Best experience!
I went in today for an appointment with Grace and she made my experience there everything I wanted and more. I was so nervous in the beginning but she made me feel comfortable quickly and truly listened to the style I wanted. I came back later for a second time and she continued to hype me up and make me feel welcomed. All that to say I had such a great experience and found the perfect dress. Thank you Grace!! -

Dream come true!
My VIP appointment was unforgettable!! Meagan made every effort to help me find the perfect wedding dress! The evening was full of excitement as my bride tribe and I enjoyed snacks and drinks, as well as our music of choice! It was every little girl’s dream to try on beautiful gowns and stand in front of an enormous mirror! Meagan really listened when I described what I wanted and in the end it was one of her selections that I took home with me!! Thank you Meagan!! And thank you Believe Bride!! -

Saying Yes to the Dress
I went to Believe Bride for my wedding dress. Best decision ever! Joanna helped me pick between two dresses I was torn on. She was so sweet and made the whole process easy. She also made the experience fun with my Bridal Party. If you want somewhere that cares about you as a bride and the dresses they carry in their store....look no further than Believe Bride. -

Amazing place
Last Saturday I found the perfect dress for my wedding. Sarah is the best! She understood what I was looking for, showed me beautiful dresses and helped me to try them on. I love the attention we had. Definitely I recommend this place! -

It’s the service for me!
I’m so happy I found my dress at Believe Bride. Alexis helped me find my dream dress and she was so great to work with. I was clueless going in, and had no clue what type of dress I wanted. I previously visited another dress shop and left feeling unmotivated and blah about finding my wedding dress. When I stepped into Believe, Alexis was very welcoming and was getting down on her hands and knees, fluffing out each and every dress I tried on so I could get the full picture. I bought a dress off the floor and she did discount it a little bit due to button loops on the back that were warn out. I did the payment plan, which was a great option for me. Once I paid my dress in full a month later, I picked up my dress and realized I didn’t do a thorough look through on the condition of the dress. I picked an Allure dress with A LOT of beading and due to buying the in-store dress and many brides to be trying it on, there was some beading missing that I didn’t notice original. I convinced myself that it was fine and only I would notice the damage but was super embarrassed buying this dress (still loved it but my eyes kept going to the missing beading). I was so afraid to reach out to Believe due to the receipt stating I was signing off on the condition of the dress, as is, no refunds or returns. I didn’t want to say anything because Alexis truly made the experience great and it was my fault for not looking over the dress in more detail. I kept thinking about it for the next month and felt gut punched, and I finally decided to reach out to see if I could get it fixed or compensated for the damage. I emailed Believe not expecting much but within the same day the manager Valerie called and left me a message and emailed me saying it absolutely can be fixed, assured me they wanted me to love my dress so bring it in ASAP and they will take care of the beadwork on their dime. I felt an instant weight lifted off my shoulders. I brought the dress in and met Valerie. She took the time to go through the dress in detail and documented and took pictures of everything. She allowed me to keep my dress at the shop until my alterations appointment and passed along her notes to Leslie. Leslie, the alterations queen, called me shortly after my visit, eased my worries even more, told me she works with this dress all the time and the beading is not going to be a problem. My experience with the service at this bridal shop just kept shattering my expectations each and every interaction. Leslie was so nice, very experienced and she truly makes you feel so welcomed right when you walk through her doors. She fixed my beading and any other damage she saw, and made my dress fit like a glove. If I need any sort of formal wear, I would come back here in a heart beat. I absolutely loved the quality, care and service that Believe Bride provides. Thank you so much for making me feel so dang beautiful on my wedding day!! -

Taylor made me feel so welcomed & made the whole process fun & exciting! She made me see a whole different side of myself.. I walked out of there with more confidence because of Taylor. This Was The Wedding Dress Shopping Experience I Dreamed Of!!
Sarah was amazing! Believe Bride was my third stop of the day and I was already down from the previous two not having dresses I love in my budget. Sarah quickly turned my mood around as she let me browse the dresses and start trying on. She was so joyful and kind-hearted as she talked to me and gave me tips and tricks for the wedding day. Most of the dresses she brought to try on were way under budget and the only ones she brought that weren’t were because I requested it. Standing up in the mirrors, I felt like such a princess!! She dazzled me up with belts, veils and fake flower bouquets. She even had me walk around and sit in the dresses. Believe Bride had so many beautiful dresses, it was hard to pick one!! I ended up going to my fourth and final stop, not finding anything that compared and going back to Believe Bride right before they closed. Sarah was waiting with the dress I loved but in a size smaller (the one I tried on needed to be clipped but she found a smaller one hidden). It fit like a glove!! Sarah noticed there was a little fray in the corset string (I wouldn’t have even seen it) and talked to her manager to give me a discount! I was also able to get the belt and veil for 25% off. The whole experience was so perfect I started happy crying!!! It wouldn’t have been this way without her!

Amazing customer service and beautiful wedding dresses.
I came in for the Believe in Love sale and am so happy with my experience. I knew from the pre sale Facebook posts that they had “the” dress - and for an amazing price! Not only was the dress as perfect as I had imagined, but Sarah was absolutely amazing and made me feel so special. She treated me like a princess, was attentive to my mom and soon to be mother in law, spent a few hours with me while I tried on other dresses (just in case) and veils etc....and then she sent the sweetest card after my appointment. I had also messaged back and forth with Petra before my appointment and she was wonderful also. I highly recommend Believe Bride for all your wedding dress needs! -

Great Service Even During a Pandemic
I purchased my dress a few days before Washington was shut down due to Covid. I was able to make payments online while they were closed. My stylist, Alexa, was great. I showed her the types of dresses I wanted but told her to grab things if she thought I might like them. She was very attention and intuitive. Honestly, she made me feel like she was a friend which is the best compliment I can think to give someone especially since I only spent an hour with her. -

I made an appointment here for my own wedding dress after i had been here prior for a friends wedding. Joanna was AMAZING and so sweet and kind and we found the perfect dress! The experience was relaxed, fun, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dress! They were not pushy and very respectful of our budget, and took the time to ask questions and get to know what I was looking for. Both my fiancé, Brittany, and I were fortunate enough to find both our dresses at Believe with the same associate, one right after the other! We were lucky enough that we both got to work with Rene and we loved her! We greatly appreciated her helping us relax and have fun during the whole experience, it was very stress free. Every associate there was very sweet and welcoming. It was an overall great experience. We wish we could do it again, it was that fun!
Rene did an amazing job finding our dream dresses, taking into account each detail that were our must-haves. We are grateful to her for helping us find dresses that complimented each other without telling us what the other had picked. It's a great place with a great team and we highly recommend them! I found my wedding dress at Believe Bride off Pines in Spokane Valley and it was seriously the dress of my dreams!
They had a great selection of dresses to choose from, ranging in all sizes and price ranges.
The girls made dress shopping fun and such a great experience to remember!!

Incredible Staff
I was hesitant to show any pictures of my dream dress because I couldn't find the designer or anything similar online. Natalie, our consultant, got me to show her the picture and the first dress she pulled--brand new, never tried on--was made by their own designer that looked nearly the same! We tried on a couple of dresses after and continued with our other bridal appointments that day, and Natalie was very respectful, no pressure at all! We came back and go that first dress and they had such great deals and offers for other add ons.
Now on to alterations. Kristin made me feel so comfortable and at home through the whole process. Last minute--like three weeks before the big day--I realized I wasn't in love with the top. I was shy about asking it to be taken in, but Kirstin was overwhelmingly supportive and did so much to get the dress together a week before the big day. She was so friendly, encouraging, and really stands by the bride. I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff made wedding planning so fun and stress-free. -

Such a great experience
I initially made an appointment at Believe Bride to shop by myself to decide what types of silhouettes and styles I liked before my friends and mother came into town a couple weeks later. I worked with Taylor for my initial appointment and I ended up loving a beautiful dress that she picked out - one that I never would've picked myself! She was the sweetest person and I was able to schedule my second appointment with Taylor too. When I put the dress back on a couple weeks later at my second appointment with my friends and mom, I knew it was the one! Taylor was instrumental in finding my dress for my wedding and I can't imagine wearing anything else! The shop was welcoming and beautiful. -

In the long run over the course of a year, I purchased several dresses!!! The one I ended up wearing was absolutely the right one! I have already sold a couple! Everyone was so kind and attentive, the alterations gal was just amazing and I highly recommend them!!! -

I've had a wonderful experience with CS in the almost year since my first appointment. My consultant was Ali, and to this day when I am in the store she recognizes and greets me. She communicated necessary information via text message which I found to be really convenient. I did have a few issues at the beginning, but CS quickly remedied them to my satisfaction. First, I was told my dress could be made to measure, so I paid extra and was measured so it wouldn't have to be hemmed. A few days later I was told there was a mistake and that service wasn't available for my particular dress. They refunded the difference and I had the seamstress hem it instead, no problem. They also told me at my first appointment that for the alterations I wanted for my dress, I would need a certain fabric. When the seamstress told me that wasn't true, they were happy to return the fabric I had purchased.
I've always felt comfortable in their shop, and even now am using them for gown preservation. I would recommend CS again and again. -

Celestial Bride's dresses way outshine those that I saw at the competition. When my friend got married, we searched all over Southern and Northern Idaho, before looking for a dress in Spokane. We looked at hundreds of dresses. She found her dress here as did I. The quality is amazing.
The service was good. And I chose a dress off the rack as I wanted a good deal and I wanted to make it my own with a few modifications. I was able to get a great deal and the store worked on cleaning and repairing the dress for me. -

The staff at Celestial Selections were very friendly and attentive, listening to what I asked and helping me find the perfect dress! The lady helping me was very knowledgeable about the dresses we were pulling and explaining the differences between the fabrics/styles as I was trying them on. I loved Celestial Selections! It was small, not overwhelming, and was set up so tastefully! They had a wonderful selection of dresses, many of which I loved (unlike the other place I went to where I couldn't find anything I liked). And the dress that I settled on was absolutely perfect! My overall experience at this store was wonderful. Britt was my consultant and she is a breath of fresh air. We hated the experience we had at Davids bridal. Britt helped me try things on to suit my taste but never once made me feel pushed to buy something. Other bridal consultants at other shops will get snotty when they think they might lose a commission but you could tell that Brit felt confident in their product enough to step back and let me decide. She measured me and helped me order my beautiful Bonne Bridal gown (I feel like a princess!) and she also helped me to get the process of ordering tuxedos going. When I came to pick up my dress it didn't fit. My measurements were checked and we discovered that the manufacturer had made an error with my gown, without enough time to get it fixed before the wedding. Celestial Selection hooked me up with Nina, a WONDERFUL seamstress who used to work for Michael Kors in New York. She was able to fix my dress and you can't tell that any alterations were made. She made me feel comfortable and at ease despite the panic I felt over my dress not fitting. Meanwhile Britt contacted the designer and was able to help me get a refund on the necessary alterations. My dress makes me feel beautiful and I would recommend that anyone come to this shop before going anywhere else, especially davids bridal. -

I wish I could remember the name of the sales girl who helped me, but she was wonderful. Such a nice person and she never made me feel any pressure to purchase anything. She gave me honest opinions when I asked and led me in the right direction to my dream gown. In fact, I came in with a photo of a dress I had found on Pinterest and she knew the exact one that I would love. She found it first thing! I tried on a few more of course, just to be sure but I kept coming back to that one. It was truly the most beautiful dress and EXACTLY what I wanted. I bought my wedding dress from Celestial Selections in October of 2013 but moved and didn't have a chance to try it on until April 2014 and that was when I discovered that the belt wasn't on straight. While I was starting to get worried Ali and the manager at the store got to work and Ali called me later saying that it was the designer's mistake and they jumped right on getting it fixed without a charge to me. Ali and the other consultants at Celestial Selections were all very friendly and helpful every time I walked into their store. I would recommend Celestial Selections to any bride looking for an amazing dress to wear on their special day! -

This was the only place I shopped for my wedding dress. Even though the day I went was particularly busy, the women working at Celestial were so helpful to me! They listened to everything I wanted for my perfect dress and found it only after 2 tries. It was such a special day for me and my bridesmaids and mom. I felt so valued as a customer every time I called with questions and they always took their time with me when I came in before the wedding to try on my dress.
SO thankful for this place and so excited to have had them be the place I found MY dress. -

The whole team at Celestial Selections was amazing through this process. I am not a frilly, fussy, girly girl and as such was dreading doing the big dress shopping day. I honestly think I was more nervous walking in there then I was on my wedding day! Ha! Thankfully, the staff made me feel immediately at ease and my attendant Britt was amazing at making me feel comfortable and bringing out my confidence. I ended up with a dress I thought I had no business even trying on, as it was a form fitting fit-n-flare style and I am plus sized. But, Britt begged me to give it a shot and promised I'd look stellar...she was right! She knows dresses and women and it was a match made in heaven. They recommended an incredibly wonderful and highly skilled seamstress and prepped and steamed my dress prior to the big day. I then took the gown back to them for preservation. From beginning to end, the ambience of Celestial Selections made me feel comfortable and welcome. The staff are all amazing and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend...just forget about the big showy chain bridal stores. This is where you want to be! -

My daughter and I started here at celestial selections looking for a wedding dress. Sam helped us and was amazing. Afterthought daughter picked out 5 dresses to try on Sam pulled out a dress that she thought my daughter would like. It was THE ONE!! And my daughter didn't even want to go to any other wedding shops. My daughter also purchased all her bridesmaids dresses here too. After having a horrible experience at a previous bridal shop, I was so relieved to go to Celestial Selections. I could tell immediately that it would be a much better experience. They were all about getting me the dress that I wanted and was not pushy at all to try to sell dresses to me that I wasn't interested in. They gave me a GREAT deal on the dress of my dreams. They have a great selection of dresses at great prices. Sometimes, they will also throw in a deal. Like in my instance, I got some gorgeous shoes to go with my dress for free!
My initial dress that came in was altered way funky when it was manufactured. I was feeling way distressed. Fortunately I had plenty of time and they showed true professionalism by offering me to get a new dress. They re-ordered the same dress, unaltered and it was perfect. I just took it to a great seamstress who only had to do minor alterations.
I truly appreciated the fact they were totally willing to fix a problem. The wedding turned out beautiful, the dress was wonderful.

Celestial Selections was the one gown shop I went to in town that I felt comfortable in. In other stores the attendants were pushy, or rude, or not helpful... In one I couldn't take pictures of the gowns, which I understand, but how am I supposed to remember the dress after I try on 10 more? At Celestial Selections I was treated wonderfully, I loved their selection of gowns and their price range fit right in my budget. I walked into this boutique without an appointment and without a clue of what I wanted. One of the few stores in Spokane that offers Maggie Sottero, which was a big sell for me. The dress was much cheaper than a lot of other stores too. The store is huge and the selection is great. Stephanie was the best person! I knew exactly what I wanted and she showed me dresses that were actually what I wanted. Other places kept showing me dresses that were anything like I wanted. I wanted a plain dress with a tie back and one that didn't have any jewelry on it. I wanted to wear a necklace and earring and I thought it would be too much if my dress had some on it too. She gave me this one dress and I looked at her like "umm... I HATE the brotch!!!" She just told me to try the dress on because the jewelry was removeable. I started to laugh because I thought it was a waste of time. I put the dress on and FELL IN LOVE!!!! I did get the jewelry removed, lol. I didn't need to get the dress altered at all, which was amazing because a lot of things don't fit me correctly! I would recommend this dress shop to anyone. -

My dress was perfect, and they recommended a dynamite alteration specialist. It was fun, not stressful, to go to Celestial Selections, and based on my experience, a friend went there and found the dress of her dreams, as well as a perfect veil. They have tons of options, and allow infinite pictures. One of my bridesmaids brought a toddler along, and he was welcomed, instead of treated like an annoyance (that happened at a Coeur D'Alene shop we went to). -

If you need some undivided attention and don't like to feel rushed I would highly recommend a weekday appointment. My consultant was friendly, attentive and really listened to me. There are dresses for everyone here and I found a gorgeous gown I love. -

Celestial Selection is a wonderful place! I went to several wedding gown shops to find my dress and Celestial was the one. Not only were their prices excellent, but so was the service. They were incredibly accommodating. They were very sweet and it was a very memorable experience. I would recommend this place to anyone! -

I arrived at Celestial Selections feeling very bad about myself because I had just come from another store where the woman made me feel bad about myself by telling me that she didn't know what to do since the current style of dresses would look awful on me and that I couldn't try anything on because of my size (I'm a size 16). Fortunately, I met Samm who was the most incredible consultant and who helped me find my dream dress. The array of dresses was amazing and I could try on any one I wanted. I had appointments scheduled for the rest of the day but I canceled them all because I was having such a blast trying on gowns. I found the perfect dress and bought it that day. I was able to put 1/2 down and make payments over the next four months since the dress I chose was a little over the budget I had set. The best part was that I became good friends with Samm and even attended her wedding a few months later. -

Get everything you need from Believe Bride!
I was able to work with 4 different departments and Believe Bride and was impressed by the service from each one! From Joanna for my wedding dress and veil, to Alexa for my hairpiece, to Kami for the menswear accessories and Leslie for my alterations, this team went above and beyond to make my Believe Bride experience memorable. By having all of these services in one location, it made it easy for me to coordinate appointments and pickups as an out of town bride. -

The best experience
Out of all of the places I went to look for a wedding dress. This place was the best. Taylor was so helpful! She helped me find my dream dress. Everyone else there was also very friendly. Taylor helped me find what I wanted for a style of dress and she also was able to stay in the price range. All the other places I went they brought dresses in the dressing room and they were not a style that I was looking for at all. They were $500 to a $1,000 out of price range. I would recommend this place because they make you feel great about shopping on your wedding day and they don't push you to try to buy a dress that you don't like. -

The manager there was amazing. Her name is Stephanie. I was on crutches at the time I went and tried on bridal dresses there and she was so patient and accomadating. I would not go anywhere else. Truly exceptional people. -

I had a great experience shopping for my dress at Celestial Selections. I came in after shopping at several other shops first, and I was armed with likes and dislikes. The girls listened to me, and worked with me to find me the PERFECT dress! They were very helpful as far as trying on my monster dress, that no one could get on by themselves! I highly recommend paying these ladies a visit if you're looking for a wonderful dress! -

I was looking for a particular Maggie Sottero gown, and Celestial Selections is the only store in town that carries it!! They have wonderful customer service when it comes to helping you try on dress after dress, and they kept a positive attitude trying to locate whatever it is you are looking for exactly...for instance my veil. My dress is alabaster so it was hard to match exactly for an off white veil, but they did it!! I had made a few more trips in to try on the sample dress for family once mine was ordered, and also to purchase extras like my hoop skirt,etc. And every time I felt taken care of.
I should also mention how I ordered my wedding dress only 4 months before my wedding date, almost too late by Maggie Sottero standards (they usually need 6 months so in case something happens you don't have to pay for rushing) However, thanks to Celestial Selections, it got here on time, everything went smoothly, I didn't have to pay for rushing, and thankfully no disasters! I got to wear my dream dress that had everything I was looking for. They also recommend a great seamstress who again only had weeks to work with, but who did an awesome job altering a difficult big ballgown! I was so pleased with their service, I also had my groom and his groomsmen, and dads, all get their tuxes there too.
To me they are the best bridal store in Spokane and Spokane Valley. I have been to all of the others in town and I would ONLY recommend Celestial Selections. THANK YOU! -

I bought an absolutely gorgeous dress and veil here! It was a bit spendy, but perfect. Also couldn't find the dress anywhere else to compare prices. Not even online, so I felt like I had a very unique dress. I like 5 hours from Spokane, so I went in 2 different days to try on the dress. Called and ordered it after doing some research. They were very helpful and everything came just as I ordered it. They shipped it to me, and I received it about a month earlier than they had quoted. Their measurements were perfect, I didn't have to make any adjustments to my dress. Love it! -

Overall, we went where they sold the collections that I loved. We purchased not only my dress from them, but also all 5 of our bridesmaids dressed. I wanted an Allure dress, along with Allure bridesmaids dresses. I wish that they had more in store for preview for bridesmaids, but my mind was already made up, so I'm not sure that it would've mattered. Very kind and helpful staff. We were there when the store changed hands so there was a bit of confusion at times, but we were very happy with their bridal selection and expertise. -

Celestial Selections has a lovely staff that give you personalized attention, help you into the gowns, and give helpful advice. My only wish was that the decision process had been a little bit slowed down & discussed as the sales are, of course, final. There were a few things about my dress's fit that I felt uninformed about until it came in. However, I can't entirely say that is their fault because I didn't think to ask! haha :) Over all it was a great experience and I would recommend!! -

I did not want a strapless dress. Everywhere I went before Celestial had strapless "with sleeve options." I wanted a dress that came with sleeves. Celestial was one of the only places that was able to give me this.
*The service was not fantastic. The other brides who were trying on the more expensive dresses were given a consultant but I was directed to the rack and told to just pick something out. Someone came by periodically and offered to help me, but my mom and I ended up doing everything ourselves. When I went to pick up the dress, the guy in the warehouse was rude and forgot to give me my veil which was stored in a sack.
Despite that, I'd recommend Celestial to anyone looking for a dress with sleeves in a heartbeat! It's not worth the frustration to go to another store. -

This place is not as big as some of the other bridal stores in town, but that is one of the things I liked about it. It wasn't super crowded and I received very good service from the employees. I found a dress that I loved at a great price and they directed me to a great seamstress who made it fit perfectly! I tried on several dresses and every shop in town and I kept coming back to Celestial Selections and the dress I found there. It was absolutely perfect! -

I purchased my Bridal gown from here and was very happy with it. I went in 3 different times looking, and the first time I had an amazing consultant, she was very helpful and bubbly, really gave me the true bridal experience. The second time however, a different consultant worked with me and I seemed to be an inconvenience more than anything. However, I still ended up purchasing my gown from here which came in a month earlier than expected which was great. They store your gown for you, steam it, and clean off any make up you may have gotten on it during fittings. We also rented our tuxedos from here which I was happy with, the price seemed fair (we got a discount since I purchased my gown there), and the staff was friendly, All the tuxes fit nicely and there were no issues. -

I had a mixed feeling about Celestial Selections. I love my dress, I felt like the prettiest girl in the world in it... I loved the girl who initally helped my find it and took down my information. When I went to order my dress there was another woman working who insisted I order a different size than what the first one wrote down. So, my mother who was worried about weight fluxiation thought it would be better to order the second suggested size (bigger). When I went to have the dress busseled, it was too big (duh). Also, it was the wrong colors. It was the designers fault that the colors were wrong, not the vender. The vender was very good about ordering me the right dress in the right size and colors and paid for the length alterations the new dress needed (in a matter of three days!)...
All in all it turned out perfect because I had my dress in my size, but there was a panic moment when I first tried on the dress at the seamstress's. -
