple times during the planning, gave us great options for the service and really cared about what was best for us! Even with the last minute hiccups with our venue, he was able to help have a great service! Would absolutely recommend to all my friends and family. As for the vows, he took the time to deliver a heart felt, sincere ceremony, both me and my wife were very touched! -

He met with us several times before the big day to fully understand our vision, answer our many questions, and make us feel comfortable leading up to the big day. Rev Foster really takes his profession very serious. He takes time to meet up with the couple and gets to know you well before your ceremony.
Rev Kent Foster was awesome. He is very down to earth, friendly and a very wise counselor. He schedules meeting to get to know the couple and get information on your dream wedding.

Amazing Officiant
Reverend Kent was a simply amazing officiant and even greater person to have the pleasure to work with. Any time that my wife and I had questions about procedures and ways to enhance the ceremony, Kent was quick to respond and was willing to set aside any amount of time we required to make sure that we were comfortable. As for the ceremony, we could not have asked for anything better. Kent gave beautiful, personalized speeches and kept things moving seamlessly. I believe that the best endorsement that I can give is that after the ceremony, a groomsman pulled me aside to ask how many years I had known Kent, in complete disbelief that an officiant we had only met a handful of times could speak about our relationship as if he had known us from its beginning.
I cannot recommend Kent highly enough! -

Kent was the officiant at our microwedding and we couldn't be more grateful that we found him. Kent took the time over multiple video calls prior to the ceremony to get to know us, and even over video he put us at ease and we could tell how seriously he takes making each couple's day unique and special. He listened to what we were looking for, gave suggestions as to how best to structure the ceremony, and the day of he made us and our guests smile, laugh, and cry! He also did a great job of explaining the paperwork aspect of things to ensure we had everything we needed the day of. Couldn't ask for a better person to do your wedding.
An extra shout out to Kent for being super prepared as well - he came with copies of our readings just in case - which ended up coming in handy during the ceremony! Thanks, Kent! -

Wedding ceremony expert
Reverend Kent was so wonderful with helping us through every step of our ceremony process. He was able to help us pick readings and gave lots of options and advice for the ceremony format during our meetings leading up to the big day. He is so helpful with small details that you don’t even think about...I didn’t even realize until we got our photos back that he even fixed my train and veil for our recessional! -

Sharron Sent on 04/18/2012Kent is amazing. His sense of timing is perfect and our April Fools wedding ceremony was both touching and humorous in all the right places. I could not have picked a better person and both my husband and I were thrilled to have him be part of our day!
He is also super-responsive in helping us figure out our vows, making suggestions for reading and even Skyping with us since we live in Sand Diego and not Philadelphia!
I HIGHLY recommend him!
UPDATE: I was asked to officiate a wedding for a friend and when I posted it on FB, Kent immediately emailed me, offering to answer any questions I might have (and I had plenty!). He is a generous spirit and it's just one more reason to have him as your officiant! -

Sandy Sent on 02/07/2025Final prayer "Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior" not acceptable
Being the Mother of the Groom, who did not raise her son Christian, but in Oneida Indian traditions, I am appalled that upon my son and his wife's request that he NOT make this a Christian ceremony, Kent took it upon himself to close with his prayer of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior in sanctioning this union under God. This is a warning to just let people know this guy does not follow instructions. Even though he took the liberty to shove Christianity down our throats--his words had no power, and were meaningless. Be forewarned.Ceremony Heaven's reply:
I am so sorry. I never meant to offend anyone. In meeting with the bride and groom I told them that I would be saying a blessing at the end of the ceremony. They let me feel they were ok with that. But thanks for your feedback. I only started with "Gracious Heavenly Father". Because most people believe in a higher power. Then I only ended with "In Jesus Precious Name Amen". Again I'm sorry if I offend anyone. That wasn't never my intention.
