We really wanted an English and Spanish speaking officiant for our ceremony and Nancy was the only one I could find that had reviews and recommendations. Five minutes into that meeting and we were sold on her. Nancy is not just lovely and charismatic but she also caters the ceremony to your relationship and works with you to make it exactly what you want, and if you don't know what you want she helps you figure it out and gives you suggestions.
We got married just as weddings were being cancelled in NY due to COVID. Our wedding actually got cancelled 4 days before hand. We asked Nancy if she'd be willing to marry us in a backyard instead of the venue with the 10 people maximum established by the CDC at the time, and following social distancing guidelines of course, and she agreed.
We got married on March 20, 2020 and while our wedding wasn't what we envisioned the ceremony was everything we wanted and more. Thank you Nancy! -

Ceremony During Pandemic
March 2020. My wife and I decided it was a great time for us to sign the papers and get married even though our actual reception etc is in November 2020. We understand the seriousness of the COVID-19. We do not want to hold any regrets. We found each other through an almost unbelievable moment, pulled me back together when I fell apart, went through difficult times, went through countless happy moments, enjoyed our little vacations together, spending time together during the height of the virus in China and now New York. I’m sorry. I’m supposed to write a review about how amazing and professional Nancy is not how I met my wife. We decided to tie the knot on our puppies birthday in March but we still want a ceremony in November with our reception. Nancy said it’s not a problem and won’t charge us extra for doing it twice basically. Even during these crazy times in NY when we are the nation’s highest number of infections, she still came out and professionally conducted our ceremony. We hope November is still a go and Nancy will be coming again! -

Nancy was the officiant at our wedding on October 12, 2019. She is the best, warm and professional. Everyone at the wedding loved her. She officiated the wedding in English and Spanish. She is an amazing woman. I don't give her a 10 I will give her 100. Love Nancy. -

Nancy made my wedding perfect! I truly admire that she takes the time to sit down with couples before their wedding day to have an opportunity to know them and their love story so that she can make the wedding ceremony intimate and personal. If you intend on getting married anytime soon and you are looking for an Officiant in the New York area, I would recommend Nancy! You'll have a ceremony that is touching, modern, and memorable. -

La mejor parte de la boda fue la ceremonia
Fue una experiencia muy linda de principio a fin... la verdad es que desde el primer momento que Nancy se reúne con los novios es muy emocionante pues te hace reflexionar sobre varios puntos respecto al matrimonio y la relación de pareja.
El día de la boda la ceremonia fue tan tan bonita, tocando cada arista importante para los novi@s, quede extremadamente complacida con su servicio, todos los invitados también quedaron impresionados.
Muchísimas gracias Nancy por tu dedicación y entrega en este momento tan importante para mi esposo y para mi, fue una bendición contar contigo ese día!!!

Velazquez-Llanes Wedding
Nancy took great care to personalize our ceremony. She was able to convey our love story in both English and Spanish so eloquently and heartfelt, there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. She included my son in the ceremony for a reading. Although he was nervous she stood by him to encourage and support him. Nancy also showed great respect for our families by including a memory candle for our loved ones who weren’t able to be there. It was a very touching moment.
Although we were both nervous she also helped out by allowing us to joke a little during the ceremony to help calm our nerves. She is very professional at what she does and we would recommend her to anyone looking to get married. We just got back from our honeymoon and our marriage license was already here. -

Mariela Sent on 09/09/2018All I can say is Nancy is AMAZING!!! She had my family and guest so engaged. Everyone couldn’t stop talking how amazing my ceremony was. Let me start by saying my initial meeting with her was great she really took the time to hear about my husband and me and our relationship. We just talked cause she’s so easy to talk to without noticing that she was taking notes. During our ceremony she shared what she heard us and she made it such a personal ceremony. I honestly don’t think it could have been any better. I will always remember that part of my wedding as my favorite. I am soooo glad I had Nancy do our ceremony. She had me and my guest in tears and smiles. It was just perfect. Thank you so much Nancy!!! -

Nancy was very professional from the moment we met her and she maintained the same level of professionalism throughout the process. Dean Sent on 12/04/2017As our journey begins, the path before it was long and stressful. Getting things together especially for something such as a wedding is always going to be stressful, but worth the adversity. When it came time to choose who our officiant would be, we did not know at first. Before we fell in love with Nancy, we already had a horrible experience with a different one and thought all hope was lost. When we sat down with Nancy the first time all I can remember is my wife sitting their enjoying and smiling to the conversation that they were having. I sat down and when I opened up, it dawned upon me that Nancy was the one. Aside from the wedding we talked about our personal experiences. We sat for some time, got to know one another on a persona; level, and then prepared for the big day. Nancy get s to know you for you and reminds you about the love that brings you together. We then met a couple of more times and then finally came our wedding day on November 11, 2017 at Leonards Palazzo. As I was nervous to embark on this new journey, Nancy reassured me that I am ready. When it came time, Nancy was there at the alter to marry me to my wife. Now this is the part that amazed me by far. Going back to our sit downs prior to the wedding, Nancy jotted notes down and all I could think about is "How is she going to tie this all together." Now going back to the alter, I could not believe how amazing Nancy tied everything together. It was truly amazing, breath taking and the words to describe how she brought everything we had talked about is endless. If you can see it I would show it. That is how spectacular it was. Nancy is timely. Nancy is an amazing officiant, woman, and mother. If you let her, she will make your day superb. I highly recommend her. Thank you Nancy for everything. From Dean, Paloma and Sebastian. We will remember it always.
