Wedding Dream Team
We used Celebrations for our wedding at the Kimpton Seafire, and cannot recommend them enough. Charlotte was our coordinator and was beyond incredible. She provided decor for our rehearsal dinner as well as 90 day coordination services + decor for our wedding day, and was worth her weight in gold. She is incredibly responsive, has established relationships with vendors on the island, and is truly a master at what she does.
Additionally, their floral and decor team is incredible as well. They were able to masterfully execute both our minimal Rehearsal Dinner, and our breathtaking Wedding Day.
We cannot recommend their team enough! Thank you for all that you do so well. -

When we sat down to plan our wedding at the Seafire in Grand Cayman from NYC we were nervous to say the least. Charlotte from Celebrations was an absolute dream. She works for you 24/7 no matter what time period you book her for leading up to the event. She was available non stop to us and was honest, efficient, and so helpful during the whole planning process. Not only is she an organized planner but she has VISION and she will help yours come to life. She knows the best vendors on island and will only steer you in the right direction for your event. She knows the island well is happy to work with you on budgets to make your dreams work for your price. We can't thank her enough making our dream wedding a reality. -

We are so thankful for the amazing experience we had with Celebrations. Our wedding planner was Charlotte - she really exceeded all our expectations. Charlotte was extremely helpful, professional and went above and beyond to make our wedding day a dream come true. She offered so many great ideas and really made us feel at ease and calm when it came to planning our amazing wedding. We are so thankful for all Celebrations has done in making our wedding day the absolute BEST. We can 100% say that planning our wedding, was not stressful at all, and that was all attributed to Charlotte and her excellent wedding planning skills. Celebrations were even able to source the South African national flower (the Protea) to be included in our flower arrangements, which was a big request from us. Charlotte Loughead at Celebrations is one of the many hidden gems of Grand Cayman. If you are considering getting married here, you want Charlotte on your team. If you are like me, your wedding may be one of the few large events you plan in your lifetime - for my husband and I the energy on the night, the quality of hosting, for our guests matter the most to us and Charlotte understood that from the very first meeting we had with her. Charlotte literally made our wedding party dreams come true, and she handled all elements of design, planning, execution and event management seamlessly. My every need was anticipated and cared for. She could not have been more professional or responsive. It was clear throughout the process that she genuinely cared about the quality of the event and our experience. Her services are the definition of money well spent. I cannot recommend her and her team more highly. -

We had the pleasure of working with Charlotte Loughead in April, 2023. The experience couldn’t have been more perfect and seamless. Charlotte’s meticulous attention to details, work ethic and hard work was vital in our wedding weekend going amazing! We had a two day wedding event and live in the US sit here was a lot of details that needed to be planned and Charlotte went above and beyond scoping out the properties and envisioning our vision and perfecting every single detail while we were tied up in our busy lives. Her experience, connections and hard work made the process very easy despite all the challenges of a multiple day event with many activities planned. She also carved out time to video conference us multiple times as well as meet with us on the island. I had no doubt everything would go the way it did with Charlotte and the Celebrations team by our side. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is planning a wedding in Grand Cayman Island. She will make your wedding day the most special day! -

Celebrations (Cecilia & Naomi) are amazing!
Celebrations was amazing and helped bring my wedding vision to life. Due to covid I had to start and stop my wedding planning 3 times, but Celebrations was so understanding and patiently and pleasantly worked with me even though I live in the US.
Cecilia in particular was so sweet and amazing. She's EXTREMELY organized and did not drop or miss a single thing even through the months of planning. Her memory is amazing!
Celebrations completely worked with my budget and advised on what they thought was the most cost effective. I used Celebrations for Day of Coordinating, Flowers and decorations. What a relief to have a Day of Coordinator - Cecilia and Naomi took care of everything!
Totally worth the money as they are the best on the island and would recommend to everyone! -

Fantastic experience
Celebrations and Cecilia are the absolute best!
My husband and I experienced a wonderful wedding in Grand Cayman!
With Celebrations’ assistance we began to plan a 40 guest wedding in December 2019. The wedding was originally scheduled for October 2020. Then COVID happened. Cayman placed strict travel restrictions to keep their citizens safe. We had to scrap the original wedding plans and hunker down like the rest of the world. During this time, Celebrations kept in touch with us and let us know they would be ready to help us plan the wedding of our dreams when we felt ready. They never pushed us or made made us feel rushed in anyway. We waited and waited. One day in May 2022, we decided we had waited long enough and wanted to elope in Grand Cayman! We booked our flights and sent Cecilia Bustamante, our planner at Celebrations, an email hoping she and the rest of the Celebrations team would be available on our travel dates. She immediately replied and said they were ready for us. Though we faced some hurdles along the way, Cecilia is a true professional and helped us navigate the process. She’s a true MVP! She thought of all the details and made sure we were on track with our vendors. She liaised with the vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page. Cecilia was an invaluable asset to us during our wedding planning and on the day of our wedding.
Celebrations also served as our floral and decor provider. We were both over the moon at how beautiful everything turned out. Cecilia and the Celebrations Team brought our vision to life. The flowers were beautiful and perfectly bloomed.
Hiring Celebrations and working with Cecilia was money money well spent. We would HIGHLY recommend them!!

The Best Wedding Vendor You'll Ever Have
Celebrations is a bride's dream come true. Planning, design, decor and florals all in one - what more could you ask for!
Even though I've been in the consumer events industry for nearly 10 years, I knew I wanted professional help for our big day. I contacted Cassie at Celebrations shortly after booking our date and venue and she helped us with everything from style suggestions to her opinion on vendors. She kept us on planning track without being overwhelming. She talked us through decisions and details we didn't even know existed. She made sure every detail was perfect so the week before the wedding, we could sit back, relax and be in the moment with our 100 out-of-town guests!
As a bride, the less vendors you have to deal with, the better. And that was the greatest thing about working with Celebrations - I had one point of contact for planning, decor and florals. The team at Celebrations knows that reputation is everything in this industry, and they will not hesitate to go WAY above and beyond to give you the best day ever.
For example, at our final planning meeting, we sprung it on the team that we wanted to live stream our wedding for my fiance's grandmother who couldn't travel. They didn't hesitate and on the day of, one of the 4 (yes, 4!!) on-site planners set up my phone and the live stream, even moving it around throughout the ceremony to give Nana June the best view. That is just one example of how this team goes beyond all expectations to make sure you have the perfect day.
In terms of decor selection, you won't find anything better than Celebrations. Their massive warehouse has everything you could ever want. Despite getting married on this beautiful little island, we didn't have to compromise on design at all. I shared a couple Pinterest boards with Cassie who turned our vision into a jaw-dropping spectacular reality.
A huge thank you to our on site planners, Mary Ann, Brianna, Nicky, and Carisse who made sure everyone was where they needed to be and when and made us all look flawless doing it! From checking in with me in the morning while getting ready to fluffing my train just before my dad and I walked down the aisle, these ladies were there throughout the day to make sure we had everything we needed.
I cannot recommend Celebrations enough. They create wedding magic and will be the best decision you make (after saying yes to that proposal!). Thank you again for giving us the perfect wedding day! -

Amazing experience with Valentina
We got married in November 2019 at Ocean Paradise Villas, and we could't have done it without the help of Celebrations and in particular Valentina! She helped us create a beautiful venue along with helping us to contact vendors and suggesting which ones she would recommend based on Celebrations approved vendor list. She also went out of her way to take a look at our venue personally so that she had an idea of the space and how our vision of what we wanted the space to look like could come together flawlessly. The Celebrations team was very professional and were on time with the set up and break down of everything we needed to make our venue look beautiful.
We Also had Valentina and 3 other planners with us on the day of the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly. They dealt with the guests and vendors and made sure we were on schedule with our timeline so that we could just focus on getting ready and enjoying the day with our friends and family.
If your are planning a wedding on island I would highly recommend going with Celebrations. -

Working with Celebrations was an absolute dream. They were respectful of my budget and suggested items I wouldn't even have thought of that fit perfectly into my vision. Hiring Mary Ann, Cassie, and the rest of the Celebrations team was the best investment I made for my destination wedding. Planning a wedding out of the country is stressful enough and having celebrations help me every step of the way was a dream come true!
They literally think of everything and professionally plan out every detail that most people wouldn’t even think about ahead of time.
I always thought I would never need a wedding planner and now, looking back, I can’t imagine having done this without them!
Not only is their staff amazing, but their warehouse and inventory has everything you could imagine!
Mary Ann, the head planner, was there the day of my wedding and personally made sure that everything was seamless.
If you are on the fence, I would highly, highly recommend hiring their team. They are WITHOUT A DOUBT one of the best decisions I’ve made. Trust me, they will make your life 100% easier and wedding BEAUTIFUL! -

Our experience with Celebrations was spectacular.
We had the pleasure of working with Celebrations for our January wedding in the Caymans. Our wedding day was incredible and we could not have done it without our planner, Cassie South. I highly recommend working with Cassie and Celebrations. She is so friendly and easy to work with. Communication is critical when planning a wedding from a distance. Cassie was very accessible via phone and email throughout the whole planning process. She seemed to know exactly what I wanted for our decor without much direction from me. We were so grateful to have found her.
For our wedding day, Cassie made sure everything was beautiful, directing all the vendors, and taking care of any issues that arose. Celebrations provided our flowers and decor, which were gorgeous. All of our vendors recommended did not disappoint either. Everything was perfect! We had an awesome stress-free wedding day thanks to Cassie and Celebrations. -

Being miles apart, with a thousand things to plan and learn about foreign rules, laws, and simply "wedding things", it's not easy, but they made my wedding easy, amazing and they executed EVERYTHING exactly like we dreamed of!! My hubby and I were SO HAPPY from the planning (super friendly, kind, and resourceful), to the day of the wedding: it was so easy, I didn't have to worry about anything. This definitely was the best day ever thanks to the amazing team! (Dora was helping me directly, but I know this is a team effort, weddings are HARD.) If I ever plan anything abroad, they are the only team I trust with my money and my vision! Getting married in the Cayman Islands? This is the team you want. -

Cassie Sent on 12/28/2017Dora and her team made our wedding absolutely PERFECT. As we look back on pictures and videos of the big day, words cannot express our appreciation for all of the planning and behind-the-scenes work that she did to make our wedding exceed all expectations.
I will never forget walking into the Grand Old House before the ceremony and feeling overwhelmingly happy/delighted with how gorgeous the setting, ambiance, flowers, decor (the list could go on!) were. Our guests still cannot stop raving about our wedding and how it was the most beautiful & fun wedding they have ever been to, and we could not agree more!! Dora helped us in so many aspects aside from the wedding itself - from recommending our accommodations at the Westin to the wedding venue at GOH to Chad Munro as our photographer.... all of her recommendations were SPOT ON. Our entire wedding weekend simply would not have been the same without Dora, her hard work and her team.
Planning a destination wedding seemed intimidating at first, but Dora made all the emails and pictures exchanged come to life. She put up with our many many questions, allowed us to change our minds over-and-over again, assisted our in-laws with planning the rehearsal dinner, recommended that we use a lapel mic (the ocean was loud!), kept me calm when my dress strap broke, and ran the night SO smoothly with our random requests for games, wishing lanterns, etc.
And most importantly, Dora helped to make our special day so memorable!!! We truly cannot imagine what it would have been trying to plan this destination wedding without her. Thank you again Celebrations! xoxox

We used Celebrations for our wedding/reception decor in the Grand Caymans March 2020. Cecilia was absolutely amazing and very responsive, even when she was on vacation her team was very helpful! They had a large amount of decor and options to choose from, and were incredibly flexible even days up to the wedding when I changed my mind or had changes in the number of attendees. The set up was incredible! I will say the price of some things was frustrating, but they worked with me to keep things in my price range. I had a certain style in mind, and when we could not find something they offered that I wanted, they allowed me to bring my own stuff and worked with my venue to get everything set up! I highly recommend them and their team! -

They have so much experience that they thought of every detail and the best way to address everything. As a person who is very indecisive, they gave me lots of different options for décor and helped me create my tropical wedding vision. Cassie and her team were also were very accommodating as we had to make a few last minute chances to provide my grandmother with alternative seating for the ceremony and reception. Val was also very professional and organized getting a tent the day of since a storm was going to come through. The rain came and went just as Val had predicted and the ceremony was only pushed back 10 minutes (which I was okay with because it gave me a few more minutes to prepare). The beach, sunset, decorations, and even a little rain was all so perfect. Celebration are the best at what they do and can make a beautiful and stress free wedding.

We were contestants in the annual "Win a Wedding" contest. Even though we did not win the wedding package, Celebrations sought it fit to extend their services with a discount to all of the contestants that entered. The ladies that attended to us, Cecilia and her team, were so helpful and executed our vision for floral arrangements to perfection. The chairs and Special love seat for the couple really helped finish the overall look for the day. The only issue I would say we had was the delivery of the chairs and flowers. My decor team expected delivery around midday to finish set up 2 hours before the event. However the deliver men did not arrive till almost 2:30pm which delayed my team in final touches. -
