From start to finish working with Celebrations Catering was incredible!! Their team was so communicative and ready to help! They offered tastings in their showroom, and spent the time to sit with us and make sure every detail was covered!! Our guests RAVED about the food!! Having it cooked on site was amazing, it was so delicious and so helpful to have celebrations team on site. Truly cannot recommend them enough, your guests will be SO impressed with the quality and deliciousness of the food! The cookies and milk were also a huge hit, one friend described it as “epic” -

I had the pleasure of working with Celebrations Frederick for my wedding. From the first email inquery to them, through the final thank you emails, they were an absolute delight to work with. The catering team outlined our options crystals clear, didn't blink when I changed my mind 10 times about items, provided the best food tasting, created custom items for us, and delivered the best catering experience. I recieved so many compliments from guests about tastey the food was. The team onsite was also super professional, organzied, and helpful. I can't recommend enough!! They truly played a major role in how seamless my wedding day was. -

I met with Celebrations approximately a year before my daughter's wedding at Dulaney's Overlook and I met with them solely because the pictures on Facebook of events they had serviced local to me were beautiful. Let me tell you, run don't walk to book them. From the very first meeting with Megan I felt a sense of ease on everything. She was not only knowledgeable about what they provide but what the other vendors are supposed to provide, suggestions for who to use, suggestions for ways to do different thing, totally unrelated to their service. You can tell immediately she knows her business and finding vendors who work together regularly is a must because they all know what the other does. Megan was so hopeful and came through on everything we needed. The food was outstanding. We received so many compliments on the set up and the food. Not only are they the cateror but she also made sure, along with the venue coordinator, that our decorations were out and exactly how I described. The servers followed the bride and groom around to make certain they didn't miss cocktail hour because of pictures which was a request of mine and they were outstanding during the entire night. At one point we ran out of heat in the heaters and I went to Megan because I was just so comfortable with her and she contacted the owner to refill which happened immediately. I just can't say enough. I wish I had some pics to use but I seriously was so into the evening I took none. Can't wait for the professional ones. Again, don't miss using this company. I consider them almost friends now. -

We contracted with Celebrations Catering for our Daughter's wedding and I have to say they knocked it out of the park. Meg was amazing, she worked with us to create the perfect menu for our budget which included a wonderful selection of appetizers along with a plated dinner service that exceeded expectations. Every detail along the way was met, and her thorough communication was so appreciated as we worked through the details to ensure guest food allergies were captured, speciality cocktails were served, linen colors, stemware and china all done to perfection. I would absolutely recommend Celebrations for any event. -

Celebration's blew us away! Celebration's catered our wedding and my sisters wedding back in 2019. The entire team was a joy to work with and made our day seamless. Amber herself was incredible! They had every detail squared away and were flexible with us. The entire staff did such a wonderful job, I didn't have to worry about a thing! The food itself was delicious, and the whole day couldn't have gone any better! If you're getting married in Maryland, Celebration's must be your catering choice, no one does it as well as them! -

Celebrations Catering did an AMAZING job at my daughters wedding! From the very first meeting we had with Amber (Who was incredible!) we knew we made the right choice. The variety of food options was great with every kind of food you can imagine, and there were also great options for napkins and tableware. The prices were extremely fair for the quality of their food. As happy as I was with the organization leading up the wedding, the day of the event was even better! The waitstaff was great - very professional and friendly. The Bartenders were a highlight as well - my guest loved them. The appetizers were delicious and plentiful. And meal was outstanding!! We decided to go with a buffet style, and the food was hot and delicious!!! I really can't say enough good things about my experience with Celebrations! They were one of the many reasons my daughter's wedding was a perfect night! -

Celebrations was recommended to us by our venue, and we were told they're a popular choice by others who also book our venue. Our wedding was this past weekend and we understand why they're so popular!! Meg was so helpful from start to finish and was always quick to reply. Nobody in our family had planned a big wedding before and she was always available with any questions we had and had a lot of great suggestions. Not only was the food amazing, but the staff at our wedding was so kind and did a great job. In comparison to other caterers, the price was very reasonable and super trandpare on pricing from the beginning. We knew eactly what we were paying for and how much it would be, and that wasn't always the case with others we spoke to. Everything went so smoothly and I know that's because of Celebrations! -

We hired Celebrations as our catering company for our wedding on 5/17/25 and they were absolutely incredible. We worked closely with Krista and she was AMAZING!! She went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had or changes we wanted to make, I don't think we could have had our perfect day without her. My husband and I are so pleased with Celebrations. We have received so many compliments on the food from our wedding, and everything truly was so incredible. A big shout out to the Lamb Lollipops, we are still getting compliments on those! This team was so flexible and catered to so many of our requests. As soon as our ceremony was done I had a drink in my hand and I was munching on soft pretzels. I couldn’t have been happier. The staff was so amazing, they made sure that we always had food and found me and my husband anytime they had a tray of food to be passed around. They were all so incredibly sweet, and Krista was incredible to work with. Any request we had, she made sure to work with us on it in some way. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out, we highly recommend working with Celebrations, you will not be disappointed! -

From the first phone call to Meg and Celebrations we knew they were the caterer for us. You won't find a nicer person and service provider than Meg. So happy she was our initial contact as well as our wedding day coordinator, holding our hand every step of the way. She and her team are well known and respected by other vendors and venues. They were a preferred vendor at our venue. The food and service was fantastic - the whole wedding day team did an amzing job and received tons of great feedback from our guests. It was clear to us from day one that Meg and Celebrations were totally commited to doing everything they could to ake the wedding day process a special one. My husband and I were so pleased with the professionalism of Celebrating Catering from the moment we had our initial consultation with Amber until the end of our wedding. We wanted to have a curated menu with my husbands German grandmothers recipe, and also some Maryland recipe as well. We did a German Maryland fusion menu and the chef blew us away with how spot on he replicated the recipe! Amber and her team traveled to our 200 person destination wedding in Western Maryland near Deep Creek Lake and were so on top of everything from the moment they arrived. They even came in to our property before to check the space and see what they were working with. We received so many compliments on how delicious the food and drinks were. We can 100% recommend to book Celebrations for your wedding or catering needs! The BEST in the business, they will take care of you from start to finish. Thank you all! -

I couldn't recommend Celebrations Catering, especially Amber, enough! I have used them for corporate work events that have all been executed perfectly. We were lucky enough they were available to travel to my sister's wedding that was at our private residence near Deep Creek Lake. The chef curated a Maryland-German fusion stations menu for us, including unique German inspired signature cocktails. German family members said the food was amazing and tasted authentic! Amber always responded to our emails within 24 hours and gave absolutely excellent advice. Amber visited our farm and took measurements of where our tent would be and created a full floor plan for us. Celebrations Catering includes staff, linens, plates, glassware, napkins, silverware etc. in their package, making it an extremely easy process, with a ton of design options to choose from. We purchased our own alcohol, but Celebrations set up all of the bars themselves before the event began and created/served all of the drinks. They also fully set the tables for us. One of the best memories of the day was immediately after the ceremony was over, the Celebrations staff brought over specialty cocktails and appetizers to the wedding party so we could celebrate privately before entering the tent and joining everyone else! As someone who is a Type A Planner, Amber put my mind at ease during the entire event and knew that Celebrations would take care of everything. Their entire staff were very professional and helpful onsite. If you want a flawless wedding experience, please call Celebrations Catering! -

We considered several caterers in the Frederick area for our October 2024 wedding. After having a few tastings, it was an easy choice: Celebrations. Not only was the food the best, Meg of Celebrations Catering was a joy to work with. She was so friendly, extremely responsive to any questions we had, organized, and on top of all of our coordinating needs on the wedding day. We truly enjoyed working with her and felt she went above and beyond for us (even letting us stop by last minute when we couldn’t decide on linen colors!) They are also very familiar with our venue (Glen Ellen Farm) which was invaluable to us in terms of coordination. We have absolutely no regrets in booking Celebrations and highly recommend them. Amber and her team were absolutely incredible from the initial outreach. We were in a rush to plan our wedding because my mom was diagnosed with cancer. Then Covid happened and we had to delay our wedding by 1.5 years. Amber and her team were extremely flexible with us.
My mom ended up passing 3 days before our wedding. Needless to say, the wedding day was filled with lots of emotion. I’d like to think that thanks to my mom and our incredible vendors, especially Amber and her crew, the wedding also ended up being one of the best days of our lives. I didn’t have to worry about anything and was able to be present, for the first time in a long time. The food was delicious, they were on top of the service and made sure everyone had what they needed, and Amber kept on trying to feed me (which was a hard thing to do that day). I am so appreciative of all that they did for us. -

As everyone knows (especially the bride) weddings are stressful and time consuming to plan. I only had a day of coordinator so I did all the planning myself and let me tell you... Celebrations was a HUGE stress reliever. Not only is the food great but they also provide linens, dinnerware, barware, AND the best advice ever. When planning a wedding for the first time there are many unknowns and Amber was so helpful in answering questions and making sure the planning went smoothly as well as the day itself! Catering companies can sometimes make or break a wedding, and Celebrations certainly made ours amazing! We still get friends and family raving to us about how good the food was at our wedding. We booked Celebrations for my daughters wedding and from the very beginning to the very end it was flawless. When it came time to book the caterer and venue, many venues were considered, but for the catering only one was considered and that was Celebrations. I was amazed by the immediate response to questions, the detailed information Amber provided and her genuine interest in making sure the experience was stress free.
The wedding was 2 weeks ago and we are still receiving comments from friends and family on how impressed they were with the quality of the food and service provided by Celebrations. I can not express just how WONDERFUL Celebrations Catering was for our wedding day. We worked with Meg and she was absolutely lovely and so easy to work with. She was very responsive throughout our planning process, participated in our venue final walkthrough, and was present and available throughout the day of our wedding. The served appetizers (shrimp and grits, crab cake balls, and grazing table) were absolutely amazing. Everyone raved about the appetizers. There were plenty to go around and no one was fighting for food. Her wait staff was just as amazing. They were attentive, always moving, and made sure my husband and I were taken care of at all times. They brought drinks out to our family and bridal party as we took pictures after the ceremony. The food was served hot and plated beautifully, and again, people raved about how good the food was. We provided guests with three options for food- Sesame Crusted Chicken, the Sweet and Spicy Flank steak, and roasted spaghetti squash and everyone loved their meals. The wait staff and bartenders were friendly, attentive, and outstanding. We were so pleased with the quality of food and service that Celebrations, Meg, and her team provided for us, they were all AMAZING! -

We worked with Krista (and the Celebrations team) for our May 2024 wedding and were SO pleased with the professionalism and 5-star experience.
Our wedding planning season was about 2 years, and we signed with Celebrations right after our venue recommended their services. From the start, Krista was responsive (i.e. even responding at 2am to give more info via email) and accommodating.
We created a custom-ish menu and added in a new menu item and the Celebrations team was super hands-on and enthusiastic about trying something new. They also worked hand-in-hand with our family to help coordinate the infamous Pittsburgh Cookie Table, and alleviated so much stress and chaos in how well they handled day-of planning and execution.
Our guests (and us, as the couple) felt cared for and attended to, and we would have the experience 10 times over if we could! Thank you, Krista, for helping to make our wedding day tasty and memorable! -

Celebrations catering was the absolute best for our November wedding. Their package deals make it easy to get the most bang for your buck! We were able to choose four appetizers, two meat entries and a vegetarian option, hot chocolate bar, a late night snack, linens and silverware, all for a fraction of a competing quote from another caterer. Krista was absolutely amazing to work with she was attentive to our needs, patient, and provided us with multiple options when we couldn’t quite decide on the place settings. Everything ran smoothly and we had absolutely nothing to worry about day of. Everything was served promptly and they were extremely considerate of our guests with allergies. The hot chocolate bar was a huge hit in the cold of November and at the end of the night we surprised our guests with a burger toss!! We threw hamburgers out to a very excited dance floor! It’s true that food isn’t always the most memorable part of a wedding but Celebrations definitely brought the party! Providing not just food but memories that our guests won’t soon forget! We would 100% recommend! -

Incredible caterer
Tammy, Amber, Krista, and the entire Celebrations team are amazing! They were recommended to us by our venue (the amazing BlueBird Manor) and from our first conversation, it just felt right. Celebrations treated us like family through the entire wedding planning process. They are kind, talented, professional, and extremely good communicators. Tammy helped us build our menu, always guided us and never pressured us in any way. She was helpful and very patient through our many changes and spent lots of time talking through all the logistics and always with a smile! Our first tasting we almost missed because my husband overslept and they not only accommodated us late, but welcomed us back again when we requested a second tasting to try additional entrees. Their team took great care of us and our guests! The cookie table was set up BEAUTIFULLY, service was timely, the food was good, and most importantly they made sure we ate throughout our day! We are so happy with our choice to book Celebrations! Book them for your big day, you'll be so happy you did!!! -

A Magical Catering Service For Our Magical Day
We have been to a lot of weddings before our big day and something that we always noticed was that there was a pretty significant amount of food left over either uneaten on people's plates or growing cold on serving platters. NOT THE CASE with Celebrations! I have never seen plates get cleaned faster. My niece is one of the pickiest eaters on the planet and she has to be coerced into eating...she went back for 2nds and ate the pre-dinner snacks as well as the dessert. Other than the food being out of the world, the team that served us on our magical night was the most fun, outgoing, and professional people. They knew when to dance their way across the floor to bring my better half food, when to serve the different "courses", and went above and beyond to make sure that we had absolutely nothing to worry about on our big night. The team members themselves were an absolute joy and if we had known them for longer than just that night we would have invited every single one of them to the wedding. I could go on and on about how that staff was a critical player in making our magical day run smoothly. Celebrations Catering is some of the most genuinely nice and amazing people who are incredibly talented in the culinary arts and they make any event one to remember. CANT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!!!! -

Celebrations was an absolutely amazing caterer for our wedding!! From our first interaction, Meg was extremely helpful, communicative, and friendly, and we knew we could trust her to ensure our wedding catering turned out amazing. We did a tasting before booking to ensure their food was good, and of course it was amazing! They have so many options for cocktail hour and dinner, and even let us create our own special entree. Their flexibility is awesome and let us really create our own menu. The passed apps especially were absolutely divine and fun and unique, as well as the crabcakes served for dinner. Meg guided us throughout the planning process and continuously checked in on us and if we needed anything. You can tell she is both passionate about what she does and great at what she does, and has so much experience coordinating weddings. Everyone on the Celebrations staff was awesome and knocked it out of the park. They weren't your typical wedding wait staff/bartenders who hate their job- they were nice and friendly and engaging! Another plus with Celebrations is that they include the linens, glassware, plates, bar mixers, etc so that gave us less things to have to worry about and have to provide. They let us bring in our own alcohol and their bartenders served it, which at first I didn't love, but then we realized actually how much money we saved doing that, vs having to buy an alcohol package from a caterer. All we had to do was drop it off the morning of the event and Celebrations took it from there! I highly recommend Meg and the Celebrations team for all of your wedding catering needs!! -

The team at Celebrations Catering was an absolute dream to work with. They were incredibly organized and efficient. Everything was clearly communicated to us well in advance. They went above and beyond- helping set up and clean up decorations, accommodating specific requests, and making sure the food was served according to our timeline. We worked with Meg who was amazing and completely went above and beyond. She would always respond to emails extremely quickly, and was there to offer support and advice every step of the way. She gave advice on things that extended beyond her duties as our caterer (including other vendor recommendations, timeline advice, seating advice, and more). She is extremely knowledgeable about weddings and was such an incredible resource to us. Celebrations was super flexible when we had to change course (multiple times) due to heavy rainfall on our wedding day. And of course, most importantly - the food was DELICIOUS! You won't find a better catering/rental company
First off, there are not enough stars in this world to rate Celebrations Catering properly. Lucky for me, Meg is a great friend of mine so she was a guest at the wedding but I have been working with her on my wedding for quite some time, she was so helpful on everything from the venue tours to catering questions to helping me pick linen colors (not a small task LOL) to giving me general advice on every single thing. She has truly been there for me through all of this and I could not have pulled this off without her amazing advice and insight! Their china is GORGEOUS! We upgraded to the Ivory Lace China and it really made our table settings!! Thank you so much Meg, I truly appreciate you!!
Now for the catering, Tammy was my Catering Coordinator for the day and she is just amazing! She made sure my husband and I were able to eat our dinner before guests started coming to us and it was so nice to have a few minutes to eat before the party started. The food, of course, was INCREDIBLE! We picked BBQ and the brisket was perfection!!! We also passed hors d'ourves for cocktail hour, the mini chicken tacos and caprese skewers were a huge hit!!! And you CANNOT go wrong with the cheeseburger toss for your late night snack!!! My husband and I are both foodies so our wedding dinner, hors d'ourves and late night snack was important and we knew we couldn't go wrong with Celebrations. I also had a few things to put out on our cake table once the buffet was taken down and when I walked outside to see the most BEAUTIFUL cake table decorated by Tammy and her team, I teared up, just the time and effort they put into making this such a perfect day means the world to me. I took on a huge project by planning this wedding and being a DIY bride so seeing all the decor they pulled to create an incredible cake table after only expecting 3 signs to be put out.... I was in awe.
Tammy, Meg and the Celebrations Team, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. We could not have asked for a better team, better service or better food for our wedding day. 15/10 recommend them!!! -

There are not enough words to say how much we love Celebrations and Amber!! Food is such a focal point for weddings, and Celebrations always knocks it out of the park. We've worked with Celebrations for my sister's wedding, engagement party - and knew that we'd only look at wedding venues that allowed outside catering to ensure that they could cater our special day. The food was incredible (we're still getting rave reviews about it!). Amber is an absolute saint to work with - patient, communicative, fun, and overall, just a fantastic support system. We not only had our catering through them (everything was delicious!) but we also got tablecloths/napkins, dishes, flatware, chargers, glasses, and martini glasses (for my signature drink). Celebrations catered our daughter’s wedding at Bowling Brook Mansion in Keymar. We were lucky enough to work with Meg. She was amazing! We had such a wonderful, smooth experience from food tasting, menu building, picking out linens, to the big day!! The food was delicious! Hats off to the chef! The staff provided professional service during the cocktail hour and dinner. My daughter and I had special requests/surprises,unbeknownst to one another, and Meg was awesome at keeping them a secret! Meg went above and beyond for us when our alcohol vendor failed to provide enough ice- took her own time to go out and purchase ice. If we could give more then 5 stars, we would. Their team (lead by Tammy C. for our day) were so friendly, professional, made sure the bride and groom ate, food was delicious and much much more. They know how to party and everything was so seamless. The food was amazing (above and beyond for accommodating around allergies, vegetarians, etc) and we had the spuds bar (French fries) for late night which was so fun!! We have to say, again, the team at Celebrations were exceptional, so personable, and felt like part of the family. Would highly recommend! -

Celebrations did not disappoint! We had a served meal, two passed apps, and bartender service from Celebrations. Meg was so easy to communicate with and ensured everything was perfect for us. Our tasting experience was amazing! It was so personal and the food was incredible. Meg walked us through the entire process and gave us lots of options to fit our vision. Catering was a breeze for us because of the service we received from Meg! Fast forward to the wedding day and we were continued to be impressed. Appetizers were ready for us and the wedding party walking off the bus when we arrived to our reception, more appetizers at the sweetheart table, drink refills for the bride and groom, and an amazing dinner! We were able to eat everything at our wedding, relax together for a little bit during dinner, and then go around to tables after our dinner to say hi to our guests and grab some photos with them! The food was delicious--tender steak and moist salmon and amazing sides! When you hire Celebrations, you hire amazing service with amazing food and personal touches. To quote myself while eating my food: "I do [did] not have buyers regret!" -

When it comes to food for your wedding day, you want to make sure you're in really good hands. From the minute we met with Meg and the team at Celebrations, we knew they would be the perfect team to keep our favorite family and friends happily fed throughout our special day!
The food was incredible (we received several compliments on all the dishes we served), but what really made our experience with Celebrations so wonderful were all of the amazing staff members who took excellent care of us. In particular, we absolutely loved getting to work with Meg - not only is she kind and communicative, but she truly loves her job and goes above and beyond in making your day as special and smooth as possible. My partner and I have both worked in several different roles where we've had to work with clients, and we can wholeheartedly say that Meg is the best of the best. She's a natural at listening to what people need, but also makes you feel confident that she'll execute on those wants and needs (and she does). Again, we cannot say enough good things about her and know that if you go with Celebrations, you won't be disappointed.

I am so happy that our venue had Celebrations on their preferred list and that we were able to use them! Working with Tammy was super amazing!!
They were super responsive and flexible (we had to change our wedding date THREE times due to Covid). From the initial contact to the tasting, to the end of the wedding night they were absolutely perfect!
The linen was perfect, the bar tenders and servers were amazing, and above all the food was FANTASTIC!!! I heard a lot of bride and grooms do not take the time to eat but Tammy made sure to remind us to eat and when I took my first bite of the food I was not leaving any behind because of how delicious it was!
We still have guests telling us how amazing the food was and that it was the best wedding food they have had. Our other vendors who have worked with celebrations before told us how amazing they were.

Celebrations was amazing to work with! We booked them forever ago and after an additional 10 month postponement, they made it all transition seamlessly. Our tasting way back when was super fun and tasty. We ended up working with Megan and met with her again before the new date and she was so thorough and helpful! She offered her advice for all aspects of the wedding- seeing as she clearly has had extensive experience with weddings and our venue in particular. She made the process much less stressful. The food was amazing and all our guests were very satisfied. I actually got to eat my entire meal and was very thankful for that! They also made sure that our sweetheart table had all the cocktail snacks and drinks we'd missed due to pictures which was a thoughtful touch. The linens were beautiful and everything came together really well. The team was awesome as well. The servers were extremely attentive to us and our guests. The bartenders were also awesome! They handled our heavy drinking crowd with ease. I would definitely recommend celebrations to anyone! -

Chip and staff were amazing. We had a food tasting a year before the event and everything we ate was delicious, making it hard to choose the food we wanted!!
We had to move our wedding three times, due to Covid, and Chip was able to work with us each time.
The day of, the staff was courteous and attentive to all our guests' needs. They were very professional with every aspect of the food service and our guests all raved about the food.
We had a bbq style dinner, which many caterers did not offer, a bride/groom cutting cake and donuts for the guests. It was a very laid back dinner and the guests liked that it wasnt your traditional "wedding food"
The china and linens were perfect and they gave you a ton of choices with colors and layouts.
If you are looking for delicious food and amazing service, this is the caterer for you!! -
