  I used Cvr office in harrisonburg. However my tent was delivered from waynesboro. All employees were helpful and friendly. The tent was beautiful and they even brought it early with no additional fees! CVR is great!

  This place had everything I needed to rent for my wedding.. the tent, the dj equipment, the tables, the chairs, even the table cloths. And it was a great value.
  
  The only downside is that they wouldn't pick up the equipment from our site on a Sunday. They wanted to charge us $100 to make a special trip out there. So we ended up having to pack everything up in the back of my dad's pickup and take it to his house til they could come get it on Monday.
  But if you're having your event at a location where you can leave it set up overnight, you shouldn't have any problems.

  My husband and I rented tables and chairs from CVR. They arrived on time and the delivery men worked very quickly to unload our items. I had to email various times to get prices and questions answered - the response was not as quickly as an anticipating Bride would hope for, however they usually responded within 2 days.   Rebecca is wonderful! They were much later delivering the rental items than contracted and did not have someone available after hours to contact - so punctuality and responsiveness is not their strong suit, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

  Cvr Central Virginia Rental in Charlottesville is not the place to rent a Wedding Tent! The 20' x 30' white tent we rented for our son's wedding (as a gift to them) was found to have a 6 inch+ strip of gray/silver duct tape on the side flap that faced the guests coming to the outside wedding. We discovered it when it was too late to remove it without drawing attention to it. It is in some of the wedding photos however. I was concerned that the tent might not be clean, but never considered duct tape. When I e-mailed the General Manager, he did call and e-mail, but said that the use of white duct tape is common. This was not white duct tape. Do not rent wedding equipment from this company! Too important a day to leave to a company that doesn't care about its product or the people who pay for their product, expecting it to be in good condition.
